Experts said recently it was a possible crime that could result in him being sent to prison.

The report noted Biden was registered as a lobbyist for domestic interests but not under the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA). . .

Meanwhile, George Washington University Law Professor Jonathan Turley addressed the FARA issue, saying, “recent disclosures of additional foreign contacts has only strengthened what was already a strong case.”

Report: Justice Department Weighs Charging Hunter Biden for Tax, Gun Violations

By Breitbart. Hunter Biden could reportedly be charged by the Justice Department for tax violations and lying to law enforcement about illegally purchasing a firearm, as the probe into President Joe Biden’s son comes to a head.

Trump-appointed U.S. prosecutor David Weiss is deliberating whether to charge Hunter for “making a false statement in connection with Biden’s purchase of a firearm at a time he would have been prohibited from doing so because of his acknowledged struggles with drug addiction,” CNN reported Wednesday.

As Breitbart News reported, Hunter may have lied on paperwork he submitted when purchasing a handgun in 2018 by not disclosing his drug additions. Hunter’s sister-in-law, with whom he had an affair, reportedly took his gun and disposed of it. Hunter’s text messages reveal the Secret Service, the FBI, and state law enforcement likely became involved, but without consequences for the president’s son.

The probe, which has been ongoing for years and debated for months among Justice Department officials, also centers on the Biden family’s foreign business schemes while Joe Biden was vice president. During those years, Hunter routinely met with Joe Biden about 30 times at either the White House or the vice president’s residences at the Naval Observatory, Hunter’s laptop from hell revealed. Hunter Biden Evidence Wrongly Labeled Disinformation by FBI: Whistleblower

The FBI’s investigation into Hunter Biden wrongly labeled verified evidence as “disinformation,” agency whistleblowers claimed.

Agents investigating President Joe Biden’s son “opened an assessment which was used by an FBI headquarters team to improperly discredit negative Hunter Biden information as disinformation and caused investigative activity to cease,” according to Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA). Grassley revealed the claim after his office received “a significant number of protected communications from highly credible whistleblowers” about the investigation. The Republican claimed one of the communications shows “verified and verifiable derogatory information on Hunter Biden was falsely labeled as disinformation.”

FBI supervisory intelligence agent Brian Auten opened in August 2020 the assessment that was later used by the agency, according to the disclosures. One of the whistleblowers claimed the FBI assistant special agent in charge of the Washington field office, Timothy Thibault, shut down a line of inquiry into Hunter Biden in October 2020 despite some of the details being known to be true at the time.

A whistleblower also said Thibault “ordered closed” an “avenue of additional derogatory Hunter Biden reporting,” according to Grassley, even though “all of the reporting was either verified or verifiable via criminal search warrants.” The senator said Thibault “ordered the matter closed without providing a valid reason as required” and that FBI officials “subsequently attempted to improperly mark the matter in FBI systems so that it could not be opened in the future,” according to the disclosures.

Whistleblowers alleged investigators from an FBI headquarters team “were in communication with FBI agents responsible for the Hunter Biden information targeted by Mr. Auten’s assessment” and that their findings on whether the claims were true or disinformation were placed “in a restricted access sub-file” in September 2020, according to the senator. Is the DOJ Preparing to Formally Charge Hunter Biden?

The Department of Justice (DOJ) is considering if tax and gun-related charges will be brought against President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, in connection to a federal investigation into his business dealings.

The investigation into Hunter Biden, led by U.S. District Attorney David Weiss, has “intensified” recently as officials discuss moving forward in a politically delicate case as the midterms loom, sources told CNN.

The DOJ initially investigated Hunter Biden for possible financial crimes, including money laundering and campaign finance laws, while Joe Biden was vice president, CNN noted. But the DOJ has reportedly limited its scope to focus solely on allegations the president’s son committed tax and gun-related crimes. Hunter’s Laptop Shows Dozens of Meetings With Dad, Business Partners

The personal calendar on the infamous abandoned laptop indicates Hunter Biden and his business partners met at the White House or the vice president’s residence with Joe Biden dozens of times, often immediately upon returning from business trips.

While Joe Biden continues to insist he never discussed his son’s business with him, the timing of the meetings and the people who participated suggest the president had an interest in the details of those deals.

Eric Schwerin, the president of Hunter Biden’s investment company Rosemont Seneca Partners, is named as a calendar invite recipient on 21 of 30 listed meetings, the New York Post reports.

The paper noted Schwerin had access to Joe Biden’s personal financial information.

Among the many significant entries, the calendar shows that four days after Hunter Biden met with billionaire oligarchs in Moscow Feb. 15-18, 2012, he met with Vice President Biden at the Naval Observatory. By Washington Examiner. The contents of Hunter Biden’s iCloud account have allegedly been hacked by users of the 4chan community, who posted screenshots purported to be from his phone and computer on the website’s main political forum late Saturday night.

Administrators on the image board moved quickly in the hours after the content was posted to pull down threads that included materials from the alleged leak, leaving many on the site, which is known for featuring some of the most salacious subject matter on the internet, furious. . .

It was also not immediately clear if the contents of the 4chan leak included any materials from the younger Biden’s infamous laptop, of which the Washington Examiner verified the authenticity earlier this year. The infamous laptop, which emerged into the public view in the final weeks of the 2020 election, contains details about the first son’s financial dealings and personal matters.

