Rogue Judge Orders Immediate Return Of World’s Most Violent Gang Members

A federal judge in Washington DC has attempted to block the president from deporting illegal alien members of a murderous Venezuelan prison gang. No, really. President Trump had the planeload of tattooed murderers flown off to El Salvador, citing the Alien Enemies Act of 1798. The act, passed by the American founders, allows the president to summarily deport illegal alien rapist murderers but only in the unlikely event a mean-spirited corruptocrat suffering from dementia should one day become president and allow said murderers to cross the border in droves at the behest of anti-American leftist conspirators while the media pretends it isn’t happening because the only book any of them has ever read is by a communist named Howard Zinn who believes the United States should never have existed in the first place. The founding fathers were nothing if not far-sighted.

However, federal District Judge Rufus T. Shnooklepuss declared that Trump did not have the authority to deport illegal aliens who are members of one of the most violent gangs on the face of the earth, and ordered that the gangsters’ plane be immediately returned to the United States or, failing that, an alternative group of alien gangsters should be found to replace the ones who were deported, or, failing that, an equal number of American gangsters should be taught to speak Spanish and armed with guns and axes so that the crimes the Venezuelan gangsters would have committed do not go undone. Trump Voter Stands by His Support of President After ICE Detains His Peruvian Wife on Return Trip From Honeymoon

A Wisconsin voter who backed President Trump in November is still sticking by the Republican – even after his Peruvian wife was detained by US Immigration and Customs Enforcement as part of a federal crackdown on illegal immigration last month.

Bradley Bartell is now worried about the well-being of his wife, Sylvia Camilla Muñoz-Lira, locked inside a detention center — and is seeking donations — after she was nabbed by ICE agents on Feb. 15 at Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport in San Juan. The pair were traveling home to Wisconsin Dells from their belated honeymoon in Puerto Rico when she was taken into custody.

Muñoz-Lira, who overstayed her J-1 visa, is now locked up at Richwood Correctional Center in Louisiana.

“It was kind of like a slap in the face,” Bartell, 40, told The Post, explaining that a week went by before he heard from his wife and learned where she was being held.

“I was in shock and unsure what to do at the time. It was terrible.”

Bartell said they now speak every day on the phone for 15 minutes and keep in touch through a messaging system inside the detention center. But the newlywed is concerned for his wife’s mental and physical well-being as she remains behind bars awaiting a court date. Georgetown University Researcher Detained by ICE, Accused of ‘Actively Spreading Hamas Propaganda and Promoting Antisemitism’: Report

A researcher studying at Georgetown University was detained by federal immigration authorities on Monday over allegations by the Trump administration that the foreign exchange student spread Hamas propaganda through social media, according to reports.

Badar Khan Suri, an Indian national in the US on a student visa, was arrested at his home in Rosslyn, Virginia, by masked agents from the Department of Homeland Security, his lawyer alleges in a lawsuit obtained by CBS News and Politico.

Suri, who both teaches and studies at the university as a postdoctoral associate and is married to a US citizen, was told by the DHS agents that his student visa had been revoked, the suit stated

The Trump administration alleged that Suri was “actively spreading Hamas propaganda and promoting antisemitism on social media,” CBS reported.

A DHS spokesperson claimed the Georgetown student had “close connections” to a senior adviser to Hamas which Secretary of State Marco Rubio determined “rendered him deportable” under the Immigration and Nationality Act on March 15. As ICE Arrests Increase, Illegal Aliens Are Fighting Back

Federal officers are pursuing illegal immigrants, and the illegal immigrants are increasingly fighting back, according to court documents and officials who describe a surge in assaults on law enforcement.

Experts said the violence is driven at least in part by immigrant advocates who deliver know-your-rights briefings that seem to encourage defiance.

“It’s deliberately intended to fuel that,” Matthew J. O’Brien, a former immigration judge, told The Washington Times.

In California, a Russian migrant has been charged with chomping on the hand of a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer hard enough to break his finger. In New York, an illegal immigrant from Nicaragua stands accused of roughing up U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents who tried to arrest him at a jail.

In Denver, city authorities released Abraham Gonzalez into a jail parking lot, where he took on a half-dozen ICE officers, congressional Republicans said. (Read more from “As ICE Arrests Increase, Illegal Aliens Are Fighting Back” HERE)

Red State Cracks Down on Sanctuary City After Police Chief Refuses to Cooperate With ICE

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is launching a probe into the city of Dallas over the region’s sanctuary city policies that protect illegal immigrants.

On Thursday, Paxton announced the investigation, as well as a formal request for city and Dallas Police Department records concerning the police department’s refusal to comply with state and federal immigration laws.

“The law is not optional. Local governments do not have the authority to disregard state and federal immigration laws,” Paxton said in a statement. “The people of Texas expect law enforcement agencies to uphold public safety, not to implement sanctuary policies that put our communities at risk.”

