Alleged Tesla Arsonist Freed From Jail to Continue ‘Gender-Affirming Care’

A Massachusetts college student charged with setting Tesla vehicles and chargers on fire in Missouri has been freed from custody in part to proceed with sex change procedures she began on the month of the alleged attacks.

A federal judge ordered 19-year-old Owen McIntire into home detention at her parents’ house, which she can leave for reasons including medical and “mental health treatment,” after her attorney filed a motion arguing why she should be freed from jail. The document reveals that McIntire is another of several transgender-identifying people charged with anti-Tesla attacks since Tesla CEO Elon Musk joined the Trump administration.

“Medically, Owen faces serious and ongoing needs,” McIntire’s attorney wrote to a Massachusetts court on April 23. “He takes daily medications for depression and ADHD and has consistently demonstrated insight into his diagnoses and compliance with his treatment. He also receives gender-affirming medical care, which began in March of this year and is likely to be interrupted or terminated entirely if he remains in pretrial detention.”

The filing says McIntire has “deep ties to [the] community” in Boston and describes her as an active student throughout her childhood, taking ballet from age 8 to 15 before apparently realizing she wanted to be transgender sometime later. She remains “medically and psychologically vulnerable” and should therefore be released, the attorney’s motion said.

McIntire’s attorney and the DOJ did not respond to a request for comment from the Daily Caller News Foundation. (Read more from “Alleged Tesla Arsonist Freed From Jail to Continue ‘Gender-Affirming Care’” HERE)

Police: 70-Year-Old Trump Hater Purposefully Struck Musk Supporter With Car at Idaho Tesla Protest

A 70-year-old man has been arrested and charged with aggravated assault after allegedly striking an Elon Musk supproter with his vehicle during an anti-Tesla rally outside a dealership in Meridian, Idaho, according to local law enforcement.

ABC News reports that on Saturday, approximately 30 people gathered outside a Tesla dealership in Meridian, Idaho, to protest against the company’s CEO, Elon Musk, and his role in the Trump administration’s federal job cuts. The protest was overshadowed by a counter-protest of about 200 individuals. According to the Meridian Police Department, as a 49-year-old counter-protester arrived at the scene, Christopher Talbot, 70, of Meridian, allegedly made an obscene gesture toward him before striking him with his car.

Police reported that the victim, who had been driving a truck displaying pro-Trump flags, had just parked and exited his vehicle when Talbot hit him. The counter-protester sustained non-life-threatening injuries and drove himself to a nearby hospital for treatment.

The incident occurred amid a series of planned “Tesla Takedown” protests organized by an anti-Musk group, targeting Tesla dealerships and facilities across the country. In recent weeks, Tesla has become a focal point for vandalism and demonstrations due to Musk’s prominent and controversial role in President Donald Trump’s second administration. Man Says He Vandalized Tesla Due to Road Rage, Not Hatred of Elon Musk (VIDEO)

A man who admitted to vandalizing a woman’s Tesla in a Houston Whole Foods parking lot claims the incident was fueled by road rage, not hatred Elon Musk.

Click2Houston reports that 34-year-old Nicholas Carrion has come forward as the individual responsible for vandalizing a Tesla in the parking lot of a Houston Whole Foods on February 13, 2025. The incident, which was captured on video, initially sparked fears of politically motivated violence amidst a nationwide string of domestic terrorism attacks targeting Tesla vehicles and facilities. However, Carrion insists his actions were the result of a road rage confrontation with the Tesla’s driver. In an odd move,Carrion went to the media to plead his case.

According to Carrion, the incident began when the woman driving the Tesla cut him off as they were both heading to the same Whole Foods location. Enraged by her driving, he followed her into the parking lot. “I felt anger because the woman cut me off,” Carrion explained to KPRC 2 News. “We were both going into the Whole Foods, so I did not follow her directly. I got out and went to the store. But after I did my shopping, I came back outside and just couldn’t let it go.”

Surveillance footage from the Whole Foods parking lot shows Carrion using a key to scratch the side of the parked Tesla before getting into his own vehicle and driving away. The video of the incident aired on KPRC 2 News last Saturday, with authorities urging the public to contact the Houston Police Department (HPD) Property Crimes Unit with any information about the then-unidentified man. In one incident, the suspect allegedly took aim at Tesla CEO Elon Musk — who has previously been accused of antisemitism — scrawling “f—k Musk” with red paint on the front windows of the establishment and in another, sprayed “Nazi” on a company sign.

CNN’s National Security Analyst Dropped an Interesting Take About the Tesla Cybertruck Bomber

The suspect who blew up a Tesla Cybertruck outside of the Trump Hotel in Las Vegas has been identified as 37-year-old Matthew Livelsberger of Colorado Springs. According to the US Army, Mr. Livelsberger was on leave from his assignment in Germany. . .

