What Trump Shockingly Told Kamala Harris When She Called Him to Concede the 2024 Election

Donald Trump caught former Vice President Kamala Harris and her aides off guard when the typically abrasive president politely praised her as a “tough cookie” and congratulated her on running a “great” campaign when she called him to concede his victory in the 2024 election, according to a new book.

“I’m calling to concede. It was a fair election. The peaceful transfer of power is important. It’s important to the country,” Harris reportedly told Trump on the phone the day after the election, according to author Chris Whipple‘s new book “Uncharted: How Trump Beat Biden, Harris, and the Odds in the Wildest Campaign in History.”

However, she could not help but take a light jab at the divisive president-elect at the time, adding “I hope you’re president for all Americans.”

Instead of taking that comment personally and snapping back, however, Trump was cordial and even praised Harris’ late-entry campaign as he basked in his historic win, according to Whipple.

“You’re a tough cookie. You were really great. And that Doug — what a character! I love that guy,” the now-president said, referring to Harris’ husband, Doug Emhoff. (Read more from “What Trump Shockingly Told Kamala Harris When She Called Him to Concede the 2024 Election” HERE)

Trump Rejects European Union’s ‘Zero-For-Zero’ Tariff Resolution to Remove Industrial Fees on Us Goods: ‘Not Looking at That’

President Trump turned down a proposal by the European Union Monday for a “zero-for-zero” tariff scheme on industrial products, saying the offer was “not” enough to reverse 20% duties on imports.

“The EU has been very tough over the years,” Trump told reporters in the Oval Office when asked about the offer. “It was formed to really do damage to the United States in trade.”

“They don’t take our cars, like Japan in that sense. They don’t take our agricultural product; they don’t take anything practically,” he went on.

“We have a [trade] deficit with the European Union of $350 billion — and it’s going to disappear fast,” he added. “And one of the ways that that can disappear easily and quickly is they’re going to have to buy our energy from us.”

Asked elsewhere about whether the global tariffs imposed Saturday were merely an opening for further negotiations, Trump responded: “We’re not looking at that.” (Read more from “Trump Rejects European Union’s ‘Zero-For-Zero’ Tariff Resolution to Remove Industrial Fees on Us Goods: ‘Not Looking at That’” HERE)

Supreme Court Lifts Order Blocking Trump From Using Wartime Law to Deport Suspected Venezuelan Gang Members

The Trump administration will be allowed to resume deporting suspected Venezuelan gangbangers under the 1798 Alien Enemies Act after the Supreme Court on Monday lifted a lower court order that blocked the deportations.

In a 5-4 decision, the high court ruled that the Trump administration was “likely to succeed on the merits” in a lawsuit filed in a Washington, DC district court challenging the removal of five Venezuelan men under the centuries-old law.

“The detainees are confined in Texas, so venue is improper in the District of Columbia,” read the conservative majority opinion.

The court also determined that anyone the Trump administration is seeking to deport under the Alien Enemies Act must be afforded notice “within a reasonable time and in such a manner as will allow them to actually seek [a court hearing] in the proper venue before such removal occurs.” (Read more from “Supreme Court Lifts Order Blocking Trump From Using Wartime Law to Deport Suspected Venezuelan Gang Members” HERE)

Trump Warns Against Being a ‘Panican’ Party of ‘Weak and Stupid People’ as Global Markets React to Tariffs

President Donald Trump is advising Americans not to be “Panican” amid global market concerns which follow his momentous “Liberation Day” announcement introducing reciprocal tariffs to get Americans back to an even playing field and bring manufacturing back home.

“The United States has a chance to do something that should have been done DECADES AGO. Don’t be Weak!” Trump said in a Truth Social post on Monday morning, just as “Black Monday” was trending on social media.

“Don’t be Stupid! Don’t be a PANICAN (A new party based on Weak and Stupid people!),” he advised. “Be Strong, Courageous, and Patient, and GREATNESS will be the result!”

His advice came as global markets panicked and plunged following his highly anticipated tariff announcement last week in the Rose Garden.

Trump provided another update on Truth Social on Monday morning, explaining that countries “from all over the World are talking to us.” (Read more from “Trump Warns Against Being a ‘Panican’ Party of ‘Weak and Stupid People’ as Global Markets React to Tariffs” HERE)

Why People Are ‘Missing the Point’ on Trump’s Tariffs

The mainstream media have been in a state of doom and gloom over President Trump’s tariffs, but as usual, they’re missing the point.

And while the mainstream media fearmonger over the tariffs, Heritage Foundation President Kevin Roberts has faith that Trump’s plan will work.

“Just to be really objective about this, there will be an economic quarter or two where things are choppy. The treasury secretary has said as much, because what Trump is trying to do is reset the world economic order,” Roberts tells Sara Gonzales on “Sara Gonzales Unfiltered.”

“If I had to guess, as he gets into this negotiation with other countries and they recalibrate, because the administration is so good, they’re going to focus on the reciprocity part of this,” he continues, adding that alongside “deregulation, cutting the budget” and “making tax cuts” will get “America back on its feet.”

