Father of Loudon County Assault Victim Labeled Domestic Terrorist; Transgender Suspect Found Guilty Of Assault

By Townhall. The Loudoun County father whose daughter was allegedly sexually assaulted by a transgender student in a school bathroom has demanded that the National School Boards Association apologize for suggesting his actions at a June 22 school board meeting were akin to a form of domestic terrorism.

The attorneys for Scott Smith and his family are asking the NSBA for a written apology and full retraction after the organization’s Sept. 29 letter to the White House implied that their client was a domestic terrorist when it asked for federal assistance to curb the “growing number of threats of violence and acts of intimidation” posed against school officials by parents that “could be the equivalent to a form of domestic terrorism and hate crimes.”

“We respectfully request that you take the right and proper course of action and issue an immediate and public written apology to Scott Smith for falsely branding him a ‘domestic terrorist,'” The Stanley Law Group said in its letter to the NSBA. “We further demand the NSBA immediately and publicly retract its false and defamatory assertion that Scott Smith is a ‘domestic terrorist’ in its September 29th letter to President Biden.” . . .

“I am a father who cares deeply for his daughter, who would go to the ends of the earth to protect both her and other students who attend public school in Loudoun County from suffering what she has suffered due to the misguided social policies adopted by the Loudoun County School Board. I am not a ‘domestic terrorist,'” Smith said in a press release from his attorneys.

“The NSBA defamed me, impugning my reputation and that of other concerned parents who dared challenge our local school board. I am owed an apology and I deserve one, he continued. “I demand the NSBA retract its statement that I am a ‘domestic terrorist,’ or I will have no other choice but to seek a court to do it for them.” (Read more from “Father of Loudon County Assault Victim Labeled Domestic Terrorist” HERE)

Teen Suspect Found Guilty in Loudoun County School Bathroom Assault

By ABC News 7. The 7News I-Team has learned that the teen suspect in a sex assault at Stone Bridge High School in Loudoun County in May has been found guilty on all charges.

The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Department confirmed earlier this month that a sexual assault did happen inside a bathroom at Stone Bridge High School on May 28. They said in a statement Wednesday that they arrested a 14-year-old boy in the case.

The victim’s legal team, The Stanley Law Group, tells 7News that the Judge determined that there were facts sufficient that the defendant committed a forcible assault.

Scott Smith, the father of the victim, spoke to 7News investigator Scott Taylor four months after he was arrested at a Loudoun County school board meeting. He said he went there looking for answers after his daughter was assaulted. (Read more from “Teen Suspect Found Guilty in Loudoun County School Bathroom Assault” HERE)

Email Confirms Loudoun County School Board Knew About Alleged Sexual Assault on Day It Happened

The Loudoun County Public Schools board was informed of an alleged sexual assault that took place in a high school bathroom on May 28, 2021, an email from Superintendent Scott Ziegler shows.

The email, which was reported by WTOP-TV, alerted the school board that an incident took place at Stone Bridge High School in which a female student alleged she was sexually assaulted by a male student in the restroom.

The May 28 email reads:

Good Afternoon, Board Members, The purpose of this email is to provide you with information regarding an incident that occurred at Stone Bridge HS. This afternoon a female student alleged that a male student sexually assaulted her in the restroom. The LCSO [Sheriff’s Office] is investigating the matter. Secondary to the assault investigation, the female student’s parent responded to the school and caused a disruption by using threatening and profane language that was overheard by staff and students. Additional law enforcement units responded to the school to assist with the parent. The school’s counseling team is providing services for students who witnessed the parent’s behavior. The alleged victim is being tended to by LCSO.

According to WTOP-TV, the details of the incident were not disclosed to the school board because the board may be involved in student disciplinary actions, and they are rarely told the specifics of major incidents at schools. Records Suggest Loudoun Sent Team of Police To Deal With ‘Upset Parent,’ Not Alleged Rape of Female Student

Dispatch records from the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office suggest that a school administrator and school resource officer (SRO) did not act urgently to involve police specialists in a reported rape on May 28 at Stone Bridge High School.

At 1:33 pm, the SRO — who works full-time at the school handling routine matters but officially works for the sheriff’s office — radioed that he “was briefed by assistant principal of a student that has made allegations of being possibly raped or touched unwanted by another student a couple of hours ago. Investigating at this time and parents are and have been notified at this time by admin.”

