Ilhan Omar Fails to Show for Minnesota Fraud Hearing

Democrat Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) is facing mounting criticism in her home state after failing to appear at a key Minnesota legislative hearing examining potential links to one of the largest fraud schemes in the country.

The controversy centers on Omar’s absence from a hearing led by state lawmakers investigating the Somali-led “Feeding Our Future” scandal.

Federal prosecutors say the scheme involved the theft of hundreds of millions in taxpayer-funded child nutrition aid. . .

VP Vance Claims Rep. Ilhan Omar ‘Definitely Committed Immigration Fraud’ by Allegedly Marrying Brother

Vice President JD Vance said Friday that Rep. Ilhan Omar defrauded the US by allegedly marrying her brother to help him remain legally in the country.

“We actually think that Ilhan Omar definitely committed immigration fraud against the United States of America,” Vance told right-wing podcaster Benny Johnson on the latest episode of his show.

“This is rich coming from someone who literally said they were willing to ‘create stories’ to redirect the media,” said Omar’s chief of staff Connor McNutt. “This is a ridiculous lie and desperate attempt to distract from the pedophile protection party’s unpopular war of choice, increasing gas prices, and rapidly dropping polling numbers.”

The allegations have dogged the congresswoman since even before her House campaign in 2018.

Omar has two ex-husbands, Ahmed Abdisalan Hirsi and Ahmed Nur Said Elmi, the latter of whom was first accused at least a decade ago of wedding the future US congresswoman. (Read more from “VP Vance Claims Rep. Ilhan Omar ‘Definitely Committed Immigration Fraud’ by Allegedly Marrying Brother” HERE)

Hazmat Crew Reveals What Liquid Attacker Sprayed on Rep. Ilhan Omar: Report

The “foul” mystery brownish liquid US Rep. Ilhan Omar was sprayed with during a chaotic Minnesota town hall meeting late Tuesday is believed to have been apple cider vinegar.

Omar (D-Minn.) was hit with the kitchen staple when 55-year-old Anthony Kazmierczak allegedly stormed the podium as the lefty congresswoman was firing off an anti-ICE spiel, Alpha News reported, citing sources.

A hazmat team confirmed, too, that the syringe Kazmierczak allegedly used in the attack was filled with the vinegary substance, the outlet added.

Minneapolis Council Member LaTrisha Vetaw, who ended up being hit by some of the liquid, told The Post the stench was so bad she vomited.

“It smelled like vinegar or ammonia,” Vetaw said, adding that the odor was “overwhelming.” (Read more from “Hazmat Crew Reveals What Liquid Attacker Sprayed on Rep. Ilhan Omar: Report” HERE)

Trump Rips ‘Crooked’ Ilhan Omar as House Ramps Up Investigation Into Exploding Net Worth

President Donald Trump slammed Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., a member of the far-left “Squad” in the House, over her multi-million dollar net worth during a news conference from the White House Tuesday afternoon.

Trump called the Somali-born lawmaker from Minnesota “crooked” on Tuesday amid a probe by Congressional Republicans on the House Oversight Committee looking into how Omar’s wealth exploded after becoming a lawmaker. In just one year, Omar’s net worth reportedly jumped $30 million, according to financial disclosures first reported last week.

“I was told that Ilhan Omar is worth $30 million,” Trump then quipped. “She never had a job. She’s a crooked congressman. So here you – it’s another one.

“Nobody talks about the fact that $19 billion, at a minimum, is missing in Minnesota, given to a large degree, but, by Somalians – they’ve taken it. Somalians. Can you imagine? And they don’t do it, a lot of very low IQ people, they don’t do it. Other people work it out, and they get them money and they go out and buy Mercedes-Benz’s.

“They have no money. They never had money. They never had a life. They never had a government. They never had a country because there’s basically no country. Somalia is not even a country. They don’t have anything that resembles a country. And if it is a country, it’s considered just about the worst in the world. They come here, and they become rich and they don’t have a job,” Trump complained from the podium in the White House briefing room before turning his focus to Omar. Report: Ilhan Omar’s Husband’s Firm Erases Names as Minnesota Fraud Case Heats Up

Rep. Ilhan Omar’s (D-MN) husband’s venture capital firm has reportedly erased the names of “nine officers and advisors” from its website, a suspicious move that comes amid pressure over massive fraud in Minnesota.

Omar “introduced the legislation critics say paved the way for what the feds have called the largest fraud of the pandemic,” the New York Post reported Saturday.

Her husband, Tim Mynett, launched Rose Lake Capital in 2022 and its reported value went quickly from almost nothing to between $5 million and $25 million.

The Post article continued:

Between September and October — when federal prosecutors announced charges to eight more individuals, including six of Somali descent, for their roles in the welfare scheme — the names and bios of Rose Lake Capitals’s nine officers and advisors were removed from the website. None of them were charged in the fraud.

These names include lobbyist and former Obama Ambassador to Bahrain Adam Ereli; former Senator and Obama Ambassador to China Max Baucus; DNC Finance Chair associate Alex Hoffman; former DNC treasurer William Derrough and former ex-CEO of Amalgamated Bank Keith Mestrich, who once described Amalgamated as “the institutional bank of the Democratic Party.”

Trump Accuses Ilhan Omar Of Marrying Her Brother

President Donald Trump accused Democratic Rep. Ilhan Omar of Minnesota of marrying her brother during an interview with Politico’s Dasha Burns released Tuesday.