Hunter Biden’s financial affairs, including millions of dollars worth of dealings and money transfers tied to countries such as Ukraine, China, and Russia, have been under federal scrutiny since 2018. Hunter Biden, who revealed the existence of an inquiry into his tax affairs just after the 2020 election, previously claimed to be “100% certain” he will be cleared of wrongdoing. Hunter’s iPhone Apparently Lists Biden as a Pedophile

By Entertainment Times. Speculations about Hunter Biden dubbing his father as ‘Pedo Peter’ surfaced on social media after users of 4Chan claimed to have hacked his iCloud account. The users claimed that Hunter saved U.S. President Joe Biden’s saved the moniker in his phone contact list. . .

The Post Millennial’s Ian Miles Cheong tweeted, “Can we talk about how Biden is polling as the least popular president of all time and also that his son refers to him as Pedo Peter?”

“We actually have a President whose own son refers to as Pedo Peter. A man with whom his daughter said he took inappropriate showers. This is what Democrats have foisted on our nation. A national embarrassment,” tweeted a user.

“Y’all just wait. Hunter is about to get disowned now that this Pedo Peter thing is out in the open. Joe is about say he’s back on that powder and throw him into rehab faster than Kim did Kanye,” read a tweet.

“Allegedly, Hunter Biden refers to his dad as “Pedo Peter.” What more needs to be said,” read another tweet.

Hunter Biden Keeps Papa Joe as “Pedo Peter” in His iPhone Contacts

An interesting thing here is that 4chan has actually deleted alot of this stuff, but it’s all over Twitter. Twitter, if you will remember, suspended The NY Post’s account when they broke the Hunter Biden laptop story because, as they claimed, they don’t allow hacked material on their platform. Hunter Biden’s Vicious Texts About Jill Revealed

Hunter Biden called his step-mom Jill Biden a “vindictive moron” and “entitled c–t” in text messages after she urged him to go to rehab to kick his drug habit, according to a new report.

President Biden’s 52-year-old druggie son made the remarks in a string of text messages that he sent in 2018 as he family were rallying to get him help, The Sun reported.

In one particular text sent to his brother Beau’s widow, Hallie Biden, who he was scandalously dating at the time, Hunter went off on the now first lady.

“F–k my stepmother for always being as much of a selfish silly entitled c–t as you,” he wrote to Hallie as their brief relationship deteriorated.

Shocker: Hunter Biden Tied to Chinese Company That Bought Oil Joe Released

There really seems to be no limit to the convolutions that develop when the Biden family works on its international business schemes.

Probably one of the most famous was when Joe Biden was vice president and traveled to Ukraine for Barack Obama. At that time Hunter Biden was taking in tens of thousands of dollars a month from a Ukrainian company under investigation for corruption. . .

Now the Free Beacon is reporting that some of that oil Joe Biden released from America’s Strategic Petroleum Reserve, ostensibly to help American consumers with sky-high gasoline prices brought on by his energy and economic policies, was sold to a Chinese company.

A Chinese company in which Hunter Biden has interests, the report said.

It’s through Hunter Biden’s links to Sinopec, in which he, through an equity firm, previously bought a $1.7 billion stake.

Republican Says Treasury Restricting Access to Suspicious Activity Reports on Hunter Biden

A top House Republican investigator says the Treasury Department is restricting access to suspicious activity reports on Hunter Biden and is investigating whether that is being done to protect President Joe Biden and his troubled son.

Rep. James Comer (R-KY), the ranking member on the House Oversight and Reform Committee, sent a letter to Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen on Wednesday, following up on a May letter.

“I wrote to you requesting information regarding Hunter Biden and other Biden associates and family members’ financial transactions flagged by U.S. banks for reporting to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) through Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs). The Biden Administration is restricting Congress’ access to SARs, and Committee Republicans are investigating whether this change in longstanding policy is motivated by efforts to shield Hunter Biden and potentially President Biden from scrutiny,” Comer wrote.

The White House Won’t Discuss Biden Voicemail on Hunter’s Laptop

White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre refused to discuss a 2018 voicemail from President Biden that was recovered from a laptop that belonged to his son Hunter — further undermining Biden’s claim that he never discussed foreign business deals with his son.

“Why is there a voicemail of the president talking to his son about his overseas business dealings if the president has said he’s never spoken to his son about his overseas business dealings?” Fox News correspondent Peter Doocy asked Jean-Pierre at her regular briefing Tuesday.

“Well, first I’ll say that what the president said stands. So if he — that’s what the president said, that is what stands,” Jean-Pierre replied.

“He’s leaving a voicemail about a New York Times article concerning Hunter Biden’s business dealings and he says, ‘I think you’re clear,’ ” Doocy interjected. “How is that not him talking to his son about his overseas business dealings?”

Calls for Action as Biden Voicemail Reveals He Knew of Hunter’s China Deals

The stunning revelation of President Biden’s 2018 voicemail about Hunter Biden’s business dealings in China raises questions about the federal probe of the first son, legal experts said Tuesday — as Republican lawmakers vowed congressional hearings into the matter.

Former Justice Department prosecutor Jim Trusty called the situation “a huge integrity test” for the FBI and for Attorney General Merrick Garland.

“Will they walk away from powerful evidence? Will they come up with a soft plea — like a tax charge — that does not remotely capture the actual wrongdoing?” he said.

“Or will they treat Hunter Biden like any other white-collar defendant in the federal system?”