And leave it to CNN to have a national security expert say that we don’t know if Livelsberger was anti-Trump or not:

This bombing occurred within hours of the New Orleans terror attack committed by Shamsud-Din Jabbar, 42, who killed 14 people. He served on the same base as Livelsberger. The incidents were being investigated for connections, but the authorities quickly claimed both as isolated incidents preliminarily. The FBI initially called the Nola attack, which was committed by a man who pledged his allegiance to ISIS, a non-terror incident.

Elon Musk’s Optimus Humanoid Robots Steal Show at Tesla Event: ‘This Will Be the Biggest Product Ever’ (VIDEO)

Tesla’s Optimus humanoid robots stole the show at Elon Musk’s splashy Hollywood event on Thursday night as they danced onstage, served up watermelon-flavored cocktails and charmed guests with their fun and friendly chit-chat.

Following Musk’s introduction, the robots emerged from parted curtains and walked into the audience in a single-file line. The faceless, tall figures with joint-like bends around the knees, hips, shoulders and elbows – can “basically do anything you want,” Musk said.

A bartending bot – which wore a cowboy hat – spoke with a shockingly humanlike cadence.

“How’s everybody doing?” it called out from time to time, with a a hint of a Texas drawl. “How am I doing so far?”

When one customer asked for a watermelon-flavored drink, Optimus double-checked their order: “A watermelon? ’Course you can!”

Angry Tesla Owners Share Videos of Their Cars Failing to Work in the Cold

Angry Tesla owners have been sharing videos of their vehicles refusing to start during the massive winter storm that impacted both the United States and Canada.

The Daily Mail reports that numerous Tesla owners have reported being unable to access their vehicles due to frozen door handles during a severe winter storm in Canada and the United States. Rachel Modestino, a meteorologist from Ontario, experienced this issue firsthand on December 23 when temperatures reached a low of 5º F and her car’s door latch failed to function.

Modestino’s situation gained significant attention on social media, as a video she posted of her struggle with the frozen door handle has garnered over 10.1 million views on Twitter. In the tweet accompanying the video, Modestino quipped, “Bet ya didn’t think of ice in the Tesla design.” The video shows the Tesla partially covered in ice, highlighting the severity of the winter storm.

Modestino’s viral tweet sparked a response from both Tesla critics and supporters. Some offered their support and suggestions on how to open the frozen door, including using the car’s accompanying app to remotely unlatch it. Others took the opportunity to criticize Tesla, with one person writing, “You shouldn’t need to use Twitter to learn how to use your expensive car.” (Read more from “Angry Tesla Owners Share Videos of Their Cars Failing to Work in the Cold” HERE)

Tesla Explodes Into Flames on Highway, Requires 24X More Water to Extinguish Than Gas Car

A Tesla exploded into flames on a Pennsylvania highway this week and spewed toxic fumes from its lithium ion battery for a considerable amount of time because it took firefighters a significantly longer period of time to extinguish the fire compared to vehicles that use a standard combustion engine.

The incident happened at approximately 11 a.m. Tuesday on Interstate 80 at the 137 mile marker, the Morris Township Volunteer Fire Company #1 said in a statement.

The fire reportedly ignited after the family that was driving the car ran over a piece of debris that caused the car to catch on fire. No one was hurt as everyone was able to quickly get out of the vehicle.

“As Engine Tanker 17 and Engine Tanker 19 arrived on scene it was quickly discovered that this was not your typical vehicle fire as crews quickly utilized just over 4,000 gallons of water. In total approximately 12,000 gallons of water was utilized,” the statement said. “To give you an idea of the severity, crews can normally extinguish a fully involved vehicle fire with approximately 500 gallons or less.”

Tesla Wins Tax Breaks From China After Elon Musk’s Taiwan Comments: Report

Elon Musk’s electric car maker Tesla has been granted tax exemptions from China just days after the tech mogul was praised by Beijing for saying that Taiwan should become a “special administrative zone” ruled by the Chinese Communist Party.

The Chinese Ministry of Industry and Information Technology unveiled its latest list of electric vehicles that are eligible for purchase tax exemption.

The list includes the latest Tesla Model S and Model X units with 100 kWh battery packs, according to the Teslarati news site. The site reported that two Model S variants — the MSP2P and the MSP2LR — as well as the Model X variants MXP2P and MXP2LR were on the list of exempt vehicles.

Their inclusion on the list suggests that Tesla could soon begin delivering the cars to China soon, according to Teslarati.

Last Friday, Musk generated headlines and controversy after he told Financial Times that he thought Taiwan, the self-ruling island and US ally which China sees as a part of its country, should cede control to Beijing to avoid a broader conflict that would have global economic ramifications.
