Bioaerosol Research Performed by China’s Military May Have Started the COVID-19 Pandemic in October 2019

In an article recently published on [Restoring Liberty], a source inside China during the early stages of the COVID-19 pandemic and familiar with the operations of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army (PLA) claimed that a test release of the virus was conducted during the 2019 Military World Games, which was held in Wuhan from October 18–27, 2019.

According to that source, the subsequent outbreak in Wuhan was entirely unexpected. That is, there was no accidental laboratory leak, but the unintended COVID-19 spread among the Chinese population of Wuhan for which the PLA had vastly underestimated its transmissibility.

If there was an environmental test of COVID-19 by the PLA, whether at the 2019 Military World Games or elsewhere, expertise in the areas of environmental microorganism surveillance and the analysis of the spread of viral disease in human populations would be essential.

In recent years, the PLA has made extraordinary efforts to fulfill those requirements, starting with the fusion of military and civilian bioaerosol research, which was initiated at a joint symposium between the PLA and Peking University held on January 8-9, 2017.

Everyone should accept the fact that in China there is no difference between military and civilian research. The fusion of those research and development sectors was mandated by the 2016 Chinese Communist Party’s Thirteenth Five-Year Plan.

The January 2017 meeting entitled “Peking University Military-civilian Fusion Bioaerosol Symposium” was organized by Mao-sheng Yao of Peking University and Shun-xiang Huang of the PLA’s Institute for Chemical Defense.

The news report of the symposium cited over two dozen different Chinese universities joining the PLA Institute of Chemical Defense, the PLA Veterinary Institute, the PLA Academy of Military Medical Sciences and the PLA 302nd Hospital to establish a strategic plan for bioaerosol military-civilian integration and avenues of cooperation.

If there was a test release of COVID-19 into the environment, one that precipitated the pandemic, Mao-sheng Yao and Shun-xiang Huang were likely involved.

Mao-sheng Yao is an expert in the surveillance and measurement of microorganisms in the environment, who, incidentally, was entirely educated in U.S. universities, receiving a Master’s degree from the University of Alabama, a doctoral degree from Rutgers University and postdoctoral training at Yale University.

In December 2019, Mao-sheng Yao was granted a Chinese patent entitled “Method for rapidly detecting pathogenic microorganisms in air and respiratory tract on site.”

Shun-xiang Huang is an expert on the spread of viral disease in human populations. In December 2020, he and his colleagues at the PLA Nuclear, Biological and Chemical Institute published an article on how an influenza epidemic would spread in the U.S.

Both Mao-sheng Yao and Shun-xiang Huang have received high honors and awards from the PLA, which indicates the importance China places on military bioaerosol research and development.

China’s military-civilian bioaerosol research consortium, including Chinese commercial companies, are closely connected to the PLA’s Military Veterinary Institute in Changchun and its affiliated research centers, which we have previously identified as key elements of China’s core secret military biowarfare program and their potential roles in the creation of COVID-19.

The contribution of the PLA’s Military Veterinary Institute to China’s biowarfare program and the U.S. universities affiliated with it and funded by the National Institutes of Health and the U.S. Department of Defense have been described in previous Gateway Pundit articles, here and here

Yu-Wei Gao of the PLA’s Military Veterinary Institute has no less than nine patents in the last eight years dealing with various aspects of microorganism aerosols.

Together with other colleagues at the PLA’s Military Veterinary Institute, such as Director of the Institute General Xianzhu Xia, Yu-Wei Gao performed animal experiments testing the environmental airborne transmission of influenza viruses capable of infecting humans, as well as genetically-engineering the same viruses to enhance their infectivity.

Clearly, the PLA had the capability of conducting an environmental test of COVID-19. The task ahead will be to gather evidence specific to COVID-19 to corroborate the information provided by the source inside China claiming that such a test did in fact occur.

That investigation and an analysis of Chinese military documents are currently underway.