It is unclear whether the assistant principal learned of the rape “a couple of hours ago,” or whether the alleged rape occurred then and the administrator did not learn of it until some later time period.

The SRO then “investigated” for nearly an hour without calling for outside police officers.

At 2:21, 2:28, and 2:30, three calls for police are finally placed — one requesting a supervisor, one requesting “another unit,” and one noted as “upset parent.” Given that these calls came in a nine-minute window well after officials first learned of the rape, it seems likely that the impetus for all three was the “upset parent.” (Read more from “Records Suggest Loudoun Sent Team of Police To Deal With ‘Upset Parent,’ Not Alleged Rape of Female Student” HERE)

Man Convicted of Sexually Assaulting, Murdering Toddler to Be Released

An Illinois man convicted of sexually assaulting and murdering a toddler he was babysitting in 1997 is set to be released at the end of the month after serving half of his 48-year prison sentence, according to a report.

Cayce Williams, 47, pleaded guilty to the first-degree murder and criminal sexual assault of 20-month-old Quortney Kley, his ex-girlfriend’s daughter, in 2006, the Chicago Tribune reported.

He’s expected to be released on Feb. 25, the same day Quortney died 24 years ago, according to the outlet.

Margaret Morgan couldn’t believe her daughter’s killer was going to be a free man soon. (Read more from “Man Convicted of Sexually Assaulting, Murdering Toddler to Be Released” HERE)

Fashion Mogul Arrested on Sex Trafficking Charges

Canadian fashion mogul Peter Nygard was arrested on charges alleging he sexually abused women and girls after luring them into his orbit with opportunities in fashion and modeling over the last 25 years.

Nygard, 79, was detained after a Winnipeg, Canada, court appearance Tuesday following his Monday arrest by Canadian authorities at the request of the U.S. No date was set for a bail hearing, though he was due to return to court Jan. 13. His lawyer, Elkan Abramowitz, declined comment. . .

The raid came soon after 10 women sued Nygard, saying he enticed young and impoverished women to his Bahamas estate with cash and promises of modeling and fashion opportunities. Several plaintiffs in the suit, filed in New York City, said they were 14 or 15 years old when Nygard gave them alcohol or drugs and then raped them. Democratic Congressional Candidate: ‘I Was Drugged and Raped,’ Heard in Ad (VIDEO)

. . .“It was 2004,” says Claire Russo, 40, a former combat veteran running for Congress in Virginia. “I was attending the Marine Corps Ball when I was drugged and raped by a superior.”

Ms. Russo, a Democrat, spent the next few years trying to get her day in court, she says. After the Marine Corps decided not to charge her superior and denied her request to transfer to another base, she took her case to the San Diego district attorney’s office. Her attacker pleaded guilty to sodomy before his civilian trial began and was sentenced to three years in prison. After serving about half of his jail time, he received an honorable discharge from the Marines, according to reports.

Now, Ms. Russo is placing her assault and the battle that followed at the center of her campaign to be the Democratic candidate in a southern Virginia congressional race. Her television ad is the first to feature a candidate’s personal recollection of rape, according to political strategists and organizations that track political ads. Set to air on broadcast and cable networks starting this week, the spot is expected to make up a major portion of her advertising, according to her campaign. Biden Camp Responds to Staffer’s Bombshell, Brutal Rape Allegation by Asking Media to Go After Accuser (VIDEO)

By WND. Former Vice President Joe Biden’s presidential campaign is strongly denying allegations he sexually assaulted a former female staffer — and is asking the media to “rigorously vet” his accuser.

This week, Tara Reade, a staff assistant for Biden when he was in the Senate, accused the presumptive Democratic nominee of sexually assaulting her while the two were alone in 1993. . .

“Women have a right to tell their story, and reporters have an obligation to rigorously vet those claims,” Biden campaign manager and communications director Kate Bedingfield told Fox News.

“We encourage them to do so, because these accusations are false,” Bedingfield said.

After the allegation went public this week, Twitter users unearthed a video of Biden explaining why women have a difficult time reporting cases of rape and sexual assault.

“Joe Biden, Rapist”

By Donald Dixon. Joe Biden has been credibly accused of rape.

