By Breitbart. President Joe Biden has issued a travel ban on South Africa, stopping most immigration to the United States from the country, and reinstated bans on Europe and Brazil to slow the spread of the Chinese coronavirus. . .

The bans will halt most immigration from South Africa, Europe, and Brazil, the order states [emphasis added]:

I have determined that it is in the interests of the United States to take action to restrict and suspend the entry into the United States, as immigrants or nonimmigrants, of noncitizens of the United States (“noncitizens”) who were physically present within the Schengen Area, the United Kingdom (excluding overseas territories outside of Europe), the Republic of Ireland, the Federative Republic of Brazil, and the Republic of South Africa during the 14-day period preceding their entry or attempted entry into the United States.

Based on developments with respect to the variants and the continued spread of the disease, CDC has reexamined its policies on international travel and, after reviewing the public health situations within the Schengen Area, the United Kingdom (excluding overseas territories outside of Europe), the Republic of Ireland, the Federative Republic of Brazil, and the Republic of South Africa, has concluded that continued and further measures are required to protect the public health from travelers entering the United States from those jurisdictions.

Jen Psaki Struggles to Explain Why Joe Biden’s South Africa Travel Ban Isn’t ‘Xenophobic’ Like Trump’s China Travel Ban

By Breitbart. . .Peter Doocy, the White House correspondent for Fox News, asked Psaki: “When President Trump was imposing travel restrictions in March [sic] specifically on China, then-candidate Biden called it ‘xenophobic’ and ‘fear-mongering.’ So now President Biden is putting travel restrictions on people coming in from other countries. What words would you use to describe that?”

Psaki answered:

I don’t think that’s quite a fair articulation. The president has been clear that he felt the “Muslim ban” was xenophobic. He overturned the “Muslim ban.” He also, though, has supported — and he himself, even before, or we did, I should say, even before he was inaugurated, steps, travel restrictions, in order to keep the American people safe to ensure that we are getting the pandemic under control. That’s been part of his policy. But he was critical of the former president for having a policy that was not more comprehensive than travel restrictions. And he conveyed at the time, and more recently, the importance of having a multifaceted approach … not just travel restrictions.

Federal Judge Blocks Biden’s 100-Day Deportation Freeze

A federal judge appointed by former President Donald Trump blocked President Joe Biden’s attempts to freeze the deportation of immigrants from the United States.

Texas Judge Drew Tipton’s order, reported by Reuters, temporarily suspends the Biden administration’s 100-day halt on deportations for at least 14 days and follows a lawsuit filed by the Texas Attorney General’s office.

“In one of its first of dozens of steps that harm Texas and the nation as a whole, the Biden administration directed DHS to violate federal immigration law and breach an agreement to consult and cooperate with Texas on that law. Our state defends the largest section of the southern border in the nation. Failure to properly enforce the law will directly and immediately endanger our citizens and law enforcement personnel,” Republican Attorney General Ken Paxton said in a statement. “DHS itself has previously acknowledged that such a freeze on deportations will cause concrete injuries to Texas. I am confident that these unlawful and perilous actions cannot stand. The rule of law and security of our citizens must prevail.”

To Insults of U.S. Troops, Biden Administration Adds Forcing Female Soldiers to Shower With Men

The newly inaugurated Biden-Harris administration is off to a rocky start with military men and women. Serious affronts have come from Congress as well as the White House, adding insults to injuries with even more damage on the way. . .

As predicted, Biden issued an executive order creating special government privileges for gender identity and sexual orientation, a major policy reversal likely to affect the military first. Biden also reversed Trump’s order ending critical race theory (CRT) instruction programs in all government agencies. . .

President Biden is especially letting down military women, who will be ordered to share their private facilities with biological males who claim to be transgender. Directives issued during the Obama-Biden administration, such as the 2016 “Military Transgender Policy Implementation Handbook,” brushed off concerns about personal discomfort and worse. Women, said the guidebook, will just have to “get used to it.”

Eliminating any doubt, Biden’s order explicitly opens doors to sexual minorities who want “access to the restroom, the locker room, or school sports” reserved for the opposite sex. Transgender ideology, which demands acceptance of the unscientific notion that gender is “designated” or “assigned at birth,” disregards psychological and biological realities. Joe Biden Revises COVID Promise

President Joe Biden clarified Tuesday that he expected the delivery of enough vaccine doses for 300 million Americans by early fall.

On Monday, Biden told a reporter that enough vaccines would be available for every American who wanted one in the spring.

“I think it’ll be this spring. I think we’ll be able to do that this spring,” Biden said in response to a question.

Biden said he would increase weekly available vaccines to states from 8.6 million doses per week to a “minimum” of ten million doses per week.

