America Has Become One Mass Crime Scene, and the Victims Are Black Children

Sadly, fireworks were not the only munitions shot over the July 4 weekend. Statues weren’t the only things felled by anarchists and criminals roaming free in the streets. This weekend was a bloody one across the country, with endless shootings in America’s cities, including New York City, which was considered the safest American city for a generation. Once again, African-American victims, including a number of young children, paid the price while the anarchy was excused and even legitimized by the media and politicians.

Here are just a few of the tragic stories that should spur a greater revolution for law and order if we actually had an alternative political party pressing the issue.

Secoriea Turner, an 8-year-old girl, was murdered while in the car with her mother near the burned-out Wendy’s in Atlanta, the site of the Rayshard Brooks shooting, which has had the effect of sidelining the police. Three were killed and 20 injured in shooting stemming from the unrest in the area. According to Atlanta police, murders are up 86% over 28 days last month compared to the same time last year. Aggravated assaults increased by 22% and burglaries by 14%.

Royta Giles Jr., an 8-year-old boy, was murdered at a Birmingham mall while with his parents at the food court. Three other innocent people, including another child, were wounded in the shooting.

Jace Young, a 6-year-old boy, was watching fireworks Saturday night with his family in San Francisco when he was gunned down. No arrests have been made, but in a city that heralds criminals and criminalizes the police, I’d be shocked if the perpetrator wasn’t a career criminal let out of jail.

Philadelphia, just like San Francisco, has a leftist prosecutor who has released a number of criminals and refuses to prosecute gun felons. Just like in San Francisco, a 6-year-old was gunned down in a senseless murder over the weekend.

A 7-year-old Chicago girl was shot and killed on July 4 while playing in her back yard. In total, 70 were shot and 14 were killed over the July 4 weekend in the war zone we call Chicago.

Also in Chicago, last week, a career criminal was charged with shooting two teens to death at a candy store. The man was sentenced to probation 18 months ago for a gun felony, despite his prior record, and got no jail time, which allowed him to remain on the streets to allegedly commit this double murder.

On Friday, New York City police arrested a 35-year-old man for allegedly slashing a 2-year-old boy in the face while he was sitting in a stroller earlier last week in Manhattan.

On Saturday, Davon McNeal, 11, was visiting family in southwest Washington, D.C., when he was killed in a drive-by shooting.

Last week, a black mother and her unborn twins were killed when she was attacked by her former boyfriend in Mansfield, Texas, in a carjacking. The suspect had a criminal record.

Also, over the weekend, a black male was caught on camera in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, randomly getting out of his car and knocking out a 12-year-old boy. In this case, the boy was white. Yet, for some reason, there is no soft bigotry of low expectations in this country that everyone who happens to share his shade of skin will riot against anyone who happens to be of the same race as this criminal.

While we still don’t have information on most of the suspects, it’s quite obvious that between the jailbreak agenda in the justice system and the criminalization of the police, there is simply no deterrent against violent crime. Shootings in New York City have soared 205% in June, making it the bloodiest month since 1996 – before the great New York crime miracle. Milwaukee has experienced a 132% increase in homicides, with 86 this year compared to the 37 at this point last year, which is the worst pace of annual homicides since 1991. So far this year, black people account for 77% of homicide victims in Chicago, even though they only compose one-third of the city’s population.

I have been fighting a lonely battle since 2014 warning that we were reversing the generation-long trend of reduced crime through jailbreak policies. Yet rather than Republicans pushing this narrative, they joined the Soros bandwagon, suggesting we have an over-incarceration problem and that somehow the system is too tough. Who are they kidding? Just take a look at some recent cases that haven’t been widely reported in the news.

Last week, Peter Mallory, a convicted pedophile who, in 2012 was sentenced to 1,000 years in prison in Georgia, was placed on parole. In 2012, the judge called him “probably the most prolific collector of child pornography in the entire world.” The last time I checked, 2020 minus 2012 doesn’t equal 1,000, but that is the criminal justice math being used in our system that is too lenient by a mile.

Luis Torres, 21, was convicted of stabbing a mall employee in 2017 in Syracuse, New York. He was released from prison after just two years. Several months later he violated his parole, but was only re-incarcerated for a short period of time. Last month, just nine days after being sprung from prison, Torres was arrested for the rape of a 14-year-old girl.

Anthony Smith was supposed to be serving 25 years for felony murder in Connecticut. But like so many criminals these days, he was placed in a halfway house, where he supposedly returned to dealing drugs. Now he is accused of raping a woman. When he was arrested, he was found 58 bags of crack cocaine in his bottom.

