It Was Only a Matter of Time Before These Leaks Occurred Under Joe Biden

. . .This leak was meant to place pressure on the administration to curb its military aid packages to the Jewish state, which is also the only democracy in the Middle East. Civilians die in war. Collateral damage is different than what Hamas does, which is a genocidal targeting of Israelis. Those civilian casualty figures rise exponentially when Hamas terrorists force them to be used as human shields. We all knew a lot of civilians were going to die, but Hamas also didn’t need to commit a terror attack that murdered 1,200 Israelis (via WaPo):

Almost half of the munitions Israel has used in Gaza since the war began have been unguided bombs, a U.S. intelligence assessment has found, a ratio that some arms experts say helps explain the conflict’s enormous civilian death toll. The revelation comes as U.S. and Israeli officials engage in intensifying conversations about the sequencing of military operations in the two-month conflict.

The Israel Defense Forces has fired more than 29,000 air-to-ground munitions into the Palestinian enclave since Oct. 7, and only 55 to 60 percent of them have been precision-guided, according to a new assessment from the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. The rest were what are known as “dumb bombs,” said two people familiar with the assessment who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss the matter.

The use of so many unguided bombs, first reported by CNN, is a concern among humanitarian groups and others amid growing calls inside and outside the United States for Washington to condition any further military aid to Israel on the immediate reduction of civilian deaths.

The Biden administration has thus far rejected such calls, fearing a backlash by Republicans and political attacks from powerful pro-Israel lobbying organizations. Instead, it has attempted to influence the Israeli government to sharpen the focus of its military campaign using high-level visits, including meetings in Tel Aviv on Thursday between national security adviser Jake Sullivan and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

White House Responds to Hunter Biden’s Defiance of Congressional Subpoena: We Don’t Care

In a recent development surrounding the ongoing congressional scrutiny of President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, the White House Spokesman for Oversight and Investigations, Ian Sams, addressed questions about Hunter’s decision to defy a congressional subpoena on Thursday’s broadcast of “CNN This Morning.”

The controversy unfolded as Hunter Biden publicly declared his intention to testify but insisted on doing so in an open forum, refusing to meet behind closed doors with House Republicans. When asked whether President Biden agreed with this strategic move, Sams responded with a guarded statement, emphasizing the private nature of conversations between a father and his son. Sams stated, “I’m not going to get into a father’s conversations with his son, except to say Hunter’s a private person. He can make his own decisions about how to handle these sorts of things.”

He remarked, “And what’s really scary about what’s happening right now is they’re abusing such a grave constitutional process to do it.” This statement underscores the concern that the ongoing scrutiny may be veering into a territory where political motivations overshadow the intended purpose of the constitutional processes designed to ensure accountability.

As the situation unfolds, it becomes evident that the Biden administration is treading carefully, to avoid further implicating President Biden. The White House’s measured response raises questions about the intricate dynamics between Joe and his son’s sketchy business dealings.

Prosecutor Accused of Protecting Bidens Departs DOJ

Assistant U.S. Attorney for the District of Delaware, Lesley Wolf, accused of protecting President Joe Biden and his son Hunter Biden, is no longer with the Department of Justice (DOJ), according to a source familiar with the matter. The departure follows allegations by IRS whistleblowers Gary Shapley and Joseph Ziegler, who claimed that Wolf obstructed searches of Joe Biden’s guest residence and Hunter Biden’s storage locker, shedding light on potential interference in investigations linked to the Biden family.

Shapley testified before the House Ways and Means Committee, revealing details of the alleged hindrances posed by Wolf. Wolf seemed to impede the process, including blocking a search of the guest house at the Bidens’ Delaware residence and stalling a planned search of Hunter Biden’s storage locker. The testimony also referred to a threatening text message from Hunter Biden to a Chinese business associate, invoking his father’s influence, and raised concerns about the slow-walking of the process, particularly regarding a search warrant for emails related to lobbying firm Blue Star Strategies.

The IRS whistleblowers underscored their frustration with Wolf’s alleged interventions, stating, “Even though the legal requirements were met and the investigative team knew evidence would be in these locations, AUSA Wolf stated that they would not allow a physical search warrant on Hunter Biden.”

Furthermore, Shapley revealed that Wolf tipped off Hunter Biden’s defense team about the plan to search his storage unit, compromising the investigators’ opportunity to secure evidence. The accusations against Wolf also extend to her allegedly preventing Hunter Biden’s children from being interviewed as part of the investigation.

Emails and notes released by the Ways and Means Committee appear to support the whistleblowers’ claims, with communications from Wolf instructing investigators to exclude “political figure 1” (then-Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden) from the Blue Star search warrant.

