US Town Unveils ‘Little Palestine’ Sign

A street sign was unveiled Tuesday night in Bridgeview, Illinois, recognizing the area as “Little Palestine,” according to ABC7 Chicago.

The area of 79th Street to 113th Street houses one of the largest Palestinian-American communities in the U.S., according to ABC7 Chicago. The area is also home to more than 200 Arab-owned businesses, according to CBS News Chicago.

Waseem Al-Wawi, co-owner of Milk Cake Bakery, said he is “proud” to be part of the “Little Palestine” community.

“As a Palestinian walking here in the Little Palestine area, seeing all these businesses, all these Palestinian businesses, you can find anything you want,” Al-Wawi told CBS News Chicago.

“There’s a big Palestinian community here, we’re very proud to be part of little Palestine here in Bridgeview,” he said.

Hamas and Islamic Jihad Defy Trump’s Ceasefire, ‘Negotiating with Himself’; No Disarmament Commitment

Palestinian terrorist groups Hamas and Islamic Jihad both refused to commit to disarming this week — brazenly defying the peace plan President Donald Trump brokered and both terror groups accepted— with a senior Hamas official telling Reuters he could not say “yes or no” to surrendering weapons. At the same time, an Islamic Jihad leader claimed on Al Jazeera that disarmament was never even discussed, and Trump is “negotiating with himself.”

The back-to-back rejections expose the fragility of the week-old ceasefire and reveal both terror groups are positioning themselves to remain armed indefinitely while demanding political concessions Israel has refused for decades.

In an interview with Reuters published Friday, Hamas politburo member Mohammed Nazzal was asked directly whether Hamas would give up its weapons. “I can’t answer with a yes or no,” Nazzal responded — a stunning refusal given that disarmament is the central requirement of Trump’s 20-point peace plan that Hamas agreed to sign just days earlier.

When pressed on what disarmament would even mean, Nazzal challenged the very concept. “The disarmament project you’re talking about, what does it mean? To whom will the weapons be handed over?” he asked Reuters, making clear Hamas views giving up arms not as an obligation but as a hypothetical subject for future debate.

Speaking Wednesday from Doha, where Hamas’s political leadership has resided for years, Nazzal went further — declaring Hamas intends to maintain armed control over Gaza indefinitely. “On the ground, Hamas will be present,” he stated, directly contradicting Trump’s plan requiring the terror group to cede all security functions to a technocratic civilian administration overseen by international monitors. Hamas Attacks Bus of Workers From American Aid Group in Gaza; 5 Deaths; Hostages Possible

The Palestinian terrorist group Hamas attacked a bus full of aid workers with the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) on Wednesday, killing at least five local Palestinians who worked with the group.

Several members of the group may also have been taken hostage.

In a statement, GHF said:

Tonight, at approximately 10 p.m. Gaza time, a bus carrying more than two-dozen members of the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation team, local Palestinians working side-by-side with the U.S. GHF team to deliver critical aid, were brutally attacked by Hamas. At the time of the attack, our team was en route to one of our distribution centers in the area west of Khan Younis.

We are still gathering facts, but what we know is devastating: there are at least five fatalities, multiple injuries, and fear that some of our team members may have been taken hostage. We condemn this heinous and deliberate attack in the strongest possible terms. These were aid workers. Humanitarians. Fathers, brothers, sons, and friends, who were risking their lives everyday to help others. Our hearts are broken and our thoughts and prayers are with every victim, every family, and every person still unaccounted for.

WATCH: LGBTQ+ Rally Calls Palestine a ‘Shining Light’ in ‘Struggle’ for Trans Rights

Thousands of LGBTQ+ activists marched in London this weekend, chanting in support of both “trans rights” and “Palestine” as part of the same struggle — with one speaker hailing the Palestinian cause as “the strongest shining light” in a shared fight for “liberation.”

On Saturday, radical demonstrators rallied in Parliament Square in opposition to a British Supreme Court ruling that affirmed sex as biologically binary, barring men who identify as women from accessing women-only spaces.

Statues outside Parliament, including a monument to suffragette Millicent Fawcett, were vandalized during the protest, which saw crowds waving signs reading, “trans women are real women” and “biology is not binary.” Meanwhile, Palestinian flags, union banners, and transgender symbols were prominently displayed throughout the capital.

“We need to connect with the Palestine movement, the strongest shining light in this dark time that says no to hopelessness, no to cynicism, no to nihilism, and says yes to justice, freedom, and liberation,” a speaker declared.

Amid chants for “trans liberation,” protesters shouted: “One struggle, one fight: Palestine — trans rights.” (Read more from “WATCH: LGBTQ+ Rally Calls Palestine a ‘Shining Light’ in ‘Struggle’ for Trans Rights” HERE)

Jewish Miami Man Shoots Two Israelis While ‘Hunting Palestinians’

A 27-year-old Jewish man in Miami was arrested over the weekend for shooting two Israelis, whom he mistook for Palestinians. Mordechai Brafman, 27, was taken into custody on Saturday night and is facing two counts of attempted second-degree murder.

