RFK Jr Isn’t Happy With Trump’s Order Backing Notorious Pesticide

Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. confirmed that he was unhappy with President Donald Trump’s executive order aiming to boost the domestic production of glyphosate during a Friday episode of “The Joe Rogan Experience.”

White House senior advisor Calley Means said during a Thursday speech that the order was “disappointing” and that Kennedy was similarly “disappointed” about it. Kennedy said on the podcast that he was not “particularly happy” with the order to put it “mildly,” noting he spent decades combating pesticides.

“I’ve spent 40 years fighting pesticides. I was part of the trial team on the Monsanto case, which was the team that won three cases in a row and then got an $11 billion settlement with Monsanto, which is now Bayer … But pesticides are poison,” Kennedy said. “They’re designed to kill all life. It’s not a good thing to have in your food … so it’s not something that I was particularly happy with. Let me put it that way mildly.”

However, Kennedy also defended Trump for signing the order, saying he understood his perspective.

“The president didn’t create this system. He’s dealing with a problem that was created long before, over the past 60 years, when, through federal policies and subsidies and the management of farming in this country — the agricultural management — we have addicted our farmers to these pesticides, and particularly glyphosate,” he said. “Glyphosate is the foundational pesticide of our food production system.” (Read more from “RFK Jr Isn’t Happy With Trump’s Order Backing Notorious Pesticide” HERE)

RFK Jr. Admits ‘I Used to Snort Cocaine Off of Toilet Seats’ While Discussing Germs

Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. admitted to snorting cocaine off toilet seats while recounting his past drug abuse and decades of recovery.

The 72-year-old revealed during Thursday’s episode of “This Past Weekend with Theo Von” that he had met the comedian during recovery meetings that were held before the COVID-19 pandemic.

That gave the HHS chief an opening to remark that he was “not scared of a germ — I used to snort cocaine off of toilet seats.”

“Like, if I don’t, if I don’t treat it — which means for me going to meetings every day — it’s just bad for my life,” Kennedy said of his addiction and recovery journey.

Von and Kennedy both lived in the Los Angeles area and were introduced at a 7 a.m. recovery meeting that got shut down during the pandemic. (Read more from “RFK Jr. Admits ‘I Used to Snort Cocaine Off of Toilet Seats’ While Discussing Germs” HERE)

Two Major Hospitals Pull the Plug on ‘Gender-Affirming Care’ for Minors

On December 18, Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. announced new and sweeping regulatory changes that would bring an end to “gender-affirming care” for minors. This includes a ban on puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and surgical procedures for those under 18 years of age.

The reforms mean that hospitals that continue to provide such “gender-affirming care” to children would be stripped of all federal funding as a condition of their participation in Medicare/Medicaid programs.

In his announcement, Kennedy said, “Doctors assume a solemn obligation to protect children. Yet doctors across the country now provide needless and irreversible sex-rejecting procedures that violate their sacred Hippocratic oath, endangering the very lives that they are sworn to safeguard.” . . .

According to 9News, both Children’s Hospital Colorado and Denver Health said they would no longer be writing or filling prescriptions for “gender-affirming care” for minors, including puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones. Neither facility performed “gender-affirming surgeries” on minors.

In a statement, Children’s Hospital Colorado said, “Following the Department of Health and Human Services’ (HHS) announcement of an investigation against Children’s Hospital Colorado (Children’s Colorado), the hospital must suspend all medical gender-affirming care for patients under 18 years old. At the same time, we await federal court rulings and assess the rapidly evolving legal landscape. This referral threatens Children’s Colorado’s Medicare and Medicaid funding, risking care for hundreds of thousands of children.” (Read more from “Two Major Hospitals Pull the Plug on ‘Gender-Affirming Care’ for Minors” HERE)

FDA’s Latest Move Might Not Be All It’s Chalked Up To Be

Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is highlighting the benefits of hormone-replacement therapy (HRT) for menopausal women.

