Trump Revokes Legal Status for 530,000 Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans and Venezuelans

U.S. President Donald Trump’s administration will revoke the temporary legal status of 530,000 Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans and Venezuelans in the United States, according to a Federal Register notice on Friday, the latest expansion of his crackdown on immigration.

The move, effective April 24, cuts short a two-year “parole” granted to the migrants under former President Joe Biden that allowed them to enter the country by air if they had U.S. sponsors.

Trump, a Republican, took steps to ramp up immigration enforcement after taking office, including a push to deport record numbers of migrants in the U.S. illegally. He has argued that the legal entry parole programs launched under his Democratic predecessor overstepped the boundaries of federal law and called for their termination in a January 20 executive order.

Trump said on March 6 that he would decide “very soon” whether to strip the parole status from some 240,000 Ukrainians who fled to the U.S. during the conflict with Russia. Trump’s remarks came in response to a Reuters report that said his administration planned to revoke the status for Ukrainians as soon as April. Justice Department Accuses Judge Overseeing Perkins Coie Case of Bias Against Trump, Urges Recusal

The Justice Department on Friday argued that the federal judge who is overseeing Perkins Coie’s case against President Donald Trump has demonstrated “partiality” against the president, and “animus” toward him.

The DOJ lawyers asked U.S. District Judge Beryl Howell to recuse herself from the case over the appearance of partiality, citing the current lawsuit, which she partially blocked, and other previous rulings, The Hill reported.

The lawsuit challenges an executive order by the president that targeted the Perkins Coie law firm. The order cited the firm’s “dishonest and dangerous activity,” stripping it of its clearances and essentially barring its attorneys from federal buildings.

Perkins Coie previously worked with the Hillary Clinton presidential campaign in 2016 and Fusion GPS to produce the discredited Steele Dossier.

“Reasonable observers may view this Court as incapable of fairly adjudicating these claims against the Commander-In-Chief,” Deputy Associate Attorney General Richard Lawson wrote in the motion. “This Court’s pattern of hostility toward President Trump is not limited to his supporters. It also utilized the judicial power against President Trump himself.” (Read more from “Justice Department Accuses Judge Overseeing Perkins Coie Case of Bias Against Trump, Urges Recusal” HERE)

Trump Revokes Security Clearances for Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Hillary Clinton

President Donald Trump announced that he had revoked security clearances and access to classified information from people such as former President Joe Biden, former Vice President Kamala Harris, and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, as well as several others.

Trump also revealed that he had also revoked the security clearances of former Secretary of State Antony Blinken, former Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY), and “any other member” of the Biden family.

“I have determined that it is no longer in the national interest for the following individuals to access classified information: Antony Blinken, Jacob Sullivan, Lisa Monaco, Mark Zaid, Norman Eisen, Letitia James, Alvin Bragg, Andrew Weissman, Hillary Clinton, Elizabeth Cheney, Kamala Harris, Adam Kinzinger, Fiona Hill, Alexander Vindman, Joseph R. Biden Jr., and any other member of Joseph R. Biden Jr.’s family,” Trump said. “Therefore, I hereby direct every executive department and agency head to take all additional action as necessary and consistent with existing law to revoke any active security clearances held by the aforementioned individuals and to immediately rescind their access to classified information. I also direct all executive department and agency heads to revoke unescorted access to secure United States Government facilities from these individuals.”

Trump Signs Order To Dismantle Education Department ‘As Quickly As Possible’

President Donald Trump signed an executive order Thursday afternoon directing Education Secretary Linda McMahon to start dismantling the Department of Education.

The signing, held in a packed East Room full of students, teachers, parents, education advocates, and governors from across the country, was a celebratory event for many who have wanted to see an end to federal bureaucrats’ dictating of education regulations and spending, without regard for the individual needs of states and localities. McMahon was also in attendance.

