U.S. Asks Court to Reverse Order Banning Airplane Mask Mandate to Combat COVID

The Justice Department on Tuesday asked an appeals court panel to reverse an April 2021 ruling that declared unlawful a government order requiring masks on airplanes, buses, trains, ridesharing services and at airports and other transportation hubs.

A three-judge panel of the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals heard arguments on the government’s appeal of a ruling by a U.S. district court judge in Florida that found the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) lacked legal authority to issue a nationwide travel mask mandate to combat COVID-19.

The CDC issued the sweeping mask mandate in January 2021, days after Joe Biden became president.

A report from U.S. lawmakers in October said the Trump administration in 2020 blocked the CDC from adopting a federal transportation mask mandate.

Pilot Group: Elites Secretly Demanding Unvaxxed Pilots, Flight Crews

The chief of an organization of pilots assembled to battle corporate demands for COVID shots says now the elites from around the world are demanding their charter jet flight crews NOT be vaccinated.

According to a report from the Gateway Pundit, it was Josh Yoder, president of US Freedom Flyers, who said wealthy businessmen have reached out to the organization seeking unvaxxed pilots and crew.

It was a social media statement that assumed it was the world’s wealthy going to the World Economic Forum who wanted those specialized crews, but Yoder quickly corrected that.

“Click bait journalism is a scourge. I never said that the WEF/Davos has reached out looking for unvaccinated pilots. What I did say was that wealth6y businessman have reached out to me for that purpose….”

Scientist Says We Got ‘Unlucky’ COVID Was Benign Because Far More Dead Kids Would Have Prevented Vaccine Skepticism

Neuroscientist and committed atheist Sam Harris launched into a series of hypotheticals in a recent appearance on John Wood Jr.’s “Uniting America” podcast, detailing the sorts of circumstances that would have justified the kind of blind acceptance of new vaccines and coercive pandemic protocols he apparently would otherwise have favored.

Harris — who previously suggested that evidence of “corpses of children in [Hunter Biden’s] basement” on the first son’s controversial laptop would not have warranted his concern — noted on the Thursday podcast that vaccine skepticism would not have been permissible “if kids were dying by the hundreds of thousands from COVID.”

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, there were 634 COVID-19 deaths in the 0-4 age group and 986 COVID-19 deaths in the 5-18 age group between January 2020 and January 2023, out of a total 1,095,149 reported COVID-19 deaths.

In June 2021, the Wall Street Journal reported on a British study that found that 99.995% of 469,982 children in England who had been infected with the virus survived. New Batch of Twitter Files Makes Clear the Lengths Big Pharma Went Through to Lobby Social Media

The new editions of Twitter Files keep on coming. Earlier on Monday we were treated to another one to do with COVID-19, in this case specifically as it applied to how Big Pharma was in league with social media to push their narrative. . .

In a revelation that’s hardly surprising, Fang points to how Big Pharma “saw the crisis as an opportunity for unprecedented profit.” This included shutting out others who could help with treatments and vaccines. As Fang put it, “pharma launched a massive lobbying blitz to crush any effort to share patents/IP…”

That meant directly reaching out to the then new Biden administration to demand sanctions against countries that sought to provide low-cost vaccines, with Fang linking to an article he wrote for The Intercept on March 3, 2021. Among those countries that were asked to be punished included Hungary, Colombia, and Chile. Pentagon Officials ‘Exploring’ Back Pay for Troops Discharged for Refusing COVID Vaccine

The U.S. Department of Defense said Friday that service members discharged for refusal to comply with the COVID vaccine requirement might receive back pay after Pentagon officials repealed the mandate last week.

Pentagon officials ended the coronavirus vaccine mandate for the U.S. Military, which was instituted in August 2021, after House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) forced an end to the program after Congress passed the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) in December.

Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin wrote in a memo on Tuesday that officials had formally rescinded the vaccine mandate for the U.S. Military and the National Guard, which Politico reported “opened the door to reinstating troops” who believe they were wrongfully discharged.

However, officials still have not decided whether such service members would receive back pay.

