Newly-Released Hillary Clinton Emails Show Classified Information, Redacted Obama Talking Points

Last week, Judicial Watch released 80 pages of new emails recently found by the FBI that further reveal how former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton used her insecure home-brew server to house and transmit classified and sensitive government information. This came after Judicial Watch released 37 pages of new Hillary Clinton emails in January.

“Magically, after years, the FBI finds more Clinton emails that are classified, involve Benghazi, and detail communications with President Obama,” Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said in a statement. “This drip, drip game that the DOJ, FBI, and State are playing is a key reason a federal court authorized more discovery, including the sworn deposition of Hillary Clinton.”

An August 29, 2011 email includes a document entitled “Talking Points for POTUS” for a briefing that day. The talking points are completely redacted.

This latest release follows a January release of 37 pages Hillary Clinton emails that also show the presence of classified information on Clinton’s home-brew server. The State Department de-classified the emails on January 8, 2020. The emails also show Clinton used text messages to conduct official business.

“Magically, after years, the FBI finds more Clinton emails that show Clinton used text messages for government work, not to mention the continuing flow of classified information transmitted over her unsecure email system,” Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said in a statement at the time. “These documents further underscore the need for a fresh, unbiased and thorough criminal investigation into Clinton’s blatant malfeasance – and the related DOJ, FBI, and State Department cover-up.” (Read more from “Newly-Released Hillary Clinton Emails Show Classified Information, Redacted Obama Talking Points” HERE)

New Clinton Scandal Memos Confirm FBI Stalled a Month to Search Weiner’s Laptop

The FBI waited a month between the time it discovered Hillary Clinton emails on disgraced ex-Congressman Anthony Weiner’s laptop and obtaining a search warrant – as Clinton and Donald Trump were entering the closing weeks of their tight 2016 White House race, according to newly obtained records by the conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch.

The documents are communications between former FBI official Peter Strzok and former FBI attorney Lisa Page, who exchanged emails during the 2016 race that suggested they did not support Trump becoming president.

Weiner, at the time the emails were discovered, was married to top Clinton aide Huma Abedin. The emails were purportedly from when Clinton was Secretary of State. The Justice Department was already investigating Clinton using a private server to send official State Department information.

“These new records show how Hillary Clinton was protected from investigation over the Weiner laptop by the FBI for a full month during the presidential campaign … No wonder the FBI is slow rolling the release of these documents,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton.

Judicial Watch obtained the records through a January 2018 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit. (Read more from “New Clinton Scandal Memos Confirm FBI Stalled a Month to Search Weiner’s Laptop” HERE)

Hillary Clinton Blames President Trump After Democrats Block Coronavirus Relief

By Breitbart. Twice-failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton on Monday accused the GOP of pursuing a “#SelfDeal” and blamed President Trump for the lack of immediate economic relief for the American people during the coronavirus pandemic, even though Democrats blocked bipartisan legislation and have since packed a swath of demands unrelated to the issue at hand in their own proposal.

“In the face of crisis, FDR had the New Deal to help suffering Americans. Now, @realdonaldtrump, you and your fellow Republicans are pushing the #SelfDeal. See the difference?” she asked:

Clinton’s sarcastic message follows members of her own party blocking a bipartisan relief package and pushing a pork-filled proposal in lieu of the original measure.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s (D-CA) proposal, which reportedly spans roughly 1,400 pages, contains a swath of progressive policy agenda items unrelated to the coronavirus pandemic and the economic pain it has inflicted on millions of Americans across the country. U.S., Trump Says, Not Built to Be ‘Shut Down’

By ABC News. The novel coronavirus pandemic is spreading around the globe and in the United States, resulting in more than 41,700 cases domestically and more than 500 deaths.

The federal government has been rolling out its response to the virus, its efforts to stem the tide as well as to stimulate the economy, which has taken a severe hit.

President Donald Trump opened the daily White House Monday briefing expanding on reports that he was considering loosening coronavirus guidelines amid growing economic fallout.

“Our country wasn’t built to be shut down,” he said emphatically.

“We cannot let the cure be worse than the problem itself. We’re not going to let the cure be worse than the problem. At the end of the 15-day period, we’ll make a decision as to which way we want to go,” he said, referring to the eventual “opening of our country.”

