Confused Biden Admitted He Discovered Classified Materials ‘Downstairs’ in Bumbling Chat with Ghostwriter: ‘So many pauses and ums’

Joe Biden appeared confused, struggled to remember facts and lost his train of thought during a series of meandering conversations with his ghostwriter roughly four years before he was elected president.

The former commander-in-chief also repeatedly made reference to retaining classified information in the discussions with his biographer Mark Zwonitzer, according to newly-released audio tapes.

The heavily-redacted recordings of Biden working on his 2017 memoir with Zwonitzer were released Monday to the House Judiciary Committee and the conservative Oversight Project nonprofit after a two-year-long court battle.

“We now know what has been long assumed: the autopen scandal extends far back beyond just when Joe Biden ‘ran’ for president from his basement,” Oversight Project President Mike Howell said in a statement.

“These tapes have so many pauses and ‘ums’ that it sounds like Biden is buffering like a dial-up Internet connection,” Howell added. (Read more from “Confused Biden Admitted He Discovered Classified Materials ‘Downstairs’ in Bumbling Chat with Ghostwriter: ‘So many pauses and ums’” HERE)

Appeals Court Rejects Biden Bid to Block Release of Ghostwriter Recordings Used in Special Counsel Probe

Former President Joe Biden lost his bid Monday to block the release of audio recordings and transcripts of interviews with his longtime ghostwriter that were used in special counsel Robert Hur’s investigation into Biden’s unlawful hoarding of classified information.

A divided federal appeals court ruled the 46th president’s privacy claims did not outweigh the “substantial” public interest in the material, though it suspended its decision until Aug. 3 to allow the former chief executive to consider additional action.

Following his vice presidency, Biden met multiple times with author Mark Zwonitzer, who ghostwrote Biden’s 2017 memoir “Promise Me, Dad.”

The audio recordings of those interviews became part of Hur’s investigation, with the special counsel noting in his February 2024 report that Biden showed “diminished faculties and faulty memory,” and described the conversations as “painfully slow, with Mr. Biden struggling to remember events.”

Ultimately, Hur declined to bring changes against Biden, in part because he believed the president would present himself to a jury as “a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.” (Read more from “Appeals Court Rejects Biden Bid to Block Release of Ghostwriter Recordings Used in Special Counsel Probe” HERE)

Hunter Biden Discusses His Dad’s ‘Single Greatest Mistake’ While in Office

Former President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, called the appointment of Merrick Garland as U.S. attorney general the “greatest mistake” his father made in office while appearing on the “I’ve Had It” podcast on Sunday.

During the show, host Jennifer Welch attacked Garland and the Department of Justice under him for not charging President Donald Trump and for investigating Hunter Biden. She asked Hunter Biden for his opinion on what she described as “capitulation by Democrats” to Republicans for pushing Garland in the first place.

“One of the things that pisses me off is the Merrick Garland DOJ and the not prosecuting of Trump. And that they prosecuted you,” Welch said in part when teeing up her question.

“My take is this, and removing myself from it as much as I can, my personal feelings, is the single greatest mistake of my father’s administration was the leadership of Merrick Garland,” Hunter Biden said.

He added, “The reason that we are in the situation that we’re in right now can almost… by the way, the buck has to stop with my dad. He was the president and he chose him. Now, once he chose him, he played by the, you know, a higher standard than the Marquess of Queensberry rules. He played by the Constitution and the tradition that the president will never, you know, particularly since Nixon, involve himself in any decision-making as relates to anything at the Department of Justice. So, I guarantee you there was a division between church and state there.” (Read more from “Hunter Biden Discusses His Dad’s ‘Single Greatest Mistake’ While in Office” HERE)

Hunter Biden Awarded $1.7 Million in Defamation Lawsuit Against Former CEO Who Accused Him of Taking Bribe

A California federal judge has awarded Hunter Biden $1.7 million in punitive damages in his defamation lawsuit against former Overstock.com CEO and Trump supporter Patrick Byrne.

U.S. District Judge Stephen Wilson had said at a hearing in January that Byrne would face punitive damages after “failing to defend himself” against the claims by the controversial son of former President Joe Biden, Courthouse News Service reported.

The defamation stems from a claim by Byrne that the younger Biden had sought an $800 million bribe from Iran sometime in 2021. Biden sued the former CEO for publicly making that allegation.

Specifically, Byrne’s repeatedly claimed the son that had sought the bribe from Iran in exchange for persuading his father, who was president at the time, to release $8 billion in frozen Iranian assets and ease pressure during nuclear negotiations.

Judge Wilson, who was appointed by President Ronald Reagan, stated in his award:

Here, the evidence is clear and convincing that defendant has engaged in intentional misrepresentation with conscious disregard towards plaintiff’s rights. Defendant’s defamation went far beyond mere negligence. In fact, defendant has admitted that after the offending article was published, defendant repeatedly reposted the article across social media platforms and encouraged his followers on those platforms to promote it further.

Joe Biden Barely Manages to Find His Way Offstage at Dem Gala After Seeking Directions

Former President Joe Biden was back onstage at a Democratic Party gala to excoriate President Trump Saturday – but needed a little help figuring out just how to exit.

Biden, who got pushed out of his reelection bid by fellow Democrats in 2024 following his debate disaster against Trump, defended his record and blasted his successor during his speech to the Maryland Democratic Party’s Fight Back & Win summit near Baltimore.

He ripped Trump for the “deliberate distraction – destruction of NATO” and hammered Trump’s White House ballroom as a “vanity project.”

