Orlando Killer’s Dad Met With Prominent Congressmen, Opposed Northern Afghan War

This is a little disturbing. Remember Amed Mohamed and the exploited islamic opportunism with 14-year-old “clock boy” bomb hoax from Irving Texas and how his father was running for political office in Sudan?

Well, apparently 29-year-old terrorist Omar Mateen (below left) comes from a similarly engaged political family and his father, Seddique Mateen (below), was/is running for national office in Afghanistan and not happy with the government of Pakistan.

In most of his social media postings Mr. Seddique Mateen takes the position that they Pakistan Government is to blame for most of the problems with Islamic Extremism, in Pakistan and Afghanistan. Jihadi Dad promotes the side of the Taliban in pictures and dozens of messages directed to President Obama.

In addition, Got News.Com has discovered the sister of Omar Mateen, Miriam Seddique, purchased Omar’s house for $10 in April via a “quit claim deed”. –link–

It would appear the jihadist Omar Mateen was making preparations for this attack for quite some time.

Donald Trump was correct again when he called for additional scrutiny in December of 2015. The families of these terrorists need to be a concentrated focus for attention.

Mr. Seddique Mateen even incorporated his entities as “The Provisional Government of Afghanistan Corporation” in official records in Florida:

What Was Heard Seconds Before Brussels Attack Confirms The Worst

Echoes of shouting in Arabic rang out in the Brussels airport moments before two explosions ripped through a departure area, the Belgian news agency Belga has reported.

The news agency also reported that shots were fired just before the two blasts took place that left up to 20 dead. The overall death toll from explosions at the airport and a Brussels subway station was 34, with more than 130 injured.

“There were two explosions in the departure area, one probably caused by a suicide bomber,” said Belgian federal prosecutor Frederic Van Leeuw. Police reported finding a Kalashnikov assault rifle next to one dead attacker at the airport. A suicide vest found in the airport was later detonated by police.

Airport worker Alphonse Youla, 40, told Reuters a man was yelling in Arabic before the first blast. “Then the glass ceiling of the airport collapsed” . . .

“This was no doubt a warning strike to European leaders and there may be more to come,” said Natasha Underhill, an expert on terrorism in the Middle East at Nottingham Trent University. “The group has time and time again issued statements that it will have no mercy in targeting those who are supporting the U.S. and who are fighting against the group.” (Read more from “What Was Heard Seconds Before Brussels Attack Confirms the Worst” HERE)

MISUNDERSTANDERS OF ISLAM: Violence and Riots Break out in Molenbeek After Paris Terror Suspect’s Arrest

The most wanted terrorist in Europe, considered the mastermind in November’s multi-targeted attack in Paris that left 130 people dead, was arrested Friday by Belgian authorities.

But residents in the Molenbeek district of Brussels, where Saleh Abdeslam was captured, didn’t breathe a sigh of relief. Within hours, the district, which has a majority Muslim population, erupted into riots. Dozens of Abdeslam’s fans attacked police with bottles, stones, and other objects, local press reported, angered by the arrest of their “hero.”

The situation is developing.

Worse yet, Belgian newspaper De Morgen reported that “the whole neighborhood” knew where Abdeslam was ever since the Paris attacks. Nobody tipped off authorities.

The violence and code of silence over Abeslam’s hideout is not as surprising as it might seem. As we’ve noted previously, the Paris attacks were hatched in Molenbeek, in addition to the 2015 attack on the satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo’s offices. Alleged Terrorist’s Strange Surveillance Video Has Authorities Thinking the Worst

Belgian authorities fear the Islamic State’s next move after obtaining hours of surveillance footage of a senior nuclear official at the apartment of an alleged terrorist.

Belgian newspaper La Dernière Heure Wednesday reported that the footage was found in a raid of Mohamed Bakkali’s Brussels apartment. Bakkali is held on charges of terrorist activity and murder for his alleged involvement in the Nov. 13 Paris attacks, which took 130 lives . . .

Edwin Lyman, senior scientist at the Union of Concerned Scientists, told The Daily Caller News Foundation that an attack on a nuclear power plant could have catastrophic consequences, but also, thankfully, require extensive knowledge of the target.

“A terrorist attack on a nuclear power plant could conceivably result in an event as catastrophic as a severe accident like Chernobyl or Fukushima,” Lyman told TheDCNF in an emailed statement. “It’s not clear to me what information they could glean from the surveillance of the home of a nuclear official alone, unless they were planning to kidnap him and extract information.”

It wouldn’t be the first time terrorists have considered an attack on a power plant. Several attempts in countries such as Argentina, Russia and South Korea have failed. The 9/11 Commission Report also reported that Al Qaida’s original plan included U.S. power plants. US Issues Travel Warning in Wake of Terror Attacks

Americans should be alert to the possible travel risks, especially during the holidays, following increased terrorist threats around the world, the State Department warned on Monday.

A travel alert, which is to be in effect until Feb. 24, said current information suggests that militants with the Islamic State, al-Qaida, Boko Haram and other terrorist groups continue to plan attacks in multiple regions. U.S. authorities said the likelihood of terror attacks will continue as members of IS return from Syria and Iraq, and other individuals not affiliated with terror groups engage in violence on their own.

