Biden Says Harris Was Ignorant of His Record in Debate Attack

Joe Biden questioned whether Kamala Harris knew his record when she confronted the 2020 Democratic presidential nominee during the primary over what she termed as “hurtful” comments on race.

During their first joint TV interview, granted to ABC, Biden and Harris were grilled on their tense exchange during the opening debate. There, in a viral moment, California’s junior senator told the two-term vice president his cozy relationships with known segregationist colleagues in the Senate and his opposition to federally-mandated busing in 1960 and ’70s were personally upsetting. . .

“I sense exactly where she’s coming from,” he said in the interview that aired Sunday. “I think a lot of people, and maybe even the senator at the time didn’t know the depth of my record.”

Harris didn’t directly answer how she overcame the hurt to accept his offer to join his ticket for the Nov. 3 general election. When pressed a second time, she described the line of inquiry as “a distraction from what we need to accomplish right now and what we need to do.”

“I want Joe Biden to be the next president of the United States. I believe in Joe Biden, I believe in his perspective,” she said. (Read more from “Biden Says Harris Was Ignorant of His Record in Debate Attack” HERE)

Four Years Later, Planned Parenthood Whistleblower Still Trapped in Kamala Harris’s Persecution

Sen. Kamala Harris accepted the Democratic nomination for vice president Wednesday night, exactly three weeks after journalist and pro-life activist David Daleiden appeared in a San Francisco Superior Court, once again fighting the criminal charges Harris brought against him at the behest of her political donors four years prior. As Harris joins a campaign fighting for the “soul of our nation,” Daleiden continues a years-long battle for countless unborn souls and the First Amendment, both of which Harris has a record of fighting against.

In March 2016, as the California attorney general, Harris met with six Planned Parenthood officials in her Los Angeles office. Email records between Harris’s office and Planned Parenthood officials show the two were corresponding on orchestrating public responses, filing police reports, and even drafting legislation targeting Daleiden for his undercover videos exposing the abortion giant’s illegal practices. . .

Two weeks following that Los Angeles meeting, on April 5, 2016, Harris ordered state law enforcement agents to raid Daleiden’s home, tasking them with seizing his camera equipment, documents, and unreleased video footage. Daleiden’s attorneys argued Harris’s search warrant should have never been issued according to California’s shield law, which explicitly protects citizen journalists’ unpublished materials. . .

How blatant was Harris’s targeting of Daleiden and her disregard for a journalist’s First Amendment rights? For starters, Daleiden is the first person to ever be prosecuted for undercover video reporting in California. Her own deputy prosecutor later admitted in court that Daleiden was targeted solely because of the content his videos.

Harris’s own personal double standard goes even further. In 2013, she protected an animal rights group, Mercy for Animals (MFA), that used hidden cameras to expose alleged abuse at a poultry farm. Rather than seeking charges against MFA, Harris threw her support behind them, filing a notice to appeal against a federal judge’s previous ruling. Obama Once Had to Apologize to Kamala Harris for Calling Her Attractive

Years before Barack Obama urged voters to make Kamala Harris the first female vice president at the 2020 Democratic National Convention, he took heat for praising her looks and then apologized for doing so.

“You have to be careful to, first of all, say she is brilliant, and she is dedicated, and she is tough, and she is exactly what you’d want in anybody who is administering the law and making sure that everybody is getting a fair shake,” the then-president said at an April 2013 fundraiser outside San Francisco about Harris, who was the California attorney general. “She also happens to be, by far, the best-looking attorney general in the country.” . . .

The comments prompted allegations of sexism. Salon writer Joan Walsh wrote that her “stomach turned over” when she heard the comment.

“Most women in public life have a complex relationship with their appearance, whether they’re as attractive as Harris or not,” she wrote, suggesting that “calling her ‘by far, the toughest attorney general’ would have had a better ring.” . . .

The next day, then-White House press secretary Jay Carney said that the president called Harris later that night and “apologized for the remark.” (Read more from “Obama Once Had to Apologize to Kamala Harris for Calling Her Attractive” HERE)

Amazon Removes ‘Offensive’ Kamala Harris Clothing

Amazon removed shirts referring to Kamala Harris in a derogatory term from its marketplace.

The seller, The Oxygen Bandit, was offering t-shirts, tank tops, hoodies and sweatshirts with a similar design to Joe Biden’s campaign logo saying “Joe and the h–.” The name of the gardening tool that rhymes with “Joe” is slang for the word “whore.” . . .

