Turkish-Funded Militias Seizing Hundreds of Acres From Christian Syrians

The commander of an Islamist militia has reportedly seized 500 acres of farming land from Christian farmers in the town of Ras Al-Ein in northern Syria near the Turkish border.

The area is under the control of a coalition of Islamist militias that are part of the Syrian National Army, an entity backed by Qatar and Turkey.

The main groups involved in human rights abuses in Ras Al-Ein include the Al-Hamzat Battalion and Jaysh Al-Sharqya, reported the United Kingdom-based watchdog Christian Solidarity Worldwide, citing local sources.

The leader of Jaysh Al-Sharqya, Commander Abou Jammo, was identified as the one who ordered the confiscation, CSW said, adding that the United States has sanctioned these groups for their actions.

Al-Qaeda-Linked Muslim Group Got $2 Million From Tim Walz’s State Government

Under Gov. Tim Walz (D-MN), the state of Minnesota awarded over $2 million to an Islamic group that fundraises for a charity linked to an al Qaeda affiliate, according to funding records reviewed by the Washington Examiner.

The Islamic Association of North America, the recipient of the state grants from 2019 to 2024, is fundraising after Hamas’s Oct. 7 attack on Israel last year for Rahma Worldwide, a Michigan-based charity that says it is shipping humanitarian aid to Gaza, according to flyers. In a since-deleted Facebook post in October 2023, Rahma Worldwide President Shadi Zaza revealed his charity was collaborating on an aid initiative with the Islamic Heritage Revival Society of Kuwait, a terrorist group sanctioned by the U.S. government for funding al Qaeda.

News of the Walz administration’s grants to the IANA comes as the Democratic vice presidential candidate faces backlash after a series of Washington Examiner reports revealed his ties to Muslim cleric Asad Zaman. As Minnesota’s governor, Walz has repeatedly hosted Zaman, who shared a pro-Adolf Hitler movie on social media and defended the Oct. 7 attack. Moreover, according to unearthed footage, Walz referred to Zaman as a “master teacher” at a 2018 event held by the Zaman-led Muslim American Society of Minnesota, which partners with the IANA.

The presidential campaign for Vice President Kamala Harris has continued to claim Walz has no personal relationship with Zaman. Harris and Walz officials did not respond to requests for comment from the Washington Examiner on Thursday.

Christians Left Petrified After Attack on Church During Riots as Media Ignores Mob Chanting ‘Allahu Akbar’

Members of the congregation of St Joseph’s church awoke earlier this week to rumours on WhatsApp of the damage spreading, along with other videos seen by GB News that appear to show attacks on Christians in London.

Panicked worshippers raced to the scene to find the pavement littered with smashed pieces of the statue, whose casing was later boarded up.

A furious member of the congregation, who spoke to GB News on condition of anonymity, said: “We had my Dad go and actually see what happened and he saw the pieces of Mother Mary on the floor. Right after I saw that, I initially thought to get this online.”

Inferring media bias, the congregant said: “I knew there wasn’t going to be news coverage on this.”

Asserting the destruction of the statue was “an attack”, the distressed worshipper said the congregation had been trying to ascertain both the identity and the motive of the culprit: “Either it’s a lone, crazy man who did this or someone who had a motive of hatred towards Christians. Knifeman Stabs Multiple People in Frenzied Attack at Anti-Islam Rally

A knife-wielding madman stabbed multiple people, including a cop, at an anti-Islamist political rally in Germany on Friday in a frenzied attack that was caught on a YouTube livestream.

The bloody mayhem erupted in the middle of a square in the city of Mannheim just after 11:30 a.m. local time as members of the right-wing campaign group, Citizens’ Movement Pax Europa (BPE), were filming a demonstration, news outlet Bild reported.

The stomach-churning livestream showed the moment chaos broke out as the bearded knifeman abruptly tackled one of the victims — believed to be the group’s leader, Michael Stürzenberger — to the ground and violently started plunging a large blade into him.

Screaming onlookers rushed in to try and drag the attacker away but he broke free and continued swinging the knife at the original victim.

Hundreds of UCLA Students Convert to Islam, Pray to Allah

Hundreds of University of California of Los Angeles (UCLA) students converted to Islam and participated in a massive group prayer to Allah on Wednesday night.

Just before police officers moved in and dismantled defiant pro-terrorism protest encampments at UCLA, students said Muslim prayers as the sun set over the campus.

The pro-terrorism students chanted “Allahu akbar” during the prayer and chanted “Allah is the greatest” of all gods.

Christian Homes in Egypt Attacked and Burned by Islamist Extremists

Islamist extremists reportedly set fire to several Christian houses and businesses in southern Egypt last week.

The violence broke out on Tuesday night in the village of Al-Fawakher, which is home to about 3,000 Christian families. The local Christian community had recently received a permit to construct a new church building, prompting backlash from some Muslim hardliners.

“The attacks are believed to have been triggered by an attempt to build a new church in Al-Fawakher village in Minya [province],” one local source, who asked to remain anonymous, told The New Arab. “When religious fanatics failed to expel Christians from their homes as a form of punishment, the extremists [reportedly] burned down their houses while they were still inside.”

U.S. Muslim Family Charged With Beating Son for Converting to Christianity: Police

A Muslim family in Tennessee was arrested this week for allegedly beating a family member for converting to Christianity.

The Metro Nashville Police Department responded to a welfare check on Monday and discovered a juvenile family member who was “cut haphazardly” on his face with lumps and bruising, according to a report from Fox 17 Nashville.

