‘Scientific Fraud’: Top Doctors Go Nuclear on CDC for Hiding Data

Urging CDC scientists to speak out, Dr. Robert Malone and Dr. Ryan Cole reacted Monday to the news reported by the New York Times that agency officials admit they have withheld COVID data broken down by age, race and vaccination status because the American people might misinterpret it.

“This meets the criteria of scientific fraud,” said Malone, the key inventor of the mRNA technology platform used in the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines. “Withholding data is scientific fraud.”

Cole, a Mayo Clinic-trained pathologist who runs a major diagnostic lab in Idaho, said that as “an ethical physician who took oaths to the human race, this is incredibly disturbing.”

“These are the people that are entrusted to tell us the truth,” he said of the CDC officials.

The two outspoken medical scientists were featured at four sold-out events Sunday and Monday near Seattle hosted by a non-profit called One Washington that is helping equip parents, lawmakers and activists to counter moves by the state Board of Health to add the COVID-19 vaccine to the required shots for public school children. Residents Sue Own State for Giving ‘Non-whites’ COVID-Help Priority

Two lifelong New Yorkers have filed a lawsuit against the city and state over the decision by officials to give priority to anyone who is “non-white” for proven treatments against the COVID-19 virus.

Officials with the Pacific Legal Foundation said the case was filed in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.

It is being pursued on behalf of Jonathan Roberts and Charles Vavrusky, and names as defendants Mary Bassett, as commissioner for New York’s state Health Department, and the city’s Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.

Explained the foundation: “Two recently authorized oral antiviral treatments are up to 88% effective in reducing the risk of hospitalization and death from COVID-19. One available monoclonal antibody treatment is effective against the Omicron variant of COVID-19. Faced with severe supply constraints for these treatments, the state and city health departments directed health care providers to prioritize patients after considering a host of risk factors, including age, vaccination status, and health conditions like cancer, diabetes, and a compromised immune system.”

But it said officials, “rather than limiting the criteria for administering medical treatment to scientific data concerning risk,” they added “a patient’s race as an additional consideration, granting priority status for individuals of ‘non-white race or Hispanic/Latino ethnicity.'” (Read more from “Residents Sue Own State for Giving ‘Non-whites’ COVID-Help Priority” HERE)

Liberal School District Caves After Students Demonstrate Against Masks During Mass Walkout

Hundreds of students at a California school walked out of class on Tuesday afternoon in protest of their district’s continued mask mandate despite statewide requirements being relaxed.

The walkout, according to reports, was in protest of the delay in lifting mask mandates at schools across California. . .

According to Fox News, students assembled outside Oak Ridge High School in El Dorado Hills, California, on Tuesday and demanded the district remove its indoor mask mandate.

Later that day, the El Dorado Union High School District announced that it would be changing mask protocols and would not enforce an indoor mandate by excluding students from school.

“The enforcement of masking will be done by educating students and asking them to mask but no further actions of exclusion from class will be taken,” the district said a statement obtained by the outlet. “Moving forward students will not be physically removed from the classroom or receive a discipline consequence to prevent further exclusionary learning loss.” (Read more from “Liberal School District Caves After Students Demonstrate Against Masks During Mass Walkout” HERE)

Pentagon Using Taxpayer Funds to Buy More COVID Tests Made in China

In the wake of the Biden administration’s decision to offer no-cost COVID tests to Americans, the Pentagon announced on Friday that the Department of Defense, working with the Department of Health and Human Services, awarded contract modifications to two companies to purchase 138 million over-the-counter COVID tests. But there’s a problem.

The contracts announced by the Pentagon are with Roche Diagnostics Corporation and Siemens Healthineers.

In at least the case of the Siemens test, the company’s site directs readers to an Amazon listing for their at-home antigen rapid tests which reveal an obvious conclusion: the country of origin is China. The other company, Roche Diagnostics, doesn’t have as readily available information on its test kits. But a release on an earlier contract mentions the tests are produced with Roche partner SD Biosensor, a South Korean manufacturer. Better than China, but still not great to know that the United States is dependent on other countries for supplies used in a public health emergency. Poll: 65% Of Democrat Voters Still Want Face Diapers

Sixty-five percent of Democrat voters still desire mask mandates for fellow citizens, a Wednesday Politico/Morning Consult revealed.

Overall, only 43 percent of voters believe mask mandates should remain in place over those who are unafraid to remove their face coverings.

Among independents, 42 percent oppose lifting mask mandates. A large 20 percent of Republicans also opposed lifting mask mandates.

A Wednesday Rasmussen poll largely confirmed Politico/Morning Consult polling. According to Rasmussen, 49 to 42 percent of people want the mask mandates in place. Rasmussen also found that the majority of individuals still continue to believe masks help block the Chinese virus:

[O]nly 58% of Likely U.S. voters believe masks are effective at preventing the spread of COVID-19, including 31% who think masks are Very Effective. Thirty-nine percent (39%) don’t think masks are effective at preventing spread of the coronavirus, including 20% who think masks are Not At All Effective against the disease.

COVID Origin Mystery Breakthrough as Early ‘Lab-Grown’ Version of Virus Found in China

The discovery could boost the theory that coronavirus was originally leaked from a lab. The samples were found in soil and came from a Chinese biotechnology firm. They had been sent to the Sangon Biotech in Shanghai to be sequenced back in December 2019. It is thought they had been contaminated with a previously unknown variant of the virus.