The president acknowledged that credit was due to former President Donald Trump’s administration for speeding up the development of the vaccine, but claimed that the distribution plans for the vaccine fell short. (Read more from “Joe Biden Revises COVID Promise” HERE)

Gun Store Says It Won’t Sell Firearms, Ammunition to Biden Supporters

A Missouri gun store is turning more than a few heads after announcing that it’s not selling guns or ammunition to supporters of Democratic President Joe Biden.

Oh, and Trigger Firearms and Reloading in Jefferson City posted its Facebook message on Inauguration Day, no less:

We don’t have guns or ammo for Biden Supporters. Sorry for the inconvenience.

. . .It isn’t clear how many Biden supporters in the area took issue with the stance of Trigger Firearms and Reloading. But bear in mind that Missouri voters solidly supported former President Donald Trump (56.8%) in the 2020 election compared to Biden (41.4%), and that Jefferson City — the state capital — also leans conservative. Seattle Police Crackdown on Crime After Biden Sworn-In

The Seattle Police Chief announced on Saturday his officers will begin enforcing vandalism laws in the wake of President Joe Biden’s inauguration. His announcement followed anti-police protests in Seattle on January 20.

Seattle Police Chief Adrian Diaz announced on Saturday that his officers will execute a tighter policy in regards to enforcing laws against vandalism. Diaz told reporters he wanted to crack down on property destruction for months, the Seattle Times reported.

His comments follow a violent Antifa protest on Inauguration Day that left multiple businesses in the downtown district vandalized. Rioters also set fires in the street and burned an American flag.

Seattle Police Department officials reported they arrested three people during the riots.

Expert: Biden Actions Against American Oil, Gas Energy Production Could Kill as Many as 1 Million Jobs

Frank Macchiarola, senior vice president of Policy, Economics and Regulatory Affairs at the American Petroleum Institute (API), said in an interview on SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Saturday with host Matt Boyle that if President Joe Biden puts a permanent ban on oil and gas development on federal waters and land, it could cost 1 million American jobs.

Boyle asked Macchiarola about the significance of Biden revoking the permit for the Keystone XL Pipeline and putting a 60-day pause on federal land leasing in his first days in office.

“I think the first four days of the Biden Administration have given a clear picture of what the next four years could look like,” he said. “President Biden comes into office with a real economic headwind and a difficult labor market but at the same time he inherited an energy [landscape] that’s stronger because of America’s shale revolution.”

“We’ve produced lower household energy costs as a result of U.S. energy and less reliance on foreign energy sources,” Macchiarola added.

“The president has a choice to make: He can maintain U.S. leadership and maintain and support our economic recovery with American energy or he can pursue policies that destroy jobs and at the same time increase energy imports,” he further asserted. Now WHO Admits ‘Gold Standard’ COVID Test Is Unreliable

By WND. The World Health Organization has officially acknowledged that the “gold standard” test used to diagnose COVID-19 has a high rate of false-positives that make it unreliable. . .

“Where test results do not correspond with the clinical presentation, a new specimen should be taken,” the guidance says.

The WHO warns that most PCR tests “are indicated as an aid for diagnosis,” meaning health care providers should consider at least seven other factors to confirm any test.

This State Just Sued the Biden Administration

Just two days after President Joe Biden took office, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton (R) announced Friday that he’s suing the Biden administration over its plan to freeze most deportations for the next 100 days, an early signal that some conservative state officials plan on fighting in courtrooms to halt Biden’s agenda.

Paxton’s lawsuit aims to reverse a 100-day deportation moratorium imposed by Biden starting Friday, which pauses removals for most immigrants who entered the United States before November and aren’t deemed national security threats.

Paxton claims the deportation freeze runs afoul of federal law and violates a contract DHS signed with Texas in the final weeks of former President Donald Trump’s term, in which the federal government promised to give the state written warning and 180 days to weigh in before enacting any major changes to immigration policy. ‘WE ARE UNGOVERNABLE’: Antifa in Seattle and Portland Smash Property, Oppose Biden, Police

Far-left activists vandalized buildings and clashed with police in the Pacific Northwest on Jan. 20, voicing their opposition to the government, law enforcement, and the freshly sworn-in President Joe Biden, with some carrying signs reading, “We are ungovernable.”

In Portland, black-clad activists with their faces covered broke windows and the glass door at the Democratic Party of Oregon business office, spray-painting an anarchist symbol over the party sign, video posted on social media showed. Some of them tipped over garbage containers and lit the contents on fire, according to reports.

“We don’t want Biden. We want revenge for police murders, imperialist wars, and fascist massacres,” read a banner they marched under, while others carried a banner saying, “We are not governable,” which was dotted with anarchy symbols.