Extremists have targeted sporting events, theaters, open markets and aviation targets. In the past year, there have been multiple attacks in France, Nigeria, Denmark, Lebanon, Turkey and Mali. Naval Officer Now Confirms He Fired on Chattanooga Gunman; Allen West Says Navy is Charging Him

Navy officer confirms he shot at Abdulazeez with his personal weapon

By Shelly Bradbury. When Mohammad Youssef Abdulazeez attacked the U.S. Naval and Marine Reserve Center on July 16 with a handgun and an assault rifle, Navy Lt. Cmdr. Tim White opened fire.

White used his personal weapon to try to fend off Abdulazeez, he confirmed to the Times Free Press on Thursday. Abdulazeez killed four Marines and a Navy specialist in the brazen daytime attack.

White, who has served in the Navy for 13 years, moved to Chattanooga in April with his wife and six kids — and a seventh on the way. As the commanding officer at the center, White is limited in what details he can release because of the ongoing investigation into the attack.

But his wife, Franicia White, said she supports her husband’s actions that day.

“He values human life enough to protect his sailors and others,” she said. “I am honored to be his wife and stand by him 100 percent.” (Read more from story about officer who fired on Chattanooga gunman HERE)

Allen West, Jim Webb Say Navy is Going to Charge Naval Officer Who Defended his Men; Navy Facebook Post Says No

By Inquistr. Allen West claimed he received confirmation that the U.S. Navy was considering charging White.
“Ladies and gents, resulting from the text message I received yesterday, I can confirm that the United States Navy is bringing charges against Lt. Cmdr Timothy White for illegally discharging a firearm on federal property.”

Allen West is not the only person to make this allegation about the Chattanooga shooting suvivor. Jim Webb is a former Secretary of the U.S. Navy from the Ronald Reagan administration, and on August 2, 2015 he confirmed West’s report by speaking to an unidentified defense official.

“Navy charging LCDR Tim White with a crime for trying to defend our sailors and Marines in Chattanooga? He deserves a medal, not an indictment,” Webb wrote on Twitter. “Before tweeting last night, we confirmed with a defense official that the Navy was seriously considering charging LCDR Timothy White. The charge being considered is illegally discharging a firearm on federal property. No on the record comment was offered.”

These allegations by Allen West and Jim Webb have caused some people on Facebook to broach the topic on the official United States Navy Facebook page. While the U.S. Navy has not officially responded to these allegations with a press release, whoever is maintaining the Facebook page claims the allegations are false.

“Stories of Navy personnel being charged with an offense are not true. Navy Officer and Marine Fired Personal Weapons at Muslim Jihadist

By David Larter. A Navy officer and a Marine fired their sidearms hoping to kill or subdue the gunman who murdered five service members last week in Chattanooga, Tennessee, according to multiple military officials familiar with internal reporting on the tragedy.

It remains unclear whether either hit Muhammad Abdulazeez, who was shot and killed on July 16 after he gunned down four Marines and a sailor at the Navy Operational Support Center in Chattanooga. It’s also unclear why they were armed, as it is against Defense Department policy for anyone other than military police or law enforcement to carry weapons on federal property.

A report distributed among senior Navy leaders during the shooting’s aftermath said Lt. Cmdr. Timothy White, the support center’s commanding officer, used his personal firearm to engage Abdulazeez, Navy Times confirmed with four separate sources. A Navy official also confirmed a Washington Post report indicating one of the slain Marines may have been carrying a 9mm Glock and possibly returned fire on the gunman.

A source close to the investigation said details of the rampage’s last few minutes remain unclear, but no information has emerged to contradict the Navy’s internal findings.

Gun-Free Zones Shot Up, 4 Marines Killed in Chattanooga While Obama Praises Islam

By CBS News. A gunman unleashed a barrage of gunfire at two military facilities Thursday in Tennessee, killing four Marines and wounding two other service members and a police officer, officials told CBS News.

The shooter also was killed. Law enforcement sources told CBS News that the shooting suspect was identified as 24-year-old Muhammad Youssef Abdulazeez. According to a U.S. law enforcement source, Abdulazeez was born in Kuwait and came to the United States in 1996. It’s unclear if and when he became an American citizen.

A U.S. official told CBS News that Abdulazeez was not on law enforcement radar concerning possible terror links or aspirations. The FBI was not aware of him as being any kind of threat.

Officials will try to find out if Abdulazeez was motivated or influenced by ISIS.

The group has been calling for “lone wolf” style attacks in the U.S. on the military and police during the month of Ramadan, which concludes Friday. Over the Fourth of July holiday, federal law enforcement officials warned of the potential for an attack. Obama Praises Islam on Day 4 Marines are Massacred by Muslim Terrorist

On the very day of the Chattanooga massacre, Barrack Hussein Obama issued the following statement in celebration of the Muslim holiday, Eid-ul-Fitr:

Islamic Terrorist Kills 4 Marines in Terror Attack Targeting Military in Tennessee

By Robert Richardson. An Islamic Terrorist attacked two military recruiting facilities in Chattanooga, Tennessee today, killing at least four Marines and wounding a soldier and a police officer.