Sleazy politicians in both parties never spend time talking to victims of crime. They parade around with criminals on TV and decry how mean the justice system is, when any sane citizen knows that it is immorally lenient and that it’s getting worse every day. Then they have the nerve to suggest that they are doing all of this to protect black lives!

Well, Mr. President, it’s not too late to return to an agenda of law and order, stiffening penalties on repeat violent offenders and parole violators, and defending victims of crime from the anarchist mob. That is the true way to protect black lives – not supporting the agenda of a racist, anti-Semitic, and violent organization that gives itself an Orwellian and mellifluous-sounding name. President Trump Weighs in on Shooting Death of Ahmaud Arbery: ‘It’s a Very Disturbing Situation’

By The Blaze. President Donald Trump offered his condolences to the family of Ahmaud Arbery, the black man who was shot while jogging in an altercation that has fomented public outrage.

The president was asked to comment on the case during a phoned interview on “Fox and Friends” on Friday.

“So I saw the tape, and it’s very, very disturbing, the tape. I got to see it,” he said. . .

“And it’s a very disturbing situation to me, and I just, you know, my heart goes out to the parents and the family and the friends, but we have to take it, law enforcement is gonna look at it and they have a good governor in the state, and he’s going to, a very good governor actually, and he’s going to be looking at it very strongly and he’s going to do what’s right,” he added. Father of Brunswick Shooter Previously Investigated Victim

By AJC. Greg McMichael, who provided gun cover for his son as he fought and eventually shot a young black jogger, may have known the victim long before their encounter in a subdivision just south of Brunswick, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution has learned.

In his letter of recusal to Georgia Attorney General Chris Carr, Waycross Judicial Circuit District Attorney George Barnhill wrote that his son, a prosecutor in the Brunswick DA’s office, and McMichael, then an investigator in that same office, “both helped with the previous prosecution of (Ahmaud) Arbery.”

McMichael, a former Glynn County cop, told Glynn police he recognized Arbery, 25, from surveillance video that captured a recent burglary in his mostly white neighborhood. He said he planned to make a citizen’s arrest.

When he was in high school, Arbery was sentenced to five years probation as a first offender on charges of carrying a weapon on campus and several counts of obstructing a law enforcement officer. He was convicted of probation violation in 2018 after he was charged with shoplifting, court documents show.

McMichael, who retired from the DA’s office in April 2019, made no mention of his work on that investigation to police, though it’s unknown whether he remembered it at the time. (Read more from “Father of Brunswick Shooter Previously Investigated Victim” HERE)

Terrorists Who Shot up Kosher Market Intended to Attack Jewish School for Children

Jersey City Mayor Steven Fulop said Friday that he believes the two suspects behind the Tuesday attack at a Jewish kosher market intended to target children at a Jewish school attached to the market. . .

The attack reportedly carried out by David Anderson and Francine Graham — who were both allegedly affiliated with the Black Hebrew Israelite movement — took the lives of at least six people, including a police officer and both suspects. . .

“It is pretty apparent that he goes to the adjacent door first and then turns,” Fulop said. “Secondly, it is pretty apparent from the amount of firepower and weapons he brought to that location. Clearly he had intentions of doing more damage than just murdering three people in a deli.”

Fulop promised the public that he would be forthcoming to the public with regard to any information about the attack.

“We will never know with 100 percent certainty as they are deceased, but based on those facts, it is pretty easy to conclude,” Fulop said.

Pensacola Shooting Suspect Reportedly Loathed U.S. as ‘Nation of Evil,’ Hosted Dinner to Watch Mass Shooting Videos; Pensacola Muslims Fear ‘Backlash’ After Jihad Massacre

By Daily Caller. A Saudi military student training at Pensacola Naval Air Station reportedly wrote an anti-American manifesto prior to the Friday shooting that killed three people.

Mohammed al-Shamrani called the United States a “nation of evil” in an online manifesto, AFP reported Saturday. Shamrani died in the attack that left eight other people wounded. Authorities are assessing whether the incident was a terrorist attack. . .

Republican Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis identified the shooting suspect as a Saudi Arabian national who was on the base for military flight training. In the 9/11 attacks 15 of the of the 19 terrorists were from Saudi Arabia and some had learned how to fly at civilian flight training centers in Florida.

According to the SITE Intelligence Group that investigates radical Islamist media, Shamrani had posted a manifesto on a since-deleted Twitter account that read in part: “I’m against evil, and America as a whole has turned into a nation of evil.”

Here We Go Again: Pensacola Muslims Fear ‘Backlash’ After Jihad Massacre

The Pensacola News Journal was first out of the gate this time around with what is a recurring feature of establishment media coverage of jihad attacks: the follow-up weeper about how the local Muslims are shocked (Shocked!) by the massacre, and are now cowering in fear of an “anti-Muslim backlash.” That backlash rarely, if ever, materializes, but when has the media ever allowed reality to intrude upon a good narrative?

