Democrat Iowa state senator and congressional candidate Sarah Trone Garriott admits to morphing her persona depending on who’s paying her, in a clip obtained by the Daily Caller.

Trone Garriott, an ordained minister in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) running in Iowa’s 3rd congressional district, made the remarks during the Iowa Secular Summit in July 2023, where she appeared to be presenting to a group of attendees using a PowerPoint.

“And so in my life as a state legislator, there are times in my life where I’m very clear where I am doing the church thing, and I’m the minister, and that’s what I’m about. And there are times that I know I’m the senator and that’s what I am there for,” she said.

The state senator added that navigating those roles can at times be unclear and “confusing,” telling the audience she can feel like she’s “all things” at once.

“But there’s a lot of time that gets kind of mushy and kind of confusing, like today I’m not really sure who I am right now. I’m kind of all things. Democrat Lawmaker Charged with Statutory Rape of 15-Year-Old

A Democrat North Carolina state representative was arrested and charged on Wednesday in the statutory rape of a teen.

Rep. Cecil Brockman who represents Guilford County is charged with two counts of indecent liberties with a child and two counts of statutory rape of a person 13 to 15 years of age, Fox 8 reported Thursday.

The outlet said:

Warrants allege that in August of this year, Brockman “unlawfully, willfully, and feloniously did commit and attempt to commit lewd and lascivious act” with a 15-year-old victim.

He was issued no bond upon arrest, and the magistrates order alleges that he has made attempts to locate the victim at a hospital and leverage his status as a representative to make contact the victim.

The representative is being held at the Guilford County Jail and expected to appear in court on Thursday afternoon, according to WRAL.

Democratic Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker called for “mass protests” and “disruptions” against Republicans during a speech Sunday to his fellow Democrats.

Pritzker made the call for political mobilization at the New Hampshire Democratic Party’s McIntyre-Shaheen 100 Club Dinner, The Hill reported.

FBI Arrests Ultra-Liberal City Councilor For Allegedly Stealing Money, Making Cash Transfers In City Hall Bathroom

FBI agents arrested a Democratic Boston official Friday morning on federal corruption charges, citing an alleged “kickback scheme” to steal thousands of taxpayer dollars from her own constituents.

Tania Fernandes Anderson, who is serving in her second term as city councilor for Boston’s Seventh District, was indicted on one count of theft regarding programs receiving federal dollars and five counts of wire fraud, according to the Department of Justice’s indictment unsealed Friday.

Prosecutors allege that Fernandes Anderson, facing financial challenges last year following a state ethics commission’s decision to fine her $5,000 for violating a conflict of interest law, conspired with an unnamed relative on her staff in an alleged bonus kickback scheme to defraud the city of Boston. Fernandes Anderson allegedly paid her relative a $13,000 bonus — more than twice as large as the bonuses given to all of her other staff combined — who then slipped $7,000 in cash of that bonus to Fernandes Anderson during a secret exchange in a city hall bathroom on June 9, 2023, according to the DOJ’s indictment.

“Using public office for personal gain is a crime. In several posts on his social media platform, the former president first mockingly endorsed lawyer Dan Goldman in his race for Congressional District 10 in New York, hailing him as the man who “headed up the Impeachment Committee and lost.”

“Lawyer Dan Goldman is running for Congress, NY-10, and it is my great honor to Strongly Endorse him,” Trump began. “I do this not because of the fact that he headed up the Impeachment Committee and lost, but because he was honorable, fair, and highly intelligent.”

“While it was my honor to beat him, and beat him badly, Dan Goldman has a wonderful future ahead,” the former president added. “He will be very compassionate and compromising to those within the Republican Party, and will do everything possible to make sure they have a fair chance at winning against the Radical Left Democrats, who he knows are destroying our Country.”

Trump Endorses Democrat Impeachment Manager Dan Goldman in New York Primary; Goldman Responds

By Daily Wire. Former President Donald Trump announced Wednesday afternoon that he was endorsing attorney Dan Goldman, a Democrat, in the primary for New York’s 10th Congressional District.

Trump’s endorsement of Goldman comes after The New York Times endorsed Goldman in the primary last week in part because of “his work on the impeachment trial.”

“Lawyer Dan Goldman is running for Congress, NY-10, and it is my great honor to Strongly Endorse him,” Trump said. “I do this not because of the fact that he headed up the Impeachment Committee and lost, but because he was honorable, fair, and highly intelligent. Democrat Commissioner Charged With Raping 15-Year-Old Boy

A Democrat elected official in Darby Township, Pennsylvania, has been arrested and charged with raping a 15-year-old boy.

Marvin Smith, a 50-year-old Democrat elected to the Darby Township Board of Commissioners in 2019, turned himself in to the Philadelphia Police Department late last week on charges of rape, sexual assault, and others related to the rape of a 15-year-old boy in 2017.

According to investigators, on August 12, 2017, Smith was in his vehicle when he approached the boy and offered to give him a ride. Smith lured the boy by claiming to be a family friend, investigators claim.

When the boy got into Smith’s vehicle, Smith drove them to a park where he then allegedly raped the teen. Afterward, the boy told police that Smith dropped him off at an undisclosed location. The boy first filed a sexual assault complaint against Smith in April 2019 but an arrest warrant was not issued until November 22, 2021.