Still More Emails Found From Hillary Clinton’s Secret System

Still more emails have been discovered from the unsecure, private email system Hillary Clinton used for government business as secretary of state for Barack Obama, according to government watchdog Judicial Watch.

The organization said Friday 80 pages of newly acquired documents include an email sent by Clinton just after the Benghazi terror attack and talking points for a meeting with Obama.

It was the second release from a batch of Clinton emails the FBI “inexplicably” found late in 2019, years after the requests for the records had been submitted, Judicial Watch said.

Judicial Watch, which has been fighting for access to the government records ever since it discovered Clinton’s special email system while investigating the Benghazi terror attack on her watch that killed four Americans, said the State Department “previously claimed it had produced all releasable Clinton emails, including emails recovered by the FBI that Hillary Clinton tried to destroy or withhold.”

“The State Department initially claimed all responsive emails had been produced in 2018, but then found more emails, which were produced for the first time early this year,” the organization said. (Read more from “Still More Emails Found From Hillary Clinton’s Secret System” HERE)

Hillary Clinton Calls For More Vote Fraud, Wants to ‘Make Voting by Mail the Norm’ in 2020; Biden Widens Lead Against Bernie

By Breitbart. Former Democratic Party presidential nominee Hillary Clinton called on Congress to “make voting by mail the norm” with “free postage” as a result of public health concerns due to the ongoing coronavirus outbreak.

President Donald Trump said earlier this week that he expects the current national emergency to last through July or August. The White House has not yet said what, if any, preparations might be needed for the November election.

Clinton’s call echoed a similar demand by Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs (D), who asked legislators to allow all-mail voting this year. Republicans are skeptical, recalling the infamous words of President-elect Barack Obama’s incoming chief of staff, Rahm Emanuel, in 2008: “You never want a serious crisis to go to waste.”

Democratic Primaries Highlights: Sanders to Assess His Campaign; Primary Schedule in Flux Amid Pandemic

By Washington Post. Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) will spend coming days talking to supporters to “assess his campaign,” his campaign manager said Wednesday following decisive victories Tuesday by former vice president Joe Biden in Florida, Illinois and Arizona that gave him firm control of the Democratic nominating contest.

In an email to supporters, Sanders campaign manager Faiz Shakir said there was “no sugarcoating” the results and that Sanders planned to head back to his home state of Vermont after a Senate vote Wednesday. The email did not include a solicitation for campaign donations.

With Biden widening his delegate lead, Sanders is facing growing calls to suspend his campaign. And with more states postponing their primaries due to health concerns, the candidates are facing a hiatus in voting for at least a few weeks — and possibly much longer. The final primaries now could come only weeks before the Democratic National Convention is scheduled to convene in July in Milwaukee — if it is held as planned. Hillary Makes ‘Desperate’ Appeal to Avoid Testifying About Emails — Says She’s Too Important

Hillary Clinton asked an appeals court on Friday to overturn a judge’s order that she appear for a sworn deposition about her handling of classified emails and the 2012 Benghazi attack as secretary of state.

U.S. District Judge Royce C. Lamberth on March 2 ruled Clinton must answer questions under oath from Judicial Watch as part of a 2014 Freedom of Information Act lawsuit brought by Judicial Watch.

Clinton, a former secretary of state and 2016 Democratic presidential nominee, and some of her aides have previously answered questions in writing. But this would be the first time she provides sworn in-person testimony.

The Clinton legal team responded to Lamberth’s ruling by filing an 83-page petition with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit. They asked the court to undo the order, which they suggested was out of line.

According to Clinton’s team, a reversal of the lower court’s ruling “is warranted because Judicial Watch’s impending depositions of Secretary Clinton and Ms. Mills are inappropriate, unnecessary, and a clear abuse of discretion.” (Read more from “Hillary Makes ‘Desperate’ Appeal to Avoid Testifying About Emails — Says She’s Too Important” HERE)

Hillary Believes Joe Biden Will Lose to President Trump

By Townhall. Over the weekend twice failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton did an interview with CNN. After all, she has a new Netflix documentary that some people apparently want to watch.

During the interview, Clinton accidentally revealed that Biden’s chances of winning the White House are slim given he’s built a similar coalition to the one she had in 2016.