The victim, whose age and name were not given, told law enforcement that he was attacked because he recently became a Christian. Police said in the arrest warrant that the family members were all Muslim.

Muslim American Leaders in Swing States Vow to Defeat Biden in 2024

Muslim American leaders from swing states launched the #AbandonBiden campaign on Saturday, vowing to defeat President Joe Biden in 2024 due to his unwillingness to call for a ceasefire in the Israel-Hamas war.

During a press conference in Michigan, about a dozen leaders from swing states Michigan, Minnesota, Arizona, Wisconsin, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania vowed not to vote for him, accusing him of abandoning Muslim Americans who helped him win in 2020.

“Muslim Americans have come together finally to state in completely clear terms that the position of the Biden administration … is a red line for all Muslim Americans,” said Hassan Abdel Salam, leader of the #AbandonBiden National Coalition and assistant professor of sociology at the University of Minnesota.

While some of the leaders delivered a warning to Biden to change his stance, others said he had already lost their votes.

There’s a Muslim Revolt Brewing Against Joe Biden

I’m not feeling sorry for anyone in the Democratic Party regarding this simmering 2024 election issue. Still, it should cause some people to realize how insane their base has become. It goes beyond the woke lexicon that’s often dismissed, and rightfully so, by most. These people are pro-terrorist—and there’s a discussion on how to cater to these people, including possibly placing conditions on new military aid to Israel, which is currently eradicating Hamas’ influence in the Gaza Strip. . .

Politico has a lengthy piece in Dearborn, Michigan, the mecca for Arab Americans, where support for Palestinian rights unites the older and younger generations here. It’s also a piece that mentions erroneously how this community thinks there’s a genocide being committed against their people. There is a difference between collateral damage and intentional killing. Israel has gone beyond to ensure civilian deaths are kept to a minimum, whereas Hamas is trying to maximize it by refusing to let civilians leave Gaza City. The number of differences between the two sides is many and defined, but the media continues to hound Israel for their justified war to eradicate the terror group. It’s Hamas that is committing war crimes in Gaza, not Israel, but don’t mention that to this community, which is a voter bloc that could take out Biden in 2024 (via Politico):

These residents here in Dearborn, which borders Detroit-proper, and Farmington Hills, which is a half-hour drive northwest of Detroit, are a diverse lot — young and old, Christian and Muslim, representing a mix of families whose ancestors arrived here almost a century ago from Lebanon and historic Palestine and those who landed here just a decade or two ago fleeing conflicts in Iraq, Yemen and Syria, among other countries.

What unites the Arab American residents in metro Detroit at this moment is a sense of abandonment by their representatives in government. As the official Palestinian death toll surpasses 10,000, residents feel blindsided by what they see as the White House’s apathy towards Palestinian lives and its unconditional material support for Israel’s military operations. According to a new poll from the Arab American Institute, support for Biden’s reelection in 2024 has plummeted by 42 percent among Arab Americans, who typically vote blue. Nationwide, 68 percent of Arab Americans support a ceasefire in Gaza and think the U.S. should stop sending military supplies to Israel.

Many Arab Americans in this swing state of Michigan, who overwhelmingly voted for Biden in 2020, say they are considering sitting out the next presidential election.

“We’ve never experienced something like this before,” says Takween Dwaik, a 53-year-old mental health counselor, who grew up in the Al-Shati refugee camp in Northern Gaza, which was recently bombed. Some of her siblings and their families have been injured by airstrikes while evacuating. Dwaik has also lost a nephew and her husband lost an infant grand-niece to the shelling. “The thing that hurts so bad is that the weapons get paid for with our tax money.

“They’re using our tax money to kill our loved ones.”

Hamas is terrorist trash, who garner an astonishing amount of support from the Palestinian population. The new polling delivers a kill shot to any narrative about a two-state solution. You cannot live peacefully when one side thinks daily about how to kill you.

Famous Muslim-Turned-Atheist Now Says Jesus Is the Only Answer

A former Muslim Brotherhood acolyte who became an atheist has explained in an online column why it is Christianity – and Christianity alone – that holds the answer in today’s turmoil- and threat-filled world.

“The ‘God hole’ – the void left by the retreat of the church – has merely been filled by a jumble of irrational quasi-religious dogma. The result is a world where modern cults prey on the dislocated masses, offering them spurious reasons for being and action — mostly by engaging in virtue-signaling theater on behalf of a victimised minority or our supposedly doomed planet. The line often attributed to G.K. Chesterton has turned into a prophecy: ‘When men choose not to believe in God, they do not thereafter believe in nothing, they then become capable of believing in anything,'” explained Ayaan Hirsi Ali in a column at unherd.

Ali, a research fellow at Stanford’s Hoover Institution, continued, “In this nihilistic vacuum, the challenge before us becomes civilisational. We can’t withstand China, Russia and Iran if we can’t explain to our populations why it matters that we do. We can’t fight woke ideology if we can’t defend the civilisation that it is determined to destroy. And we can’t counter Islamism with purely secular tools. To win the hearts and minds of Muslims here in the West, we have to offer them something more than videos on TikTok.

“The lesson I learned from my years with the Muslim Brotherhood was the power of a unifying story, embedded in the foundational texts of Islam, to attract, engage and mobilise the Muslim masses. Unless we offer something as meaningful, I fear the erosion of our civilisation will continue. And fortunately, there is no need to look for some new-age concoction of medication and mindfulness. Christianity has it all.” . . .
