Trump Says He Has Declassified Documents Related to Russia, Clinton Email Probes

By New York Post. President Trump on Tuesday said he had declassified all documents tied to federal probes into Russian interference in the 2016 election and Hillary Clinton’s use of a private server for government emails.

“I have fully authorized the total Declassification of any & all documents pertaining to the single greatest political CRIME in American History, the Russia Hoax. Likewise, the Hillary Clinton Email Scandal. No redactions!” Trump tweeted.

The president’s announcement came after National Intelligence Director John Ratcliffe declassified documents that revealed ex-CIA Director John Brennan had briefed former President Obama on a claim that Clinton ordered “a campaign plan to stir up a scandal” by linking Trump to Russia in 2016. Senators Press FBI to Stop Stonewalling Crossfire Hurricane Investigation Subpoenas

By The Federalist. Chairman of the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Ron Johnson and Chairman of the Senate Finance Committee Charles Grassley wrote to FBI Director Christopher Wray on Monday requesting that he produce all of the information “relating to several unanswered or incomplete responses to ongoing oversight” by various Senate committees by Oct. 6.

The letter comes as the Russian collusion hoax meant to indict President Donald Trump peddled by Democrats and the mainstream media continues to crumble.

In the letter, the senators reprimand the FBI director for his agency’s three specific failures to provide already requested and subpoenaed information, including documents and messages to their committees beginning in April related to the Crossfire Hurricane investigation. This evidence, the letter explains, has “remained hidden for too long,” especially since “public interest in these records is significant.”

In April, the Senate “requested all intelligence records, foreign or domestic, received or reviewed by the Crossfire Hurricane team, as well as all FBI records about those intelligence products.” The senators say the FBI ignored the request, which acknowledged the faults of the Steele dossier on which the surveillance of Trump was supposedly based, and instead pointed the Senate to the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. Caught Red Handed: Brennan’s Handwritten Notes Prove Obama Was Briefed on Scheme to Set up Trump

Newly declassified documents show former CIA Director John Brennan took notes after briefing President Barack Obama on former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s plans to frame then presidential candidate Donald Trump as a Russian asset. The briefing took place during the 2016 presidential election.

Fox News has the exclusive:

Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe on Tuesday declassified documents that revealed former CIA Director John Brennan briefed former President Obama on Hillary Clinton’s purported “plan” to tie then-candidate Donald Trump to Russia as “a means of distracting the public from her use of a private email server” ahead of the 2016 presidential election, Fox News has learned.

Ratcliffe declassified Brennan’s handwritten notes – which were taken after he briefed Obama on the intelligence the CIA received – and a CIA memo, which revealed that officials referred the matter to the FBI for potential investigative action.

The Office of the Director of National Intelligence transmitted the declassified documents to the House and Senate Intelligence Committees on Tuesday afternoon.

“CITE [summarizing] alleged approved by Hillary Clinton a proposal from one of her foreign policy advisers to vilify Donald Trump by stirring up a scandal claiming interference by the Russian security service,” Brennan’s notes read.

Newly Declassified Documents Show Hillary May Have Set up the Russia Hoax

Newly declassified documents from Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe show former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton may have set up the 2016 Russia investigation into the Trump campaign. The information was released Tuesday afternoon in a letter written to Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham.

“In late July 2016, U.S. intelligence agencies obtained insight into Russian intelligence analysis alleging that U.S. Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton had approved a campaign plan to stir up a scandal against U.S. Presidential candidate Donald Trump by tying him to Putin and the Russians’ hacking of the Democratic National Committee. The IC does not know the accuracy of this allegation or the extent to which the Russian intelligence analysis may reflect exaggeration or fabrication,” the letter states. “According to his handwritten notes, former Central Intelligence Agency Director Brennan subsequently briefed President Obama and other senior national security officials on the intelligence, including the ‘alleged approval by Hillary Clinton on July 26, 2016 of a proposal from one of her foreign policy advisors to vilify Donald Trump by stirring up a scandal claiming interference by Russian security services.’”

“On 07 September 2016, U.S. intelligence officials forwarded an investigative referral to FBI Director James Comey and Deputy Assistant Director of Counterintelligence Peter Strzok regarding ‘U.S. Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s approval of a plan concerning U.S. Presidential candidate Donald Trump and Russian hackers hampering U.S. elections as a means of distracting the public from her use of a private mail server,’” the letter continues. Hillary Clinton Just Contradicted Her Previous Stance on Voting

Democrats have continually told Americans that the Wuhan coronavirus pandemic has made it impossible to vote in person. They tell Americans the safest way to vote in the November election is to do so by mail. What’s not surprising though is these same people refuse to partake in voting by mail. Instead, they show up in-person (Joe Biden is a great example of that hypocrisy).