The allegation comes from Tara Reade, a former member of Biden’s Senate staff. Reade unveiled last year that she was a victim of Biden’s sexual harassment in the early 1990’s, however, she declined to provide further detail due to the attacks she sustained as a result of telling a part of her story. Conspiracy theorists were even conjuring up fake stories about Reade being a Russian asset.

More recently, Reade decided that it was time for her to tell the full story. She sought the assistance of Time’s Up, a #MeToo organization that provides support for sexual assault victims, however, they declined to represent her because her accusation was against a federal candidate for office, thus allegedly threatening their non-profit status. Of course, not only does this excuse hold no merit, but it seems like an obvious attempt to protect Biden. After all, Anita Dunn, one of Biden’s campaign advisers, is also involved with Time’s Up as the managing director of SKDKnickerbocker, the organization’s public relations firm.

Shortly after The Intercept unveiled these details, Reade appeared on Katie Halper’s podcast, and then, later, The Hill’s Rising with Krystal and Saagar, to describe, in scathing detail, the accusation that she was pressed against a wall and sexually penetrated by the politician. Biden went on to kiss her before asking to “go somewhere else”. After refusing his advances, Biden said, “Come on, man. I heard you liked me,” before telling her that she was “nothing” to him.

Report: University Gender Studies Department Publishes Paper Saying Milking Cows Is Like Sexual Abuse

The journal of one New York university’s Women’s and Gender Studies program has published a paper that insists that milking cows is comparable to “sexual abuse,” “emotional trauma related to pregnancy,” and “nonconsensual hormone treatments,” according to Celine Ryan, writing for Campus Reform.

The paper, “Readying the Rape Rack: Feminism and the Exploitation of Non-Human Reproductive Systems,” was included in Dissenting Voices, published and edited by the Women’s and Gender Studies program at the College at Brockport State University of New York. . .

The author writes, “Throughout our lives, we are offered an idealized image of dairy cows where these animals graze on beautiful pastures, have room to sow and play, and are comforted in spacious areas in which to sleep. We are presented with images of a life well lived, but when it comes to the deaths of those same animals, the picture perfect story comes to a grim reality.”

The paper continues, “The outdated stereotype about women being caretakers and most importantly child bearers remains consistent in the dairy industry, especially when we take into account the means through which these animals are exploited. A few brief examples include rape or sexual assault, nonconsensual hormone treatments, and emotional trauma related to pregnancy. Dairy cows are forcibly impregnated, or raped, in order to constantly produce milk for humans to consume.” . . .

The author concludes, “While we fight against the sexual abuse of women, why are we still allowing the same treatment to be thrust upon other living bodies when there are other, more sustainable ways to live that do not involve harming millions of female bodies? With simple lifestyle changes that promote reproductive justice towards animals available to many, why are we picking and choosing which pots of capitalism, sexism, and patriarchy to stir, when we could dismantle it all?” (Read more from “Report: University Gender Studies Department Publishes Paper Saying Milking Cows Is Like Sexual Abuse” HERE)

Fairfax Said His Accuser Should Be Respected — but He Said Something Far Worse in Private

By The Blaze. In the most recent outlandish development in Democratic politics from the state of Virginia, Lieutenant Governor Justin Fairfax reportedly lashed out at his sexual assault accuser with a profane insult, before publicly asking she be respected.

A report said that Fairfax responded by exclaiming, “f**k that b**ch!” which many saw as falling far short of the new standards set by the “Me Too” movement against sexual harassment.

Fairfax reportedly made the comments on Monday at a private meeting, but they leaked out to reporters by Wednesday.

Dr. Vanessa Tyson accused Fairfax of forcing her to perform oral sex on him at the Democratic National Convention. She released a very detailed and disturbing statement about her accusations. Virginia Lt. Gov. Fairfax Reportedly Made Some Profane Comments About His Accuser Amid Sexual Assault Allegations

By Townhall. . .Tyson, a professor at Scripps College, alleged that Fairfax had physically forced her to perform oral sex in 2004 at the Democratic National Convention.

Fairfax strongly denied the allegation in a statement Wednesday, saying that the encounter was “consensual.”