At his speech’s conclusion Biden delivered a familiar refrain about the nation’s ability to overcome challenges – then sought an assist to find out which way to leave the stage.

He turned to the side seeking guidance, then pointed in two different directions to ascertain the best route. Once he had it sorted out, he walked away from the stage with his back to the audience.

His appearance at event, held at the Live! Casino & Hotel in Hanover, Maryland, came just days after he appeared at the grand opening of the Barack Obama presidential library in Chicago. (Read more from “Joe Biden Barely Manages to Find His Way Offstage at Dem Gala After Seeking Directions” HERE)

Obama-Appointed Judge Strikes Down Trump Order Requiring Proof of Citizenship to Vote in U.S. Elections

A federal judge, appointed by former President Barack Obama, has permanently enjoined an executive order by President Donald Trump that sought to reinforce election integrity by requiring proof of American citizenship to vote in federal elections, among other reforms.

On Tuesday, Judge Denise Casper, appointed to the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts by Obama in 2010, ruled that Trump’s executive order demanding that the Election Assistance Commission include a proof-of-American-citizenship requirement in its national mail voter registration form is unconstitutional.

“The Court DECLARES that §§ 2(a), 3(d), 4(a), 7(a) and 7(b) of the Executive Order are unconstitutional and void because they are ultra vires and violate the separation of powers under the United States Constitution,” Casper writes:

The Court PERMANENTLY ENJOINS Defendants, except President Trump, from taking any action to implement or enforce § 2(a) of the Executive Order or otherwise taking any steps to require documentary proof of citizenship as part of the federal mail-in voter registration form provided for in 52 U.S.C. § 20508.

The Court PERMANENTLY ENJOINS Defendants, except President Trump, from taking any action to implement or enforce § 3(d) of the Executive Order or otherwise taking any steps to alter the federal post card form provided for in 52 U.S.C. § 20301(b)(2) to require either documentary proof of citizenship or proof of eligibility to vote in elections in the State in which the voter is attempting to vote.

Biden gets Left Behind at Obama Center Opening: ‘Where’s my granddaughter’

. . .Former President Joe Biden was awkwardly left lingering by himself on stage at the grand opening of the Barack Obama Presidential Center in Chicago, tepidly waving at the crowd after the ceremony ended.

A gleeful Obama had waltzed off the stage to the music, followed by a smiling former first lady Jill Biden, while the 46th president stood there seemingly dazed all by himself.

For reasons that aren’t clear, the 83-year-old went over to the podium and took off his sunglasses before staring into the crowd with a puzzled look on his face.

“Where’s my granddaughter?” he shouted.

The former president then seemingly started to make his way off-stage before footage of the event cut off.

Biden’s rare public outing was reminiscent of parts of his presidency, when he was seen wandering after events with a confused look on his face.

James Talarico Calls Biden’s Border ‘Utter Chaos’ In Attempted Immigration Rebrand

Democratic Texas Senate nominee James Talarico slammed former President Joe Biden’s border policies in an apparent immigration rebrand during a podcast episode released Monday.

Talarico is currently running for U.S. Senate in Texas and while running for the Democratic nomination in January he said there should be a “welcome mat” at the border. However, months later he framed himself as a “border security Democrat” during his appearance on the “Cogdell Law Uncensored” podcast.

“I called out Joe Biden for failing to secure our southern border and I got a lot of heat in my own party for doing that. But I remember talking with my colleagues in the legislature who represent border communities and they told me about the utter chaos caused by President Biden’s policies and the Democratic Party,” Talarico told the Podcast’s host, attorney Dan Cogdell.

“And so, I’m a border security Democrat,” Talarico added.

This comes after Talarico said, ” Our southern border should be like our front porch. There should be a giant welcome mat out front,” in a Jan. 24 primary debate against Democrat Jasmine Crockett, who he defeated in March. Two Years After Covering Up Biden’s Decline, Jill And The Media Try To Cover Up The Cover-Up

“Joe, you did such a great job! You answered every question, you knew all the facts,” then-First Lady Jill Biden told her husband after the infamous 2024 presidential debate against now President Donald Trump.

But Jill has now admitted she didn’t even believe that herself.

In an interview with CBS News ahead of the release of her memoir Views from the East Wing, Jill said she actually thought her husband was “having a stroke.”

“I was frightened, because I had never, ever seen Joe like that before or since. Never,” Jill said. She went on to add, “I don’t know what happened. … As I watched it, I thought, ‘Oh, my God, he’s having a stroke.’ And it scared me to death.”

It scared Jill so much that she immediately whisked her possibly stroking husband to an Atlanta Waffle House. (Read more from “Two Years After Covering Up Biden’s Decline, Jill And The Media Try To Cover Up The Cover-Up” HERE)

Jill Biden Thought Husband Was Having Stroke During Disastrous 2024 Debate

Former First Lady Jill Biden told CBS News that she thought former President Joe Biden was having a stroke during his poor 2024 debate performance.

Biden faced Trump in June 2024 during an early debate pushed for by his campaign. Throughout the debate, Biden stumbled through answers and seemed lost. The debate caused Democrats to call for Biden to drop out of the 2024 presidential election, which he eventually did, leaving former Vice President Kamala Harris to run for the White House.

“I was frightened, because I had never ever seen Joe like that before or since. Never,” the former First Lady told CBS News Sunday.

“I don’t know what happened,” she said. “As I watched it, I thought, ‘Oh, my God, he’s having a stroke.’ And it scared me to death.”
