The Biden administration is reportedly getting ready to evacuate Americans from Ukraine should Russian President Vladimir Putin choose to invade the country.

Biden’s Vaccine Mandate for Federal Contractors Has Been Shot Down

A nationwide injunction against President Joe Biden’s Wuhan coronavirus vaccine mandate for federal contractors has been issued by a federal judge in Georgia. The reasons cited for the injunction include Biden overreaching through executive order and a lack of congressional approval.

“While the Procurement Act explicitly and unquestionably bestows some authority upon the President, the Court is unconvinced, at this state of the litigation, that it authorized him to direct the type of actions by agencies that are contained in EO 14042. Pursuant to clear United States Supreme Court precedent, Congress is expected to ‘speak clearly’ when authorizing the exercise of powers of ‘vast economic and political significance,'” Judge Stan Baker of Southern District of Georgia wrote in the injunction. Communism Ties: President Biden to Withdraw Key Nominee — An Alleged Marxist

President Joe Biden has withdrawn Saule Omarova’s nomination to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency following revelations of her ties to communist ideology, the White House announced Tuesday.

Biden released a statement announcing that he had accepted Omarova’s request to end her nomination on Tuesday, but nevertheless criticized Republicans for their attacks against her. Republican Senators have highlighted Omarova’s alleged past membership in communist groups, as well as her past academic works, which included the thesis she wrote at Moscow State University, titled, “Karl Marx’s Economic Analysis and the Theory of Revolution in The Capital.” Omarova, a Cornell Law School professor, grew up in the Soviet Union.

“Saule would have brought invaluable insight and perspective to our important work on behalf of the American people,” Biden said in a statement. “But unfortunately, from the very beginning of her nomination, Saule was subjected to inappropriate personal attacks that were far beyond the pale.”

Biden Plays Wait and See With Putin Over Ukraine Intentions After Video Summit

. . .Following a high-stakes virtual summit between President Biden and his Russian counterpart Tuesday, the White House appeared to be taking a “wait-and-see” approach to a potential invasion of Ukraine by Moscow.

“We will watch what unfolds in the coming days,” national security adviser Jake Sullivan told reporters as he and White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki repeatedly answered that what happens next depends on what Russian President Vladimir Putin does.

Biden and Putin spoke for two hours and one minute Tuesday morning, and Sullivan acknowledged in the afternoon that “we still do not believe that President Putin has made a decision” about whether to send his massed forces across the border and into Ukraine.

“This was a real discussion. It was give-and-take,” Sullivan said in describing the call. “It was not speeches back and forth.”

According to Sullivan, Biden relayed to Putin that any further incursion into Ukraine would be met with “strong economic measures” from the US and its European allies, at one point saying that the president “looked President Putin in the eye and told him today that things we did not do in 2014 [when Russian annexed Crimea] we are prepared to do now.” (Read more from “Biden Plays Wait and See With Putin Over Ukraine Intentions After Video Summit” HERE)

Poll: Shockingly Few Voters Want Joe Biden to Run Again

A new poll asking registered voters their preference for the 2024 Democratic Party presidential nomination found only 22% favored President Biden.

In the I&I/TIPP poll, 12% named Vice President Kamala Harris and the rest were in single digits.

Meanwhile, the RealClearPolitics average of major polls shows Biden’s approval rating at 42.3% and his disapproval at 52.2%. By comparison, Biden’s unfavorability rating in March was about 36%.

A recent survey by the Trafalgar Group, which was among the most accurate in 2020, found just 36% of voters back Biden while 59% disapprove.

In the I&I/TIPP poll on Democratic presidential candidates, only 8% of independents and other non-major party voters want Biden to be the Democratic nominee. And 10% want Harris instead. Biden Talks About ‘Third Temple’ in Jerusalem

During the fourth night of Hanukkah and the annual menorah-lighting ceremony, Joe Biden talked about the destruction of the Second Temple, which he compared it to the “temple of our democracy.” . . .

But later in the talk, he expressed optimism the Third Temple would be rebuilt.