“The [Food and Drug Administration (FDA)] is initiating the removal of broad black box warnings from hormone replacement therapy products for menopause,” he said Monday.

Hormone replacement treatments are sold in pill, patch, injection, spray and cream form, to name a few. All come with a black box label — the FDA’s highest safety-related warning.

“Women may be under-utilizing approved therapies that can alleviate menopause symptoms and improve women’s health” because of these warning labels, HHS warned in a press statement released Monday.

Menopause refers to a stage in female life history when she no longer gets periods and can no longer get pregnant. The average age of menopause in the United States is 52, according to the National Institute on Aging (NIA). (Read more from “FDA’s Latest Move Might Not Be All It’s Chalked Up To Be” HERE)

Circumcision ‘Highly Likely’ Linked to Autism, RFK Jr. Wildly Claims

Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. stunningly claimed Thursday there may be a link between circumcision and autism – due to distribution of Tylenol to infants following the procedure.

“There’s two studies which show children who are circumcised early have double the rate of autism, it’s highly likely, because they were given Tylenol,” Kennedy told President Trump during a cabinet meeting.

Kennedy didn’t specify the research to which he was referring, but a 2015 study out of Denmark that tracked nearly 343,000 Gen Z boys suggested that circumcised males were more likely to develop autism before the age of 10 compared to their non-circumcised peers.

Researchers hypothesized that pain and stressful surgery early in life can increase the risk of neurodevelopmental, behavioral or psychological problems later on.

However, some critics called the research “flawed” and said the study authors should have examined other painful conditions such as urinary tract infections, which are common in young children. (Read more from “Circumcision ‘Highly Likely’ Linked to Autism, RFK Jr. Wildly Claims” HERE)

RFK Jr. Says FDA Is Investigating Dangerous Abortion Pill After Revealing Biden Admin ‘Twisted The Data’

Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. confirmed in a Senate Finance Committee hearing Thursday that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration is actively reviewing the drug responsible for more than half of the nation’s abortions.

“We’re getting data in all the time, new data that we’re reviewing,” Kennedy told Republican Sen. James Lankford. “And we know that during the Biden administration, they actually twisted the data to bury one of the safety signals with a very high safety signal, around 11 percent.”

Kennedy not only committed to ensuring “that that doesn’t happen anymore,” but also said “we’re producing … science and gold standard science on that.”

Kennedy affirmed in a later exchange with Montana Sen. Steve Daines that he was unsure of the type of studies FDA Commissioner Marty Makary and his agency are pursuing, but that they are “progressing” and “ongoing.”

“I know I talked to Marty Makary about it yesterday, and he said those studies are progressing and that they’re ongoing,” Kennedy said. (Read more from “RFK Jr. Says FDA Is Investigating Dangerous Abortion Pill After Revealing Biden Admin ‘Twisted The Data’” HERE)

RFK Jr. May Roll Back Major Trump-Era COVID-19 Vaccine “Achievement”

President Donald Trump and Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. are allegedly considering a plan to ban COVID-19 vaccines “within months,” according to an associate of Kennedy’s. The move would represent a reversal of what Trump previously called a “monumental achievement” during his administration.

Trump said in December 2020 that the development of the vaccine under Operation Warp Speed was a “historic” success, crediting doctors, scientists, pharmaceutical executives, and government leaders for expediting the process during the height of the pandemic. The vaccines were later met with criticism from segments of Trump’s political base, along with ongoing questions about their efficacy and safety.

Kennedy, who has faced scrutiny for past statements on vaccine safety, announced earlier this month that HHS would withdraw $500 million in federal funding for 22 mRNA vaccine development projects. He said the decision was based on data showing the vaccines “fail to protect effectively against upper respiratory infections like COVID and flu.” Kennedy has maintained he is not “anti-vaccine.”

An HHS spokesperson told Newsweek the agency does not comment on potential policy decisions. The White House dismissed claims that the administration plans to end COVID vaccine access.

