This Is What the Two ‘Non-human’ Alien Corpses Found in Peru Really Are

. . .The tiny “non-human” mummified remains found in Peru over the summer that spurred dozens of alien conspiracy theories are nothing more than dolls, forensic experts ruled.

The creepy figures — with only three fingers on each hand and elongated ET-style heads — are made with paper, glue, metal and human and animal bones, the country’s prosecutor’s office said Friday.

“The conclusion is simple: they are dolls assembled with bones of animals from this planet, with modern synthetic glues, therefore they were not assembled during pre-Hispanic times,” forensic archaeologist Flavio Estrada, who led the analysis, told reporters.

“They are not extraterrestrials; they are not aliens.” . . .

They said examinations showed the bones of birds, dogs and other animals were used to create the effigies, except for their “very poorly” built hands, which were created with human bones. (Read more from “This Is What the Two ‘Non-human’ Alien Corpses Found in Peru Really Are” HERE)

Mystery Outbreak of a Deadly, Paralyzing Disease Has Experts Baffled

A national state of emergency has been declared in Peru as doctors battle an outbreak of a rare disease that can cause lifelong paralysis or death.

More than 230 cases of Guillain-Barré syndrome have been reported in the South American country, with more than half the cases occurring in a brief five-week period from June to July.

Normally a rare disorder, GBS typically strikes only about 3,000 people per year in the US, according to Johns Hopkins Medicine.

Four people in Peru have reportedly died of the disease since the beginning of the year, and the still-unknown cause of the outbreak has health officials scrambling.

“I think the origins of this [outbreak] remain still not completely investigated,” Dr. William Schaffner, an infectious disease specialist at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee, told Healthline. Remains of 132 Sacrificed Children Found in Peru

Archaeologists exploring an area of north Peru formerly inhabited by the Chimu civilization have found the remains of 132 children, evidence of one of the largest human sacrifices in world history.

The remains, along with those of 260 young llamas, were found near the coastal town of Huanchaco, about 352 miles northwest of Lima, El Comercio reported Tuesday.

“This is about four sacrifice events carried out between 1200 and 1520, or one per century. This shows that even after the Inca conquest they continued with human sacrifices,” archaeologist Gabriel Prieto told the newspaper. . .

Last April, National Geographic reported a different finding of 137 children and 206 llamas in the Huanchaquito-Las Llamas area, located about a mile away from the new discovery. . .

The Chimu, their capital in Chan Chan, created the second-largest empire in the history of the ancient Andes. It’s known for its architecture and gold artworks. They also built an extensive irrigation system using canals that made it possible to cultivate desert areas. (Read more from “Remains of 132 Sacrificed Children Found in Peru” HERE)

Ancient Peru Mystery: Archaeologists Unveil New Geoglyphs on Peru’s Nazca Plateau

Japanese archaeologists have discovered 24 new geoglyphs on the Nazca Plateau in Peru that they say are similar to the animal shapes for which the region is famous – but were created two centuries earlier.

Archaeologists from the University of Yamagata in Japan made the discovery a mile north of the city of Nazca, in central Peru. The shapes are mostly geometrical, including a figure resembling a flame and other less recognizable representations.

According to a report submitted to the Peruvian government by the Japanese team, the newfound figures are smaller and less distinct than the older ones (a spider, a hummingbird, a condor and a monkey) but it would seem that some of the new ones depict llamas.

“Because they have been degraded, it is difficult to determine the exact shape of the picture on the ground of all the animals,” the researchers said told the Telegraph.

The head of the team, Dr. Masato Sakai, told the paper they used a three-dimensional scanner and photos to highlight the degraded lines and identify the images. (Read more from “Ancient Peru Mystery: Archaeologists Unveil New Geoglyphs on Peru’s Nazca Plateau” HERE)