“The Department of Education, we’re going to eliminate it, and everybody knows it’s right, and the Democrats know it’s right, and I hope they’re going to be voting for it, because ultimately it may come before them,” Trump said. “Everybody knows it’s right that we have to get our children educated. We’re not doing well with the world of education in this country, we haven’t for a long time.”

Referring to McMahon, Trump continued, “We’re pleased to be joined today by the woman who I chose because she’s an extraordinary person, and hopefully she will be our last Secretary of Education.”

The order directs McMahon — “to the maximum extent appropriate” — take “all necessary steps to facilitate the closure of the Department of Education and return education authority to the States and local communities” without depriving Americans of the “benefits, programs, and benefits” they rely on. Trump Voter Stands by His Support of President After ICE Detains His Peruvian Wife on Return Trip From Honeymoon

A Wisconsin voter who backed President Trump in November is still sticking by the Republican – even after his Peruvian wife was detained by US Immigration and Customs Enforcement as part of a federal crackdown on illegal immigration last month.

Bradley Bartell is now worried about the well-being of his wife, Sylvia Camilla Muñoz-Lira, locked inside a detention center — and is seeking donations — after she was nabbed by ICE agents on Feb. 15 at Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport in San Juan. The pair were traveling home to Wisconsin Dells from their belated honeymoon in Puerto Rico when she was taken into custody.

Muñoz-Lira, who overstayed her J-1 visa, is now locked up at Richwood Correctional Center in Louisiana.

“It was kind of like a slap in the face,” Bartell, 40, told The Post, explaining that a week went by before he heard from his wife and learned where she was being held.

“I was in shock and unsure what to do at the time. It was terrible.”

Bartell said they now speak every day on the phone for 15 minutes and keep in touch through a messaging system inside the detention center. But the newlywed is concerned for his wife’s mental and physical well-being as she remains behind bars awaiting a court date. The Judicial Insurrection Is Worse Than You Think

At this point it’s not too much to say that the federal judiciary has plunged us into a constitutional crisis. The fusillade of injunctions and temporary restraining orders issued by district court judges in recent weeks against the Trump administration — on everything from foreign aid to immigration enforcement to Defense Department enlistment policy to climate change grants for Citibank — boggles the mind.

More nationwide injunctions and restraining orders have been issued against Trump in the past month that were issued against the Biden administration in four years. On Wednesday alone, four different federal judges ordered Elon Musk to reinstate USAID workers (something he and DOGE have no authority to do), ordered President Trump to disclose sensitive operational details about the deportation flights of alleged terrorists, ordered the Department of Defense to admit individuals suffering from gender dysphoria to the military, and ordered the Department of Education to issue $600 million in DEI grants to schools.

On one level, what all this amounts to is an attempted takeover of the Executive Branch by the Judicial Branch — a judicial coup d’état. These judges are usurping President Trump’s valid exercise of his Executive Branch powers through sheer judicial fiat — a raw assertion of power by one branch of the federal government against another.

But on another, deeper level, this is an attempt by the judiciary to prevent the duly elected president from reclaiming control of the Executive Branch from the federal bureaucracy — the deep state, which has long functioned as an unelected and unaccountable fourth branch of the government. This unconstitutional fourth branch has always been controlled by Democrats and leftist ideologues who, under the guise of being nonpartisan experts neutrally administering the functions of government, have effectively supplanted the political branches. Unfortunately, to large extent the political branches have acquiesced in the usurpation of their authority.

Trump, with a strong mandate from the American electorate, has resolved to wrest control of the government from the deep state. The deep state in turn has been forced to fall back on its last line of defense: the courts. (Read more from “The Judicial Insurrection Is Worse Than You Think” HERE)

Report: Judge Who Blocked Trump Deportations Played Key Role in Russia Collusion Hoax; and was a Member of Skull and Bones While at Yale

The Obama-appointed federal judge who ruled against President Donald Trump’s deportations of suspected Tren de Aragua (TdA) gang members played a key role in the failed Russia-Trump collusion accusations while presiding over the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) Court.