“The Administration is relying on Gold Standard Science and is committed to radical transparency to make decisions that affect all Americans,” White House spokesperson Kush Desai said Monday. “Unless announced by the Administration, however, any discussion about HHS policy should be dismissed as baseless speculation.”

Kennedy’s associate, cardiologist Aseem Malhotra, linked the possible shift in policy to a 2022 research paper published in the journal Vaccine. The paper reported a secondary analysis of clinical trial data for Pfizer and Moderna’s mRNA vaccines and found that vaccinated adults showed a 16 percent higher risk of “excess serious adverse events” compared to those who received a placebo.

The White House has not indicated that any formal changes to vaccine policy are under consideration.

RFK Jr. Tells Tucker Carlson Fellow Cabinet Member Has Undergone ‘Incredible Transformation’

Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. told Daily Caller News Foundation co-founder Tucker Carlson during a Monday interview that Secretary of State Marco Rubio has significantly shifted his foreign policy stance.

Rubio had developed a reputation for being a foreign policy hawk, but as he grew closer to President Donald Trump during the 2024 election cycle, his views evolved to become more aligned with Trump’s America First foreign policy agenda. Kennedy, on “The Tucker Carlson Show,” said he previously disapproved of Rubio because of his hawkishness, but he now believes the secretary of state has similar views to his own, including on Ukraine.

“Marco Rubio is the funniest guy in the cabinet. He says things that make people belly laugh at every cabinet meeting,” Kennedy said. “I never was very — let’s say — approving of Marco, because he was kind of a neocon war hawk. But now he’s had this incredible transformation.”

“I think he’s very aligned with me on most issues, on Ukraine, you know, and just the fact that we should not be the policeman of the world anymore, that we’ve got to, you know, we’ve got to withdraw from that,” he continued. RFK Jr. Guts CDC Vaccine Panel, ‘Retiring’ All 17 Members

Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. announced on Monday that he’s gutting the panel that advises on vaccination safety and efficacy, arguing that it’s another step toward restoring public trust.

Kennedy, whose department has already made several moves to shake up vaccination research and recommendations, said he’s “retiring” all 17 members of the Advisory Committee for Immunization Practices, known as ACIP.

“Today, we are taking a bold step in restoring public trust by totally reconstituting the Advisory Committee for Immunization Practices (ACIP),” RFK said in an op-ed for the Wall Street Journal. “We are retiring the 17 current members of the committee, some of whom were last-minute appointees of the Biden administration.”

Kennedy said he had to remove these panel members or the Trump administration wouldn’t be able to appoint a majority of new members until 2028.

RFK Jr. suggested the panel effectively works as a rubber-stamp and is plagued with conflicts of interest. (Read more from “RFK Jr. Guts CDC Vaccine Panel, ‘Retiring’ All 17 Members” HERE)

RFK Jr. Tells Doctors to Discard Unscientific Guidelines Promoting Child Gender Transitions

The Department of Health and Human Services sent a letter to health care providers urging them to discard discredited research on child gender transitions.

HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy told health care providers, risk managers, and state medical boards to heed his department’s recent review of child sex changes, which determined the irreversible procedures can cause significant harm, including sterilization.

“The Hippocratic Oath lays down the foundational commitment for the medical profession: ‘First, do no harm,’” Kennedy wrote. “The Review makes clear that ‘the evidence for benefit of pediatric medical transition is very uncertain, while the evidence for harm is less uncertain.’ For this reason, the Review states that when ‘medical interventions pose unnecessary, disproportionate risks of harm, healthcare providers should refuse to offer them even when they are preferred, requested, or demanded by patients.’”

Providers should disregard the “World Professional Association for Transgender Health’s Standards of Care for the Health of Transgender and Gender Diverse People,” Kennedy said.

WPATH, a controversial organization that transgender advocates and health agencies use to justify transgender medical interventions, frames itself as the leading expert organization on medical care for people who identify as transgender. It has faced criticism for advocating experimental practices that ignore serious concerns about informed consent and long-term side effects.