Now it looks as though former Secretary of State and twice-failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton is changing course. . .

Knowing all of that, people like Clinton and “Squad” member Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) are voting in person. Maybe it’s because they don’t trust the mail-in ballot system either?

Explosive Claim: FBI Agent on Sex Crimes Unit Found Hillary Clinton Emails

An FBI agent investigating child pornography on former Rep. Anthony Weiner’s computer first stumbled on hundreds of thousands of emails, many of which were to and from Hillary Clinton, ahead of the 2016 election, a new book reveals.

The Washington Post’s Devlin Barrett wrote “October Surprise: How the FBI Tried to Save Itself and Crashed an Election,” in which he provides an inside look at what happened in the weeks before the 2016 election — and how the discovery of the Clinton emails threw a wrench into the electoral process.

Special Agent John Robertson was investigating allegations that Weiner sent sexually explicit material to a 15-year-old girl when he stumbled on 600,000 emails from an account belonging to Weiner’s then-wife Huma Abedin, Clinton’s top aide, sitting on Weiner’s laptop. Many of the emails were either to or from the private email address of Clinton, who served as secretary of state from 2009 to 2013.

Robertson said he raised the issue with his supervisor but nothing was done within the FBI to look at the emails. He also spoke with the Weiner case prosecutors about the matter, and was told that he needed to keep quiet about his discovery or risk being prosecuted. WATCH: Hillary Clinton Tells Joe Biden Not to Accept the Election Results If He Loses

By The Federalist. According to Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden will “eventually” win the 2020 election — or at least she believes so. In order for that to happen, however, Joe Biden must not accept the election results if things “drag out.” Specifically, Clinton thinks Biden “should not concede under any circumstances.”

“If it’s a close election — like say Biden ‘wins’ — what do you think Trump will do?” Jennifer Palmieri asked the former secretary of state and failed 2016 presidential candidate on an episode of Showtime’s “The Circus.”

Clinton suggested Republicans will try different strategies, such as “messing up absentee balloting” like she said they have done in Wisconsin (as if Hillary knows what happens in Wisconsin). “The only way they can win is by either suppressing or stopping voting or outright intimidating people into feeling that they have to go with the strong guy,” Clinton said. . .

“Joe Biden should not concede under any circumstances,” she concluded, “because I believe this is going to drag out, and eventually I do believe he will win if we don’t give an inch, and if we are as focused and relentless as the other side is.” (Read more from “WATCH: Hillary Clinton Tells Joe Biden Not to Accept the Election Results If He Loses” HERE)

Rep. Crenshaw: Hillary Clinton Telling Biden Not to Concede Is ‘Eerie’

By Fox News. The fact that Hillary Clinton urged Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden to not concede defeat on the night of the Nov. 3 election, no matter the circumstances, is “eerie,” Rep. Dan Crenshaw, R-Texas, said on Wednesday.

Crenshaw, who will be addressing the Republican National Convention on Wednesday night, also told “Fox & Friends” that Clinton’s warning to the former vice president further proves that Democrats are building the narrative that if President Trump gets reelected in November, “it will be illegitimate.”

“Joe Biden should not concede under any circumstances,” Clinton said in an interview on Showtime’s “The Circus,” which was partly released Tuesday. “Because I think this is going to drag out, and eventually, I do believe he will win, if we don’t give an inch and if we are as focused and relentless as the other side is.”

Clinton, the 2016 Democratic nominee, lost the presidential election four years ago to President Trump. An aggregate of polls by RealClearPolitics shows Biden leading Trump, a Republican, by more than 7 percentage points nationally.

But Clinton suggested the election will be “close,” accusing Republicans of trying to tamper with the results by “messing up absentee balloting” to secure a narrow advantage in the Electoral College. (Read more from “Rep. Crenshaw: Hillary Clinton Telling Biden Not to Concede Is ‘Eerie'” HERE)

Trump Explains ‘Simple’ Difference Between Running Against Clinton and Biden

President Trump talked about the “simple” difference between running against Joe Biden and Hillary Clinton as presidential election rivals.

During an address Friday to the 2020 Council for National Policy Meeting, he claimed Clinton is smarter than Biden but is not as well liked.

“Somebody said, ‘What’s the difference between Clinton and Biden?’ Should I say it? Should I tell you? Well, Clinton is much smarter, but not a likable person. Joe is not nearly as smart, but he is more likable. So, you know, I don’t know. Maybe I’d rather have the smarter person, who cares about personality, right?” the president said to laughs in the room. . .

