With His Colossal Border Failure, Biden Has Engineered Trump’s Amazing Comeback

On Monday, a 23-year-old man from El Salvador who entered the country illegally was arrested for the murder and rape of Maryland’s Rachel Morin, a mother of 5, last summer.

He also allegedly found the time, during his vacation in the United States, to break into the home of and assault a 9-year-old girl and her mother.

A day later, an Ecuadorian migrant who crossed into the country illegally before authorities apprehended and then released him into the country was arrested for sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl in Queens.

President Biden’s response? To announce what CBS News reported was to “one of the largest immigration relief programs in recent history” for “hundreds of thousands of immigrants living in the country without proper documents” as well as “DREAMers and other undocumented immigrants.”

Former President Donald Trump is on track to complete one of the greatest comebacks in American political history. (Read more from “With His Colossal Border Failure, Biden Has Engineered Trump’s Amazing Comeback” HERE)

Mom of Woman Allegedly Killed by Migrant Has Message for Biden

A Maryland mom of a young woman allegedly killed by a migrant gang member a year before Rachel Morin’s murder at the hands of another accused migrant has a message for President Biden: Secure the border.

Tammy Nobles, whose 20-year-old daughter was raped and strangled in 2022, told The Post Monday the federal government’s lax border policies are to blame for the unthinkable tragedies her family and Morin’s loved ones have faced.

“It is occurring because Homeland Security and Health and Human Services are not doing their jobs and other agencies in power like the police and government aren’t doing anything to prevent this,” Nobles said in an interview.

“And Biden sure isn’t trying to prevent these types of crimes from happening. He is the one that is welcoming the illegal immigrants here.

“Government agencies, federal and local, need to take responsibility and put American citizens first and not last. Our safety is not being put first.” (Read more from “Mom of Woman Allegedly Killed by Migrant Has Message for Biden” HERE)

Illegal Alien Is Shocked at How Easy It Is to Enter the U.S.

The crisis at the U.S.-Mexico border is so apparent that even illegal immigrants are shocked at how easy it is to enter the U.S. outside the legal ports of entry, to the point where they are concerned about criminals being able to enter the country without any issues.

Fox News national correspondent Bill Melugin interviewed a man from Turkey who illegal crossed into the San Diego Sector, near Jacumba Hot Springs.

The man said he paid a Mexican cartel $10,000 to be able to cross through their territory on the Mexican side of the border.

“In fact, America people is right, completely true. Who comes into this country? They don’t know. Okay, I’m good, but how if they’re not good? How if they’re killers, psychopath, else? No guarantee of that,” the man warned. “Like, no security check, no background check.”

“You’re worried about who is crossing the border?” Melugin asked.

Dems Vote Unanimously to Keep Protecting Illegal Alien Pedophiles

California Assemblyman Bill Essayli had his microphone turned off today when he forced a vote on an assembly bill that seeks to end California’s ‘sanctuary state’ protections for illegal immigrant pedophiles.

“Assembly Democrats unanimously blocked the vote [on Assembly Bill 2641], thus allowing illegal immigrant pedophiles to remain protected from deportation,” the California Republican Assembly Caucus stated to Daily Caller in a press release.

“I’m completely outraged that when we had an opportunity today to roll back sanctuary state policies that protect illegal immigrants who are convicted of committing sex crimes against minors – we’re talking about pedophiles – [and] that every Democrat in that building refused to support it,” Essayli said during his Media Availability block following the vote, which he posted to YouTube.

“They doubled down and they reaffirm that their policy – the law of the land in the state of California – is to protect criminal illegal immigrants who’ve been convicted of the most heinous crimes against minors,” Essayli continued. “And it’s on record and we have the vote, so I hope the public sees what happens today and they make their voice heard.”

“This bill [AB 2641] would have protected the most vulnerable, the most innocent, which is our children,” Gibboney says in the video. “They [the Democrats] put illegal aliens before they put us legal citizens and not protecting our children. My only son was murdered by a previously deported criminal illegal alien thanks to our policies in this government and 22 years since my son has been murdered not a thing has improved in protecting our borders, in protecting citizens of this country, and as a legal immigrant I am outraged.” (Read more from “Dems Vote Unanimously to Keep Protecting Illegal Alien Pedophiles” HERE)

Illegal Alien, Freed by Biden Administration, Charged With Murdering 19-Year-Old

The tragic death of 19-year-old Adam Luker in a drunk driving crash has brought attention to the case of Antonio Antonio Rodas, a 29-year-old illegal alien accused of causing the fatal collision in Mobile County, Alabama.

Rodas was arrested on May 8 and charged with murdering Luker after a horrifying incident on April 28. Prosecutors allege that Rodas was driving under the influence, three times over the legal limit, and speeding at 88 mph when he ran a red light, crashing into Luker’s vehicle as he turned at an intersection with a green light.