Although the FBI and the mainstream media immediately tried to deny the attack was terror related, there are a number of reports that ISIS associated twitter accounts started tweeting #CHATTANOOGA right before the shooting started. FBI Special Agent in Charge Ed Reinhold said authorities were still investigating a motive.

Investigators “have not determined whether it was an act of terrorism or whether it was a criminal act,” Ed Reinhold, FBI special agent in charge, told reporters. “We are looking at every possible avenue, whether it was terrorism — whether it was domestic, international — or whether it was a simple, criminal act.” (Read more from this story HERE)

This Is How TSA Decides if You’re Acting Like a Terrorist

Next time you go through airport security, do your best to avoid yawning, whistling, or complaining too much: Any of those behaviors could make you look like a terrorist in the eyes of a Transportation Security Administration screening agent, according to newly disclosed government documents.

A secret 92-point checklist, obtained and published Friday by The Intercept, reveals for the first time what kind of passenger behavior can merit a red flag for TSA agents responsible for pulling possible terrorists and criminals out of airport security lines.

The checklist reveals a step-by-step process for assessing whether passengers deserve additional scrutiny. Those deemed suspicious under “observation and behavior analysis” are pulled aside and searched for “unusual items” such as almanacs and prepaid calling cards. During the inspection, TSA agents are also instructed to look for “signs of deception,” which can include a fast rate of eye-blinking.

Other suspicious signs listed include exaggerated yawning, gazing down, a pale face due to a recent beard shaving, widely open staring eyes, wearing of “improper attire,” and arriving late for a flight.

The program, known as Screening of Passengers by Observation Techniques, or SPOT, has been in use nationwide since 2007 and has cost taxpayers upwards of $1 billion dollars. (Read more from “This Is How TSA Decides If You Might Be Acting Like a Terrorist” HERE)

TSA Terror Checklist Includes Body Odor, ‘Exaggerated Yawning’

By Nick Gass. You might want to clear your throat before going through the airport security line. And avoid “exaggerated yawning” and “repetitive grooming gestures.” And mind your body odor.

Those are just a few of the signals that you could be a terrorist, according to Transportation Safety Administration documents obtained and published by The Intercept on Friday.

The program, which began in 2007 and has cost the TSA $1 billion, is called Screening of Passengers by Observation Techniques, or SPOT. The checklist tasks “behavioral detection officers” with assigning varying levels points based on stress factors (one point), fear factors (two points) and what it calls deception factors (three points).

Stress factors include: avoiding eye contact with security personnel, a pale face “from recent shaving of beard,” an “obvious ‘Adam’s Apple’ jump” when asked to go through screening procedures, among others. Fear factors include: a “cold penetrating stare,” “bulges in clothing,” “individuals who are seemingly unrelated but display identical dress or luggage,” and showing an “unusual interest” in security officers and their routine. Terror Suspect Who Plotted to Bomb US Capitol “Would Have Put a Gun to Obama’s Head”

Christopher Cornell, 20, spoke from his jail cell on last Wednesday saying if he had a chance would have followed through with his plot to bomb the Capitol and would have put a gun to President Barack Obama’s head.

“I would have released more bullets on the Senate and House of Representative members and I would have attacked the Israeli Embassy and various other buildings,” Cornell said.

The Green Township native was arrested by Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) agents outside the Point Blank Range and Gun shop on Harrison Avenue in Colerain Township after buying firearms and 600 rounds of ammunition on Jan. 14.

During the hour-long conversation with Tricia Macke, Cornell, 20, referred to himself as Raheel Mahrus Ubaydah.

“I’m with the Islamic State,” Cornell said. “I’m very dedicated to establish the Sharia in America, to wage war on the kafr (an Islamic term for ‘unbeliever’) and raise the word of Allah above all.” (Read more about the terror suspect who plotted to bomb DC HERE)

Al-Qaeda Warns US About New, “Undetectable” Weapon They’ve Created

Al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula is warning Americans that they’ve been working long and hard on a new tool to attack the U.S.

In the latest issue of the terror group’s Inspire electronic magazine, an individual called the AQ Chef was quoted as saying they developed a bomb in 2009, but “the brothers in the external operation committee did not give us the green light until recently.”

Hinting at al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula’s dedication to building undetectable bombs, he said in the winter 2014 edition of Inspire, released in late December, “they have developed other bombs that are more effective.”

AQ Chef indicates that lessons learned from failures in past assassination attempts and plots to attack U.S. airplanes and buildings have fed the development of a new generation of what it calls “undetectable” bombs.

In “The Hidden Bomb,” a 20-page section of the magazine, the writer goes into painstaking detail about how to build and test such a bomb: “For several months, we conducted a number of experiments. As a result we came up with these simple materials that are readily available around the globe, even inside America. We spared no effort in simplifying the idea in such we made it ‘another meal prepared in the kitchen’ so that every determined Muslim can prepare.” (Read how Al-Qaeda warns US HERE)