The president spoke less than a day after Biden delivered his acceptance speech at the Democratic National Convention, which received rave reviews from some political pundits and journalists. For instance, Fox News Sunday host Chris Wallace said that Biden’s speech “blew a hole” in the Trump campaign’s claims that the former vice president is frail or senile. Declassified FBI Documents Show ‘Double Standard’ for Clinton and Trump Campaigns

Following the release of recently declassified documents, Senate Judiciary Chairman Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., says he believes the FBI showed a double standard in its investigations into reports of foreign interference at the campaigns of Hillary Clinton and now-President Trump in the lead-up to the 2016 presidential election.

Calling it “the ultimate double standard,” Graham said that the documents reveal that leaders at the FBI sought to give the Clinton campaign a defensive briefing before it could pursue a FISA warrant related to a threat posed to the campaign by a foreign government.

But instead of doing the same for the Trump campaign, the FBI opened the Crossfire Hurricane operation and pursued a number of FISA warrants against people working with Trump’s campaign.

While Graham would not reveal which foreign government wanted to assist Clinton in getting elected, he said on Fox News’ “Sunday Morning Futures” that FBI leadership shot down a request for a FISA warrant until Clinton was briefed on the matter.

“They never did to Trump,” Graham said. “As a matter of fact, not only did they not tell Trump, they used a generic briefing to spy on Trump.” (Read more from “Declassified FBI Documents Show ‘Double Standard’ for Clinton and Trump Campaigns” HERE)

Pleading to Keep Testimony Secret, Ghislaine Maxwell Says, ‘Don’t Let Cat Out of the Bag’; Maxwell’s Nephew Worked Under Hillary Clinton at State Department

By The Miami Herald. Lawyers for Ghislaine Maxwell, the jailed alleged madam to disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein, have asked an appellate court to keep sealed a controversial deposition of hers but failed in a much-anticipated filing to present new information they had learned in a separate criminal case that they said would bolster their argument for keeping the material under wraps.

The new filing from Maxwell hit the court docket Thursday night, hours before a deadline imposed by the Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in New York. It is hearing her appeal of an order by U.S. District Judge Loretta Preska to unseal most documents in a civil lawsuit settled in 2017 between Maxwell and Epstein accuser Virginia Roberts Giuffre.

Maxwell contends the 413-page deposition, taken in 2016, was given with the expectation that it would not be used against her in other proceedings. In the new appeal filing, her lawyers warned that allowing the deposition into the public realm, especially as she faces criminal prosecution, would have a chilling effect on future witnesses.

“If the unsealing order goes into effect, it will forever let the cat out of the bag,” they warned in a 74-page filing, adding that doing so would also hamper Maxwell’s ability to get a fair trial in the criminal case. Ghislaine Maxwell’s Nephew Worked Under Hillary Clinton at State Department

By The Daily Beast. . .Now the celebrity tabloid OK! Magazine is reporting that ex-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton “gifted” Maxwell’s nephew, Alexander Djerassi, a position within her department when he was just out of college and gave him “special treatment.”

A State Department spokesperson told The Daily Beast that Djerassi served as a “Staff Assistant” from May 2009 to June 2012. The Daily Beast could not confirm whether the role was in fact “gifted” by Clinton. . .

The report also appears to reference Djerassi’s LinkedIn profile, which lists his role as chief of staff for the “Office of the Assistant Secretary of State, Bureau of Near Eastern Affairs” from May 2011 to June 2012. Djerassi served as special assistant to the office from May 2009 to May 2011, his online profile says.

Djerassi’s name also popped up in a collection of Clinton’s emails hacked via WikiLeaks. In a November 2011 message, Assistant Secretary Jeffrey Feltman referred to his “special assistant, Alex Djerassi.” Feltman mentioned Djerassi again in a January 2012 email, according to WikiLeaks. Hillary Clinton: Do Not Let Donald Trump ‘Sneak or Steal’ the Election

Failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton on Wednesday warned Americans that President Donald Trump would try to steal the election during her Democrat convention speech.

“Don’t forget Joe and Kamala can win by three million votes and still lose, take it from me,” she said, referring to her failure to win the electoral college in 2016. “We need numbers overwhelming so Trump can’t sneak or steak his way to victory.”

Clinton also revisited her frustration with Americans who did not vote for her in 2016.

“This can’t be another coulda, woulda, shoulda election,” she said

The former Secretary of State, who lost in two attempts to be the first woman president of the United States, clung to the notion that Russia stole the election from her and gave it to Trump. (Read more from “Hillary Clinton: Do Not Let Donald Trump ‘Sneak or Steal’ the Election” HERE)