More than a week later, Luker succumbed to his injuries on May 6. A GoFundMe page has been set up to assist Luker’s grieving family. Luker, a graduate of Mary G. Montgomery High School in May 2023, had his life tragically cut short.

At the crash site, investigators discovered Rodas’s vehicle filled with open alcohol containers and reeking of alcohol. Before authorities could apprehend him, Rodas attempted to flee to South America but was intercepted and taken into custody by Mobile County officials.

An investigation by Brendan Kirby at FOX10 News revealed that Rodas had been on the radar of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) for nearly six years before the fatal crash. Rodas first crossed the U.S.-Mexico border near Hidalgo, Texas, in December 2018. Despite being arrested in Mobile County for drunk driving in 2021 and again in 2022, ICE did not detain him due to a policy under the Biden administration that does not prioritize deportation for DUI arrests.

In 2022, Rodas pleaded guilty to the drunk driving charge and received a 180-day prison sentence with court-ordered supervision upon release. However, he failed to comply with the terms of his probation, yet the organization overseeing his supervision never sought to revoke it.

Mobile County District Attorney Keith Blackwood criticized the lack of action regarding Rodas’s probation, emphasizing the preventable nature of Luker’s death had Rodas been deported earlier.

Illegal Aliens Demand ‘Culturally Appropriate’ Food, Free Lawyers at Tent City

More than 100 illegal immigrants in Denver are refusing to leave a tent city unless the city meets their demands.

The illegals, residing in a camp near train tracks and under a bridge, have stipulated conditions under which they will agree to move into city-funded shelters.

Denver Human Services tried to transition the migrants from their makeshift dwellings to shelters that offer amenities, including three meals a day. The shelters are part of the city’s initiative to provide safer living conditions and remove people from the streets. Illegal Alien Allegedly Kidnaps 11-Year-Old Girl, Rapes Her in Van

An illegal immigrant in Florida is being held without bond after he allegedly grabbed an 11-year-old girl by the hand, dragged her into a van, and sexually assaulted her.

Around 9 p.m. last Thursday, 20-year-old Marvin Perez Lopez, a Guatemalan national, was standing near a van parked outside his apartment in Lake Worth Beach, Florida, just a few miles south of West Palm Beach. He then spotted an 11-year-old girl who likewise lived in the apartment complex.

Lopez allegedly grabbed the girl by the hand and ordered her to “get into the van,” an affidavit claimed. He then allegedly began touching the girl in a way that made her uncomfortable. At one point, she managed to escape, but the suspect grabbed her once again and threw her back inside the vehicle, where he forced himself on her.

Meanwhile, the girl’s mother had gone looking for her daughter. When she spotted the van, she began screaming and banging on the windows. Police soon arrived, but the perpetrator had fled the area.

On Saturday, police found Lopez and booked him into the Palm Beach County jail on several charges, including kidnapping to sexually assault a minor, sexual assault of a victim under 12, and resisting an officer. His bond was denied. (Read more from “Illegal Alien Allegedly Kidnaps 11-Year-Old Florida Girl, Rapes Her in Van” HERE)

Illegals Will Now Be Eligible for Health Care Coverage Under New Biden Rule

More than 100,000 young immigrants protected by the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program will soon become eligible to receive federal health care coverage for the first time since DACA was implemented over a decade ago.

The Biden administration will announce a new federal rule Friday allowing DACA recipients to enroll in a qualified health plan through the Affordable Care Act insurance marketplace or become eligible for coverage through a basic health program.

An estimated 580,000 young adults who lack legal immigration status and have lived in the U.S. since they were children are currently working or studying without fear of deportation under DACA. An overwhelming majority of DACA recipients were born in Mexico and other Latin American countries. . .

By implementing a federal rule expanding the definition of “lawful presence” to include DACA recipients, they are “no longer excluded from receiving coverage from a quality health plan and financial assistance as well,” Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra told reporters in a press call Thursday.

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services estimates that over 100,000 young immigrants who lack health insurance will now have a shot at accessing affordable health care. (Read more from “Illegals Will Now Be Eligible for Health Care Coverage Under New Biden Rule” HERE)

Illegal Alien Bites, Punches Security Guard in Vicious Attack at Controversial NYC Shelter: Report

A security guard at Randalls Island shelter in New York City was brutally attacked by an illegal alien on Monday morning, sources told the New York Post.

The tent city shelter has become a hotbed for violent activity since it was converted into temporary makeshift housing for illegal immigrants in August.

Around 6:45 a.m. Monday, 24-year-old Oscar Adrian Al Ordonez was heard arguing with his wife inside the shelter, the Post reported. A security guard, 40, intervened in the altercation, hoping to break up the heated exchange.

Ordonez responded by abruptly punching the guard, according to sources. The aggressor also allegedly scratched the worker’s face and neck and bit his head.

The security guard defended himself, punching Ordonez in the face, the sources told the Post. They noted that the illegal immigrant was bruised and bleeding as a result of the conflict. When authorities arrived at the scene, neither Ordonez nor the guard requested medical attention.