“There needs to be a zealous focus, a real target, on the worst abusers,” he says, noting that China and the European Union are among these abusers. (Read more from “Why People Are ‘Missing the Point’ on Trump’s Tariffs” HERE)

Donald Trump Addresses Whether He Crashed Markets On Purpose

President Donald Trump has denied that he intended to crash the stock market after he previously posted a video on Truth Social about him crashing the market on purpose.

The president addressed the matter while aboard Air Force One, during a press gaggle with reporters as he returned to Washington, D.C., after playing golf all weekend in Florida.

Last week, Trump announced new tariffs on all imported goods from 180 countries as well as a list of “reciprocal duties” targeting China and other countries, claiming to combat trade imbalances and restore America’s manufacturing industry. He hailed the tariffs as the country’s “declaration of economic independence.”

However, Trump’s tariffs and shakeup of global trade has rattled global and domestic markets, with Wall Street tanking over the past few days, marking the worst days for the U.S. stock markets since 2020. The president has insisted that markets will “boom” as a result of his trade war.

Vice President JD Vance also told Newsmax on Thursday, as stock futures continued dropping, that things “could be worse.” (Read more from “Donald Trump Addresses Whether He Crashed Markets On Purpose” HERE)

Trump and Our Return to the ‘American System’

Few economic philosophies have shaped America’s prosperity as profoundly as Henry Clay’s American System—a blueprint for national strength and self-sufficiency. Developed in the early 19th century, Clay’s vision centered on protective tariffs, a strong national banking system, infrastructure development, and the responsible use of natural resources.

These pillars propelled the United States into economic dominance. However, in the latter half of the 20th century, Cold War geopolitics led to a significant departure from these principles. Today, President Donald Trump’s economic policies signal a revival of the American System, aiming to restore national industry, energy independence, and economic resilience.

One of the key components of Clay’s American System was the use of tariffs to shield domestic industries from foreign competition. Clay and his contemporaries understood that fledgling American manufacturers needed time to grow without being undermined by cheaper imports. This approach helped transform the U.S. from an agrarian economy into an industrial powerhouse.

Trump’s embrace of tariffs is a modern adaptation of this strategy, aimed at protecting American businesses from unfair foreign trade practices. His policies seek to revitalize domestic manufacturing, reduce dependency on foreign goods, and address trade imbalances, particularly with China. Additionally, tariff revenue contributes to lowering the national debt, reinforcing economic sovereignty.

Clay’s American System also relied on a centralized banking institution to maintain financial stability. The Second Bank of the United States played a critical role in providing credit, regulating state banks, and preventing economic crises. Although Andrew Jackson dismantled the bank in the 1830s, its essential functions were later restored with the creation of the Federal Reserve in 1913. Bondi Says The Real ‘Constitutional Crisis’ Is Judicial Lawfare, Not Trump Exec Actions

On Sunday, Attorney General Pam Bondi rejected claims that President Donald Trump is causing a constitutional crisis with his second-term executive actions, which are facing numerous legal challenges.

“The president is going to comply with the law,” Bondi told Fox News Sunday anchor Shannon Bream, who asked if there was any “scenario” in which Trump would not comply with an order or final judgment from the Supreme Court.

“Since January 20th, we’ve had over 170 lawsuits filed against us. That should be the constitutional crisis right there,” Bondi stated. “Fifty injunctions, they’re popping up every single day, trying to control his executive power, trying to control where he believes our tax dollars should be allocated.”

The interview began with a clip of Jeffrey Rosen, president and CEO of the National Constitution Center, suggesting that a president clashing with the Supreme Court could trigger a constitutional crisis. Bream pointed out that some critics frequently use that phrase amid the surge of lawsuits against the Trump administration.

Bondi highlighted Trump’s 2024 election victory and his efforts to fulfill promises made on the campaign trail. (Read more from “Bondi Says The Real ‘Constitutional Crisis’ Is Judicial Lawfare, Not Trump Exec Actions” HERE)

Illegal Alien Brags She’s ‘Queer,’ ‘Unafraid’ at Anti-Trump Rally — but the Internet Isn’t Having It

An undocumented immigrant attending an anti-Trump “Hands Off!” rally on Saturday said she was “unafraid” to flash her immigration status and sexual orientation publicly.

“I am an immigrant, I am undocumented, unafraid, queer and unashamed,” Greisa Martinez Rosas, a longtime left-wing immigration activist, told those in attendance at the Washington, D.C., demonstrations over the weekend, according to a report in the New York Post. . .

“Deport her. Now,” one user on X said, according to the Post.

“Lock her up,” another said.

Others quipped that her public declaration was likely to land her on the radar of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency (ICE). (Read more from “Illegal Alien Brags She’s ‘Queer,’ ‘Unafraid’ at Anti-Trump Rally — but the Internet Isn’t Having It” HERE)