“My office will take all necessary legal actions to ensure compliance with state law and hold accountable any local entity that defies its legal obligations,” he added.

Paxton’s office has requested all policies, training materials and communications related to Dallas’ enforcement or non-enforcement of immigration laws, including any records reflecting decisions to decline cooperation with federal immigration authorities. Trump Brings Mother of Slain Child to Tears With Executive Order

President Donald Trump brought the mother of a child believed to have been killed by illegal immigrants to tears Tuesday night during his speech to a joint session of Congress.

Alexis Nungray lost her 12-year-old daughter, Jocelyn, on June 17, 2024. Two illegal aliens from Venezuela allegedly lured Jocelyn under a bridge near her home in Houston and, according to court documents, “took her pants off, tied her up, and killed her, then threw her body into the bayou.” The two have been arrested and charged in connection with the crime.

“Alexis, I promised that we would always remember your daughter, your magnificent daughter,” Trump said, looking up at Nungray, who was seated in the upper level of the House Gallery as Trump spoke.

“Earlier tonight,” Trump continued, “I signed an order keeping my word to you.”

The president said that because Jocelyn loved animals and nature, he signed an executive order renaming the Anahuac National Wildlife Refuge in Galveston Bay, where Jocelyn lived, to the Jocelyn Nungaray National Refuge.

Trump Effect: Migrant Encounters at Southern Border Hit Lowest-Ever Mark

A social media post by the Chief of the U.S. Border Patrol, Michael W. Banks, shows February apprehensions to be a record low for the Agency. Banks’s post reveals the startling impact of the Trump presidency on illegal migration to the United States in the 42 days since assuming office.

“February proved our combined efforts in securing the border WORK,” Chief Banks posted on X. “USBP apprehended 8,326 illegal aliens at the U.S.-Mexico border, making it the lowest month in recorded history.”

The just over 8,300 migrants arrested by Border Patrol agents who illegally crossed the Mexican border into the United States fell by 94 percent to the 140,641 encountered just one year ago. Perhaps more shocking, the numbers dropped by 82 percent from December, President Joe Biden’s last full month in office. As the transition of power took place in January, the encounter number began to plummet, falling to just over 29,000

Large-scale immigration raids across the United States and consistent messaging from the entire Trump administration resulted in the reduction of illegal border crossings. This forced the closure of multiple non-government migrant shelters that once received hundreds of millions of federal tax dollars from FEMA to move released migrants farther into the United States to await asylum hearings. . .

Among other measures that occurred during February, the Trump administration conducted the first military flight transporting migrants to the Guantanamo Bay Detention Camp. The camp in Cuba is currently undergoing modifications that will allow for up to 30,000 migrants to be held at the facility located within the Naval Station Guantanamo Bay. In Oval Office Temper Tantrum, Zelensky Blows Up Peace Talks

THE WHITE HOUSE — Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky tanked his own peace talks on Friday afternoon after he disrespected the American people in an Oval Office meeting with President Donald Trump.

After the meeting, which saw Trump and Vice President J.D. Vance disabuse Zelensky of the notion that he was in any position to make a power play for more money and military aid, Trump announced, “I have determined that President Zelenskyy is not ready for Peace if America is involved, because he feels our involvement gives him a big advantage in negotiations.”

“I don’t want advantage, I want PEACE,” Trump continued. “He disrespected the United States of America in its cherished Oval Office. He can come back when he is ready for peace.”

The unraveling of peace negotiations between Zelensky and Russian President Vladimir Putin, brokered by Trump, came after Zelensky attempted to come into the Oval Office with a strong-man attitude and what appeared to be zero gratitude for the American people and their billions being spent on the war.

After Zelensky essentially blamed the American government from 2014 onward for Russian advances, he expressed skepticism of the use of diplomacy in ending the war, asking Trump and Vance, “What kind of diplomacy?”

“I’m talking about the kind of diplomacy that’s going to end the destruction of your country, Mr. President [Zelensky],” Vance told him.

Illegal Alien Allegedly Murders Two Elderly Gay Men After Escaping ICE Deportation Order

An illegal alien has been charged in the murders of two elderly gay men after he escaped authorities who were trying to deport him for burglary.

Twenty-five-year-old Zsolt Zsolyomi allegedly confessed to the separate murders of two disabled males and has been charged with second-degree murder in each case.

Zsolyomi’s alleged crime spree began when he overstayed his visa and then was arrested for robbery in 2024. He told police his name was “Thomas Kray” at the time and was released from custody in July.

A deportation order was issued for the man after Immigration and Customs Enforcement realized he had overstayed his visa by more than two years. He was arrested in September and released with an ankle bracelet through the Alternatives Detention Program. He was apparently able to disable the ankle bracelet and elude authorities.

Then in November, police found 66-year-old Carlos Alonso Villaquiran face down in the water of his bathtub of his Miami Beach apartment. The amputee had died of strangulation, and surveillance cameras captured the image of a man who had entered into the apartment a day earlier.