Brafman was reportedly ‘hunting Palestinians’ when he opened fire on a car containing two men. He shot at the vehicle 17 times with a semi-automatic handgun, according to the arrest report.

However, police reported that the victims were actually two Jewish-Israelis visiting the U.S. The victims, Ari Rabey, and his father, initially believed they were being targeted in an antisemitic attack.

One man was wounded in the shoulder, while the other sustained a graze wound on the forearm. Brafman, described by the Israeli outlet Ynet as a “Florida Jew,” was arrested shortly after the attack.

Authorities stated that there was no altercation between Brafman and the two victims prior to the shooting and believe it was entirely unprovoked. (Read more from “Jewish Miami Man Shoots Two Israelis While ‘Hunting Palestinians’” HERE)

‘While You’re Shopping, Bombs Are Dropping’: Watch as Christmas Gets Canceled in Major City

Christmas shopping was disrupted, and a traditional Christmas display was put in doubt by “pro-Palestine” protesters in Melbourne, Australia, recently.

Myer, an Australian retail giant, canceled the festive unveiling of its traditional Christmas window exhibit after “Pro-Palestine” protesters announced plans to hold a rally in front of the store. This was the 69th annual display and will remain until January.

The store released a statement explaining its decision:

“In light of recent developments and to ensure the wellbeing and safety of customers and team members, we will no longer hold an event on Bourke Street Mall for the unveiling of our Christmas windows,” a spokesperson said.

“Myers’ Christmas windows have long symbolized joy and community, and we remain committed to providing a safe and positive experience for all visitors.” (Read more from “‘While You’re Shopping, Bombs Are Dropping’: Watch as Christmas Gets Canceled in Major City” HERE)

WATCH: Live Footage of Masked Radical Leftists Storming Through Secret Service Wall

In Chicago, a significant gathering of leftist protesters has convened for the “March on the DNC” demonstration, right before the Democratic National Convention kicks off.

For those interested in witnessing the voices of these dissenting Americans, several videos capturing the essence of the protest can be seen below.

Palestinian Columnist: ‘We Do Not Want a Ceasefire, We Want Ongoing War’

A Palestinian columnist writing in Arabic in a Qatai newspaper declared this week: “We do not want a ceasefire, we want ongoing war. Victory is at hand.”

Palestinian journalist Samir Al-Barghouti, writing in the Qatari daily Al-Watan, as translated by the Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI), made the case for war to continue as a means to highlight the Palestinian cause.

Al-Barghouti argued that the world had forgotten about the Palestinians until the October 7 terror attack, but now — thanks to the spectacular violence, and to protests in the west, the “free world” is united behind the Palestinians. Anti-Israel Protester at UCLA Encampment: ‘We Don’t Like White People’

As frat boys counter-protesting radical Palestinian supporters marching on the University of Mississippi campus are accused of “racism” for mocking the left-wing anti-Israel activists, virtually no condemnations are heard from these same voices in response to a pro-Palestinian woman outright denouncing “white people” at the UCLA encampment in Southern California.

In a viral clip that has been making the rounds on social media in recent days, an anti-Israel protester at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) can be heard dismissing a counter-protester because he is a “white person.”

“You’re just a white person; you’re a white person [so] get out — we don’t like white people,” the keffiyeh-wearing woman insisted before chanting, “Free Palestine” as she waved a Palestinian flag.

Journalist Cam Higby, who challenged the woman and filmed it, explained that she was “speaking Arabic” and “screaming about Jewish colonizers,” when he confronted her and accused her of “being mad that Hamas is hiding behind civilians.”

Pro-Hamas Protests Funded by Biden’s Own Political Donors

The pro-Palestinian, antisemitic protests on university campuses across the nation are funded by President Joe Biden’s own political donors — which could explain why he hesitates to condemn them and won’t investigate them.

Biden equivocated last month when asked to react to the protests, saying that he condemned the antisemitism but also condemned those “who don’t understand what’s going on with the Palestinians,” which puzzled observers.

Research by NGO Monitor and others into the donors behind the protests has turned up familiar names from the Democratic Party bankroll — including George Soros’ Open Society Foundations and other liberal philanthropies.

Biden’s Department of Justice has notably refused to investigate the civil rights abuses being committed by the “encampments” — against Jews, journalists, and others — and has also refused to consider RICO conspiracy charges.

The reason may be that he does not want to subject his own political donors to investigation or embarrasment. (Read more from “Pro-Hamas Protests Funded by Biden’s Own Political Donors” HERE)