“What Joe’s victories on Super Tuesday showed is that he is building the kind of coalition that I had basically. It’s a broad-based coalition. I finished, you know, most of the work I needed to do for the nomination on Super Tuesday, and then it kind of lingered on. And I think Joe is on track to doing exactly the same thing, putting together a coalition of voters who are energized,” Clinton said. Hillary Clinton Says Sanders Would Not Be ‘Strongest Nominee Against Trump’

By The Guardian. Bernie Sanders would not be the Democrats’ “strongest nominee against Donald Trump”, Hillary Clinton said – as new polling of battleground states backed her up.

Results from Firehouse Strategies (a firm founded by Republicans) and 0ptimus found that in Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, since December, “Trump’s lead has dropped considerably against both Vice-President [Joe] Biden and Senator Bernie Sanders”.

According to the survey, in Michigan – which holds its Democratic primary on Tuesday and where Biden has established a lead over Sanders – Trump leads Biden by two points and Sanders by seven. In Pennsylvania the lead is one point over Biden and four over Sanders and in Wisconsin it is two points and six. Victory! Court Orders Hillary Clinton Deposition on Emails, Benghazi Attack Documents

We’ve been in court for years over Hillary Clinton’s emails — as you know, we are persistent for justice.

The great news is that U.S. District Court Judge Royce C. Lamberth has granted our request to depose the former secretary of state about her emails and Benghazi attack documents. The court also ordered the deposition of Clinton’s former Chief of Staff, Cheryl Mills, and two other State Department officials.

Additionally, the court granted our request to subpoena Google for relevant documents and records associated with Clinton’s emails during her tenure at the State Department.

The ruling comes in our lawsuit seeking records concerning “talking points or updates on the Benghazi attack” (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of State (No. 1:14-cv-01242)). . .

Discovery up until this point has brought to light a noteworthy amount of relevant information, but Judicial Watch requests an additional round of discovery, and understandably so. With each passing round of discovery, the Court is left with more questions than answers. (Read more from “Victory! WATCH: Bill Clinton Finally Explains Why He Had an Affair With Monica Lewinsky—and It’s as Lame as You’d Expect

If you ever wanted to know exactly why Bill Clinton had an affair with White House intern Monica Lewinsky, he’s got an explanation for you now.

The 42nd president reveals in the forthcoming Hulu documentary “Hillary” that he had the affair because it helped to “manage my anxieties,” resulting from the pressures of the presidency. His affair, he claims, was a distraction from those pressures.

“You feel like you’re staggering around, you’ve been in a 15-round prize fight that was extended to 30 rounds and here’s something that will take your mind off it for a while, that’s what happens,” he said. “Because there, whatever life — not just me. Everybody’s life has pressures and disappointments, terrors, fears of whatever. Things I did to manage my anxieties for years. I’m a different, totally different person than I was, a lot of that stuff 20 years ago,” he said.

“What I did was bad but it wasn’t like: how can I think about the most stupid thing I could and do it,” he added. “It’s not a defense, it’s an explanation. I feel awful.”

Conflict of Interest: GOP Rep. Duncan Hunter’s Prosecutors Attended Hillary Clinton Fundraiser

. . .Duncan Hunter submitted court documents on Tuesday claiming that the criminal indictment against him should be dismissed because two of the U.S. Attorneys who prosecuted his case displayed a clear conflict of interest by attending a fundraiser for then-presidential candidate Hillary Clinton in 2015.

Hunter, who pleaded guilty to one count of misusing campaign funds in December, submitted the motion to dismiss in advance of his March 17 sentencing hearing; he faces a maximum of five years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000.

Hunter’s defense lawyers argued that the prosecutors were required to recuse themselves from his case because their attendance at the fundraiser constituted a conflict of interest and appearance of a loss of impartiality in accordance with the U.S. Attorney’s Manual.

“Here, the former Acting US Attorney for the Southern District of California and the Assistant US Attorney leading the investigation of Congressman Hunter both attended a political fundraiser for candidate Clinton and shortly thereafter both were involved in initiating an investigation of the first Congressman to endorse candidate Trump,” Hunter’s attorneys wrote. “The Defendant argued those facts alone warranted recusal.” (Read more from “Conflict of Interest: GOP Rep. Duncan Hunter’s Prosecutors Attended Hillary Clinton Fundraiser” HERE)
