*7-Times* Deported Suspected MS-13 Gang Member Arrested for Murder in East Texas Migrant Colony

A multi-agency manhunt for a seven-time deported Salvadoran illegal alien wanted for murder came to a head Monday night, with the subject taken safely into custody. The suspected MS-13 gang member took off on Monday after allegedly stabbing a neighbor in the Colony Ridge subdivision. Colony Ridge is reported to be Texas’ largest migrant colony.

Earlier on Monday, A Salvadoran migrant with suspected ties to the hyperviolent MS-13 gang reportedly got into an altercation on County Road 5740 in Colony Ridge. Montgomery County Police Reporter’s publisher Scott Engle told Breitbart Texas the altercation ended with the victim being stabbed to death in his truck which was parked at his home.

The U.S. State Department declared MS-13 to be a Foreign Terrorist Organization late last week, Breitbart Texas’ Ildefonso Ortiz reported.

The Liberty County Sheriff’s Office, Texas Department of Public Safety troopers and special agents, and Homeland Security Investigations special agents teamed up to search for the suspected killer. By approximately 10 p.m. CST, police took the suspected killer into custody, Engle told Breitbart Texas.

Engle said ICE officials told him the man is wanted on charges out of Maryland. He was reportedly removed by ICE at least seven times in the past. (Read more from “*7-Times* Deported Suspected MS-13 Gang Member Arrested for Murder in East Texas Migrant Colony” HERE)

Video: Official Admits Dept. Of Education Is Spending Tax Dollars On Illegals And Dodging DOGE Oversight

Department of Education staff remove citizenship requirements from legislation, offer programs to illegal immigrants, and are using a messaging app to avoid oversight from the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), according to an undercover video published Feb. 20 by Project Veritas.

“If Congress actually knew that we don’t ask that [citizenship status], there would be a lot of, probably, a lot of uproar,” said DOE Branch Chief Travis Combs. “You know how they have like sanctuary cities? We would be a sanctuary program where we’re spending federal dollars on illegal immigrants.” . . .

Combs is a branch chief in the DOE’s office of Career, Technical, and Adult Education, according to LinkedIn. He said in the video he oversees seven staff who “develop professional development projects for teachers and adult education.” He said the programs focus on areas including GED [general educational development], high school diploma, ESL [English as a second language], and citizenship.

“The one nice thing about this program that I work in is we don’t ask [citizenship] status, and we’ve been able to keep that out of our federal statute,” he said. “We don’t ask them when they enroll what their status is.”

Combs said “undocumented” people can take part in these programs “as long as they follow the process.” He said recipients of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) “have to follow the rules for DACA,” but “if they’re illegal, illegal, it’s going to be pretty hard.” (Read more from “Video: Official Admits Dept. Senate Confirms Kash Patel as FBI Director

The Senate confirmed Kashyap “Kash” Patel as the new FBI director on Thursday in a Senate vote that largely fell along party lines.

51 Senators voted in favor of Patel’s confirmation, against 49 no votes, cementing him as the director of the nation’s leading federal law enforcement agency.

Two high-profile Republicans, Sen. Lisa Murkowski of Alaska and Sen. Susan Collins of Maine, notably voted against his confirmation.

Republican Sen. Mitch McConnell, the longest-serving Senate party leader, who announced Thursday he will not be seeking re-election in 2026, voted in favor of Patel’s nomination. This move came as a surprise to many, especially as McConnell had previously opposed three of Trump’s key picks. McConnell was against having Pete Hegseth as the Defense Secretary, Tulsi Gabbard as the director of National Intelligence, and Robert F. Kennedy Jr. as the head of the Department of Health and Human Services. (Read more from “Senate Confirms Kash Patel as FBI Director” HERE)