“All sellers must follow our selling guidelines and those who do not will be subject to action including potential removal of their account. We are working to remove these products,” an Amazon spokesperson told USA TODAY. . .

The Oxygen Bandit does not appear to have a standalone website. Among the other items it is selling on Amazon are clothing items with the words “Kamala smelled the best” alluding to the claims of inappropriate behavior by the presumptive Democratic nominee Joe Biden. These items are still available for purchase.

Black Men Don’t Like Kamala Harris

Sen. Kamala Harris has a problem with Black men. Rather, Black men have a problem with Sen. Kamala Harris.

Since her selection as presidential candidate Joe Biden’s running mate, I’ve received a deluge of phone calls, text messages, and WhatsApp group chats from Black men — only two of whom had positive things to say about her. One was from someone who sees himself in Harris; like her, he has one parent from Jamaica and another from India. The other is totally aligned with her policy positions. Everyone else, though, is down on the pick. . .

Before Harris became a senator, she was California’s attorney general, and before that, she served as district attorney of San Francisco. In both positions, her tenure and actions directly affected Black men. I’ve even heard people say that a Biden-Harris ticket would be worse for leading criminal justice reform than the current Trump-Pence administration. So do we lend our support without her acknowledging her record in these positions, or do we withhold it until we’re able to have a frank conversation with her about them?

. . .During her time as San Francisco’s district attorney, the conviction rate jumped from 52% to 67%. From 2002–2005, during her tenure, Black people made up less than 8% of the city’s population but accounted for over 40% of its police arrests. While she was attorney general for the state, her office oversaw over 1,900 marijuana convictions — convicting people on marijuana charges at a higher rate than under her predecessor. Law Firm That Represented Tara Reade Pressures Kamala Harris: Your Husband Must ‘Step Up’ or Resign

A law firm that specializes in employment litigation and which has, in recent years, been at the forefront of the #MeToo movement by representing survivors, is calling on Sen. Kamala Harris (D-Calif.) to pressure her husband over “sexual assault, sexual harassment and retaliation” allegations leveled against his own law firm, DLA Piper.

Wigdor LLP partner Jeanne M. Christensen made the demand in a letter addressed to Harris obtained by Law&Crime on Tuesday.

“Today I wrote to Sen. Kamala Harris about DLA Piper’s refusal to release our client, former DLA Piper partner Vanina Guerrero, from forced arbitration regarding her allegations of sexual assault at the hands of another DLA Piper partner, Louis Lehot.” Christensen said in an email accompanying the letter. “Senator Harris’ husband Douglas Emhoff is a DLA Piper partner who has earned millions of dollars there, including from clients likely billed by Mr. Lehot.” . . .

Notably, the namesake of Christensen’s firm, Douglas Wigdor, previously represented Tara Reade—a former congressional staffer who accused Biden of sexual assault earlier this year. Her claims were corroborated by several pieces of evidence but largely dismissed by the mainstream media.

Harris’s brother-in-law Tony West, Uber’s general counsel is also mentioned–as a positive example of a corporate higher-up who released sexual assault survivors from enforced arbitration provisions. Kamala Harris Not Eligible for Vice Presidency?; Graham: Biden-Harris Ticket Should Be Great Concern to All Christians

By Raw Story. Newsweek is being attacked after they ran an opinion column by John Eastman, a law professor at Chapman University. “Some Questions for Kamala Harris About Eligibility,” was the headline.

The opening of the story already speculates that Harris is somehow ineligible for the position because she’s also somehow ineligible to be president.

“The fact that Senator Kamala Harris has just been named the vice presidential running mate for presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden has some questioning her eligibility for the position,” said the Chapman University professor. “The 12th Amendment provides that ‘no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States.’ And Article II of the Constitution specifies that ‘[n]o person except a natural born citizen…shall be eligible to the office of President.’ Her father was (and is) a Jamaican national, her mother was from India, and neither was a naturalized U.S. citizen at the time of Harris’ birth in 1964. That, according to these commentators, makes her not a ‘natural born citizen’—and therefore ineligible for the office of the president and, hence, ineligible for the office of the vice president.” (Read more from “Kamala Harris Not Eligible for Vice Presidency?” HERE)

Franklin Graham Warns Biden-Harris Ticket ‘Should Be a Great Concern to All Christians’

By Fox News. Evangelist Franklin Graham, a prominent evangelical supporter of President Trump, is calling on Christians to take note of one issue presumptive Democratic nominee Joe Biden and his running mate Kamala Harris both adamantly support.