Whistleblower: I’ve Seen More People Die From COVID-19 Vaccine Than Virus

A board certified occupational therapist in Hawaii said he has seen more people die from COVID vaccinations than from COVID itself.

“I’ve seen 32 elderly people pass away immediately after taking the Moderna vaccine. None of that is being talked about on the news. It doesn’t fit their narrative,” Abrien Aguirre told Hawaii Free Speech News, a citizen-journalist video channel.

“I’ve seen more patients die from the vaccine than from COVID,” he said.

Aguirre said he works for Oahu’s largest skilled nursing facility and has worked in three separate COVID units with geriatric patients.

President Biden Already Weighing His Next Unconstitutional Action

President Joe Biden revealed this week that his administration is looking into whether he can federally mandate masks for all public school districts, even though such a policy would violate the states’ right to govern their own education and public health systems.

He at least seemed to understand the bounds of federalism: “I don’t believe that I do [have that power] thus far,” Biden told reporters. “We’re checking that.”

Biden’s advisers are going to be told the same thing they were told about the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s updated eviction moratorium: You can’t do that. Indeed, Biden’s team was told not just once, but several times, that any federal extension of the moratorium would be unconstitutional because of the Supreme Court’s recent ruling on the subject. STUDY: Babies Born During COVID-19 Pandemic Tied With Lower IQ

Preliminary findings by U.S. researchers suggest children born during the COVID-19 pandemic show lower IQ scores than those who were born before January 2020, but the underlying causes are still unknown.

It may be due to the first 1,000 days of a child’s life being the most crucial to development.

The findings were posted in medRxiv ahead of peer review on Aug. 11, stemming from a survey among roughly 605 children in Rhode Island, most of them White, including 39 born in 2018 and 2019. . .

The study of pre-pandemic babies shows that they had an IQ ranging from 98.5 to 107.3.

Propaganda Expert Warns of Global COVID Psyop

. . .Piers Robinson, co-director of the Organization for Propaganda Studies, is an internationally recognized expert on propaganda, but not just any propaganda.

His focus is on conflict and war and the role of propaganda within that framework. He is also an associate researcher with the Working Group on Propaganda and the 9/11 “War on Terror” and has served as an advisor to NATO leaders. . .

“COVID-19 is probably one of the biggest propaganda operations we’ve seen in history because of the global nature and the resources put into it,” Robinson said. “It was pretty clear from the beginning that propaganda was being employed.”

In the U.S., one of the main spigots of propaganda has been Dr. Anthony Fauci and the media’s elevation of him to god-like status, hanging on his every word and never pressing him to provide data to back up his constantly swerving pronouncements. Every Western government has its version of Fauci, spouting ever-changing, confusing information meant to keep the population off balance, afraid and confused.

CDC Sounds Alarm: 2 Dead in US From Disease Never Seen Outside Tropics (VIDEO)

The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is sounding the alarm on a rare illness that was previously only seen in tropical climates, particularly South Asia and northern Australia.

Now, two people are dead and two have recovered after being infected with melioidosis — a disease that had never before been detected on contiguous US soil. Melioidosis has now been seen in Georgia, Kansas, Texas and Minnesota, LiveScience reported. The only other known cases of melioidosis in the US were in the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico in the Caribbean.

None of the four patients claimed to have traveled outside the country prior to becoming sick between March and July of this year.

The CDC “believes the most likely cause is an imported product (such as a food or drink, personal care or cleaning products or medicine) or an ingredient in one of those types of products,” according to the statement released Monday.

Report: White House Officials Frustrated by CDC’s Lack of Data Transparency

White House officials are reportedly frustrated by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) lack of coronavirus data transparency.

“Top Biden officials are growing frustrated with the lack of internal visibility into data being collected by the CDC, particularly as they try to deal with Delta’s spread,” Axios reported Monday, revealing a source told the publication, “That’s where the tension is, like ‘Where the hell are the data?’”

