Without Evidence, Former President Obama Accuses Hispanic Trump Voters of Bigotry (VIDEO)

Former President Barack Obama accused Hispanic voters of being bigots, claiming that they ignored the current administration’s “racist” immigration policies to vote for Donald Trump because “he supports their views on gay marriage.”

“People were surprised about a lot of Hispanic folks who voted for Trump,” Obama said on The Breakfast Club podcast Wednesday. “But there’s a lot of evangelical Hispanics who, you know, the fact that Trump says racist things about Mexicans, or puts detainees undocumented workers in cages, they think that’s less important than the fact that he supports their views on gay marriage or abortion.”

In states like Texas and Florida, Latino voters swung for Trump over Biden in the 2020 election. In Florida, nearly half of Latino voters cast ballots for President Trump, and in Texas’s Rio Grand Valley, Trump flipped Zapata County, one of the bluest counties along the river with 52.5 percent of the vote.

Despite Obama’s claims that gay marriage drove “evangelical” Hispanic voters to Trump, causing them to ignore Trump’s “racist” immigration policies, same-sex issues did not appear as one of the top ten important issues for Americans going into Election Day and was not a top ten priority for Hispanic voters specifically. . .

Instead, Hispanic voters showed concern for things like the economy, COVID-19, and violent crime, all of which Trump heavily focused on in his re-election campaign, promising more jobs, faster vaccine development, and calling for law and order.

WATCH: Lou Dobbs Asks Sidney Powell if the Trump Presidency Will Be ‘Saved’ as Transition Begins

. . .[T]here are still prominent Trump supporters keeping hope alive and saying there’s still a chance they can turn things around through the legal challenges going on across the country — a large number of which have been already rejected in court.

Sidney Powell joined Lou Dobbs on Fox Business Tuesday — days after her split with the Trump team — to talk up the supposed “Kraken” she’s going to release and continued making claims about voting machines and an election so rigged it changed the outcome.

At one point Dobbs asked, “Do you think that we’re going to see the Trump presidency saved?”

Powell promised him, “Yes, I definitely do.”

Judge Halts PA From Taking Further Steps in Certifying Its Election Results

By Townhall. . . .It’s a separate legal challenge filed by state Republicans. It’s unlikely to reverse the course of what has transpired in the Keystone State this election. Joe Biden was certified the winner. You’re never going to convince me that the election results for 2020 were legitimate, given the scores of voter fraud allegations, but the material that could have been used as evidence has been destroyed. And the bar to toss ballots is higher than Everest, so I doubt this will lead to major changes, but never say never around the holidays. As of now, further steps to verify PA’s election results have been halted by a judge.

Pennsylvania Judge Halts Election Certification Amid Mail-in Vote Fight

By Fox News. A Pennsylvania state court issued an injunction Wednesday blocking any potential further certification of election results in the state, pending a hearing to be held Friday.

The order from Judge Patricia McCullough comes in the case brought by Pennsylvania voters including Rep. Mike Kelly, R-Pa., in which they allege that a state law allowing for no-excuse absentee voting violated the Pennsylvania constitution, which outlines specific cases where absentee voting is allowed.

“[T]o the extent that there remains any further action to perfect the certification of the results of the 2020 General Election … for the office of President and Vice President of the United States of America, Respondents are preliminarily enjoined from doing so, pending an evidentiary hearing[,]’” McCullough wrote. Trump Campaign Says Pennsylvania, Arizona, Michigan to Hold Public Hearings on Election, States Push Back

The Trump campaign on Monday claimed that state legislatures in Pennsylvania, Arizona and Michigan would hold public hearings on the 2020 presidential election, however, officials in those key states have disputed any such hearings taking place.

The Trump campaign said that the first “hearing” will be held by the Pennsylvania state Senate on Wednesday in Gettysburg, Pa., and will feature testimony from witnesses “who have filed affidavits attesting to 2020 election fraud.”

The “hearing” Wednesday will also feature a presentation from former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, who serves as President Trump’s personal attorney and is leading the campaign’s legal challenges surrounding the election.

But the Pennsylvania Senate Majority tweeted Monday evening, referring to this as an “informational meeting on 2020 election issues,” not a hearing.

Meanwhile, the Trump camapign claimed that next Monday, Nov. 30, the Arizona legislature would also hold a hearing, followed by one in the Michigan legislature on Dec. 1. Antifa Leader Threatens ‘Armed’ Action Against Trump Supporters; Biden’s New WH National Security Adviser Downplayed Antifa Threat

By WND. A self-designated Antifa leader in Pittsburgh threatened “armed” action against supporters of President Trump if the president didn’t concede the election, vowing to block roads in “conservative areas.” . . .