Questions about whether Omar committed immigration fraud have dogged the Somali-born Minnesota congresswoman since she was elected to Congress in 2018, with the Minneapolis Star-Tribune uncovering inconsistencies regarding her marital history in a 2019 report. Trump took aim at Omar, who has attacked operations by United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) into the Minneapolis area to target illegal immigrants from Somalia after revelations into at least $1 billion in welfare fraud, some of which allegedly went to the radical Islamic terrorist group Al-Shabaab, during his appearance on “The Conversation.”

“I want to see people that contribute. I don’t want to see Somalia,” Trump told Burns. “I don’t want to see a woman that, you know, marries her brother to get in and then becomes a congressman, does nothing but complain.”

Omar claimed during a Sunday appearance on “Face the Nation” that Somalis in Minnesota were also victims of the welfare fraud scheme.

“All she does is complain, complain, complain and yet her country is a mess. You know, it’s one of the worst in the world,” Trump said. “Let her go back, fix up her own country. So no, Somalia, and I was right about it.” (Read more from “Trump Accuses Ilhan Omar Of Marrying Her Brother” HERE)

Ilhan Omar Attempts To Paint Alleged Perpetrators Of $1,000,000,000 Fraud Scheme As Victims

Democratic Minnesota Rep. Ilhan Omar appeared to suggest Sunday on CBS News that the victims of a massive COVID relief fraud scheme in the state — in which nine-in-ten of those charged were Somali — were other Somali.

During an appearance on “Face the Nation,” Omar told host Margaret Brennan it is “frustrating” to her that people do not acknowledge Minnesota’s Somali community is “upset” about the COVID relief fraud — which reportedly resulted in taxpayer money winding up in the hands of a Somali radical Islamic terrorist group. The scheme’s alleged perpetrators “stole nearly $1 billion” from a nonprofit which claimed to feed hungry schoolchildren, House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer stated.

“The Biden-era Justice Department called it the largest COVID fraud scheme in the country, and this was pocketing COVID-era welfare funds, more than a billion dollars in taxpayer money that was stolen,” Brennan told the Somali-born congresswoman. “Of the 87 people charged, all but eight are of Somali descent, and that has added to the spotlight being put specifically on your community. Why do you think this fraud was allowed to get so widespread?”

“I want to say, you know, this also has an impact on Somalis, because we are also taxpayers in Minnesota,” Omar said in response. “We also could have benefited from the program and the money that was stolen. And so it’s been really frustrating for people to not acknowledge the fact that we’re also — as Minnesotans, as taxpayers — really upset and angry about the fraud that has occurred.”

Later in the interview, Brennan noted “one of the initial defenses by the organization at the heart of the fraud, Feeding Our Future, was to claim the probe was due to racism.” (Read more from “Ilhan Omar Attempts To Paint Alleged Perpetrators Of $1,000,000,000 Fraud Scheme As Victims” HERE)

Trump Suggests Rep. Ilhan Omar Be Thrown ‘Out Of’ U.S. Over Claims She Married Her Brother

President Donald Trump suggested that Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) should be removed from the United States, referencing allegations that she “supposedly” entered the country by marrying her brother.

“Somalia, where you have a Congressman goes around telling everybody about our Constitution, yet she supposedly came into our country by marrying her brother,” Trump said while speaking to reporters on Air Force One. “Well, if that’s true, she shouldn’t be a Congressman, and we should throw her the hell out of our country.”

While talking to reporters, Trump also stated that the U.S. doesn’t need people coming into the country, “telling us what to do.”

Trump’s comments come as Omar and other Democrats have defended Minnesota’s Somali community, despite reports that there is evidence of “widespread fraud of taxpayers’ healthcare programs” taking place. Trump has previously announced that he would be terminating Temporary Protected Status (TPS) amnesty for Somalians, over reports that billions of dollars are missing. Rep. Ilhan Omar’s Net Worth Skyrockets to as Much as $30 Million – Months After Denying She Was a Millionaire

Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.) reported a net worth of up to $30 million in her latest financial disclosure — a document filed just months after the congresswoman dismissed claims she was a millionaire as “ridiculous” and “categorically false.”

The disclosure, filed in May, shows the far-left “Squad” lawmaker and her husband, Tim Mynett, experienced a roughly 3,500% increase in net worth last year, compared to 2023.

The surge in the couple’s wealth was first reported by the Washington Free Beacon on Monday.

The financial gains came from Mynett’s two businesses, a Santa Rosa, Calif.-based winery and a venture capital firm headquartered in Washington, DC.

Omar valued the winery’s assets at between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 in her latest disclosure. By comparison, the winery, eStCru LLC, was only worth between $15,000 and $50,000 in Omar’s previous financial disclosure.

More dramatic was the explosion in growth experienced by Mynett’s venture capital firm, Rose Lake Capital LLC. (Read more from “Rep. Ilhan Omar’s Net Worth Skyrockets to as Much as $30 Million – Months After Denying She Was a Millionaire” HERE)

Squad’s Ilhan Omar Claims U.S. Sending Migrants to ‘Dungeons’

The darkest portrayal of immigration enforcement may now belong to Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN), who over the weekend claimed the U.S. was “disappearing” people and sending them to “dungeons” around the world.

“The reality is when they come for one of us, they’re eventually going to come for all of us,” she told a town hall outside of Nashville on Saturday, reported the Daily Wire. “We’re seeing people be abducted and sent to dungeons in foreign countries and people disappearing with no accounting for where they’ve gone.”

There was little doubt for the people in attendance that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) would be a addressed at the rally held at Cane Ridge High School in Antioch.

Organizers had posted a sign outside the event: “ICE NOT PERMITTED ON THE PREMISES.”