Chief Judge James Boasberg of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia has started a legal battle against the Trump administration by moving to block and return deportation flights of illegal aliens affiliated with the violent Venezuelan gang last Saturday, Breitbart News reported.

A Thursday report by investigative journalist Jerry Dunleavy on Thursday detailed how deeply entrenched the judge was in the “Russiagate” conspiracy theory that the FBI used in its attempted takedown of Trump during his first term as president:

As the head of the FISA Court, Boasberg “made a number of divisive decisions, including a slap on the wrist for a member of the FBI’s Crossfire Hurricane team, the appointment of officials who had defended the FBI’s actions during the Russiagate saga, the renewal of the FBI’s FISA powers, and more,” Dunleavy wrote for Just the News.

Despite writing that “the frequency and seriousness” of the errors found by the DOJ watchdog related to the Russia investigation “called into question the reliability of the information proffered in other FBI applications,” Boasberg signed off on the renewal of overreaching surveillance powers for U.S. spy agencies in November 2020. Trump Sends Clear Message to Supreme Court as Federal Judges Block Agenda

President Donald Trump on Thursday called on the Supreme Court to reverse injunctions placed on his administration’s efforts to carry out mass deportations and other moves to downsize the scope of government.

In a lengthy post on his Truth Social platform, Trump took aim at “Radical Left Judges” for imposing injunctions on some of his most controversial moves, such as deporting Venezuelan gang members.

“Unlawful Nationwide Injunctions by Radical Left Judges could very well lead to the destruction of our Country!” he wrote. “These people are Lunatics, who do not care, even a little bit, about the repercussions from their very dangerous and incorrect Decisions and Rulings.”

A president has to be allowed to act “quickly and decisively,” such as “returning murderers, drug lords, rapists, and other such type criminals back to their Homeland, or to other locations that will allow our Country to be SAFE.” . . .

“If Justice Roberts and the United States Supreme Court do not fix this toxic and unprecedented situation IMMEDIATELY, our Country is in very serious trouble!” he wrote. (Read more from “Trump Sends Clear Message to Supreme Court as Federal Judges Block Agenda” HERE)

Police Launch Search for Man ‘Targeting’ Homes of Trump Supporters

Police in a Western Pennsylvania town have launched a search for a man accused of “targeting” the homes of supporters of President Donald Trump.

A Pennsylvania man is “targeting” houses that have flags, signs, and banners showing support for President Trump.

The first act against Trump supporters reportedly occurred in October 2024 at a home that was flying a Trump flag.

Aspinwall Police Chief David Nemec told Pittsburgh’s WTAE-TV, “He went to a resident that had a Trump flag, and he stopped his vehicle right in the middle of the roadway, got out, walked up to the sidewalk, and started yelling obscenities at the house, at the flag.”

The homeowner claimed that the suspect spewed vulgar insults at him and swatted the Trump flag hanging from his home. The homeowner believes that the incident was politically motivated.

Chief Nemec noted that what seemed to be the same suspect targeted a different home with a Trump banner on March 14. (Read more from “Police Launch Search for Man ‘Targeting’ Homes of Trump Supporters” HERE)

Trump Fires Both Democrat FTC Commissioners: ‘Major Implications’ for the Federal Reserve

Both Democrat members of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) were fired by President Donald Trump on Tuesday in a shocking move that may have “major implications for the independence of the Fed,” according to a former official.

Due to the 1935 Supreme Court decision that greatly limited the president’s ability to remove officials from independent regulatory agencies like the Federal Reserve and the FTC, Trump’s move to fire FTC Commissioners Alvaro Bedoya and Rebecca Kelly Slaughter has been met with protest, the New York Post reported.

Both Bedoya and Slaughter called their firings “illegal” in statements posted to X:

According to Bedoya, Trump wants the commission “to be a lapdog for his golfing buddies.”

“The president just illegally fired me. This is corruption plain and simple,” he stated. (Read more from “Trump Fires Both Democrat FTC Commissioners: ‘Major Implications’ for the Federal Reserve” HERE)
