Trump Admin Creates Taxpayer-Funded $1.7 Billion to Compensate Allies Prosecuted Under Biden

. . .In a filing with a federal district court in Florida, Trump, his two eldest sons Eric and Donald Jr. and the Trump Organization said they were withdrawing the action.

A former IRS contractor was convicted in 2023 of leaking the tax returns of Trump and other wealthy Americans to the media and received a five-year prison sentence.

Trump’s decision to withdraw the suit appeared to be linked to a move to create a $1.7 billion compensation fund for the Republican president’s political allies who were investigated under Democratic predecessor Joe Biden.

According to ABC News and other media outlets, Trump’s Department of Justice plans to create a so-called “Truth and Justice Commission” for individuals who believe they were unfairly pursued by the Biden administration.

This could include, for example, the hundreds of Trump supporters who were prosecuted for their involvement in the January 6, 2021 assault on the US Capitol, which sought to prevent congressional certification of Biden’s election victory. Trump: “Iran better get moving, FAST, or there won’t be anything left of them. TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE”

Regional intelligence officials believe Iran is preparing for the possibility that President Donald Trump could resume military strikes against the Islamic Republic as early as this week amid growing frustration with Tehran’s conduct and its refusal to abandon nuclear ambitions, Fox News reports.

According to the report, the prevailing assessment inside Iran is that Trump may decide to restart military action, leading Tehran to pursue what officials described as a strategy of “deception and delay” aimed at buying time and complicating any renewed military campaign.

The officials told Fox News that Iranian leaders believe they can stretch the crisis out for at least two more weeks, potentially making it more difficult for the US to restart military operations both politically and operationally.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and US President Trump spoke on Sunday about developments with Iran. “For Iran, the Clock is ticking, and they better get moving, FAST, or there won’t be anything left of them. TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE,” Trump wrote on Truth Social after the call.

Trump’s post featured a map of the Middle East and Central Asia, with the entire region overlaid with the pattern of the United States flag. The country of Iran is highlighted at the center of the map with a dozen red arrows pointing directly at the Islamic Republic. Later Trump said Iran “should be afraid” of him in an interview with Israel’s Channel 13.

In response Ebrahim Rezaei, spokesperson for Iran parliament’s National Security and Foreign Policy Committee, said the United States must either accept Tehran’s conditions or “surrender to our missiles.”

Trump is expected to hold a Situation Room meeting with his top national security team on Tuesday to discuss options for military action.

Donald Trump Shares AI-Generated Alien Photo on Truth Social Amid Broad Online Posting Spree

US President Donald Trump launched a notable posting blitz on his social media platform, Truth Social, over the weekend, sharing roughly 25 posts that included highly stylised, artificial intelligence-generated imagery. Among the most widely circulated graphics was an AI-created photo depicting Trump walking side-by-side with a classic extraterrestrial alien figure, complete with fictionalised Secret Service agents positioned in the background.

The flurry of digital content surfaced amidst escalating geopolitical tensions with Iran and follows recent administration directives regarding the declassification of government files on unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP).

The AI-generated alien imagery was part of a broader sequence of over two dozen graphics shared by the President over a period of several hours. Aside from the photo featuring the extraterrestrial figure, the posting spree heavily leaned into military, aerospace, and geopolitical themes. Another prominent AI graphic depicted Trump in outer space beneath a “Space Force” title, portrayed as overseeing orbital satellite operations and missile strikes. The digital blitz also included aggressive geopolitical commentary, featuring an edited map pointing arrows directly at Iran and an illustration of a US drone targeting Iranian fast boats captioned, “BYE BYE, Fast boats.” The online activity concluded with direct warnings toward Tehran regarding stalled negotiations over regional security, economic sanctions, and uranium stockpiles.

While the surreal nature of the AI alien photo drew immediate commentary from social media users, the imagery aligns with a renewed focus on extraterrestrial and aerial anomalies within the current administration. In February 2026, Trump issued a formal directive on Truth Social instructing federal agencies to identify and release classified records connected to extraterrestrial life and unidentified flying objects.

Trump to Kentucky on Massie: ‘Vote the Bum Out’

President Donald Trump called for Kentucky residents to vote Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) out of office on Tuesday, labeling him a “bum” and as being a “true negative force.”

In a post on Truth Social on Sunday, Trump pointed out that “Massie voted against Tax Cuts,” and the border wall. Trump described Massie as being “The Worst Republican Congressman in History.”

“Bad Congressman Tom Massie voted against Tax Cuts, the Border Wall, our Military and Law Enforcement,” Trump wrote. “Actually, he voted against almost everything that is good. The Worst Republican Congressman in History. Kentucky, vote the bum out on Tuesday. We can’t live with this troublemaker for another two years. He is a true negative force!!!”