The News Journal interviewed Salma Ashmawi of the Islamic Center of Northwest Florida, and Ashmawi hit all the expected notes, asking: “What can anybody do in a case like that except pray?” Ashmawi added, said the News Journal, that “the mosque’s membership is also raising money to help the victims.” She said: “We are all Pensacola residents. We’re hurt and we’re in mourning.”

Amid all this pious magnanimity, Ashmawi also remembered to play the victim: she “said parents who usually take their children to Sunday school at the mosque are planning to keep their children home this week out of fear they will become targets of backlash aimed against Muslims.” . . .

No claim that Muslims were the real victims would be complete without a bit of moral equivalence, so Ashmawi “said what the shooter did was an act against God and against humanity, though she added that Christians don’t have to live in fear or face calls to apologize every time someone claiming to be a Christian does something wrong.” She did not, of course, mention the fact that jihad murderers quite often scream “Allahu akbar” while killing infidels, while Christian criminals don’t generally invoke Jesus while in the midst of their evildoing.

Ashmawi insisted that it was all because “Islamophobes” don’t understand Islam: “But sadly enough, people don’t understand that this has nothing to do with our faith. In fact, what he did is totally forbidden and against faith. Somebody that does something so horrific is not blessed. Weekend Bar Shooting Leaves 4 Dead, Several Injured (VIDEO)

A Kansas City bar fight appears to be the reason behind a shooting that killed at least four and wounded five more early Sunday morning.

According to reports from the scene, there was a fight at the bar earlier in the night and at least one person involve in that fight left the bar and returned with a firearm.

At 1:27 a.m. local time, at least one shooter, a Hispanic male, entered the private, members-only Tequila KC bar and started shooting, striking nine people and killing at four Hispanic men. The names of the victims have not yet been released, nor have the names of any potential suspects.

Juan Ramirez of Kansas City, Kan., told reporters that his 29-year-old nephew was among the victims, adding that he left behind a six-year-old son and a 4-year-old daughter. “We’re just in shock and disbelief,” he said. “I don’t wish this upon anybody.” . . .

Police spokesman Thomas Tomasic told reporters the handgun shells had been found at the scene, adding, “Detectives are here and are looking at any surveillance. Student Investigated After Posting 4-Year-Old Photo of Him at Shooting Range

By Daily Wire. A student in the Iola, Texas, Independent School District (ISD) was searched after he posted a 4-year-old photo of himself shooting a handgun with an adult present.

The male student had posted the photo on Facebook and the caption included the word “school,” so two other students reported the photo. The student who posted the photo was questioned and searched. . .

Even though the student was found not to be a threat, the photo was non-threatening, and no threat against the school was mentioned, he will still be “disciplined according to district policy,” KBTX reported. The outlet reported that the “County Attorney is also reviewing the case” but that no charges have been filed at this time.

Just last week, another high school student was punished because he went to a shooting range with his mother and posted a video on Snapchat of the guns they would be shooting. He captioned the video “Finna be lit,” which someone mistook as a threat.

The student, Nathan Myers, is barred from classes until an investigation is completed. The Daily Wire previously reported that Myers explained to investigators that his caption was simply slang meaning he was “excited” about going to the range. Student Searched for Gun After Old Photo Posted on Social Media

By KBTX-TV. ola ISD is working to put parents at ease after a student’s Facebook post sparked an investigation on the second day of school. The district and law enforcement said there is no threat.

Last week a student made a comment about his school with an older photo of him with a handgun. Investigators say on August 22, an old picture of a male student was posted on social media from when he was 9-years-old. The photo that was taken years ago showed the child and an adult shooting in the country with the child holding a pistol. The Facebook post also mentioned the school with the photo.

“It was a young student, had a handgun in the picture and part of the wording on the picture it had the word “school” in it. So we take that stuff very seriously here. As we investigated we found out the picture was a four-year-old picture,” said Scott Martindale, Iola ISD Superintendent.

“The picture had a caption that mentioned school. It did not threaten the school whatsoever it just mentioned the school,” he explained. . .

Combat Vet Reveals Moment He Stopped the Synagogue Shooter

The man who fired a semi-automatic weapon inside the Chabad of Poway synagogue in San Diego on Saturday froze, dropped his gun and sprinted to his car when he saw Oscar Stewart come barreling toward him, yelling so loud the priest at a neighboring church could hear. . .

Others who were there later told him it sounded like four or five people were shouting. He thinks maybe an angel was standing behind him and speaking through his voice. When the shooter ran, he immediately gave chase.

