Russia Makes Major Claim About the Pentagon’s Fight Against ISIS

The Pentagon, refusing to transfer the data on terrorist targets in Syria to the Russian military, continues to fight against the Islamic State terrorist group “in word only”, Russian Defense Ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov told reporters on Monday.

He thus commented on a recent statement by the Pentagon spokesperson Michelle Baldanza who confirmed that the US military did not intend to share with Moscow the information on IS targets until Russia changes its policy towards Syrian President Bashar Assad. “We are not going to cooperate with Russia on Syria until they change their strategy of supporting Assad and instead focus on ISIL (IS),” Baldanza said.

“The hackneyed thesis has once again confirmed that the Pentagon will fight against IS in word only, instead of taking real action,” Konashenkov said. “The statement by the US Defense Department spokesperson Michelle Baldanza about the [US side’s] refusal from any cooperation in the fight against Islamic State is a broken record, and it’s high time to change it,” he said.

The Russian Defense Ministry spokesman said that at last week’s news briefing of the chief of the Main Operations Directorate of the Russian General Staff, General Sergey Rudskoy, the military presented data on changes in the routes of illegal transportation of oil by the Islamic State militants.

According to the Russian Defense Ministry, the new routes run through the north-western regions of Iraq, which “are in the focus of constant attention of the United States.” “We publicly told our American colleagues that it is necessary not to discuss the IS activities in Iraq, but to take real action to block the terrorists’ sources of income in the region,” Konashenkov said. Watch: ISIS Leader Delivers Threatening Message to the West in Rare Public Appearance

By Josie Ensor. The leader of the self-declared Islamic State issued a defiant message to the West, warning “crusaders” not to dare fight on his turf.

In a rare public statement – his first in seven months – Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi said Western countries had “learned from” previous wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.

“Crusaders and Jews don’t dare to come on the ground because they were defeated in Iraq and Afghanistan,” he said in a 23-minute long audio message released through an [ISIS]-run internet account.

The message – dubbed an “alternative Christmas broadcast” on social media – appeared to be an effort to rally [ISIS] followers against the growing number of enemies arrayed against them.

The leader, who has rarely been pictured and has not been heard from since he was believed to have been injured in an airstrike by Iraqi forces in October, Russian or US-led airstrikes had failed to weaken the group, which was only “expanding and getting stronger”. Dramatic Video of Russian Air Strikes ‘on Islamic State Oil Empire’

By Agencies, video source Russian Ministry of Defense. Russia has released spectacular footage of what Kremlin officials claim to be a successful bombing campaign to destroy the Islamic State’s oil-smuggling rackets into Turkey.

At a briefing by the Russian ministry of defence in Moscow, generals produced videos and photographs of Russian warplanes pulverising huge columns of oil tankers allegedly transporting oil for sale on the black market.

The Kremlin claimed to have destroyed 17 such truck columns in the past week alone – part of a Moscow-led onslaught against Isil’s oil rackets that Russia says has wiped out nearly 2,000 oil tankers since Russia directly entered the war in Syria in September.

The pictures were released to journalists by Lieutenant General Sergei Rudskoy, a senior figure in Russian Armed Forces command, in a briefing apparently designed to be a mirror image to those conducted by the Pentagon in America.

He sat before a giant video screen showing aerial footage of the Russian attacks, which led to tankers being engulfed in plumes of thick black smoke. (Read more from “Dramatic Video of Russian Air Strikes ‘on Islamic State Oil Empire'” HERE)

ISIS Okays Taking Organs of Living Non-Muslims

The Islamic State’s religious scholars have ruled that taking the organs of non-Muslims is permissible under Islamic law to save the life of a Muslim, because killing apostates to eat their flesh has previously been allowed.

The revelation comes in a January 2015 document that was capured by U.S. special forces in Syria in May and obtained by Reuters.

The news agency posted a U.S. government translation of the document attributed to the Islamic State’s research and fatwa committee.

“Allah almighty knows what’s best and knows what’s right and what is wrong and there is evidence from texts and Islamic principles and laws supporting the notion that transplanting organs from an apostate’s body into a Muslim body in order to save the latter’s life or replace a damaged organ with it is permissible,” the document reads . . .