The Gateway Pundit noted other tweets from Rahuba, including: “If you have children and you let them see their MAGA grandparents, I don’t respect you” and “This attitude is why I’m done targeting conservative politicians and have begin (sic) operations directly against MAGA voters.”

Biden’s New WH National Security Adviser Downplayed Antifa Threat

By Fox News. Jake Sullivan, the Democratic aide tapped by President-elect Joe Biden to be the next White House national security advisor, previously downplayed Antifa, calling them “a loose collection of people on the internet.”

Over the summer, Sullivan opposed President Trump’s earlier pledge to classify the left-wing group as a terrorist organization, the Daily Caller reported in June.

“First of all, the United States has the capacity to designate foreign organizations as terrorist organizations, not domestic organizations,” Sullivan said during a Foreign Policy conference call. “So we can start with the fact that this is not a kind of credible announcement that was made, it was a purely political announcement.

“I’m not a deep expert on Antifa such as it is, but from what I do know, I think Antifa is probably better described as a loose collection of people on the Internet who share tactics and tools and, you know, people individually identify as part of this loose network, not so much an organization with the structure and leadership and funding and so forth,” he added. Twitter Says Antifa-Aligned Group Cheering Alleged Arson at Police Officer’s Home Is Allowed

By Fox News. An Anitfa-aligned group’s tweet that seems to celebrate arson doesn’t violate the site’s policies because the post’s language is too vague, according to Twitter.

Fox News noted Monday that Pacific Northwest Youth Liberation Front tweeted “this is so cool” in response to an article about officials investigating alleged arson targeting a law enforcement officer. Oregon Public Broadcasting reported on Friday that federal law enforcement agencies were investigating the issue, although the Washington County Sheriff’s Office already claimed the incident was arson.

A law enforcement official reportedly said that there was a “concern in this case that the officer was surveilled and followed home.”

Twitter’s Elizabeth Busby told Fox News on Tuesday that the tweet didn’t violate its rules and linked to its policy on safety and other issues. (Read more from “Twitter Says Antifa-Aligned Group Cheering Alleged Arson at Police Officer’s Home Is Allowed” HERE)

Mueller Investigator Calls for Biden DOJ to Prosecute Trump

Andrew Weissmann, an MSNBC contributor and top deputy to former special counsel Robert Mueller, is calling on former Vice President Joe Biden to prosecute President Donald Trump, assuming he will be inaugurated in January.

Weissmann, in an op-ed for the New York Times that the next Department of Justice “should investigate Mr. Trump and, if warranted, prosecute him for potential federal crimes.”

“Mr. Trump’s criminal exposure is clear,” he said, adding that there is “ample evidence to support a charge that Mr. Trump obstructed justice,” in the Mueller probe, which cleared the president of any criminal wrongdoing between himself and the Russian government during his White House transition.

Weissmann then floated the possibility that President Trump could “pardon not just his family and friends before leaving office but also himself in order to avoid federal criminal liability.” (Read more from “Mueller Investigator Calls for Biden DOJ to Prosecute Trump” HERE)

Conservative Group Says They Discovered 150,000 Fraudulent Ballots

The Thomas More Society’s Amistad Project on Tuesday filed an emergency petition with the Wisconsin Supreme Court over the swing state’s unofficial election results. The conservative group claims to have identified more than 150,000 ballots that have the potential for fraud, something they believe could have an impact on the state’s declared winner.

“We have identified over 150,000 potentially fraudulent ballots in Wisconsin, more than enough to call into question the validity of the state’s reported election results, ” Phill Kline, director of the project, said in a statement.“Moreover, these discrepancies were a direct result of Wisconsin election officials’ willful violation of state law.”

The lawsuit claims election officials counted ineligible ballots, failed to count ballots that should have been counted, and that a number of counting errors and irregularities allegedly took place.

Biden to Nominate CNN Analyst for Secretary of State

By The Washington Free Beacon. Another media figure is joining the incoming Biden administration. The president-elect’s team announced over the weekend Biden’s intention to nominate CNN global-affairs analyst Antony Blinken for the role of secretary of state.

Blinken, in addition to his role at CNN, is a cofounder and managing partner of WestExec Advisors, a “strategic advisory firm that offers unique geopolitical and policy expertise to help business leaders make the best decisions in a complex and volatile international landscape.” He also served as a deputy in the Obama administration from 2013 to 2017.

Starting one’s own “strategic advisory firm” is one of the more conventional ways in which selfless public servants ensure they become rich enough to afford a life of selfless public service. The job of secretary of state, for example, pays a mere $210,700 a year. Multinational corporations will pay a lot more than that for strategic advice from politically well-connected media analysts.

Though the practice is typically frowned upon when Republicans do it, Democrats can often count on journalists and other liberals to defend them for simply having “participated in society” by raking in cash from corporate clients while their Democratic colleagues routinely badmouth those clients in public.