IRS Whistleblowers Unable to ‘Verify’ Loans White House Claims Joe Biden Sent to Family Members, Testimony Shows

IRS whistleblowers Gary Shapley and Joseph Ziegler were not able to confirm to congress the supposed loans Joe Biden sent his family members after his vice presidency concluded.

Both IRS agents testified Dec. 5 in front of the House Ways and Means Committee and neither could “verify” the existence of loans between Joe Biden and his family members when he was out of office, according to a newly released transcript of the whistleblower testimony.

“So Joe Biden is being paid hundreds of thousands of dollars for, quote, ‘repayments’ to him of loans that he gave. Were you prevented from actually finding out whether or not those checks from Joe Biden’s account were ever given to those people who are now repaying him?” Republican Texas Rep. Beth Van Duyne asked the whistleblowers.

“I don’t believe we ever obtained records that would have shown us any light on those transactions,” Shapley replied. (Read more from “IRS Whistleblowers Unable to ‘Verify’ Loans White House Claims Joe Biden Sent to Family Members, Testimony Shows” HERE)

House Formalizes Impeachment Inquiry Into President Biden

In a significant move, the House of Representatives voted on Wednesday to formalize an impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden. The resolution, adopted by a vote of 221 to 212, grants House investigators the authority to enforce subpoenas and collect evidence regarding allegations that the president may have traded official acts for foreign dollars, potentially compromising his position.

House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) stated that the formalized status of the inquiry will empower investigators to delve into key issues, including two loan agreements totaling $240,000 between Joe Biden and James Biden. The resolution was supported unanimously by Republicans, including a surprising vote from Rep. Ken Buck (R-CO), who had initially signaled opposition to the impeachment focus.

On the Democratic side, there was a unanimous block vote against the resolution’s adoption. The White House faced criticism for failing to provide requested information, including details about loan agreements, 99.98 percent of records from President Biden, documents related to a $5 million bribe, and materials concerning the mishandling of classified documents.

This vote served as a test for House Republicans, who currently hold a slim majority that is expected to diminish further after the resignations of Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) and Rep. Bill Johnson (R-FL) in the coming month. McCarthy had opened an “impeachment inquiry” on September 12, but the formal approval was only secured on Wednesday.

Amidst the political turmoil, Hunter Biden, the president’s son, faced scrutiny as he appeared at the Capitol for a press conference following his failure to attend a subpoenaed closed-door deposition. House investigators, particularly House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer (R-KY) and Judiciary Committee Chair Jim Jordan (R-OH), initiated contempt of Congress proceedings against Hunter.

Recent polls indicate widespread skepticism among Americans regarding the Justice Department’s handling of the Hunter Biden investigation and raised concerns about potential criminal activities involving President Joe Biden.

WATCH: President Biden Smirks, Evades Questions on Hunter’s Subpoena Defiance

On Wednesday, President Joe Biden displayed a dismissive attitude towards reporters’ questions regarding his son, Hunter Biden, who had defied a congressional subpoena. The President’s refusal to address the issue occurred after Hunter Biden skipped a closed-door deposition with congressional investigators, potentially setting the stage for contempt of Congress proceedings that House Republicans had been warning of if he failed to comply with the subpoena.

President Biden’s remarks unfolded at the conclusion of a National Infrastructure Advisory Council event. Following his remarks, Biden called on reporters to leave the room. In response to a shouted question about whether his son should have defied the subpoena, President Biden smirked and opted not to provide an answer.

The incident highlights the intensifying scrutiny surrounding Hunter Biden’s actions and the potential legal consequences he may face for his failure to cooperate with congressional investigators. House Republicans have been vocal about the possibility of pursuing contempt of Congress proceedings if Hunter continues to defy the subpoena.

IRS Whistleblowers: Joe Biden Leads ‘Off the Table’ in Hunter Biden Investigation

New testimony from IRS whistleblowers, Gary Shapley and Joseph Ziegler, reveals that during the Department of Justice’s criminal investigation into Hunter Biden, any potential investigative leads involving Joe Biden were deliberately excluded. The testimony, presented before the House Ways and Means Committee, discloses that the agents were prohibited from exploring leads that could have implications for the former Vice President.

Ziegler, responding to questioning from Republican Georgia Rep. Drew Ferguson, stated, “Well, that’s the complex part about this is at the end of the day, any questions that might have led to former Vice President, they were kind of off the table.” Shapley echoed this sentiment, emphasizing the limitations imposed on investigating financial transactions and communications between Hunter Biden and Joe Biden.

The IRS whistleblowers expressed frustration over their inability to pursue leads related to Joe Biden, citing the unusual nature of the investigative process. Shapley specifically referenced the infamous “10 held by H for the big guy” remark from Hunter Biden’s associate, James Gilliar, stating that such leads, which could have provided insights into financial transactions between father and son, were not allowed to be investigated.

