Video: Obama Gaffes Continue-Now Wants Wind Turbines “Manufactured Here in China”

For the third time, Obama made a major gaffe regarding sending US jobs overseas.

Earlier this month, Obama stated that to fix the economy, we must “export more jobs.”

He said the same thing just two weeks before that.

Although the press unsurprisingly hasn’t made an issue of it, Obama’s gaffes are arguably as significant, and increasingly as frequent, as Biden’s.

Here’s the clip from Obama’s Colorado campaign event yesterday. Note the cheering immediately after his China comment:

Some think these “gaffes” are subliminal reflections of Obama’s true opinion. As we reported a few weeks ago, Obama has actually forced the export of some US jobs already.

Video: Obama Says It Again – Wants to “Export More Jobs”

In an apparent game of catch-up with gaffe-prone Biden, Obama says that to fix the economy, we must “export more jobs.”

Keep in mind, this is the second time in two weeks that Obama has done this. The first time was at Kent State where Obama tried to recover by saying that he was “channeling Mitt Romney.

Of course, Obama’s tendency to slip up and say that he wants to export U.S. jobs has a connection with reality. As we noted a few days ago, he forced the export of US jobs with respect to Gibson guitars.

Here’s the video of yesterday’s gaffe:

Undoubtedly, Al Gore is probably blaming this one on Denver’s altitude, too.

Obama’s “Export More Jobs” Gaffe & Gibson Guitar: Stunning Hypocrisy

This past Thursday, President Obama made a slip of the tongue during a campaign speech in which he stated that he wanted to “export more jobs.” After seeing puzzled looks from his audience and hearing his own words echo in his ears, he then joked that he was channeling his opponent, Mitt Romney.

I hope this stunning, but no longer surprising, hypocrisy of Obama’s attack on Romney (in an attempt to mask his own goof up) is not wasted on an increasingly apathetic and seemingly gullible public. Many have either forgotten or never heard about a bizarre act in 2011 by the Obama administration in which it compelled the Gibson Guitar corporation to outsource its American labor force to Madagascar.

In fact, the administration threatened Gibson that it had to outsource jobs if the business wanted the “trouble” with Obama’s administration to go away. No matter the reason, it’s Obama with outsourcing blood on his hands from meddling in the affairs of a private business and coercing it to fire its American workers in favor of foreign ones.

Not only is it simply a bizarre act for anyone professing love for the American worker, but it also shows that Obama has demonstrated his lack of genuine concern for keeping jobs stateside. He’s already tried to send them overseas and it wasn’t even his own business. For some unknown reason, Obama wanted so badly for a U.S. business to outsource jobs that he stepped in and told them to do so or else face his wrath.

Talk about THE Outsourcer-In-Chief. Let’s hope that some of the Obama-no-matter-what crowd comes out of their trance in time to save our economy.

Hypocrite: Pelosi made up to $5 million on Asian investments in 2011

On the heels of The Weekly Standard’s report yesterday that DNC chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz — a vocal critic of Mitt Romney‘s investing practices, had herself dabbled in the foreign markets — we can add Nancy Pelosi to the list of prominent Democrats to profit from overseas investments.

According to Pelosi’s 2011 financial disclosure statement, the Democratic House Minority Leader received between $1 million and $5 million in partnership income from ”Matthews International Capital Management LLC,” a group that emphasizes that it has a “A Singular Focus on Investing in Asia.” A quick trip to the company website reveals a featured post extolling the virtues of outsourcing.

“Designed in California, Made in Manila” sounds like an excellent title for a smear ad to be run the by the Barack Obama campaign. Instead, it appears to be Nancy Pelosi’s investment strategy.

Pelosi is also a small investor in the embattled “Moduslink Global,” one of the “outsourcing pioneers” that Mitt Romney has been criticized for associating with while at Bain Capital.
