‘Learn to Read in Your Gap Year, Kid’: Doofus David Hogg Calls for Nikki Haley’s Resignation After Debunked NYT Story

Parkland activist and known ignoramus David Hogg wants the U.S. ambassador to the U.N. to “resign immediately” after he read the bogus and debunked headline from a New York Times hit piece.

The New York Times headline alleged that Haley paid tens of thousands of dollars for curtains in her official State Department residence — except the Times story quoted a Haley spokesperson who said the Obama administration made the purchase and Haley had nothing to do with it.

Did Hogg pay attention to that fact? Nope:

Dear Nikki Haley,

There are starving children in America everyday and you have the audacity to misappropriate thousands of tax dollars for your own lavish lifestyle. Resign immediately

sincerely,

America https://t.co/j9h5t50GPb

The Washington Examiner’s Siraj Hashmi had to explain what the article Hogg cited actually said.

Maybe if Hogg had spent his senior year at Parkland’s school instead of touring the country to push for gun control, he might’ve learned to read. Nikki Haley Pulls the U.S. out of the UN Human Rights Council With a Scathing Statement

US Ambassador the United Nations Nikki Haley offered a scathing assessment of the UN Human Rights Council as the announcement was made to pull out of the organization.

In a statement given alongside Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, Haley derided the Human Rights Council as biased and counterproductive to the cause of human rights.

“Human rights abusers continue to serve on, and be elected to, the council,” Haley said. “The world’s most inhumane regimes continue to escape its scrutiny, and the council continues politicizing scapegoating of countries with positive human rights records in an attempt to distract from the abusers in its ranks.”

“When a so-called Human Rights Council cannot bring itself to address the massive abuses in Venezuela and Iran, and it welcomes the Democratic Republic of Congo as a new member,” she continued, “the council ceases to be worthy of its name.

“Such a council, in fact, damages the cause of human rights,” she concluded.

Nikki Haley Stuns as She Throws Away Script and Rips Into Russian Ambassador on UN Floor

By Bizpac Review. U.S. Ambassador to the UN Nikki Haley ripped Russia a new one Friday over their continued defense of Syria dictator Bashar al-Assad in face of a reported chemical weapons attack on civilians.

Haley let Russian Ambassador to the UN Vassily Nebenzia know that she’s hip to the propaganda the diplomat was laying down, saying: “I’m in awe, Vassily, that you said what you said with a straight face. I really, really am.”

Haley’s remarks followed Russian Ambassador to the UN Vassily Nebenzia, who said at Friday’s meeting of the Security Council “there’s no credible proof” of the chemical attack and Moscow believes “what took place was a provocation of certain countries intelligence services,” according to CNN.

The eye-to-eye counter from Haley broke from her prepared remarks. She went on to comment on Russia’s expressed concerns about “unilateral threats related to Syria.”

“What is strange is that Russia is ignoring the real threat to international peace and security that has brought us all here,” Haley told the body. “And it is ignoring its own unilateral responsibility for all of it.” (Read more from “Nikki Haley Stuns as She Throws Away Script and Rips Into Russian Ambassador on UN Floor” HERE)

Haley Slams Russia Over Syria Chemical Attack

By CNN. US Ambassador to the UN Nikki Haley stated Friday that chemical weapons were used in an attack in Syria that left scores dead and she blamed Russia for complicity, as the Trump administration continues to weigh how to retaliate and Russia maintains its denial that the attack took place.

“Did a chemical weapons attack happen? Yes,” Haley said, speaking to reporters before a meeting of the Security Council. “The US has analyzed, yes it has happened. The UK has analyzed, yes, it has happened. And France has analyzed, yes, it has happened. Three countries.” . . .

She told the council that President Donald Trump “has not yet made a decision about possible action in Syria, but should the United States and our allies decide to act in Syria, it will be in defense of a principle on which we all agree.” . . .

“You don’t rush decisions like this,” she told reporters. “We’re making sure we have all the information to know if we do something, what will happen, how will it happen and will it hurt anyone.” (Read more from “Haley Slams Russia Over Syria Chemical Attack” HERE)

Nikki Haley: ‘Disgusting’ Claims of Affair with Trump ‘Absolutely Not True’

U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, Nikki Haley, is the latest political figure to come under scrutiny after the publication of Michael Wolff’s book “Fire and Fury.”

After Wolff appeared on HBO’s “Real Time with Bill Maher,” rumors began to circulate that Haley was having an affair with the president.

The author stated that he was “absolutely sure” that President Donald Trump was having an affair, even though the accusations weren’t specifically printed in his book, according to Politco, and readers will be able to determine who is suspected on a close reading of the book.

“Now that I’ve told you, when you hit that paragraph, you’re gonna say, ‘Bingo,’” Wolff reportedly said.

From there it seems, readers honed in on the line, “The president had been spending a notable amount of private time with Haley on Air Force One and was seen to be grooming her for a national political future,” reported Politco.

The ambassador said that the claims are completely false, “highly offensive” and “disgusting,” while also noting that the attacks are similar to smears that other women have faced when coming into power.

“It is absolutely not true,” said Haley during an appearance on Politico’s Women Rule podcast.

Responding to Wolff’s assertion that she had spent significant time on Air Force One with the president, Haley said: “I have literally been on Air Force One once and there were several people in the room when I was there.”

