During a detailed discussion with The Federalist on Wednesday, representatives from the Georgia Secretary of State’s office provided their perspective on new evidence suggesting more than 10,300 Georgian voters illegally cast ballots in the November 2020 general election.

Last week, The Federalist reported on recently obtained data indicating tens of thousands of Georgia voters had violated Section 21-2-218 of the state’s election code, which requires residents vote in the county in which they reside, unless they had changed their residence within 30 days of the election.

Shortly after the November 2020 election, Mark Davis, the president of Data Productions Inc. and an expert in voter data analytics and residency issues, determined from National Change of Address records that nearly 35,000 Georgia voters who indicated they had moved from one Georgia county to another voted in the 2020 general election in the county from which they had moved. . .

The Secretary of State’s Office confirmed that the investigation into the approximately 35,000 residents who moved from one county to another more than 30 days before the election remains ongoing. However, when pushed to confirm the preliminary point — that voters who moved from one county to another county more than 30 days before the November election, but voted in their prior county, had voted illegally under 21-2-218 — an attorney with the Secretary of State’s Office stated the question was not that simple. Bombshell: New Evidence Indicates Enough Illegal Votes in Georgia to Tip 2020 Results

By The Federalist. New evidence indicates that more than 10,300 illegal votes were cast in Georgia in the November 2020 general election — a number that will continue to rise over the next several months, potentially exceeding the 12,670 votes that separated Joe Biden and Donald Trump.

While this evidence does not change the fact that Joe Biden is our president, all Americans who genuinely care about free and fair elections and the disenfranchisement of voters should demand both transparency and solutions to prevent a repeat in future elections. This evidence also vindicates former President Trump and his legal team for the related public (and private) comments and legal arguments made in challenging the Georgia election results. . .

In Georgia, there was both an audit and a statewide recount confirming Biden’s victory, but ignored in the process was evidence that nearly 35,000 Georgians had potentially voted illegally.

When Davis ran the data, he found that, of the approximately 35,000 Georgians who indicated they had moved from one county to another county more than 30 days before the November general election, as of May, more than 10,300 had updated their voter registration information, providing the secretary of state the exact address they had previously provided to the USPS. Those same 10,000-plus individuals all also cast ballots in the county in which they had previously lived.

“That number continues to increase every day as more and more people update their registrations,” Davis said. “I have little doubt that the total number will eventually meet and then exceed President Biden’s margin of victory in Georgia.” Davis, who has testified as an expert witness multiple times in disputed election cases, believes Trump might have won a challenge to the Georgia election results had a court actually heard his case. Trump Ally in Pennsylvania Pushes For Arizona-Style Audit Of 2020 Election

In a move that parallels a contentious audit going on in Arizona, state Senator Doug Mastriano said he sent letters to “several counties” seeking information needed for a “forensic investigation” of the November presidential election and of municipal primaries this past May. . .

Tbilisi Pride March Cancelled After Protestors Storm Activists’ Headquarters

Organisers have cancelled a Pride march in Georgia after far-right demonstrators stormed LGBTQ activists’ headquarters and attacked journalists in violence that the country’s prime minister appeared to blame on the event itself.

Video and photographs showed anti-gay protesters scaling a three-storey building to break into the headquarters of the Tbilisi Pride march in the Georgian capital, while elsewhere men with long beards in priests’ clothing punched and kicked journalists, with as many as 20 injured.

One journalist said he was beaten with a stick while others reported having their cameras and other equipment broken.

Irakli Garibashvili, the prime minister, on Monday appeared to claim the Pride organisers had provoked the violence, saying it was “unreasonable” to hold the demonstration in a public place that could lead to “civil confrontation”. Meanwhile, a member of parliament accused the “radical opposition” of sponsoring the pride events. Biden DOJ Sues Georgia for ‘Racist’ Voting Law

Announcing a Justice Department lawsuit against of Georgia over its voting law, Attorney General Merrick Garland charged that state lawmakers intended to prevent black people from voting.

“Recent changes to Georgia’s election laws were enacted with the purpose of denying or abridging the right of black Georgians to vote on account of their race or color, in violation of Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act,” Garland said Friday at the Justice Department.

He told reporters it was “the first of many steps we are taking to ensure that all eligible voters can cast a vote, that all lawful votes are counted and that every voter has access to accurate information.”

Republican Gov. Brian Kemp defended the law, insisting it was designed to make it “easy to vote and hard to cheat in Georgia.”

The law requires ID for mail-in as well as in-person voting and expands early voting opportunities. It continues to allow voters to use absentee ballots without an excuse, allows observation of ballot counting and bars ballot harvesting. A State Is Conducting Secret Ballot Review of 2020 Election

After several Fulton County, Ga., poll monitors testified last year that boxes of mail-in ballots for Joe Biden looked liked they’d been run through a photocopy machine, state investigators quietly broke the seal on one suspicious box and inspected the hundreds of votes it contained for signs of fraud, RealClearInvestigations has learned exclusively.

At the same time, a key whistleblower told RCI that state investigators pressured her to recant her story about what she and other poll monitors had observed — what they called unusually “pristine” mail-in ballots while sorting through them during last November’s hand recount.

“I felt I was under investigation,” said Suzi Voyles, a longtime Fulton County poll manager whose sworn affidavits have been used by election watchdogs to sue the county for access to the ballots in question.