Outrageous: Leftists Sink to New Lows to Protect Illegal Aliens Criminals

I thought the claim was that the feds — at the direction of the Trump administration — were letting allegedly crooked Mayor Eric Adams off the hook in order to prevent this sort of thing from happening. “A pair of reputed migrant gangbangers were nabbed in a drug raid at a Queens auto shop — only to be cut loose without bail after prosecutors reduced the charges,” the New York Post reports. For the life of me, I do not understand why anyone defends this madness. These men are illegal immigrants, reportedly with ties to the dangerous Venezuelan gang, Tren de Aragua. They were caught up in a police raid and arrested for crimes. Not only were they not handed over to federal authorities for deportation (New York’s deranged policies forbid this common-sense step), but soft-on-crime prosecutors reduced charges, allowing both men to walk. When you see criminal migrants get violent and do things like assault police officers, it’s because they have been conditioned to feel invincible and unaccountable in New York City.

Get nabbed committing crimes, while tied to a known international gang, and in the United States illegally? You’re fine. We’ll minimize the charges, and don’t you worry, we promise not to tell the feds. It’s mind-boggling, and it’s been the status quo for years. A Republican Congresswoman representing part of the city is disgusted anew:

Ex-Student Who Impregnated Teacher at 13, Now an Adult, Wants Her Sexual Assault Charges Dropped: ‘I Started Everything’

An alleged sexual assault victim — who reportedly was only 13 years old when he impregnated his teacher during an illicit relationship — has come forward to call for the child sex crimes charges against the New Jersey woman to be dropped, according to a report.

The Daily Mail said it spoke to the former student — who is now an adult — and noted that he indicated that criminal charges against his former teacher should be dropped.

“They need to drop all charges,” the alleged victim said. “I wasn’t groomed or raped or manipulated by her. She never initiated anything. I started everything.” . . .

His former teacher — 34-year-old Laura Caron — delivered a baby in 2019.

Caron is a fifth-grade teacher at Middle Township Elementary School, which is located in the community of Cape May Court House on the southernmost tip of New Jersey.

Caron taught the alleged victim and his brother, according to police. (Read more from “Ex-Student Who Impregnated Teacher at 13, Now an Adult, Wants Her Sexual Assault Charges Dropped: ‘I Started Everything’” HERE)

Former Migrant Shelter Director Says He Was Attacked After Blowing Whistle on Abuse

After being attacked by an immigrant rapist, Jon Fetherston, a former Massachusetts migrant shelter director, is blowing the whistle about the “rampant” abuse in the Massachusetts migrant shelter system, which he said is “just a big, colossal mess.”

Fetherston, who served as the director of the Marlborough migrant shelter from 2023 to 2024, said that the amount of crime, domestic abuse and child neglect that takes place in the Massachusetts migrant shelter system is “mind-boggling.” In an interview with Fox News Digital, Fetherston revealed that he was grabbed and attacked by a Haitian immigrant after he was confronted about raping and impregnating his own teenage daughter.

The Maine Wire first broke the story about the Haitian migrant, Ronald Joseph, 42, impregnating his then 13-year-old daughter. Joseph repeatedly raped and impregnated his daughter while staying at a government-funded migrant shelter at a Holiday Inn in Marlborough, Massachusetts.

A report by the Massachusetts Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities obtained by Fox News Digital says that after being informed he would lose access to his daughter, Joseph “got very agitated and started yelling” at Fetherston that “this was all his fault, and he was to blame.”

Fetherston told Fox News Digital that as soon as Joseph heard he was losing custody of his daughter, he “reached across the table and grabbed me and got angry with me and started cursing and yelling and screaming and swinging at me because he realized what was happening.” (Read more from “Former Migrant Shelter Director Says He Was Attacked After Blowing Whistle on Abuse” HERE)

Trump Has Already Made a Massive Dent in Illegal Immigration

Border crossings have plummeted considerably since President Donald Trump won the 2024 presidential election, according to a report from U.S. Customs and Border Patrol (CBP).

The report notes a whopping 85 percent drop in apprehensions at the southern border compared to the same time period in 2024. This suggests that Trump’s election has discouraged many would-be illegal immigrants from attempting to gain entry into the country.

There were 61,465 apprehensions along the border in January, according to the CBP report. In December, the agency reported 96,048. Border Patrol apprehended 176,195 at the southwest border in January 2024, one year ago.