“He says that I’ve been talking a lot with the president in the Oval about my political future. I’ve never talked once to the president about my future and I am never alone with him.”

“So the idea that these things come out, that’s a problem,” she told Politico.

“But it goes to a bigger issue that we need to always be conscious of. At every point in my life, I’ve noticed that if you speak your mind and you’re strong about it and you say what you believe, there is a small percentage of people that resent that and the way they deal with it is to try and throw arrows, lies or not.”

“Fire and Fury” has been heavily criticized for several noted inaccuracies, as previously noted by CNBC.

Wolff reportedly did not respond to Politico’s request for comment.

Haley meanwhile, asserts that strong women who speak their mind are always at risk for an attack.

“I saw this as a legislator. I saw this when I was governor. I see it now. I see them do it to other women,” she said. “And the thing is, when women work, they prioritize, they focus, and they believe if you’re gonna do something, do it right.”

According to Politico, Haley was followed by rumors of an extramarital affair during her time in South Carolina state politics.

“Others see that as either too ambitious or stepping out of line. And the truth is, we need to continue to do our job and if that means they consider it stepping out of line, fine. And if that means they’re gonna throw stones, people see lies for what it is. Do I like it? No. Is it right? No. Is it gonna slow me down? Not at all,” Haley told Politco. “Every time this has happened, it only makes me fight harder. And I do it for the sake of other women that are behind me because they should never think that they have to put their head down and cower out of fear that somebody’s gonna do something to you.” (For more from the author of “Nikki Haley: ‘Disgusting’ Claims of Affair with Trump ‘Absolutely Not True’” HERE)

UN Ambassador Nikki Haley’s Dishonesty Recorded in Prank Call by Russian Comedians

A pair of Russian comedians appear to have successfully prank-called U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley by posing as a Polish government official.

The two comedians, Vladimir Kuznetsov and Alexei Stolyarov, posted a video over the weekend in which a woman identified as Haley believes she is speaking to Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki. . .

“You know Binomo?” the man said, to which Haley replied “yes, yes.”

“They had elections and we suppose Russians had its intervention,” the man said.

“Yes, of course they did, absolutely,” Haley replies. “We’ve been watching that very closely, and I think we will continue to watch that as we deal with the issues that keep coming up about the South China Sea.” (Read more from “UN Ambassador Nikki Haley’s Dishonesty Recorded in Prank Call by Russian Comedians” HERE)

‘Mob Boss’ Nikki Haley Pushes Reporter to His Breaking Point

Joe Scarborough reacted to U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley’s speech before the Jerusalem vote last week on Friday’s “Morning Joe.”

Haley reminded the U.N. that the U.S. is one of the largest contributors to the U.N. and that the United States would remember the vote.

“We will remember it when we are called upon to once again make the world’s largest contribution to the United Nations, and we will remember it when so many countries come calling on us, as they so often do, to pay even more and to use our influence for their benefit,” Haley said.

These words sent MSNBC’s Scarborough on a rant about Haley and President Donald Trump, in which he claimed they did not understand that “we don’t give foreign aid and humanitarian aid just to make ourselves look good.”

“If you’re an American, you just don’t want your representatives up there threatening the rest of the world,” Scarborough said, claiming that Haley’s behavior made her sound like a “mob boss.”

He then asserted that the U.S. needs the help of the rest of the U.N. allies for other motions, and that Haley would prevent allies from wanting to do so.

“We’re going to need their help on North Korea. We may need their help again in Syria,” he expanded. “We’re going to need their help in a thousand places.”

In the same session as the Jerusalem vote, the U.N. General Assembly passed U.N. Resolution 2396 to strengthen measures to prevent the threat of terrorists, which was largely written by Haley’s team, according to the Red State. In addition, the U.N. Security Council unanimously passed a U.S.-written resolution with more sanctions on North Korea.

Scarborough’s rant continued, without letting his colleagues get a word in, with a discussion of Trump’s tweets.

“Every response has to be a nuclear response. There is no subtly of thought,” he said.

Scarborough finished his rant and said: “And by the way, there is no diplomat in Nikki Haley. What she did yesterday is an embarrassment to the United States.”

Before the vote, Trump said that he would not let the U.N. make the U.S. pay for the opposition vote, The U.K. Guardian reported.

“Let them vote against us. We’ll save a lot. We don’t care,” he said at a cabinet meeting before the vote. “But this isn’t like it used to be where they could vote against you and then you pay them hundreds of millions of dollars … We’re not going to be taken advantage of any longer.”

On Dec. 24, Haley announced the reduction of $285 million from U.S. Mission to the United Nations’ contribution to the U.N. budget for 2018-2019.

“We will no longer let the generosity of the American people be taken advantage of or remain unchecked,” Haley said in a statement. The timing of her announcement sends a reminder that the U.S. is still upset that the U.N. General Assembly’s 128-9 vote in favor of condemning the resolution of the U.S. recognition of Jerusalem.

Haley said that the U.S. Mission to the United Nations would “look at ways to increase the U.N.’s efficiency while protecting our interests.” (For more from the author of “‘Mob Boss’ Nikki Haley Pushes Reporter to His Breaking Point” please click HERE)