But the document notes that Islamic jurists have “permitted, when necessary, the killing of the infidel combatant or the apostate should one need to consume their flesh for the purpose of saving his own life.” Islamic scholar Imam al-Nawawi, according to the document, wrote about the “legitmacy of killing the infidel fighters and apostates and eating them.” (Read more from “ISIS Okays Taking Organs of Living Non-Muslims” HERE)

Gruesome ISIS ‘Dungeons’ Where They Keep Their Sickest Secret Found in Desert

By Conservative Tribune. Startling new video and pictures out of the Middle East show the dungeons in which Islamic State group members would keep women prisoners, some of whom were raped by the militants.

According to the U.K. Daily Mail, the dungeons in the deserts of northern Syria showed just how horrible life was for the young women — mostly members of the Yazidi ethnic group — after their capture by the Islamic State group barbarians.

The women — some just children — were kept underground in dark, cramped conditions 24 hours a day. (Read more from “Gruesome ISIS ‘Dungeons’ Where They Keep Their Sickest Secret Found in Desert” HERE)

The Hell of Yazidi Women Kept in ISIS Dungeon Under the Desert

By Imogen Calderwood. Shocking photographs show the cramped, suffocating spaces where dozens of Yazidi women were trapped underground in an ISIS prison.

Manhole-like panels in the northern Syrian desert are the only obvious clue of the horrific prison where the persecuted women were made to lie in complete darkness for hours every day.

The women, from the much-persecuted Yazidi minority, were forced to live their entire lives under the sand; eating, drinking and sleeping in their tiny cells.

It is not yet known what happened to the terrified women, or where they might be now.

But in heart-breaking examples of the hope and despair the women must have felt, drawings on the walls document their daily lives under the sand. (Read more from “The Hell of Yazidi Women Kept in ISIS Dungeon Under the Desert” HERE)

Inside Islamic State’s End Times Apocalyptic Battle Plan

The Islamic State may want Western and moderate Arab countries to send ground troops to Syria, because it believes an apocalyptic battle is necessary to fulfill an end-of-days prophecy of total Muslim conquest.

This belief is expressed in an ISIS propaganda video released last week titled “Meeting at Dabiq,” which references the future location of an epic final clash between Muslims and “crusaders.”

The video, replete with Islamic chants, depicts ISIS fighters – some in tanks and trucks – advancing toward the Colosseum in Rome. This is followed by images of the ISIS flag raised across the Middle East and North Africa. It then predicts the downfall of the West.

The Syrian city of Dabiq, near Aleppo, is central to ISIS ideology. The terrorist group named a magazine after the city, and routinely refers to a future battle at Dabiq in their propaganda. They believe a massive confrontation with Western forces must take place there in order to usher in the Islamic apocalypse and ultimate conquest.

Dabiq is mentioned in the hadith – the Islamic oral tradition that claims to quote the prophet Muhammad verbatim on numerous matters. (Read more from “Inside Islamic State’s End Times Apocalyptic Battle Plan” HERE)

ISIS Possesses Passport Printing Machines, Terrorists Have Likely Infiltrated US With Fake Documents

With the U.S. and other countries on high alert for ISIS attacks, American authorities are warning the terror group’s followers may have infiltrated American borders with authentic-looking passports ISIS has printed itself with its own machines, according to an intelligence report obtained by ABC News.

The 17-page Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Intelligence Report, issued to law enforcement last week, says ISIS likely has been able to print legitimate-looking Syrian passports since taking over the city of Deir ez-Zour last summer, home to a passport office with “boxes of blank passports” and a passport printing machine. Another passport office was located in Raqqa, Syria, which has long been ISIS’s de facto capital.

“Since more than 17 months [have] passed since Raqqa and Deir ez-Zour fell to ISIS, it is possible that individuals from Syria with passports ‘issued’ in these ISIS controlled cities or who had passport blanks, may have traveled to the U.S.,” the report says. . .

Former Department of Homeland Security intelligence official and ABC News consultant John Cohen said, “If ISIS has been able to acquire legitimate passports or machines that create legitimate passports, this would represent a major security risk in the United States.”

Fake Syrian passports have already been discovered in Europe, most notably two used by suicide bombers in the horrific terrorist attack on Paris last month. The two men are believed to have slipped into Europe with a flood of Syrian refugees fleeing the violence in their homeland. Security Committee Chair: Hillary, Obama to Blame for ISIS

The Republican chairman of the House Homeland Security Committee, claiming that the U.S. faces its highest security threat since 9/11, on Wednesday put the blame for it and the rise of the Islamic State squarely on President Obama and his former secretary of state, Hillary Clinton.

“I would say that she and the president are responsible for ISIS rearing its ugly head. They have not effectively dealt with it and that’s going to be a huge campaign issue,” said Rep. Michael McCaul.

