The U.S. Supreme Court refused to hear a lawsuit brought by Texas and joined by 18 others against four swing states because the Washington establishment wants to get rid of President Donald Trump, contends talk-radio host Rush Limbaugh.

“There isn’t an entity in the American Deep State, Washington establishment, whatever, that doesn’t want to get rid of Donald Trump, including enough justices on the Supreme Court,” he told his listeners on Tuesday.

“The bottom line is that this is the best chance they’ve ever had to get rid of Trump and they’re not gonna hear these cases. They want him gone. It’s no more — in my humble estimation — no more complicated than that,” he said. . .

Limbaugh was asked Tuesday whether it is impossible to bring an election lawsuit.

“No, I don’t think that’s what [they are] saying because if it’s a case they wanted to take, they would take it,” he said. “You know, a friend of mine sent me a note after the Supreme Court refused to hear the Texas case. And the note is, ‘Supreme Court just said that a state that cheats in a national election, which screws everybody in the nation, is the only entity that’s allowed to do anything about it? Poll Reveals the Top Candidates for 2024

President Donald Trump and former first lady Michelle Obama lead their respective party primaries for a hypothetical 2024 presidential run, a December McLaughlin & Associates survey revealed.

The poll surveyed 438 Republican primary voters December 9-13 and asked, “Thinking ahead to the 2024 Republican primary election for President, if that election were held today among the following candidates, for whom would you vote?”

Trump overwhelming led the pack with 56 percent support — a three-point jump from November’s survey. Vice President Mike Pence came in a distant second with 11 percent support, and Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) came in third with five percent support. Sen. Mitt Romney (R-UT) garnered four percent support, followed by former U.S. Ambassador to the UN Nikki Haley and Fox News host Tucker Carlson, both of whom garnered three percent. The remaining candidates saw two percent support or less, with ten percent remaining undecided:

The survey also examined a hypothetical 2024 scenario on the Democrat side, asking 443 registered Democrats the same question. Voters seemed less united on a singular candidate, though Michelle Obama saw the most support with 29 percent. Vice President-Elect Kamala Harris saw 25 percent support, followed by Democrat Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) with seven percent. Former Mayor Pete Buttigieg and Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D-NY) garnered five percent support. The remaining candidates saw three percent support or less, while 18 percent remain undecided:

WATCH: Trump Pledges to Continue Legal Challenges Contesting Election Despite Electoral College Vote

President Donald Trump pledged Sunday to push forward with a barrage of legal challenges contesting the outcome of the November election despite a pending vote of certification by the Electoral College Monday.

“It’s not over,” Trump told Fox News’ Brian Kilmeade on “Fox & Friends” outside the annual Army-Navy football game. “We keep going and we’re going to continue to move forward. We have numerous local cases.”

Trump reiterated his claims of victory in Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Georgia, while emphasizing ongoing litigation in Wisconsin. As of this writing, former Vice President Joe Biden has carried all four, landing the Democratic candidate his first four years in the White House with 306 electoral votes to Trump’s 232 scheduled to make the vote official Monday.

The president maintains however, that the contest was “a rigged election.”

Joe Biden’s Phlegmatic, Divisive Speech Burns Bridges to Trump’s America

President-elect Joe Biden delivered an angry, partisan speech Monday evening upon being voted the winner of the 2020 election by the Electoral College.

Biden did not just acknowledge victory; he taunted his defeated opponent, President Donald Trump. Rather than celebrate the result and reach out to Trump and his supporters, Biden — coughing up phlegm throughout his speech — attempted to rub salt in the wound, continuing to argue the case after he had already won it. . .

In his speech, Biden declared that the election was “free and fair” — a dubious claim, which I have disputed elsewhere. He expects Americans to overlook a year of political violence, almost entirely by the left; unprecedented censorship by the mainstream media and Big Tech to cover up stories damaging to Biden’s political prospects; a debate commission stacked against Trump; and — most of all — a shift to vote-by-mail that was often pushed by Democrats over Republican objections. . .

Biden defended the election officials who, he said, had withstood “political pressure, verbal abuse, and threats of physical violence.”

Notably, Biden has yet to denounce the violence carried out against Trump supporters since the election, or the threats against the Trump campaign’s lawyers. During the election, he falsely claimed that left-wing rioters in Washington, DC, and Portland were “peaceful protesters.” It took him three days before he condemned riots in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Obama “Jokes” About Birther Conspiracy (VIDEO)

Former President Obama is mocking the “birther” conspiracy theory about him touted for years by President Trump, joking that he was “able to get away with” not being born in the United States.

The 44th president, who was born in Hawaii, is set to appear Monday night on “The Daily Show” to promote his new book, “A Promised Land.”

In a preview clip from the interview with Trevor Noah, the Comedy Central host cracked that Obama’s comical roasts of public figures have led them to make White House bids.

“I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but you have an ability to inspire people to run for the highest office in the land with some of the jokes you tell about them,” Noah told a grinning Obama.