“I would like to encourage the media, my supporters, and others to treat both the woman who made this allegation and my family with respect for how painful this situation can be for everyone involved,” he wrote. “I wish her no harm or humiliation, nor do I seek to denigrate her or diminish her voice. But I cannot agree with a description of events that I know is not true.”

Virginia Democrats have been scandal-ridden this past week. Gov. Ralph Northam’s shocking medical school yearbook photo of someone in blackface and another person in a KKK hood surfaced and, in a press conference Saturday, he admitted to wearing blackface for a dance competition.

Fairfax implied that Gov. Northam was behind his sexual assault allegations coming out shortly after the yearbook photo. (Read more from “Virginia Lt. Gov. Fairfax Reportedly Made Some Profane Comments About His Accuser Amid Sexual Assault Allegations” HERE)

Fourth Democrat Gets Caught up in Virginia Scandals, Knew About Sex Assault Allegations for a Year

By Daily Wire. The series of scandals that have brought Virginia Democrats to their knees over the last week worsened after a new bombshell report was released on Wednesday night that alleges a Democratic lawmaker knew about the sexual assault allegations against Democrat Lieutenant Governor Justin Fairfax for over a year.

ABC News reports that Rep. Bobby Scott (D-VA) was made aware of the allegations directly from Fairfax’s accuser, Dr. Vanessa Tyson, “who on Wednesday released a statement detailing the alleged 2004 assault, which took place at the Democratic National Convention in Boston.”

“Allegations of sexual assault need to be taken seriously,” Scott said in a statement to ABC News. “I have known Professor Tyson for approximately a decade and she is a friend. She deserves the opportunity to have her story heard.”

Aides to Scott told ABC News that Tyson told Scott on October 20, 2017 that she was “not a fan” of Fairfax, who at the time was a candidate for Virginia Lieutenant Governor. . .

In December 2017, Tyson allegedly told Scott that Fairfax had a “MeToo allegation,” and over the next month, Scott’s aides learned that Tyson was the alleged victim. (Read more from “Fourth Democrat Gets Caught up in Virginia Scandals, Knew About Sex Assault Allegations for a Year” HERE)

Vanessa Tyson’s Full Statement on Justin Fairfax

By The New York Times. On the night of Friday, February 1, 2019, I read multiple news accounts indicating that Virginia Lt. Governor Justin Fairfax would likely be elevated to Governor as an immediate result of a scandal involving Governor Ralph Northam. This news flooded me with painful memories, bringing back feelings of grief, shame, and anger that stemmed from an incident with Mr. Fairfax that occurred in July 2004 during the Democratic National Convention in Boston.

I met Mr. Fairfax on July 26, 2004, when he and I were working at the Convention. We struck up a conversation on the first day of the Convention and soon realized we had a mutual friend. We crossed paths occasionally during the first two days and our interactions were cordial, but not flirtatious. We commiserated about our long work hours, and on the afternoon of the third day of the Convention, July 28, 2004, Mr. Fairfax suggested that I get some fresh air by accompanying him on a quick errand to retrieve documents from his room in a nearby hotel. Given our interactions up to that time, I had no reason to feel threatened and agreed to walk with him to his hotel. I stood in the entryway of the room and after he located the documents, he walked over and kissed me. Although surprised by his advance, it was not unwelcome and I kissed him back. He then took my hand and pulled me towards the bed. I was fully clothed in a pantsuit and had no intention of taking my clothes off or engaging in sexual activity. In the back of my mind, I also knew I needed to return to Convention headquarters.

What began as consensual kissing quickly turned into a sexual assault. Mr. Fairfax put his hand behind my neck and forcefully pushed my head towards his crotch. Only then did I realize that he had unbuckled his belt, unzipped his pants, and taken out his penis. He then forced his penis into my mouth. Utterly shocked and terrified, I tried to move my head away, but could not because his hand was holding down my neck and he was much stronger than me. As I cried and gagged, Mr. Fairfax forced me to perform oral sex on him. I cannot believe, given my obvious distress, that Mr. Fairfax thought this forced sexual act was consensual. To be very clear, I did not want to engage in oral sex with Mr. Fairfax and I never gave any form of consent. Quite the opposite. I consciously avoided Mr. Fairfax for the remainder of the Convention and I never spoke to him again.
