Vibe Shift: Target Majorly Tones Down Kids’ ‘Pride Month’ Merch

Woke corporations are still celebrating and recognizing what secular society has deemed to be “pride month,” but it seems some retailers that were hammered with criticism over the years — namely, Target — are seriously toning down their offerings.

Two years ago, Target came under scrutiny for engaging in overt corporate queering, pushing the transgender agenda on children in their pride-themed apparel. At the time in 2023 — the time where the Biden administration heavily promoted this twisted agenda on children — many items were labeled as “thoughtfully fit” for what is described as “multiple” gender expressions. Despite the scrambling from the radical left, even the establishment media had to admit this was happening, as Breitbart news reported at the time:

Even the Associated Press has admitted this fact, noting that a Target store in New York City featured kids’ black swimskirts for sale with a tag that states, “Thoughtfully Fit on Multiple Body Types and Gender Expressions.” This description can be seen directly on the Target website as well with a little girl modeling that particular piece of clothing. Further, the “pride” section still offers an array of pride-themed swimwear for children as well, which is confirmed on Target’s online store as well.

A teal and lime green pride-themed children’s swimsuit, for example, is adorned with pride tags, one of which states that it is “designed for comfort & confidence.” It also contains a tag reading “Thoughtfully Fit on Multiple Body Types and Gender Expressions.”

All of that comes in addition to the vast array of pride-theme leggings, shirts, onesies, and accessories geared toward children and babies. Target describes a pair of rainbow-checked toddler leggings as a perfect style “great for celebrations, parades and other events,” for example.

Spider-Man Comic Featuring ‘Queer’ Trans-Anarchist Villains Promoted to Children for Pride Month

A free comic book promoted by Marvel for Pride Month featured multiple messages about gender and sexuality while being targeted at children 13 years old and up.

As part of an initiative for inclusivity, Marvel sent out free issues of its “Marvel Voices” comic to distributors for Free Comic Book Day.

The gender and sexuality-driven issue was targeted at teens and also had dedicated pages regarding black and “indigenous” stories and creators.

After a Bollywood-themed Spider-Man and a female hero named Spider-Gwen, a glowing Spider-Man took on a rather interesting foe.

The comic showed a group of thugs ransacking the Stark pharmaceutical company, as the leader of the gang is shown to be a “trans woman” named Peach. (Read more from “Spider-Man Comic Featuring ‘Queer’ Trans-Anarchist Villains Promoted to Children for Pride Month” HERE)

Former Target Exec Says Pride Month ‘Misstep’ Helped Cause Massive Sales Slump

Former Target Vice Chairman Gerald Storch told Fox News the company’s Pride month stance contributed at least 20% to the sales slump it has suffered since June.

Target’s quarterly sales fell for the first time in six years, according to an earnings report released Wednesday. The company featured a Pride Month collection that included LGBT merchandise marketed to kids in May.

“Your job is to meet the needs of your customers, not to pick a fight with anybody,” Storch said Thursday. “There’s no doubt that Target took a misstep with Pride Month.”

“It’s certainly impacted them. There’s no doubt about it,” Storch said of Target’s Pride merchandise. “But I would say it’s probably 20% of the [5% decline]. Not the main part of it.”

Storch added corporations need to think about the values of their customer base when deciding to take public stands on controversial issues. (Read more from “Former Target Exec Says Pride Month ‘Misstep’ Helped Cause Massive Sales Slump” HERE)

Biden’s Coming for Your Kids: President Claims ‘They’re All Our Kids’ in Tweet Pushing LGBTQI+ Agenda on Children

The Biden White House released a “Pride” clip on social media Monday, referring to “LGBTQI+…children” as “not somebody else’s kids,” but “all our kids,” in what has become a pattern of Biden implying child rearing is communal.

Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris have both repeatedly referred to American children as “our kids,” during their first term, with the Biden White House most recently tweeting out a pride-themed video about “LGBTQI+…children” and how “they are all our kids” on Monday.

“These are our kids. These are our neighbors. Not somebody else’s kids; they’re all our kids,” Biden can be heard saying, as images of a White House alight with rainbow colors plays in the background. “And our children are the kite strings that hold our national ambitions aloft. It matters a great deal how we treat everyone in this country. LGBTQI+ Americans, especially children, you are loved, you are heard, and this administration has your back.”

