An undercover video published Thursday by James O’Keefe’s Project Veritas purports to show Nevada-based Hillary Clinton campaign staffers and volunteers ignoring and knowingly violating Nevada’s voter registration laws. Moreover, the video appears to show that this conduct is being condoned and encouraged by a local attorney who works for the Clinton campaign.
According to the video, it is a felony in the state of Nevada for anyone involved in the voter registration process to “solicit a vote for or against a particular question or candidate; speak to a voter on the subject of marking his or her ballot for or against a particular question or candidate.”
The video appears to show that numerous Hillary Clinton campaign staffers are well aware of the law. Nevertheless, the video shows them laughing at the law and repeatedly bragging about violating it by promoting Hillary Clinton verbally and with campaign literature as they attempt to register potential voters . . .
According to the video, when the attorney in question, identified as Christina Gupana, was told about this alleged lawbreaking, she advised the staffers to, “Do whatever you can. Deep in the transcript of the interview ABC’s David Muir conducted with Hillary Clinton yesterday comes an indirect but very tough shot at the man she worked for and hopes to replace. In the course of answering a question about her mother, Clinton described her mother’s difficult upbringing and praised her for her hard work. Her mother’s experience, she said, and those struggling to get ahead today, inspire her presidential run.
“I’m gonna fight for all the people like my mother who need somebody in their corner,” Clinton said, before adding: “And they need a leader who cares about them again.”

Federal investigators formally investigated top Hillary Rodham Clinton aide Huma Abedin for the crime of embezzlement after confirming she took a “Babymoon” vacation and maternity time at the State Department without expending her formal leave, resulting in thousands of dollars of pay she wasn’t entitled to receive, The Washington Times has learned.
The probe also gathered evidence she filed time sheets charging the government for impermissible overtime and excessive hours after she converted from a full-time federal employee to a State Department contractor.
Those timecards were filed during a period that remains under investigation over questions about possible conflicts of interest, documents gathered by the State Department inspector general show.
Ms. Abedin, who served as a deputy chief of staff to Mrs. Clinton from 2009 to late 2012, told investigators she hadn’t noticed she had received a $33,000 lump sum payment — about a third of which investigators determined was improper — when she left the State Department.