The Texas lawmaker said that Clinton failed early in her term as the nation’s top diplomat to handle the Iraq war and stem the resulting terrorism. He said that her policies “imploded Iraq and creates ISIS.” He spoke to reporters at a breakfast sponsored by the Christian Science Monitor.

And he said that the eventual Republican presidential nominee will use that to defeat Clinton. (Read more from “Security Committee Chair: Hillary, Obama to Blame for ISIS” HERE)

FBI Director: Terrorist in Texas Attack Sent 109 Encrypted Messages on Morning of Attack to Terrorist Overseas

FBI Director James Comey told the Senate Judiciary Committee on Wednesday that one of two terrorists who tried to kill people outside a Prophet Muhammad cartoon contest in Garland, Texas, in May sent 109 messages to a terrorist overseas the day of the attack, and the FBI has no idea what was said, because those messages were encrypted.

“In May, when two terrorists attempted to kill a whole lot of people in Garland, Texas, and were stopped by law enforcement, again, that morning before one of those terrorists left to commit mass murder, he exchanged 109 messages with an overseas terrorist,” Comey said.

ISIS sent two gunmen – Elton Simpson and Nadir Soofi – to launch a terrorist attack at an anti-Muslim event on May 3, wounding a security guard before police shot them, the Associated Press reported. A third man – Abdul Malik Abdul Kareem – was arrested and charged with helping to orchestrate the attack. ISIS claimed responsibility for that attack.

“We have no idea what he said,” Comey said about one of the gunmen, “because those messages were encrypted, and to this day, I can’t tell you what he said with that terrorist 109 times the morning of that attack. That is a big problem. We have to grapple with it,” Comey said.

During his opening statement before the committee, Comey said both tech companies and the FBI care about safety on the Internet. They understand that “encryption is a very important part of being secure on Internet,” he said. “We also all care about public safety. We also all see a collision between those things right now.” (Read more from “FBI Director: Terrorist in Texas Attack Sent 109 Encrypted Messages on Morning of Attack to Terrorist Overseas” HERE)

‘Obama Lied’: Intelligence Report Commissioned by White House Says ISIS Not Contained

A new intelligence report commissioned by the White House says that the ISIS terror group will grow in numbers and territory unless it suffers significant losses in Iraq and Syria.

The findings sharply contradict previous statements by President Obama and other White House officials that ISIS has been “contained” by a program of U.S.-led airstrikes and the deployment of approximately 3,500 U.S. forces to train and otherwise aid moderate Syrian rebels and Kurdish fighters.

On Sunday, a U.S. official told Fox News that ISIS has been able to effectively recruit and attract affiliates despite losses on the ground, and has now supplanted Al Qaeda as the primary global jihadist threat. The official said that going forward, the entirety of the ISIS threat must be addressed, and the group’s main base of operations in Syria must be “degraded.”

The findings were first reported by The Daily Beast, which said the White House asked for the assessment prior to the Nov. 13 attacks in Paris, in which ISIS militants killed 130 people in a series of coordinated shootings and suicide bombings.

In response to the report, The Daily Beast said President Obama had directed Defense Secretary Ash Carter and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Joseph Dunford to come up with new strategies against ISIS. (Read more from “Intelligence Report Commissioned by White House Says ISIS Not Contained” HERE)

The U.S. Is Running out of Bombs to Drop on ISIS

The U.S. Air Force has fired off more than 20,000 missiles and bombs since the U.S. bombing campaign against ISIS began 15 months ago, according to the Air Force, leading to depleted munitions stockpiles and calls to ramp up funding and weapons production.

As the U.S. ramps up its campaign against the Islamist terror group in Iraq and Syria, the Air Force is now “expending munitions faster than we can replenish them,” Air Force chief of staff Gen. Mark Welsh said in a statement.

“B-1s have dropped bombs in record numbers. F-15Es are in the fight because they are able to employ a wide range of weapons and do so with great flexibility. We need the funding in place to ensure we’re prepared for the long fight,” Welsh said in the statement. “This is a critical need.”

The bombing campaign has left the U.S. Air Force with what an Air Force official described as munitions depot stocks “below our desired objective.”

The official told CNN that the Air Force has requested additional funding for Hellfire missiles and is developing plans to ramp up weapons production to replenish its stocks more quickly. But replenishing that stock can take “up to four years from time of expenditure to asset resupply,” the official said. (Read more from “The U.S. Is Running out of Bombs to Drop on ISIS” HERE)