CBP’s report also noted that it has confiscated record numbers of deadly fentanyl as smugglers attempted to bring it into the country.

In the last two fiscal years, CBP seized record amounts of fentanyl – nearly 50,000 pounds – enough to produce more than 2 billion lethal doses. In January 2025, CBP seized 1,029 pounds of fentanyl, and methamphetamine seizures increased 15%.

Illegal Border Crossings Hit Record Lows After Trump’s Swift Crackdown — And Could Be On Track for Levels Not Seen in 60 Years

. . .Border crossings have plummeted to levels not seen in decades this month following President’s Trump’s swift crackdown on illegal immigration across the southwest, The Post can reveal.

So far in February, about 359 illegal migrants per day have been caught across the entire southern border — down more than 90% from February 2024, according to leaked Customs and Border Protection data.

That puts the US on track to have the lowest monthly border crossings in at least 25 years. If the trend continues, the number of illegal migrants coming into the US could hit a level not seen since 1968, nearly 60 years ago.

It’s the lowest the US has seen “in almost a lifetime,” said Mark Krikorian, the executive director at the Center for Immigration Studies.

“If you kind of break down the numbers, divide them by 365, we haven’t had numbers this low since the 1960s. So we’re talking 60-year lows if it’s sustained, obviously,” he said. Taxpayers Spent Over $1 Billion Facilitating The Migrant Pipeline Via Religious ‘Charities’ In 2024

For years, loads of cash, courtesy of U.S. taxpayers, have bolstered migrant resettlement services, often administered by faith-based nonprofits. In fiscal year 2024 alone, the U.S. government spent more than $2.7 billion on “refugee and entrant assistance” programs, and more than $1 billion went to nonprofits connected to four major Christian denominations: Catholic, Lutheran, Episcopal, and the United Methodist Church.

That staggering number only skims the surface of the complicated funding web supporting immigration through multiple federal offices, with contracts and grants given to state and local governments as well as secular and faith-based nonprofits, including other denominations not mentioned here.

Normally, religious nonprofits rely on donors who expect to see their money used to solve social ills. But when an increase in the problem (in this case, more refugees in need of financial and other assistance) means more government cash, “charities” are incentivized to show a need for more taxpayer funds by keeping the problem unsolved. Data from usaspending.gov shows the problem has gotten worse. Most nonprofits serving immigrants saw year-over-year increases in funding during President Joe Biden’s term. This is something donors would not tolerate. The government should let taxpayers decide whether they want to continue supporting a nonprofit infrastructure that places migrants around the United States.

President Donald Trump is changing the immigration landscape, cutting funding from these programs and sending illegal aliens back to their home countries. He aims to stamp out criminal coyote networks that sneak thousands of unvetted illegal aliens into the United States, and to hobble the deadly drug cartels that supply U.S. addiction.

Attracting Immigration

You would think Christian groups working with the immigrant population would be elated Trump is trying to end illegal immigration, but instead, they are resisting it and issuing angry statements. World War II-Style Barriers Placed Along Border in New Mexico

Federal officials are placing metal barriers along one of the busiest migrant smuggling corridors on the U.S.-Mexico border.

About a quarter-mile row of Normandy-style steel “Xs” were visible Wednesday on the western slope of Mount Cristo Rey in Sunland Park.

The area for the past several years has been a choice crossing location for migrants and smugglers because of its steep terrain, lack of roads and the absence of border wall. It also has been the site of many medical transports involving migrants who lose their footing on 1- to 2-foot dirt trails and end up at the bottom of ravines. Assaults on Border Patrol agents also have been reported there.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection spokesman Landon Hutchens said the “temporary” barriers are being placed to discourage or slow foot and any other types of traffic.

Similar barriers were replaced west of nearby Santa Teresa several years ago when a 30-foot-tall steel bollard wall was installed. The steel Xs typically are placed on the border to prevent vehicles from coming over from Mexico. (Read more from “World War II-Style Barriers Placed Along Border in New Mexico” HERE)