Shameless Media Peddling Democrat Propaganda on Court-Packing; Senator Says That Confirming Barrett ‘Constitutes Court-Packing,’

By Townhall. . .On Sunday, the Associated Press rolled out Newspeak, adopting a Democrat euphemism for court-packing, which is the Democrats’ plan to subvert the rule of law by transforming the Supreme Court into another legislative body via the addition of new judgeships. The AP published the following passage:

“[Gov. and Sen. candidate Steve Bullock (D-MT)] said that if Coney Barrett was confirmed, he would be open to measures to depoliticize the court, including adding judges to the bench, a practice critics have dubbed packing the courts,” reads the original AP story.

Only after sharp criticism from conservatives on Twitter did the AP remove its Newspeak. This is why Jack Dorsey and his liberal cohorts at Twitter are rolling out temporary speech codes to crack down on free speech and interfere in the election. . .

Free speech is under attack. The truth is under attack. Our constitutional republic is under attack. Coons Says That Confirming Barrett ‘Constitutes Court-Packing,’ Sasse Responds That’s ‘Obviously’ Incorrect

By Fox News. Senate Judiciary Committee member Sen. Chris Coons said on Sunday that the Senate moving to confirm President Trump’s Supreme Court nominee Amy Coney Barrett “constitutes court-packing,” and called the nominee’s views “disqualifying.”

Coons, D-Del., made the comments during an interview with “Fox News Sunday” host Chris Wallace. Sen. Ben Sasse, R-Neb., also spoke with Wallace Sunday.

“I’m going to be laying out the ways in which Judge Barrett’s views … are not just extreme, they’re disqualifying,” Coons said of Democrats’ strategy for Barrett’s hearings. “It constitutes court-packing.”

Court-packing’s traditional definition is expanding the Supreme Court by law and then confirming justices to those seats, not what Republicans are doing, which is filling a naturally occurring vacancy. Sasse shot back that Coons’ definition of court-packing was “obviously” incorrect and accused the Democrat of using “Orwellian” language. Democratic Candidate, 19, Wins Primary After Admitting to Past Revenge Porn and Blackmailing Girl for Nude Photos

A 19-year-old Democratic candidate, who confessed that he carried out abusive behavior toward multiple girls in middle school, won his primary race for the Kansas state House of Representatives. Community college student Aaron Coleman won his primary despite confessing that he engaged in “bullying, revenge porn, and blackmail.” . . .

However, Coleman has baggage that has his own party questioning whether he is fit to serve office. During the campaign, he told former Republican state lawmaker John Whitmer that he would “laugh and giggle when you get COVID and die,” according to the Kansas City Star. . .

But there are far darker allegations against Coleman, who is accused of harassing girls online in middle school. The Kansas City Star released an editorial earlier this month that detailed the accusations against the progressive Democratic candidate. . .

The woman said Coleman’s abuse included “calling me fat, telling me to kill myself, like I’m never going to find anyone, like I’m worthless, just downgrading me every day.” . . .

Sheila Jackson Lee Accused of Retaliating Against Staffer Who Said Black Caucus Foundation Official Raped Her

A former staffer for Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee, D-Texas, has claimed in a lawsuit that she was fired last year in retaliation for legal action the staffer planned to bring against the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation (CBCF) related to an alleged rape in 2015.

In a statement released Thursday, Jackson Lee’s office denied “that it retaliated against, or otherwise improperly treated” the staffer, who is identified in the lawsuit only as “Jane Doe.”

“While we still deny the allegations, we are especially concerned about Ms. Doe and only want the best for her and the many, many young people that the Congressional office has supported, encouraged, and provided opportunities for over 20 years,” the statement concluded.

According to documents filed in federal court in Washington last week, Jane Doe claimed she was raped in October 2015 while she was a CBCF intern by Damien Jones, who was the foundation’s internship program coordinator and her supervisor at the time. The lawsuit was first reported by BuzzFeed News.

Doe reported the alleged assault to police in Washington, D.C., but a criminal investigation proved inconclusive and she did not immediately pursue legal action. She also met with CBCF representatives who asked for all communications between Doe and Jones and told her that Jones was being placed on leave immediately. Democrat Senator Urges Republican Aide to Kill Herself, Continues Attacking Her

A New York State Democrat senator came under intense fire on Tuesday after he urged a Republican aide to kill herself in a now-deleted tweet and then immediately continued attacking her.

Sen. Kevin Parker (D-Brooklyn) instructed New York State Republican Deputy Communications Director Candice Giove to “Kill yourself!” after she allegedly exposed Parker appearing to misuse a parking placard.

“[I] got to the bottom of this. The placard is assigned to @SenatorParker,” Giove tweeted. “However, the license plate # on the placard does not match the vehicle. So he either used it in another car or gave it to someone to use, both of which are not permitted.”

Parker’s horrifying remark comes after he “attracted attention late last month when he proposed a bill that would require those seeking a firearm permit to consent to having their social-media accounts searched for objectionable content,” the Democrat & Chronicle reported. “The bill would require gun-seekers to turn over their passwords to key accounts to police, if necessary. If approved, up to three years of Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and Twitter posts and one year of search-engine history would be open to scrutiny.”