“The Department is still exploring this and will provide its views on legislation of this nature at the appropriate time and through the appropriate process,” Pentagon spokesperson Maj. Here’s Why the CDC Just Launched ‘Additional Investigation’ of COVID Vaccine Safety

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) announced on Friday afternoon — in something of a pre-weekend news dump — that the agency’s Vaccine Safety Datalink (VSD) has “met the statistical criteria to prompt additional investigation into whether there was a safety concern for ischemic stroke in people ages 65 and older who received the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine, Bivalent.” . . .

The CDC explains more about the signal that met its threshold for additional investigation:

Rapid-response investigation of the signal in the VSD raised a question of whether people 65 and older who have received the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine, Bivalent were more likely to have an ischemic stroke in the 21 days following vaccination compared with days 22-44 following vaccination.

This preliminary signal has not been identified with the Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine, Bivalent. There also may be other confounding factors contributing to the signal identified in the VSD that merit further investigation.

High School Senior Dies After Suddenly Collapsing in Bathroom Days Earlier

A Las Vegas high school senior died unexpectedly on Jan. 8, several days after suffering cardiac arrest at school.

Jordan Brister, 18, was found unresponsive in a bathroom after attending gym class Jan. 3, his family told KSNV.

“Staff provided Jordan with emergency medical attention until paramedics arrived and transported him to Southern Hills Hospital. Despite the efforts of first responders and the medical team at the hospital, Jordan passed away this past Sunday,” the public charter school said in a Jan. 10 statement, according to KSNV. . .

New Report Reveals Moderna Neglected to Share Damning Data About Its New Booster With Federal Vaccine Advisers

Federal vaccine advisers have expressed their outrage that government scientists and the pharmaceutical company Moderna neglected to share damning data about its new booster shot during discussions about whether it should be foisted upon the public.

According to a CNN report published Wednesday, the infection data that was conveniently withheld from both U.S. Food and Drug Administration and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention vaccine advisers last summer “suggested the possibility that the updated booster might not be any more effective at preventing Covid-19 infections than the original shots.”

The data, which looked at the booster’s impact on actual infections, indicated that “1.9% of the study participants who received the original booster became infected” whereas “those who got the updated bivalent vaccine – the one that scientists hoped would work better – a higher percentage, 3.2%, became infected.”

The FDA ultimately authorized the Moderna bivalent vaccine on Aug. 31. The agency reportedly did not publicize the previously omitted infection data until Sept. 13.

Here’s What Secretary Austin Said When He Officially Rescinded the DoD’s Vaccine Mandate

The Department of Defense officially rescinded its COVID-19 vaccine mandate for service members on Tuesday as announced in a memo from Secretary Lloyd Austin.

Saying he is “deeply proud of the Department’s work to combat the coronavirus disease,” Secretary Austin claimed his leadership on COVID response “improved the health of our Service members and the readiness of the Force.” How’s that for some selective memory?

Austin remained in support of the vaccine mandate even as it was legislated away in the most recent NDAA. And, as then-GOP Leader (now Speaker) McCarthy noted at the time, the Army and Navy “missed their 2022 recruitment goals by thousands of service members” while “the Defense Department discharged 3,300 Marines, 1,800 soldiers, 1,800 sailors, and 900 airmen simply based on their personal decision to not take the COVID vaccine.”

That doesn’t sound like an improvement to the “readiness of the force” as Austin claimed in his memo that rescinded an August 2021 memo mandating members of the Armed Forces be vaccinated against COVID-19 as well as the November 2021 memo pertaining to the vaccination of National Guard and Reserve personnel.

Tennis Star Among High-Profile Italians Accused of Faking Vaccine Papers

A doctor was arrested last year in northeastern Italy for allegedly doling out fake COVID-19 vaccines and vaccination certificates. Italian pro-tennis star and lingerie model Camila Giorgi, 31, is now under investigation on suspicion of being one of the doctor’s high-profile clients.

If physician Daniela Grillon’s admissions to investigators are true, then Giorgi competed in several international tennis competitions under the false pretense that she was was vaccinated.

Daniela Grillon was arrested in Vincenza in February 2022 and charged with doling out fake serums and vaccination records, reported Tennis365.

Grillon claims to have faked vaccinations for hundreds of people, including the popular Italian musician Francesca Calearo, who goes by “Madame,” and the Giorgi family.