Although the ballots are at the center of disputes about the Georgia presidential race, which Joe Biden won by just 12,000 votes, the state never disclosed its probe to the public or to election watchdogs suing to inspect the ballots.

State officials also neglected to inform the judge hearing the lawsuit that they were conducting such an inspection, even though the judge had issued a protective order over the ballots in January. In a nine-page amicus brief recently filed in the case, attorneys for the office of Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger urged Superior Court Judge Brian Amero to deny petitioners’ requests to inspect the ballots, calling them a “fishing expedition.” (Read more from “A State Is Conducting Secret Ballot Review of 2020 Election” HERE)

Cashier Killed After Asking Customer To Wear Mask

Police said a dispute over mask requirements led to a lethal shooting in a Georgia grocery store on Monday with one fatality and two people injured.

DeKalb County Sheriff Melody Maddox told reporters in a media briefing that the incident began when a male walked into a Big Bear grocery store in DeKalb County about 1 p.m. and argued with employees about the mask requirement.

The man left the store without completing his purchase but then walked back in. He then allegedly pulled out a handgun, shot and killed the female cashier.

Maddox said an off-duty deputy was at the scene on his part-time job, and he fired at the suspect, striking him. . .

Avalanche of Leftist Lawsuits Aims to Make 2020 Voting Chaos Permanent

Across the country, state legislatures are performing their constitutional duty, passing reforms to improve election procedures that worked well this past election, while addressing those that did not.

Yet as these reasonable, non-discriminatory bills are signed into law, mostly by Republican governors, a common pattern has emerged. D.C.-based Democratic Party-aligned lawyers are immediately filing lawsuits to contest the laws using local groups to establish standing.

These baseless lawsuits consist of copy-and-pasted legal briefs used to attack states focused on election integrity across the nation. With no legal leg to stand on, these lawsuits are light on facts and heavy on unsubstantiated, racially charged rhetoric. Even if these lawsuits don’t ultimately win in court, they attack the moral character of those who support these reforms while firing up left-leaning donors to fill leftists’ political coffers.

More importantly, the left’s goal in fighting these commonsense proposals is to institutionalize the unorthodox and less-secure voting procedures used during the height of the COVID challenge and make them the new norm for a post-pandemic America. Such measures include automatic registration of voters, doing away with any kind of verification that voters are who they say they are, all while pushing a massive expansion of mail-in ballots. The result will be elections that are less fair and free, in perception and reality.

Earlier this month, these left-leaning law firms turned their attention toward Georgia. The same day Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp signed the Election Integrity Act of 2021, also known as SB202, the lawsuits began pouring in. As of the end of April, there are at least six, all making nearly identical claims. A mother tore into school board members for requiring children to wear masks despite evidence that kids are largely safe from COVID-19, demanding, “take these masks off of my child.”

In remarks that have since gone viral on social media, Georgia mother Courtney Ann Taylor criticized Gwinnett County Board of Education members for speaking about “social, emotional health” for months, telling them, “If you truly mean that, you would end the mask requirement tonight. Tonight.”

“This is not March 2020 anymore,” Taylor said. “We have three vaccines, every adult in the state of Georgia that wants that vaccine is eligible to get it, right now, and every one of us knows that young children are not affected by this virus.”

“They’re not,” Taylor said, as she began to get emotional, “and that’s a blessing.” “But as the adults what have we done with that blessing? We’ve shoved it to the side and we’ve said we don’t care, ‘You’re still gonna wear a mask on your face every day, 5 and 6-year-olds, you still can’t play together on the playground like normal children, 7 and 8-year-olds,’” she said.

The Majority of Americans Oppose Corporations Getting Political

. . .Corporate America’s half-baked frenzy over the new Georgia election’s law represents the latest example of how left-wing pressure, fear, and ignorance pushes companies and brands into taking sides and signaling alleged virtue to certain elements of society, while alienating vast segments of consumers. Major League Baseball embarrassed itself over the issue, as did Delta Airlines. Which look is worse? Rushing headlong into a Biden-endorsed boycott based on a law you care and know little about – or working closely with lawmakers to craft a final product that you believe is acceptable, only to knife them in the back when the mob decides your efforts weren’t good enough?

The CEO of Coca-Cola spoke out against the new law, which was Woke. Then the company appeared to back away from the political spotlight, telling a news outlet that Americans should come together and listen respectfully to different viewpoints in order to “find common ground.” Better. Call this Diet Woke, if you will. I prefer Woke Zero. So do most Americans, it turns out. Top Georgia Official Warns Biden: Quit Lying About Election Law

A top election official in Georgia, where the 2020 results triggered allegations of fraud, is pleading with President Biden to quit lying about the state’s new election law.

And he warned that if Biden doesn’t, “Someone is going to get hurt.”

The comments come from Gabriel Sterling, the chief operating officer for the Georgia secretary of state, in a commentary for the Washington Post. . .

He continued: “So I plead with the president once again: Someone is going to get hurt. Your words matter. The facts matter. In the weeks and months after Nov. 3, my boss and I, along with local election workers, received death threats because we would not bend to pressure from one president to alter the outcome of the election. It is disappointing to see the new president engage in similarly dangerous hyperbole.”

“The president has also repeated the lie that ‘this is Jim Crow in the 21st century.’ Democrats have clearly realized this is a potential fundraising tactic regardless of the impact on voter confidence. It is no small wonder how a law, which election experts agree expands voting access to all Georgians, could be compared to the vast historical effort to disenfranchise and oppress Black Americans,” said Sterling.