Trump’s post comes as he has on several occasions rallied behind Massie’s primary opponent, Captain Ed Gallrein. Trump has described Gallrein as being “a true Patriot” and an American hero.

“The incredible people of Kentucky’s 4th Congressional District, who want desperately to get rid of Thomas Massie, the Worst ‘Republican’ Congressman we have had in many years, gave us a mandate to, MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!” Trump wrote in a Truth Social post in January. “The person that will help us do the job, and do it right, is Navy SEAL, Army Ranger, Fifth Generation Kentucky Farmer, and American Hero, Captain Ed Gallrein, a true Patriot.” (Read more from “Trump to Kentucky on Massie: ‘Vote the Bum Out’” HERE)

Trump Threatens ‘Weak Minded’ Boebert with Primary after She Campaigns for Massie

. . .The president openly solicited contenders on social media Saturday to primary Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-Colo.) after she campaigned for Trump-foe Rep. Thomas Massie (R-Ky.).

“Is anyone interested in running against Weak Minded Lauren Boebert in Colorado’s Fourth Congressional District? You remember Lauren moved to the District when it became obvious that she couldn’t win in her original Congressional District (The Third!) — A Carpetbagger, indeed!” Trump posted on Truth Social Saturday.

Boebert, who moved to the more conservative 4th district ahead of her 2024 election, appeared with Massie at two campaign events in Kentucky Friday as he faces a fierce primary challenge from Ed Gallrein, a retired Navy SEAL who has Trump’s endorsement.

Massie is struggling to hold onto his seat after facing repeated accusations of disloyalty from President Trump, who he has accused of being in the “Epstein class.”

“Donald Trump told us that even though, you know, he had dinner with these kinds of people in New York City and West Palm Beach, that he would be transparent. But he’s not. He’s still in with the Epstein class. This is the Epstein administration,” Massie told ABC’s This Week in February. Poll: 3 in 10 Believe at Least One of the Assassination Attempts on Trump Was Staged

Three in ten Americans believe at least one of the assassination attempts on President Donald Trump was “staged,” a recent NewsGuard/YouGov survey revealed.

The survey examined Americans’ sentiments on the attempts to take President Trump’s life. It asked 1,000 Americans if they believed any of the three attempts of Trump’s life – including the Butler, Pennsylvania, shooting in 2024, the incident at Trump’s West Palm Beach golf course that same year, and more recently, the White House Correspondents’ Dinner just weeks ago – was legitimate.

For the Butler shooting – which saw the bullet narrowly miss Trump’s skull – a plurality, 47, percent, said they believe it was a real attempt. However, 29 percent said they wee “unsure,” and 24 percent believe it was completely staged.

Similarly, a plurality, 48 percent, believe the attempt on Trump’s life at the Trump International Golf Club in September 2024 was a real attempt to take his life, followed by 36 percent who are “unsure,” and 16 percent who believe it was staged. That thwarted attempt resulted in the arrest of Ryan Routh, who was convicted for the attempted assassination.

More recently, 45 percent believe that the WHCD attempted shooting was legitimate, followed by 32 percent who are not sure and nearly a quarter, 24 percent, who believe it was staged. (Read more from “Poll: 3 in 10 Believe at Least One of the Assassination Attempts on Trump Was Staged” HERE)

Xi Raises Prospect of a Future US-China War in Meeting with Trump: ‘Thucydides Trap’

By New York Post. Chinese leader Xi Jinping opened Wednesday’s high-stakes meeting with President Trump by ominously raising the prospect of a future war between the US and China.

Xi made reference to a geopolitical concept known as the Thucydides trap, which posits that there is a high probability of a violent clash when a rising power challenges the ruling hegemon.

“The whole world is watching our meeting,” Xi said inside Beijing’s Great Hall of the People, with Trump seated across the table.

“Currently, transformation not seen in a century is accelerating across the globe, and the international situation is fluid and turbulent,” he continued, according to one translation of his remarks. “The world has come to a new crossroads.

“Can China and the United States overcome the Thucydides trap and create a new paradigm of major country relations? Can we meet global challenges together and provide more stability for the world? Can we, in the interest of the well-being of our two peoples and the future of humanity, build a brighter future together for our bilateral relations?” (Read more from “Xi Raises Prospect of a Future US-China War in Meeting with Trump: ‘Thucydides Trap’” HERE)

Melania Mysteriously Snubs Trump’s Big Trip

By Daily Beast. Donald Trump left Washington for a three-day state visit to China flanked by cabinet secretaries, sixteen corporate CEOs, his son Eric and daughter-in-law Lara—but not his wife.

Melania Trump’s office confirmed her absence in an email to the South China Morning Post hours before takeoff, without even attempting to offer an explanation: “First Lady Melania Trump is not travelling this time,” her spokesperson said.