Scientists from the University of Veterinary Medicine and Lorand University in Hungary stumbled upon the discovery by chance when analysing genetic soil sample data from Antarctica.

The samples were also found to have DNA from hamsters and monkeys.

Some experts claim this suggests the early version of the virus was grown in a lab using animals or their cells. . .

DHS Says COVID Misinformation Is Inspiring Terrorism, but It Won’t Provide Any Evidence

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) refused to provide evidence to support its claims that COVID-19 “misinformation” and “false or misleading narratives” inspired violent terrorism during 2021.

DHS issued a terrorism advisory bulletin Monday warning that of the dangers of online misinformation, which the agency said has been exploited by “threat actors” and to inspire acts of terrorism.

“The United States remains in a heightened threat environment fueled by several factors, including an online environment filled with false or misleading narratives and conspiracy theories, and other forms of mis- dis- and mal-information (MDM) introduced and/or amplified by foreign and domestic threat actors,” DHS said in the bulletin. “These threat actors seek to exacerbate societal friction to sow discord and undermine public trust in government institutions to encourage unrest, which could potentially inspire acts of violence.”

COVID Insanity: Video Shows Dad Forcibly Tossed From School Board Meeting After Refusing to Wear Mask

A father from upstate New York was seen on video being forcibly tossed from a school board meeting this week after he refused to wear a mask.

Dave Calus was unmasked while sitting in a chair watching a presentation at a board of education meeting in Webster on Tuesday night when a security guard approached him and asked him to put on a face covering.

Calus said he told the guard “Thank you,” but refused to cover up. The officer persisted, saying, “No, you need to put your mask on right now.”

The security guard then dragged Calus’ chair toward the back of the room. Calus turns around to confront the guard but is pushed out a back door, video posted to the Facebook page ROC for Educational Freedom Public Page shows.

“What are you doing?!” the woman filming the video yells. “What are you doing?! Holy crap. Holy crap.”

The Bat Lady From Wuhan and the Very Clumsy Lies She Tells

MIT Technology Review has a new piece by Jane Qiu on Shi Zhengli, the renowned Wuhan virologist at the centre of the lab leak. Qiu is Shi’s personal propagandist, responsible for the notorious 2020 Scientific American piece on How China’s ‘Bat Woman’ Hunted Down Viruses From SARS to the New Coronavirus.

In her latest whitewash, Qiu explains that Shi has granted her “unparalleled” access, because of her “strong science background” which “allows [her] to grasp the nuances and complexity” of what it is that Shi and her den of virologists get up to. Qiu further admits that her purpose is not to investigate anything; instead, she wants “Shi and her team [to] tell their side of the story on the record, and in the most detail to date.” As you might expect, nobody at the Wuhan Institute of Virology has any interest in disclosing new information, which leaves Qiu with little to report that we didn’t know already. Just a lot of the same old dissimulations, with the occasional update.

The most interesting of these surrounds the Mystery of the Mojiang Cave. The story goes that workers were cleaning up bat droppings in this abandoned copper mine in Yunnan province in the spring of 2012, when six of them fell ill with pneumonia. Shi’s lab tested blood samples to see if they’d contracted SARS or a SARS-related virus, and afterwards the Wuhan virologists developed a persistent interest in the Mojiang mine. Among the bat samples collected there, they claim to have found RaTG13, the closest known relative of SARS-2.

Note all of the bizarre coincidences you must live with, if you believe SARS-2 has natural origins: You have to imagine the virus just happened to enter humans via some zoonotic event in Wuhan, the only city on earth with a lab devoted to sampling and culturing SARS-related bat coronaviruses like SARS-2, where its closest known relative also just happened to be sitting in a freezer. And we haven’t even gotten to the furin cleavage site yet.

It is curious, then, that nobody can ever get the story straight, about what happened with those mine workers. In 2020, Shi’s line was that the miners had a fungal infection of some kind, and never tested positive for SARS antibodies. Then The Seeker, an anonymous Twitter investigator, uncovered this pre-pandemic Ph.D. thesis from 2016, which states plainly that the Wuhan Institute of Virology indeed detected SARS antibodies in their blood. Thereafter George Gao, head of the Chinese CDC, conceded to French reporters that the miners had antibodies to a SARS-related virus, but suggested (implausibly) that these might have been caused by some prior infection and they might well have nothing to do with the cave. Yuck: ‘Cryptic’ COVID Variant Found in NYC Sewers May Be From Rodents

The next variant of the coronavirus may come courtesy of NYC’s rat population.

A new study published this month in the journal Nature Communications has attempted to trace the origins of mystifying virus fragments found over the last year in New York’s sewage. The “cryptic lineages” surfacing from the city’s dank underbelly are different than all known COVID variants, leading scientists to believe a curious new version of the virus may be percolating in the boroughs’ sewage.

While some researchers believe the latest take on COVID-19 can be attributed to yet unsequenced human strains of the virus, others believe it is a new, rat-born variant.

“One of the amino-acid changes that we’re seeing in the virus has not been seen in patients. Ever. But this amino-acid change has been seen in rodent-adapted virus, which really says something to me,” Marc C. Johnson, a University of Missouri virologist and co-author of the new study, told Curbed of the reasoning behind the variant being born of rats. Rodents, he added, were not susceptible to the original strain of COVID, but can be infected by its Alpha, Beta and Gamma editions.
