Obama’s Intel Agencies Interfered In The 2016 Election, And Of Course The Media Don’t Care

If you told me a week ago that the federal government would release a bunch of official emails related to interference in the 2016 election and President Trump but virtually all of the media wouldn’t give a damn, I’d have assumed you were on drugs.

That’s what happened though. Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard on Friday declassified a slew of internal government communications proving that then-President Obama’s intelligence agencies deliberately blocked the publication of a conclusive assessment that Russia had not manipulated votes in the 2016 election — contradicting the Russian-interference lie aggressively pushed by both Democrats and the dying news media.

As Margot Cleveland wrote this week here, “[T]he email threads declassified last week indicate the [Office of the Director of National Intelligence] … buried the PDB [President’s Daily Brief] to provide the intelligence community cover to issue a contrary assessment concerning Russia’s efforts to interfere in the 2016 election — and did so, against the recommendations of a wide array of intelligence professionals.”

At a minimum, that means a former president used American taxpayer dollars to smear his successor, sowing suspicion that Trump’s victory was illegitimate. That is, by definition, a scandal.

House Committee Could Grant Biden Witnesses Immunity to Get Them to Talk

As key witnesses in the investigation into former President Joe Biden’s mental decline continue to evade U.S. House questioning by invoking their Fifth Amendment rights against self-incrimination, lawmakers could grant them immunity to encourage them to talk, according to a legal expert.

Three witnesses close to the former president pleaded the fifth during depositions before the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform in less than two weeks, with more likely to come.

Committee chairman Rep. James Comer, R-Ky., said the witnesses, Annie Tomasini, who served as an assistant to the former president and deputy director of Oval Office Operations, former first lady Jill Biden’s chief of staff, Anthony Bernal, and Dr. Kevin O’Connor, Biden’s physician, have pleaded the Fifth in “a pattern … seeking to shield themselves from criminal liability.”

Attorney and legal scholar John Shu notes that the committee could grant certain congressional witnesses immunity, a common tactic that would require them to testify because they no longer could self-incriminate and be subject to prosecution.

“Both the DOJ and Congress have been known to grant immunity. It would prevent witnesses from asserting the Fifth Amendment, because once you have immunity you can’t be prosecuted,” Shu said. (Read more from “House Committee Could Grant Biden Witnesses Immunity to Get Them to Talk” HERE)

Putting Tulsi on the Terror Watch List Might’ve Been Dems Dumbest Move Yet

Remember when the Biden regime and their intel lapdogs decided Tulsi Gabbard was such a threat to their agenda that they smeared her as a “Russian asset” and quietly slapped her on a terror watch list? . . .

Fast forward to today—and that same woman is now one of the most powerful, plugged-in voices in the country, with access to everything the corrupt left never wanted the public to see. Tulsi isn’t just speaking out… she’s ripping the lid off the entire operation. And she’s doing it with a level of calm precision that’s got regime bigwigs shaking in their elite loafers.

You Know it’s Bad When Even an Obama Aide Is Bashing Hunter Biden for That Trainwreck Interview

Hunter Biden recently gave a profanity-laced interview in which he reminded us why he’s the laughingstock of the Biden family. In fact, it was so unhinged, so bizarre, that even a former aide to President Barack Obama had to say something.

In a post on X, former US National Security Council spokesman Tommy Vietor chimed in with a sarcastic post in which he said it was “good to see that Hunter has taken some time to process the election, look inward, and hold himself accountable for h ow his family’s insular, dare I say arrogant at times, approach to politics led to this catastrophic outcome we’re all now living in.”

Of course, that’s the exact opposite of what Hunter and the Democratic Party have done since having their derrieres handed to them in the 2024 election.

The interview featured more profanity than one might expect from an Andrew Dice Clay routine. During the conversation with journalist Andrew Callaghan, the younger Biden bashed Republicans and Democrats over immigration.

“F*** you,” Biden said when responding to the notion that the Trump administration should be carrying out mass deportations of illegal immigrants. “How do you think your hotel room gets cleaned? How do you think you have food on your f****** table? Who do you think washes your dishes? Who do you think does your f****** garden?” he ranted.

3 Biden Aides And Counting Plead The Fifth To Avoid Truth About Puppet Presidency

Former President Joe Biden was “sharp as a tack,” “as sharp as ever,” and the “best” version of himself “ever” while in office — until he wasn’t.

After months of claiming Biden was perfectly competent to not only remain in office but run for reelection, Democrats ousted Biden via a coup last July and replaced him with Vice President Kamala Harris. But just because Biden may have stepped out of the spotlight doesn’t mean the American people have forgotten that there was a mentally incapacitated president ‘running’ the show.

That’s why Republicans have called in several Biden White House aides to get to the bottom of what really went down. Except, none of them are willing to talk.