The son of the late Rev. Billy Graham notes, Biden-Harris “are labeled as the most pro-abortion presidential ticket in the history of our nation.”

“This should be a great concern to all Christians,” Graham, the president and CEO of Samaritan’s Purse, tweeted. “As a follower of Jesus Christ, I am pro-life [and] believe every life is precious to God.”

A Gallup poll from May found that almost a quarter of Democrats consider themselves pro-life, but Biden, who is Catholic, and Harris, a Baptist believer, both support abortion rights, in stark contrast to Trump and Vice President Mike Pence.

Actress Calls Out Kamala Harris for Accepting Donations From ‘Predator’ Harvey Weinstein

Rose McGowan, actress and one of the original vocal leaders of the #MeToo movement, called out Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) for previously accepting donations from convicted rapist Harvey Weinstein. The activist also lashed out at Democrats for inviting former President Bill Clinton to speak at the 2020 Democratic National Convention.

On the same day that Harris was named as Joe Biden’s running mate, McGowan asked the newly anointed vice presidential candidate if she had returned the money that was given to her by Weinstein.

The topic of old political donations started with a tweet by Washington Post national political reporter Matt Viser. He shared a graphic alleging that President Donald Trump donated $6,000 to Harris’ re-election campaign for California attorney general between 2011 and 2013. His daughter, Ivanka Trump, reportedly donated $2,000 to the Harris campaign in 2014.

“It’s hard to say which is more revealing of the fatal rot at the core of American politics, the fact that Trump and his daughter sent checks to Harris’s campaigns or that Harris greedily cashed them,” said Jeffrey St. Clair, editor of the “progressive” political magazine CounterPunch. . .

Harris and other politicians who received money from Weinstein, including Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.), Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-N.Y.), Sen. Cory Booker (D-N.J.), and Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.), announced they would donate the money to charities that support women days after the publication of a New York Times article that outlined sexual harassment allegations against the disgraced Hollywood producer going back 30 years. WATCH: After Calling For Major Mandate, Biden and Harris Hurry Off Stage to Avoid Questions

Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden and newly minted vice presidential nominee Kamala Harris held their first “press conference” today in Delaware but didn’t take any questions.

Before walking off stage to avoid scrutiny, Biden and Harris each called for a nationwide mask mandate and also said every governor in the country should mandate the same. They said the mandate should last for three months, meaning it would end on November 13. The election is on November 3.

“Let’s institute a mask mandate nationwide immediately,” Biden said. “Every American should be wearing a mask when they’re outside for the next three months at a minimum.”

Can Dems Win With a Racist Rapist and Cop at the Top their November Ticket?; Biden Camp Weighs Keeping Kamala in Basement, Too

By Washington Examiner. Joseph R. Biden’s campaign is contemplating the advent of Team Basement.

Sen. Kamala Harris bounded back into the presidential race with much the same fervor that greeted her primary run before she quickly went from presumptive frontrunner to the first high-profile casualty.

The Californian looked great on paper but ended up crowded out by purity tests on the far-left and by Mr. Biden, whose built-in advantages of being former President Barack Obama’s loyal sidekick proved insurmountable.

The dilemma now facing Mr. Biden: Is Ms. Harris a better value on the trail or huddled with him in the basement out of concern that she could flop again?

David McCuan, professor of politics at Sonoma State University in California, said it is hard to predict what comes next based on Ms. Harris’s disappointing primary run. (Read more from “Biden Camp Weighs Keeping Kamala in Basement, Too” HERE)

Why Kamala Harris VP Pick Could Cost Biden the Election

By Fox Business. In what may go down as one of the worst vice-presidential picks in U.S. history, Joe Biden announced on Tuesday that he has chosen Sen. Kamala Harris, D-Calif., to be his running mate for the 2020 presidential election.

Harris is exactly the opposite of what Biden needed in order to compete with President Trump in November. . .

Harris has been heavily criticized by many on the far left for her stances on some criminal justice issues while she served as the top prosecutor of San Francisco from 2004 to 2011 and attorney general of California from 2011 to 2017.

For example, she previously opposed a statewide police body camera mandate, fought against a reduction to California’s mandatory minimum law, and opposed the legalization of marijuana — a position she has since reversed. . .

Harris’s support for the Green New Deal and other socialistic policies such as a basic income program for most Americans and a $2,000 monthly “stimulus” check that would be paid out for the duration of the COVID-19 pandemic, put her squarely outside of the political mainstream and moves the Biden campaign even further to the left than it has already drifted over the past two months.
