‘That’s Why I Made the Referrals’: Trump CIA Chief Drops Bomb – Brennan, Comey and Hillary Clinton Could Face Indictment

CIA Director John Ratcliffe dropped a bomb on Sunday when he clearly told Fox’s Maria Bartiromo that it’s possible there could be “criminal prosecution” of several high profile Democrats, including former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, former FBI Director James Comey, and even Ratcliffe’s own predecessor, former Obama CIA chief John Brennan.

Ratcliffe made the remarks to Bartiromo on the latest Sunday Morning Futures from Fox News, in an interview that lasted almost 12 minutes, in which the two discussed the administration’s ongoing investigations into the origins of the infamous Steele Dossier, the FBI’s Crossfire Hurricane investigation, and other events related to the so-called “Russiagate” accusations made against President Donald Trump as both a 2016 presidential candidate and throughout his term in office — not to mention, the Hunter Biden laptop scandal.

“For a four-year period of time, the truth about the origins of the Russia collusion hoax was hidden from the American people,” Ratcliffe told Bartiromo on Sunday morning. “And, unfortunately, Maria, as you recall, those same people were already at that point in time onto their next hoax, the Hunter Biden laptop. This was a month before the 2020 election.”

The two discussed the evidence that Ratcliffe says he has against multiple high profile former members of the Barack Obama administration in relation to those events. President Obama has been a frequent recent target of Trump, as well as DNI Tulsi Gabbard, who recently floated a charge of “treason” against the former president.

Bartiromo asked Ratcliffe whether the statute of limitations might interfere with any possible criminal proceedings, and Ratcliffe pointed out several instances of the individuals he’d named testifying that were still within the limits. FBI Launches Criminal Investigations of John Brennan, James Comey: DOJ Sources

Former CIA Director John Brennan and former FBI Director James Comey are under criminal investigation for potential wrongdoing related to the Trump–Russia probe, including allegedly making false statements to Congress, Justice Department sources told Fox News Digital.

CIA Director John Ratcliffe referred evidence of wrongdoing by Brennan to FBI Director Kash Patel for potential prosecution, DOJ sources told Fox News Digital.

The sources said that the referral was received and told Fox News Digital that a criminal investigation into Brennan was opened and is underway. DOJ sources declined to provide further details. It is unclear, at this point, if the investigation spans beyond his alleged false statements to Congress.

As for Comey, DOJ sources told Fox News Digital that an investigation into the former director is underway, but could not share details of what specifically is being probed.

The full scope of the criminal investigations into Brennan and Comey is unclear, but two sources described the FBI’s view of the duo’s interactions as a “conspiracy,” which could open up a wide range of potential prosecutorial options. Trump Spy Chief ‘Surprised’ by Zuckerberg’s FBI Story

Former Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe says Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg surprised him with his version of events concerning an FBI warning about Russian disinformation that preceded Facebook throttling the Hunter Biden laptop story before the 2020 election.

The Trump-era spy chief insisted to Fox News host Tucker Carlson on Friday that FBI Director Christopher Wray gave him a different impression at the time and suggested the bureau’s actions amounted to election interference.

“I was actually surprised to hear Mark Zuckerberg say that, because what he related the FBI told him was exactly the opposite of what my conversations with the FBI director himself at the time were about,” Ratcliffe said.

Facebook took action to limit the spread of reporting on the laptop believed to have belonged to the son of President Joe Biden on the eve of the election after the FBI alerted the social media giant of Russian propaganda, Zuckerberg said in an interview with podcast host Joe Rogan released Thursday. Although Zuckerberg did not say the FBI’s warning was about the laptop in particular, his comments sparked outrage among Republicans, with some lawmakers saying they want Zuckerberg to come before Congress as they raise concerns about whether his Big Tech company “colluded” with the FBI. DNI: China ‘Sought To Influence’ 2020 US Election

Director of National Intelligence (DNI) John Ratcliffe assessed that China interfered in the 2020 federal elections, according to a letter transmitted to Congress.

In the letter (pdf), Ratcliffe alleges that intelligence about China’s election interference was suppressed by management at the CIA, which pressured analysts to withdraw their support for the view.

Citing a report by the Intelligence Community’s analytic ombudsman Barry Zulauf, the director of national intelligence said that some analysts were reluctant to describe China’s actions as election interference because they disagreed with the policies of President Donald Trump.

The Washington Examiner published Ratcliffe’s letter and the ombudsman report on Jan. 17, 10 days after publishing an original report on the documents. The ODNI didn’t immediately respond to requests from The Epoch Times to authenticate the documents.

“Based on all available sources of intelligence, with definitions consistently applied, and reached independent of political considerations or undue pressure—that the People’s Republic of China sought to influence the 2020 U.S. federal elections,” Ratcliffe wrote. Recent Leaks Expose Communist China’s Extensive Infiltration Of The West; John Ratcliffe Delays Election Report Amid Clash Over China’s Role

U.S. State Department’s Assistant Secretary David Stilwell recently warned the public: “Influence and interference operations are fundamental to how the Chinese Communist Party engages with the world.” Through two leaked documents, the rest of the world recently discovered more about how aggressive and extensive the CCP’s influence and interference operations are: a database of CCP members and a secret agreement between Switzerland and Chinese police. . .

One of the largest newspapers in Australia, The Australian, reported last weekend it obtained a leaked database of nearly two million CCP members, including their national ID number, birth date, and party position. Additionally, the database contains information on almost 80,000 party branches, showing these CCP members are currently working inside international corporations, universities, and even government agencies around the world.

Based on this database, The Australian also disclosed the names of several companies that have employed CCP members, including Boeing, Volkswagen, Qualcomm, Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Deutsche Bank, and J.P. Morgan. Further, as seen via the database, numerous CCP members have infiltrated Australian, American, and United Kingdom consulates in Shanghai, China.

The database was reportedly extracted from a Shanghai-based server by a Chinese dissident in 2016. The Australian stated it hasn’t found any evidence that any member on the list is spying for the CCP. Still, there are good reasons to be concerned. John Ratcliffe Delays Election Report Amid Clash Over China’s Role

By WND. After telling a CBS News reporter that Beijing interfered in the 2020 U.S. election, Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe has delayed issuing a required intelligence community assessment report because of clashes among senior officials over the communist regime’s role.

“Ratcliffe has been really clear about his view that China is our top national security threat,” a senior intelligence official told the Washington Examiner. “But ultimately, he’s trying to ensure politics don’t play a role in what makes it into this report.”

The official said that if there are “conflicting views among senior analysts about Chinese election influence, he wants both views to get a fair shake in the report.”

The report on foreign election interference, due 45 days after the election — which is Friday — is mandated by a 2018 executive order by President Trump. Anticipation of the report increased with the recent revelations of Chinese infiltration in Congress and the report that a China-linked bank invested in Dominion Voting Systems, whose machines used by 28 states are the target of vote-fraud accusations in numerous lawsuits.

However, an intelligence source told the Examiner the report will not focus on claims that voting machines flipped millions of votes or of mail-in ballot fraud.