3. Annie Tomasini

On July 18, the former deputy chief of staff to then-President Joe Biden became the third aide to plead the Fifth as Republicans investigate the alleged cover-up of Biden’s cognitive decline.

The Biden Staff Coup Was The Biggest Conspiracy Against Americans In History

The past week finally blew the lid off the worst political corruption scandal of the 21st century. And if you’re not sure what I’m talking about, that means the criminal conspiracy behind it is already winning.

The revelations of the last seven days indicate that the coverup and exploitation of former President Joe Biden’s deteriorating health by his inner circle were more treacherous than first suspected. Moreover, we now know for sure that their conspiracy is still active.

Exhibit A: Last Wednesday, Joe Biden’s White House Physician, Dr. Kevin O’Connor, finally appeared before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee after months of delays. He was subpoenaed as part of the committee’s investigation into the former president’s mental incapacity.

As the president’s official physician, O’Connor would have been consulted — and probably conducted neurological assessments on his patient — as soon as Biden started falling down in public in early 2021. He may have also tested and treated him for prostate cancer. O’Connor knows better than anyone when, how quickly, and how badly the president fell into cognitive and physical decline.

He knows who else in the White House knew. He knows what steps were taken to conceal the president’s condition from the public — and how he abetted those deceptions. Jill Biden’s ‘Work Husband’ Pleads The Fifth In Biden White House Cover-Up Probe

The plot thickens in the Biden senility/autopen scandal.

A top aide subpoenaed to testify on Wednesday in the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee’s investigations into the alleged cover-up of former President Joe Biden’s cognitive decline took the Fifth, just as Biden’s personal White House physician, Dr. Kevin O’Connor, did the week before.

Anthony Bernal, former assistant to Biden and senior adviser to first lady Jill Biden — aka Jill Biden’s “work husband” — reportedly dodged question after question from committee staff during the closed-door session, invoking his Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination.

In a statement following the fruitless sworn and transcribed interview, Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer, R-Ky., referenced this week’s New York Times story in which the former president said he “made every decision” on a record number of pardons and commutations — most coming at the end of his term. Emails obtained by The Times, however, show one of Biden’s closest advisers approved the use of the autopen on midnight pardons.

Donald Trump: ‘I Guarantee’ Biden Didn’t Know What He Was Signing with the Autopen

President Donald Trump asserted Monday that former President Joe Biden was unaware of what his autopen signature was being used for after Biden admitted he did not individually review many of the sweeping pardons doled out at the end of his term.

Though Biden did not individually sign off on the names in the batches of categorical pardons, a New York Times report claims “he signed off on the standards he wanted to be used to determine which convicts would qualify for a reduction in sentence,” and his team ran a final list of convicts through the autopen:

Mr. Biden did not individually approve each name for the categorical pardons that applied to large numbers of people, he and aides confirmed. Rather, after extensive discussion of different possible criteria, he signed off on the standards he wanted to be used to determine which convicts would qualify for a reduction in sentence.

Even after Mr. Biden made that decision, one former aide said, the Bureau of Prisons kept providing additional information about specific inmates, resulting in small changes to the list. Rather than ask Mr. Biden to keep signing revised versions, his staff waited and then ran the final version through the autopen, which they saw as a routine procedure, the aide said.

Former Biden Campaign Lawyer Now Works in Trump Justice Department

A lawyer who worked for Joe Biden’s 2020 presidential campaign and for two different offices in the Biden White House now works in President Donald Trump’s administration as an ostensibly nonpolitical staffer at the Justice Department.

While presidents appoint more than 3,000 people for political positions, the federal government directly employs roughly 2.3 million people, most of whom serve in purportedly nonpolitical, career positions. The Office of Personnel Management tracks when political appointees transition to career positions—a process often referred to as “burrowing in” to the bureaucracy—and Sarah Scheinman did so in 2022.

Earlier this year, Scheinman posted a photo of herself with President Joe Biden.

“So proud to have served in the Biden-Harris administration these past four years,” she wrote on LinkedIn. “I have worked with the most dedicated public servants in the White House, OMB, and the Department of Justice who every day seek to make things better for all of us.”

According to OPM records, Scheinman transitioned from a political role to a career position on Oct. 31, 2022. She left her position as associate general counsel at the Office of Management and Budget to take an attorney-advisor position in the Justice Department’s antitrust division. Biden Defends Controversial Autopen Use for Clemency Decisions

Former President Joe Biden defended his use of an autopen during a recent interview, shedding light on his administration’s rationale for the controversial use of the technology.

The interview with the New York Times was centered around his use of an autopen during the last pardons that he made during the end of his administration.

In his final weeks in office, Biden granted clemency and pardoned more than 1,500 individuals, in what the White House described at the time as the largest single-day act of clemency by a U.S. president.

Speaking to the Times on Thursday, Biden said that he “made every decision” on his own.