The testimony from the IRS whistleblowers aligns with previous allegations of special treatment given to Hunter Biden during the DOJ investigation into taxes and firearms possession. The House Republicans’ report on December 5 substantiates key claims made by the whistleblowers.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Lesley Wolf attempted to prevent Joe Biden from being included in a search warrant related to lobbying firm Blue Star Strategies. Documents released by the Ways and Means Committee in September reveal instructions to remove “political figure 1,” identified as Joe Biden, from the search warrant.

Chinese Business Associate Paid Hunter Biden $1,000,000 For Non-Existent Legal Services, Docs Show

Hunter Biden’s former Chinese business associate Patrick Ho paid him $1 million for apparent legal services that were never performed, newly released documents show.

Ho and Hunter Biden signed an attorney engagement letter in September 2017 where Ho agreed to pay Hunter Biden $1 million as a retainer for future legal services, according to a copy of the engagement letter, released Dec. 5 by the House Ways and Means Committee.

A former executive at defunct Chinese infrastructure firm CEFC, federal authorities arrested Ho in November 2017 on bribery charges related to his work for CEFC. The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York prosecuted Ho, and Hunter Biden was not included as an attorney on the case record, IRS whistleblower Joseph Ziegler said in an affidavit disclosed by the House Ways and Means Committee.

“Hunter Biden is not included as an attorney on record for the Patrick Ho case in the Southern District of New York. This engagement letter related to the $1 million allegedly paid for the legal representation of Patrick Ho,” Ziegler stated.

“The $1 million payment was paid to Hunter Biden and his entity Owasco LLC on or about March 22, 2018, 9 days prior to Hunter Biden leaving for California for his self-proclaimed exile,” Ziegler added. The White House Sure Is Appreciative of Mitt Romney

Sen. Mitt Romney (R-UT) is only in office for about another year, and it sure looks like he’s using his time to frustrate fellow Republicans while helping out President Joe Biden and the Democrats. On Sunday, the senator appeared on NBC News’ “Meet the Press,” during which he was asked about evidence for an impeachment inquiry against the president.

How he responded was worthy of getting the White House’s attention. The Biden-Harris HQ X account also shared a clip of the segment. “As you know, House Republicans have signaled that they may vote as early as this week on an impeachment inquiry into President Biden, despite the fact that they haven’t shown, yet, a direct link between Hunter Biden’s business dealings and President Biden,” host Kristen Welker claimed. “Have you seen any evidence that President Biden has committed high crimes and misdemeanors,” she went on to ask.

Although he stammered a bit with his response, Romney claimed he had not. “No. I–I–I don’t see any evidence of that at all. I think before you begin an impeachment inquiry, you ought to have some evidence, some inclination that there’s been wrongdoing. And so far, there’s nothing of that nature that’s been provided,” he shared.

As The Hill reported, a White House spokesperson sent out an email including a partial transcript and a clip of the segment, touting Romney’s opposition to impeachment. (Read more from “The White House Sure Is Appreciative of Mitt Romney” HERE)

There Was One Major Detail Missing From the Hunter Biden Indictment

Hunter Biden was indicted yet again, and this time it’s really a doozy. He’s facing nine counts on tax-related charges, which could land him in prison for 17 years. As significant of a step as this is, especially when the weaponized and politicized Department of Justice (DOJ) had tried to go with a sweetheart deal, there’s still significant details missing. During the Friday episode of “The Verdict,” Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) and co-host Ben Ferguson examined how something, or rather, someone, is missing.

As the co-hosts discussed how much Hunter Biden spent on what each year over four years rather than paying his taxes, Ferguson highlighted it’s important to “follow the money” when it comes to services supposedly rendered by Hunter, which speaks to money laundering since no services were offered, and how there’s a connection to President Joe Biden himself.

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) and House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) have also highlighted emails Biden sent as vice president using an alias, without CC’ing his son. Ferguson thus insisted “the idea that he wasn’t involved in his son’s business world is a flat-out lie.”

While Cruz acknowledged that 17 years is “not a slap on the wrist, it’s not mild,” it still “enrages” him that the president’s name isn’t even mentioned. How they managed to keep the president’s name out of there, as Ferguson asked, is thanks to the DOJ and how they’ve been not only “profoundly politicized,” as Cruz mentioned earlier in the podcast, but also has been “obsessively focused on ‘protect the big guy.'”

At one point, the Democrats and the mainstream media have focused on how the president is just out to protect his son, an individual overcome with grief and who thus turned to the kind of lifestyle he did, which included the use of drugs. Cruz went on to describe how the narrative though, now, is to protect the president. (Read more from “There Was One Major Detail Missing From the Hunter Biden Indictment” HERE)
