Spy Bosses ‘Silenced’ Defense Department, FBI Scientists From Briefing Biden on COVID Lab Leak Evidence

Spy chiefs “silenced” researchers in the Defense Department and FBI who discovered strong evidence that COVID-19 most likely leaked from a Chinese lab, The Post has learned.

As a result, their findings were kept out of an August 2021 report to President Biden on the origins of the global pandemic.

That report concluded that the virus behind COVID “was probably not genetically engineered.”

After the pandemic erupted in Wuhan, China, three scientists from the Defense Intelligence Agency began trying to figure out exactly where it came from — whether SARS-CoV-2 jumped from bats into humans, or whether the virus was man-made and came from a lab accident.

The “zoonotic origin” theory was backed by powerful members of the public health establishment, including Dr. Anthony Fauci, and questions about a possible “lab leak” were repeatedly dismissed as a conspiracy theory. House Oversight Report Says Biden DOJ Opened Criminal Investigation Into COVID-19’s Origins

By Daily Caller. A congressional oversight subcommittee released the results of a two-year probe into the Covid-19 pandemic Monday, stating that the Department of Justice opened a criminal investigation related to the pandemic’s origins.

The 520-page report from the House Oversight Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic, under the leadership of Republican Kentucky Rep. Brad Wenstrup, concluded that U.S.-based nonprofit, EcoHealth Alliance facilitated gain-of-function research with taxpayer dollars in Wuhan, China, preceding the outbreak of the pandemic. The oversight subcommittee also found that the DOJ has formed a criminal grand jury to investigate EcoHealth Alliance’s “pandemic-era activities.”

“EcoHealth was subject to numerous federal investigations regarding both its potential role in the COVID-19 pandemic, but also multiple accusations surrounding violated federal grant policies. The outcomes of most of these investigations are public,” the report states. “However, the Select Subcommittee discovered that DOJ was also investigating the origins of COVID-19. The specific details of the investigation are unknown but, based on documents, it appears the DOJ’s investigation involves EcoHealth’s role in the COVID-19 pandemic.”

The DOJ has refrained from commenting on its investigation into the pandemic’s origins and EcoHealth Alliance, and the report leaves open the possibility that the agency’s investigation is ongoing.

EcoHealth Alliance is a longtime partner of the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) and provided $600,000 in the form of National Institutes of Health subgrants to the Wuhan lab between 2014 and 2019 to study bat-based coronaviruses, the Daily Caller previously reported. The research nonprofit led by Dr. Peter Daszak misled the NIH regarding the WIV’s gain-of-function research funded in part by U.S. taxpayer dollars and failed to adequately monitor the Chinese entity’s gain-of-function experiments, according to the report. DOJ Secretly Investigated Nonprofit at Center of Wuhan COVID Lab Leak Questions, Bombshell House Report Reveals

The Department of Justice secretly launched a grand jury investigation into a US nonprofit that steered American taxpayer funding to the Chinese lab suspected of leaking the COVID-19 virus and causing the global pandemic, according to a bombshell report released by a House committee on Monday.

Scientific experts and former federal officials have suggested that EcoHealth Alliance’s grants to the China’s Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) funded gain-of-function research that could have led to a lab leak — but records requests have repeatedly been blocked by the National Institutes of Health, according to the report.

The details of the apparent federal investigation of EcoHealth Alliance remain secret — and members of the House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic, which released the 520-page report on the origins of and response to the pandemic, have declined to talk about it, citing concerns about interfering in any potential DOJ investigation.

However, internal emails and records from EcoHealth Alliance included in the report reveal that the grand jury issued subpoenas for genetic sequences of EcoHealth’s research on viruses in Wuhan, as well as for correspondence between the organization’s president, Dr. Peter Daszak, and Dr. Shi Zhengli, his collaborator and the so-called “bat lady” at the Wuhan Institute of Virology who specialized on coronaviruses.

In one intercepted email, an attorney at the firm Tarter, Krinsky and Drogin tells Daszak to “skip” any reference to the federal probe when asking for more time to comply with documents request from the House Energy and Commerce Committee, which ran its own investigation on the COVID pandemic. Trump announced the pick Friday, calling Nesheiwat, a medical doctor and former Fox News contributor, “a strong communicator for preventive medicine and public health.”

While the President-elect showered praise on Dr. Nesheiwat, some of his biggest supporters decried her selection and demanded that he reconsider.

Nesheiwat’s praise for Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg’s decision to censor certain Covid information on Facebook seemingly irked popular right-wing social media figures like former One America News Network anchor Liz Wheeler and influential meme account “I Meme Therefore I Am”

“First of all, vaccines save lives and I am so excited and I thank and I commend Facebook and Mark Zuckerberg for taking action because this affects everyone,” Nesheiwat said during an appearance on Fox Business Network.

COVID Vaccines Worsen Outcomes After Heart Attacks in Patients With Prior Infection, Study Suggests

Global research already suggests the risk of COVID-19 infection rises with each mRNA vaccine dose and a higher risk of heart inflammation in jabbed young people, especially males, who face a low risk from COVID itself.

Now a three-year study of nearly 1,000 heart attack patients at a hospital in Spain, published in a peer-reviewed Elsevier journal this month, suggests vaccination makes them far more likely to have “major adverse cardiovascular events” including death within six months of their heart attacks, especially when they’ve also recovered from COVID infection. . .

“The combination of vaccination and natural SARS-CoV2 infection was associated with the development of severe heart failure and cardiogenic shock in patients with STEMI” – ST-elevation myocardial infarction, or complete artery blockage – “possibly related to an increased serological response” to vaccination, according to the paper in Vaccine.

The March 2020-March 2023 study does not appear to have drawn notice except among doctors, researchers and journalists who have faced suppression for pointing to worrisome connections between COVID vaccines and severe adverse events in low-risk populations such as youth.

“Hybrid exposure causes very high levels of spike antibodies!” MIT professor Retsef Levi, lead author of a 2022 study finding vaccination “significantly associated” with a spike in emergency heart problems in 16-39 year-olds in Israel, wrote on X after reading the Spanish paper. There was a significant spike in myopia after the COVID-19 pandemic, research has shown.

“During the pandemic, many countries implemented nationwide lockdowns to curb the spread of the virus,” [Researcher Dr. Yajun Chen] said.

“Prolonged indoor living reduced outdoor activity for children and adolescents while increasing screen time, potentially exacerbating the ocular burden on this population and worsening the myopia crisis” . . .

“Diet may play a role, but I think the greatest reason for the increase, especially coming out of the pandemic, is due to lockdowns and being indoors more,” [senior medical analyst Dr. Marc Siegel] told Fox News Digital.

Biden Bizarrely Suggests He Was VP During Pandemic in Latest Blunder

President Biden declared Sunday that things got “kind of bad” when he was vice president during the COVID-19 pandemic — even though the virus hit more than three years after he left office.

The 81-year-old Biden, who finished his eight years as Barack Obama’s veep in January 2017, suggested he was still in post at the time of the outbreak during a campaign event with the NAACP.

“When I was vice president, things were kind of bad during the pandemic and what happened was, Barack said to me, ‘Go to Detroit! Help fix it,’” Biden said.

“Well, the poor mayor, he’s spent more time with me than he ever thought he’s gonna have to!” the president added.

It is unclear what event Biden was actually referring to in his remarks, though the then-VP claimed in 2011 the Obama administration had saved America’s auto industry from “the brink of extinction” following the 2008 financial crisis.