“Whether it’s in the Temple of Jerusalem or a temple of our democracy, nothing broken or profaned is beyond repair … nothing,” he said. “We can always build back better. Or, perhaps, build back brighter.”

It was odd. Was he comparing the torching of the Temple and the massacring of the Jews to the Jan. 6 “insurrection” against the Capitol Building? . . .

Last weekend, President Joe Biden was caught with his mask completely slipped down while in Nantucket. And he’s not the only major Democratic figure recently caught engaging in mask hypocrisy.

There’s Mayor London Breed of San Francisco, who late last month was yet again spotted partying at a club, singing and dancing without a mask on. Per a Bay Area regional mandate, everyone must wear a mask inside businesses, including clubs, unless they are actively eating or drinking. . .

Then there’s House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA). As seen in photos obtained by Breitbart, Pelosi appeared to be one of the few at the the California State Society on Tuesday night at the Museum of American History not wearing a mask. This includes a child seen standing close to Pelosi. . .

Then there’s Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-NY). Nate Madden, communications director for Rep. Chip Roy (R-TX), who is on the House Judiciary Committee that Nadler chairs, highlighted Nadler’s rant against members not wearing their masks during a hearing in October, but was just fine to chill out maskless with fellow Democrats on Wednesday.

After Blaming COVID on Trump, Media Let Biden Dodge Responsibility for Climbing Cases

Once upon a time, long ago, there was an American president who we were told was directly responsible for the spread of a highly contagious, airborne virus. Today, we’re told of the same virus, but with a new president, “Well, whaddya do?”

Remember when containing and depressing the coronavirus was simply a matter of nationwide testing and “contact tracing,” plus the care of a president who wasn’t Trump and who might cry on TV about the lives lost?

Under President Joe Biden, we have all of that, with the added benefit of free and unlimited vaccines. But the virus has continued to spread. We’re currently averaging just under 100,000 new cases, just under 60,000 hospitalizations, and more than 1,000 COVID-related deaths every day.

Ahead of Biden’s inauguration, new cases were in the beginning of a free fall. By late June there were roughly just 11,000 new cases each day. Now we’re averaging almost 10 times that amount.

There’s no reason you should be under the impression that Biden is competent enough to do as he said he would, which was to “shut down the virus.” Almost a year into his presidency we don’t even talk about ending the pandemic anymore. Elon Musk Takes Another Shot at Joe Biden: Should Be Age Limits for Elected Officials

Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk recently took a shot at President Joe Biden, suggesting the introduction of an age limit of “just below 70” for elected officials.

The Byte reports that SpaceX and Tesla CEO Elon Musk has taken another shot at President Joe Biden, this time joking about the President’s age. “Let’s set an age limit after which you can’t run for political office, perhaps a number just below 70,” Musk tweeted. . .

In September, Musk mocked Biden after a user noted that the President had failed to acknowledge the Inspiration4 mission’s success. One of Musk’s Twitter followers asked him: “The President of the United States has refused to even acknowledge the 4 newest American astronauts who helped raise hundreds of millions of dollars for St. Jude. Poll: Biden Approval Among Young Voters Sees Double-Digit Drop

A recent Harvard poll found that Joe Biden’s approval rating among young people has fallen 13 points since spring, with his overall disapproval rate now at 51%. He saw a double-digit drop among Democrats and Independents.

The poll, conducted by Harvard Public Opinion Project, surveyed adults ages 18-29 about a number of key political opinions. Overall, 2,109 people were polled throughout Fall 2021.

Biden’s approval among the demographic was nearing 60% back in March, but that has dropped as he has a 51% disapproval rate among the same group now.

“The slippage is consistent with other polling, which portrays an across-the-board polling rut for the president,” Politico reported, “ And it’s a warning sign ahead of next year’s midterm elections, when Democrats will be trying to convince younger voters — who are more likely to sit out non-presidential elections — to show up at the polls.”

The president’s popularity as a whole across the country hasn’t been much better. One recent poll out of Utah found that nearly two thirds of Utahns disapprove of Biden. (Read more from “Poll: Biden Approval Among Young Voters Sees Double-Digit Drop” HERE)
