Blue City’s Fentanyl Crisis So Bad, Officials Ask All Citizens to Carry NARCAN

A Republican Congresswoman is warning America that the fentanyl crisis – exacerbated by President Biden’s lax border policies and liberal crime policies – has gotten so bad that New York City is now calling on its citizens to carry NARCAN with them at all times to help save people whose lives are threatened by drug overdose.

“This morning our city put out an advisory that the people of the City of New York should carry around NARCAN with them – that’s how bad the fentanyl crisis has gotten,” Rep. Nicole Malliotakis, R-N.Y., said at a press event with House Speaker Kevin McCarthy Wednesday – “recommending the citizens of New York walk around with NARCAN.”

NARCAN is the best-known brand for naloxone. NARCAN’s website in its “FAQs” (frequently asked questions) section describes NARCAN this way: “NARCAN Nasal Spray was designed to rapidly reverse the effects of a life-threatening opioid emergency. Is is used to revive someone during an overdose from many prescription pain medications or street drugs such as heroin and is available as an over-the-counter treatment.”

It states: “Naloxone, the active ingredient in NARCAN Nasal Spray, competes with opioids to bind the same receptors in the brain, reversing the effects of an opioid overdose in 2 to 3 minutes. This allows time for emergence medical help to arrive,” answering the question, “How does NARCAN Nasal Spray work?”

Crack Pipes in ‘Safe Smoking Kits’ Prove Psaki and Fact-Checkers Lied in Denials

“They were never a part of the kit, it was inaccurate reporting.” Those were White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki’s words earlier this year when she was asked about reporting that a new “harm reduction” grant program from the federal government allowed taxpayer dollars to end up putting free crack pipes in the hands of addicts. . .

HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra released a statement at the time saying “no federal funding will be used directly or through subsequent reimbursement of grantees to put pipes in safe smoking kits.” . . .

But now, thanks to followup reporting from The Beacon, the truth is again being told — and it’s leaving the mainstream media with a whole pile of egg on its collective face:

Crack pipes are distributed in safe-smoking kits up and down the East Coast, raising questions about the Biden administration’s assertion that its multimillion-dollar harm reduction grant program wouldn’t funnel taxpayer dollars to drug paraphernalia.

The findings are the result of Washington Free Beacon visits to five harm-reduction organizations and calls to over two dozen more. In fact, every organization we visited—facilities in Boston, New York City, Washington, D.C., Baltimore, and Richmond, Va.—included crack pipes in the kits.

Singer Robbie Williams: Using Drugs May Lead To Actual Demonic Possession

Robbie Williams says taking drugs was like using a “Ouija board” as his substance abuse opened him up to “actual demons”.

The 48-year-old singer has had to go to rehab to overcome addictions to booze, prescription pills and other substances, and he has now been teetotal for the past 20 years, not touching a drop of alcohol.

Robbie believes that when people take drugs and talk about beating their demons they it is because those substances really do let dark forces into your world.

Speaking on the ‘Bought the T-Shirt podcast, he said: “I think drugs are like the equivalent to a Ouija board and you don’t know what you’re opening up. I think when people talk about demons and sorting out their demons, I think they are actually demons.”

The former Take That star – who has four kids, Teddy, nine, Charlie, seven, Coco, three, and two-year-old Beau, with his wife Ayda Field – says of all his vices his addiction to painkillers was the worst and caused him the most harm. Biden Admin To Fund Crack Pipe Distribution To Advance ‘Racial Equity’

The Biden administration is set to fund the distribution of crack pipes to drug addicts as part of its plan to advance “racial equity.”

The $30 million grant program, which closed applications Monday and will begin in May, will provide funds to nonprofits and local governments to help make drug use safer for addicts. Included in the grant, which is overseen by the Department of Health and Human Services, are funds for “smoking kits/supplies.” A spokesman for the agency told the Washington Free Beacon that these kits will provide pipes for users to smoke crack cocaine, crystal methamphetamine, and “any illicit substance.”

HHS said the kits aim to reduce the risk of infection when smoking substances with glass pipes, which can lead to infections through cuts and sores. Applicants for the grants are prioritized if they treat a majority of “underserved communities,” including African Americans and “LGBTQ+ persons,” as established under President Joe Biden’s executive order on “advancing racial equity.”

Democratic-run cities such as San Francisco and Seattle have distributed smoking kits to residents. Some local governments, however, have in recent years backed away from their smoking kit programs over concerns they enable drug abuse. Louisville, Ky., for example, allowed convenience stores to sell smoking kits but later banned them. Legislators in Maryland ditched their distribution plan after facing backlash from local law enforcement and African-American leaders.