“After speaking with my lawyers” the hacker told Radar exclusively, “I was advised I could not legally sell these, and to get rid of them and turn in everything I had to FBI.”
The hacker, a self-proclaimed computer specialist, exclusively told Radar that their legal team’s decision came after hours of analysis.
As Radar previously reported, the hacker had initially requested $500,000 for a collection of more than 32,000 emails of the presidential candidate’s that they had claimed to possess.
Radar confirmed that Clinton had privately used the AOL-based account, and had chatted about everything from serious international subjects such as situations in Benghazi and Algeria, to lighter topics such as Valentine’s Day. Snowden: Hillary Clinton Should Have Known How to Handle Classified Information
By Morgan Chalfant. National Security Agency whistleblower Edward Snowden said he regards the controversy surrounding Hillary Clinton’s private email system as a “problem.”
In an interview with Al Jazeera, Snowden suggested that Clinton should have known better how to properly handle classified information as secretary of state, according to excerpts released Thursday.
“This is a problem because anyone who has the clearances that the secretary of state has, or the director of any top-level agency has, knows how classified information should be handled,” Snowden explained.
The former NSA subcontractor, who fled the United States more than two years ago after exposing the government agency’s surveillance programs, said that any “ordinary” State Department employee would likely face criminal prosecution for sending classified information over a private email system unauthorized by the federal government.
“If an ordinary worker at the State Department or the Central Intelligence Agency […] were sending details about the security of embassies, which is alleged to be in her email, meetings with private government officials, foreign government officials and the statements that were made to them in confidence over unclassified email systems, they would not only lose their jobs and lose their clearance, they would very likely face prosecution for it,” Snowden asserted. This week, Hillary Clinton sent out an email asking for campaign donations and said that Republicans are going after “women’s health.” Although her email did not mention the videos exposing Planned Parenthood’s organ harvesting business, it is obvious that she is referring to pro-life Republicans who are trying to defund the abortion company.
She said, “I have to admit, I take it a little personally when Republicans go after women’s rights, and women’s health especially. Their extreme views are out-of-touch and out-of-date. We need to make sure not one of them becomes president. The way we do that is by engaging as many women in this campaign as possible.” In August, Senate Democrats filibustered legislation that would revoke $550 million of Planned Parenthood’s taxpayer funding, while almost every Senate Republican voted for the legislation.
The Blaze reports that Clinton’s email asked for a donation of at least $1 and said her campaign is launching “Women for Hillary.”
As LifeNews previously reported, Clinton’s spokesperson admitted that the former Secretary of State has not actually watched the Planned Parenthood footage even though she said it was “disturbing.” Karen Finney told MSNBC’s Thomas Roberts, “I think that she said that she’s seen images or pictures but she hasn’t seen the videos.”
However, later she came out with a video announcing her opposition to legislation that would completely defund the abortion company. In the video, she said she’s “proud to stand with Planned Parenthood” and criticized lawmakers who are working to take away their government funding. Veteran reporter Sharyl Attkisson contends the latest batch of emails from former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s private server, released by the U.S. State Department, proves that the “law has been blatantly violated.”
The State Department Monday released over 7,000 emails as part of a court order from a federal judge. More than 25 percent of the Democratic presidential candidate’s emails have been disclosed.
Attkisson wrote the following on her personal website Tuesday after the emails were released:
The newly-released batch of Hillary Clinton emails provides further proof that Freedom of Information (FOI) law has been blatantly violated. The documents include material directly responsive to a FOI request I made back in 2012 after the Benghazi terrorist attacks on the U.S. compounds. However, the material was not produced at the time, as required by law. Once again, there appears to be nobody who holds government officials and agencies accountable for their routine violation of this law. So the infractions occur frequently and with impunity. If nobody policies our government officials and agencies–if they are above the law–then how does a lawful society function?

The State Department released more than 7,000 pages of Hillary Clinton’s emails online Monday night, deeming 125 more of Clinton’s email messages to be classified, a move certain to fuel the roiling controversy over her use of a private email server instead of an official government account when she served as secretary of state.
Much like the other document dumps in recent months, the emails reveal the day-to-day of Clinton’s time at Foggy Bottom as well as the people with whom she consulted on matters of policy. They also showed confusion that was created by her unusual email set-up.
In late February 2010, a help desk analyst with the State Department emailed an account with a simple question, seemingly unaware that the owner of the private account was none other than the secretary herself.
“I work as a Help Desk Analyst and it has come to my attention that one of our customers has been receiving permanent fatal errors from this address, can you please confirm if you receive this message,” wrote Christopher Butzgy in a message that Clinton forwarded to top aide Huma Abedin inquiring about its contents.
“What happened is judith sent.you an email. It bounced back. She called the email help desk at state (I guess assuming u had state email) and told them that. They had no idea it was YOU, just some random address so they emailed. Sorry about that. But regardless, means ur email must be back! R u getting other messages?” Abedin emailed Clinton. The Author of a Book Hammering Hillary Clinton Says He Now Has Full-Time Security
By Colin Campbell. The author of a controversial new book about Bill and Hillary Clinton said on Wednesday that he has arranged full-time security for himself.
Asked during a Bloomberg interview if he received any death threats over his controversial book, “Clinton Cash,” Peter Schweizer would only say he has “security.”
“I’ll just say we have security. And that security is not something that just came because we decided to have security. And we’ll just leave it at that,” he said.
Pressed as to whether he specifically has full-time security, Schweizer said “yes.” He didn’t specify what type of security he had arranged or whether he had hired a security detail.

“This woman wrote the book on terrorizing women, on terrorism,” exclaimed Willey during an interview Sunday on Aaron Klein’s Investigative Radio program.
Continued Willey: “Her tactics and the things that she set in motion against all the women like me, the ones you have heard of and the ones you haven’t heard of, and the ones who are so scared that fled the country, are terrorist tactics like I’ve never seen before.” . . .