Previously, quoting a former teacher during a speech in the White House Rose Garden in April, Biden claimed that “there is no such thing as someone else’s child.”

Pentagon Created Pride Coloring Book for Children

The Department of Defense (DOD) created a Pride-themed coloring book for military kids amid a cross-military service push to celebrate Pride month.

DOD announced the theme for Pride month in 2023 was “Equality Without Exception — Pride In All Who Serve,” and planned to host activities through various sub-agencies, including parades and family story hours, to observe Pride month. The activity booklet is geared toward younger audiences, according to DOD’s Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute (DEOMI), which is noted on the final page as having published the book, and was promoted to children by other DOD entities, the Daily Caller News Foundation found.

The coloring book, dated in June, appears to be among various training and awareness materials the Pentagon created to aid Pride observances, which are featured on the dedicated DEOMI webpage.

“The Activity Book is designed to share with your younger event attendees but can be enjoyed by all ages. It showcases coloring pages and encourages learning through games and activities,” DEOMI wrote. It did not provide a link to the book, so it couldn’t be determined with 100% certainty that DEOMI was referring to the coloring book.

However, the Ramstein and Vogelweh libraries serving a large American military community in Germany, encouraged kids to “Download and complete the DoD Children’s Pride Activity Booklet,” linking to the coloring book with the DEOMI press logo, and instructions to visit the website for more information. CIA Roasted Over Pride Month Post

The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) was roasted by social media users after it posted a Pride Month tribute on Twitter.

In a tweet Thursday, the CIA said Pride Month is a time to recognize the agency’s “rich history” of “LGBTQ+ officers” and their work. . .

The tweet prompted immediate ridicule from social media users. Some commenters asked whether the post was real, attempting to make sure it was not from a CIA parody account.

LGBTQ Radicals Send Target Bomb Threats After Pride Month Merchandise Pullback

LGBTQ radicals reportedly deluged Target with bomb threats in retaliation to the retail giant pulling back on some of its Pride Month merchandise after significant backlash.

The bomb threats were allegedly made against several Target stores in at least three states: Utah, Pennsylvania, and Ohio. An email to one Cleveland store that Cleveland 19 News reviewed indicated that radical LGBTQ activists may have been behind the threats.

“Target is full of cowards who turned their back on the LGBT community and decided to cater to the homophobic right-wing redneck bigots who protested and vandalized their store,” the email reportedly read.

In Utah, Salt Lake City police communications director Brent Weisberg told USA TODAY that officers determined that no “credible threat” had been directed at the two stores in the city.

“Officers will continue neighborhood patrols around the Target locations in Salt Lake City out of an abundance of caution,” Weisberg said in a statement. (Read more from “LGBTQ Radicals Send Target Bomb Threats After Pride Month Merchandise Pullback” HERE)

Children’s Library Association Pushes Gender Confusion on Kids With Pro-LGBT Summer Reading List

The Association for Library Service to Children (ALSC) is pushing multiple LGBT recommendations in its 2022 Notable Children’s Books and Summer Reading Lists. Some of these books include a simple picture of a gay union, while other suggestions are fully centered around transgenderism, but in each case, these recommendations are meant to normalize and promote LGBT values and lifestyles to children.

By the ALSC adding these books to the reading list, it communicates that these works are of “especially commendable quality, books that exhibit venturesome creativity, and books of fiction, information, poetry, and pictures for all age levels (birth through age 14) that reflect and encourage children’s interests in exemplary ways.”

For example, children from birth to preschool are encouraged to read “The Pronoun Book” by Chris Ayala-Kronos to complete the summer reading list. As kids just begin to learn how to talk and read, they can also get a head start on trans pronoun propaganda.

In this book, young readers are taught that they can’t know what people want to be called. A boy may want to be called a “she” instead of he. A girl may desire to use plural pronouns such as they/them or a “neopronoun” such as co, ey, per, or xe.

“Milo Imagines the World” by Matt de la Peña is another “notable” children’s book on the library association’s list, and while the book is not LGBT-centered, it slips in a picture of a same-sex wedding.