Her office did not immediately respond to a request for comment on why she was sitting out the trip.

The move comes amid speculation about the first lady increasingly breaking with her husband as she seems to be trying to charter her own course. Trump and his White House aides were reportedly blindsided last month when she called a surprise press conference to read a statement declaring she had no ties to the late sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein. The move appeared only to revive the scandal that Trump himself had been eager to put to rest.

Melania’s absence, bizarrely, does not appear to have kept the man who produced her critically panned Melania documentary last year from tagging along. (Read more from “Melania Mysteriously Snubs Trump’s Big Trip” HERE)

Senior White House Official Placed On Leave After Trashing Trump In Sting Operation

The White House placed a top administration official on leave after an undercover sting operation revealed his deep disdain for President Donald Trump.

Benjamin Ellisten, a senior budget analyst and funding manager for the White House, told James O’Keefe’s undercover journalist that Trump is a “madman” who is “f*cking it up for everybody.” Ellisten, who has worked at the White House since 2024, according to O’Keefe’s reporting, has since been placed on administrative leave, a White House official told the Daily Caller.

“He has no direct access to the President or Senior Staff, and does not work on the White House campus,” the official told the Caller. “Such views expressed by the individual are not reflective of patriots who admirably serve in the Administration.”

Ellisten was caught telling O’Keefe’s reporter that Trump is a “mess,” saying they “gotta get rid of him.”

“He’s a madman,” Ellisten told the undercover journalist. “Literally. He’s invincible. Nothing can stop him, and that’s dangerous.” (Read more from “Senior White House Official Placed On Leave After Trashing Trump In Sting Operation” HERE)

Have Trump And Musk Made Amends?

President Donald Trump and tech mogul Elon Musk had a very public falling out in May 2025, fracturing their political partnership into a foul-mouthed feud.

Now, nearly a year later, Musk is on board Air Force One with the president en route to Beijing, indicating the pair may have made amends.

Musk first broke from the administration over Trump’s landmark One Big Beautiful Bill, saying he was “disappointed” by the large price tag and that it undermined the cuts made by the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE). This split reached a fever pitch when Musk later accused Trump of complicity in an Epstein Files cover-up in a series of now-deleted tweets.

Just days after alleging that Trump was in the Epstein Files, Musk apologized to the president in a post on X.

“I regret some of my posts about President [Donald Trump] last week,” Musk wrote. “They went too far.” (Read more from “Have Trump And Musk Made Amends?” HERE)

Trump Tells Reporter He Doesn’t ‘Think About’ Americans’ Finances In Waging Iran War; Cost Of Iran War Balloons To Nearly $30,000,000,000

By Daily Caller. President Donald Trump on Tuesday said the deteriorating financial situation of Americans is not playing any role in pushing him to make a deal with Iran.

The Daily Caller’s White House Correspondent Reagan Reese pressed the president on whether increasing inflation — including energy and food prices — is influencing the White House’s decision to seek a deal to end the ongoing war with Iran. Trump dismissed the idea, declaring, “I don’t think about Americans’ financial situation.”

“What extent are Americans’ financial situation motivating you to make a deal?” Reese asked.

“Not even a little bit. The only thing that matters, when I’m talking about Iran, they can’t have a nuclear weapon,” Trump said. “I don’t think about Americans’ financial situation, I don’t think about anybody.”

Earlier on Tuesday, the Consumer Price Index (CPI) report for April revealed that inflationary pressure in the U.S. economy has been rising, with prices for energy and groceries heavily contributing to the spike. The cost of everyday goods rose 0.6% on a seasonally adjusted basis in April, after increasing 0.9% in March, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) reported. Cost Of Iran War Balloons To Nearly $30,000,000,000

By Daily Caller. The estimated cost of the war in Iran has now hit nearly $30 billion, the Pentagon said Tuesday.

Department of War Comptroller and Chief Financial Officer Jules W. Hurst III said during a congressional testimony on Tuesday that the Iran war has cost about $29 billion in total thus far, citing an “updated repair and replacement of equipment cost and also just general operational cost” as the main reasons for the increase. The announcement comes after the Pentagon estimated on April 29 that the total cost of the war was roughly $25 billion, Reuters reported.

Hurst also said during the hearing that “at the time of testimony… it [the estimated cost of the Iran war] was $25 billion dollars,” in reference to War Secretary Pete Hegseth’s cost estimate from April.

However, the total cost of the Iran war may actually be closer to $50 billion, CBS News reported on April 30, citing anonymous U.S. officials familiar with internal assessments.

The Pentagon requested $200 billion from Congress to fund the war in March. (Read more from “Cost Of Iran War Balloons To Nearly $30,000,000,000” HERE)