Some pundits have theorized that Obama’s biting remarks at the 2011 White House Correspondents’ Association dinner about Trump, who was a guest there, might have helped motivate the then-real estate developer to run for office.

SICKENING FOOTAGE: 4 Trump Supporters Stabbed By Antifa, Counter-Protestor Shot at Election Protests

By Forbes. Rallies were staged across the country Saturday in support of President Trump’s campaign to overturn the election following a crushing Supreme Court loss, with at least two devolving into violent clashes with counter-protesters that left eight hospitalized and dozens arrested.

Thousands of the president’s supporters, including members of militia groups, gathered in cities big and small, rallying outside the capitals of Washington state, Georgia and in the nation’s capital, as well as in smaller towns like the Mobile, Alabama suburb Spanish Fort, where roughly 100 pro-Trump protesters showed up in support of the national “Stop the Steal” movement.

In Olympia, Washington, a counter-protester was shot during scuffles between two opposing groups of protesters, leading police to declare it a riot (Washington State Patrol told The New York Times that two people were in custody in connection with the shooting, but did not respond to questions from Forbes about the condition of the person shot). Mayhem in Washington, DC, as Trump Supporters, Opponents Clash; At Least 4 Stabbed, 23 Arrested

By Fox News. Chaos erupted in Washington, D.C., on Saturday night, hours after two pro-Trump rallies ended. Groups of Proud Boys and Antifa activists clashed under cover of darkness, with police repeatedly forcing them apart amid reports of brawls and stabbings.

At least four stabbings occurred near a bar that served as a gathering spot for the Proud Boys, according to the Washington Post. The victims were hospitalized, possibly with life-threatening injuries, a D.C. Fire Department spokesman told the newspaper.

Sidney Powell: Trump Could Trigger 2018 Executive Order

With time running out for President Trump, attorney Sidney Powell is raising the option for the commander in chief to invoke his 2018 executive order concerning foreign interference in U.S. elections.

The order, signed by Trump on Sept. 12, 2018, states “not later than 45 days after the conclusion of a United States election, the Director of National Intelligence, in consultation with the heads of any other appropriate executive departments and agencies (agencies), shall conduct an assessment of any information indicating that a foreign government, or any person acting as an agent of or on behalf of a foreign government, has acted with the intent or purpose of interfering in that election.”

Powell told the Epoch Times the evidence of foreign interference is “more than sufficient to trigger” the order, providing the president “all kinds of power … to do everything from seize assets to freeze things, demand the impoundment of the [voting] machines.”

“Under the emergency powers, he could even appoint a special prosecutor to look into this, which is exactly what needs to happen,” Powell continued.

“Every machine, every voting machine in the country should be impounded right now. Michael Flynn: Trump Will Remain President

Former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn on Saturday expressed confidence that President Donald Trump will serve a second consecutive term in his first public remarks since his presidential pardon.

Flynn joined a slew of high profile Trump supporters in Washington D.C. for a series of “Stop the Steal” rallies to protest the results of the election, one day after the U.S. Supreme Court rejected a lawsuit by Texas aimed at overturning President-elect Joe Biden’s win in four battleground states. Billed by Trump and his allies as “the big one,” the failed suit was the latest in a string of defeats for the president’s campaign to reverse his defeat.

“The courts do not decide who the next president of the United States will be,” Flynn told a crowd of protesters carrying patriotic flags. “We the people decide.”

REVEALED: The Biggest Election Fraud of All in 2020

With time rapidly running out for the Trump legal team to challenge the rampant election fraud that has characterized the most corrupt presidential contest of our lifetimes, it’s easy to lose sight of the other massive fraud that preceded, encouraged, enabled and excused the freakshow election Americans are being forced to endure.

And that’s the massive fraud that has been perpetrated by the American “news media,” which in reality is almost entirely a Pravda-type propaganda ministry for the Biden-Harris campaign.

That’s right. Pravda is a perfect descriptor for the American “news media.” Remember the famous joke in the dark days of the former Soviet Union? “There is no truth in Pravda and no news in Izvestia” – Pravda meaning “truth” and Izvestia meaning “news.”

The sole purpose of those two giant propaganda mills disguised as journalism organizations was to guard, protect, lie for and defend at all costs the corrupt, elite ruling class in charge of the 20th century’s most destructive totalitarian regime.

Ironically, here in America – the nation that, under Ronald Reagan, defeated the Soviet Union – in 2020 virtually the entire “mainstream media” serves precisely the same purpose as Pravda and Izvestia once did: To protect, defend, and lie day in and day out to preserve this nation’s corrupt, elite ruling class. That includes the newly radicalized Democratic Party, the permanent government bureaucracy called the “deep state,” and even today’s often-violent neo-Marxist political and cultural juggernaut obsessed with tearing down and transforming what they all condemn as an unjust, immoral and racist country.