Stewart, 51, told The Daily Caller on Sunday he doesn’t remember any conscious thought from the moment he heard the gun shots until it was all over — he just acted on instinct to stop the shooter and prevent him from leaving so he couldn’t hurt more people somewhere else. The Iraq combat veteran said his military training kicked in.

“I knew I had to be within five feet of this guy so his rifle couldn’t get to me,” Stewart said. “So I ran immediately toward him, and I yelled as loud as I could. And he was scared. I scared the hell out of him.” . . .

Stewart said he chased him all the way out to his car, and began pounding on it — the shooter had managed to lock himself in. When Stewart saw him reach for a rifle, he punched the side of the car as hard as he could, intending to figure out a way to drag him out of the car — that’s when a Border Patrol agent who attends the synagogue came running out to the parking lot, yelling for Stewart to get down because he had a gun. Dog Dies After Attacking Gunman, Protecting His Family During Shooting

The labrador, named Zero, jumped to action when a gunman opened fire during a birthday party at the home of Laura Martinez last Sunday night. Martinez and her two children were shot as Zero attacked the shooter. The dog was hit by a bullet during the altercation and later died. . .

The suspected shooter has now been identified as Javian Castenada, a friend of the family who they believe was involved in a robbery of their home. Police believe he is in hiding and is considered armed and dangerous.

The Martinez family said after the burglary, they confronted Castaneda’s parents with their suspicions that he was responsible. A few days later, Canstaneda allegedly arrived at the party and began arguing with the Martinez family, which escalated into gunfire.

“I’m staring at the whole scene around and it almost feels like a dream,” Martinez’s daughter Valori Pace said. “I went to go turn to run and I just feel instant pressure in my lower back. WOW: Money Raised After Synagogue Shooting Went to an Islamic Center With Terror Ties

In late October, Robert Gregory Bowers, a vicious anti-Semite, walked into the Tree of Life synagogue in Pittsburgh and shot and killed 11 people. Several people were injured, four of which were police officers. It was tragic—but of course, everyone blamed President Trump for reasons only morons understand. There were protests when he visited the site. Everyone was creating controversy when there needed to be none. But now, we have another controversy that could be brewing that isn’t related to Trump. It centers on anti-Semite Linda Sarsour. The anti-Israel activist seems to have been exposed for cheating the Tree of Life synagogue from money fundraised after the tragic shooting.

Now, some money was given to Tree of Life, around $10,000, but that was part of an effort to repair Jewish cemetaries that were vandalized. Since the shooting, around $240,000 were raised, but it appears little, if any, has been sent to Tree of Life. Of that $240,000-figure, $155,000 went to the the Islamic Center of Pittsburgh.

Hen Mazzig of The Jerusalem Post initially said that $400,000 was raised for Tree of Life, but then offered a correction, noting that $160,000 was raised by Sarsour as part of an effort to fix Jewish cemeteries and $240,000 was raised after the shooting. Liberal Gun Reporter Reveals Something Terrifying About Gun Control Solutions

. . .Yet, there are some reporters writing for left-leaning publications, like The Guardian, who are actually very good on this issue. Yeah, believe it or not, the Left has a couple, not many of course; dedicated reporters who follow the gun beat. The Washington Free Beacon’s Stephen Gutowski is one of the best for conservative media. Lois Beckett is one on the Left who you should follow. You may not always agree, but she’s fair. She wrote in The New York Times about the myth that the 1994 assault weapons ban was effective, while also dispelling the liberal lie that banning AR-15 rifles would reduce crime. Handguns commit the most gun violence, but there is zero political support for that initiative. . .

Yet, Beckett is more concerned about the media’s lack of coverage in the solutions to these types of horrible events. Gutowski has also commented about the media’s poor grasp of gun policy is probably because there is no dedicated staff tasked with reporting and researching at major newspapers and news organizations. Beckett added that Long could have been subjected to a gun violence restraining order law, which was passed in California, but no one knows it exists, not even law enforcement. . .

Beckett added that these horrible incidents never happen out of the blue. No one ever snaps; there is a trail of red flags. She also said that there are research-driven solutions that gun rights advocates do support, which coupled with some of the ones on the Left, that don’t veer into ‘take all the guns’ territory, there has to be solutions both sides can agree on to at least provide some framework to prevent more tragedies like Sandy Hook, Borderline, and Marjory Stoneman Douglas. For now, the aftermath is the same: mourn the dead for two seconds, blame the NRA, blame Trump, recycle straight trash reporting on gun laws that have been on the books since Kennedy was in office, and repeat. I don’t mind having conservations with pro-gun control, folks, but when they say I’m evil for supporting the Second Amendment, the conversation ends…quickly.