“Just think we live in a country which is incapable of telling us the percent vaccinated or unvaccinated who require hospitalization for covid. No less any more data about them. Or track breakthrough infections. Thanks @CDCgov,” Executive Vice President of Scripps Research Eric Topol tweeted.

But virologist John Moore told Axios that “Countries with centralized health care systems have advantages here. The USA doesn’t work like that.”

Former Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Director Robert Redfield told Fox News host Martha MacCallum that he was “sidelined” and “threatened” for taking the lab leak theory seriously when the pandemic began.

In January of 2020, the dominant theories about the origin of the novel coronavirus were that it either jumped species or leaked from a laboratory. Redfield said that there has been mounting evidence to support the theory that SARS-CoV-2 came from a lab.

“I think what you have seen over the last 18 months is no new evidence to suggest that this evolved from nature. Haven’t seen any evidence of it being associated with any of the animal species they’ve tested, over 80,000 animals,” he explained. “But we have seen growing evidence to support that this in fact was a consequence of a laboratory leak. So I continue to believe of the two hypotheses that the laboratory leak is the most likely origin of this virus.”

Redfield, who was one of the first scientists to say that the pandemic likely originated in a lab, said it is “in a way tragic” to say that the pandemic was caused by science and not nature. Shock Executive Order Greenlights Quarantines, Involuntary Commitment Amid COVID Fears; CDC Plans Internment Camps

An executive order signed quietly by Tennessee’s Republican governor is troubling some Americans as it greenlights the National Guard and State Guard to implement quarantines and involuntary commitment of citizens “in connection with certain health care and emergency services operations,” with the governor specifically concerned about “an increase in COVID-19 cases.”

Gov. Bill Lee signed Executive Order 83 on Friday “with little fanfare” according to Tennessee Stands, an influential conservative coalition.

Fox News journalist Todd Starnes collected reaction on social media, with one commenter saying:

“Wow! The guard will be utilized? Involuntary commitment? And construction of quarantine and isolation facilities? Thought all of that was just a silly conspiracy theory.”

CDC Plans COVID Interment Camps

Last Friday, the Governor of Tennessee signed an executive order authorizing the National Guard to medically kidnap unvaccinated people at gunpoint and forcibly take them to covid “involuntary internment” camps across the state. Now, new details have emerged about a similar plan initially launched by the CDC in 2020, which calls for nationwide covid concentration camps to be operated at the “camp / sector level” which will be populated by individuals designated “high-risk” who are forcibly ripped from their families and homes to be imprisoned by the CDC.

This document, entitled, “Interim Operational Considerations for Implementing the Shielding Approach to Prevent COVID-19 Infections in Humanitarian Settings,” explains that the CDC will meet “minimum humanitarian standards” by providing, for example, soap and basic cleaning supplies so that covid camp prisoners can clean their own prison cells.

Among other horrors, this CDC document openly calls for separating couples and families, then admits this action will cause extreme psychological trauma among Americans who are targeted and ripped from their homes to be placed in covid concentration camps:

[I]n addition to the risk of stigmatization and feeling of isolation, this shielding approach may have an important psychological impact and may lead to significant emotional distress, exacerbate existing mental illness or contribute to anxiety, depression, helplessness, grief, substance abuse, or thoughts of suicide among those who are separated or have been left behind.

These CDC covid camps, the document explains, will be strictly-enforced prison camps called “green zones,” and the CDC explains that, “No movement into or outside the green zone” will be tolerated. It’s not clear how the CDC plans to enforce this, but it seems rather obvious that this will involve armed guards and physical security measures such as chain-link fences or razor wire.

The CDC considers unvaccinated people to be “high-risk,” which means Americans may be targeted for medical kidnapping and covid camp imprisonment merely for refusing to take deadly, experimental vaccines. (Read more about how COVID fears have driven the CDC to plan internment camps HERE)
