20 Attorneys General to Investigate Pediatrician Group for False Claims About Transing Children

The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) relied on leftist politics that contradict medical research to create its highly influential clinical recommendations for giving gender-confused children opposite-sex hormones and surgeries, say 20 state attorneys general in a letter released this morning. In so doing, the AGs say, the AAP may have violated state consumer protection laws that require accuracy in selling products and services.

“[W]hen it comes to treating children diagnosed with gender dysphoria, the AAP has abandoned its commitment to sound medical judgment,” write the attorneys general plus the Senate president and House speaker of Arizona’s legislature to the current and incoming AAP presidents.

The AAP claims in a 2018 policy statement that using puberty-blocking drugs to treat children with gender dysphoria is “reversible.” That “is misleading and deceptive,” the legal officials state. “It is beyond medical debate that puberty blockers are not fully reversible but instead come with serious long-term consequences.” The letter says this AAP claim of transgender intervention reversibility “requires immediate retraction and correction.”

Reached for comment Tuesday morning, AAP spokeswoman Lisa Robinson said she hadn’t seen the letter yet. The letter cites an April 2024 comprehensive research review commissioned by the United Kingdom’s health service, known as the “Cass report.” It found the irreversible negative consequences of puberty-blocking drugs can include:

interfering with brain development
compromising healthy bone density
damages to metabolic health, or the body’s ability to use energy efficiently, leading to weight gain, weight loss, and other health problems
loss of normal experiences of puberty.

Transvestite Wearing Blonde Wig, Makeup, Pearls Allegedly Attempted to Kidnap Child, 11, Outside His Home

An Ohio man wearing a blonde wig, makeup and pearls was arrested for attempting to abduct an 11-year-old boy from outside his home in the city of Alliance, according to police.

Joshua Freyermuth, 39, was taken into custody Sunday in the 2200 block of Route 62 in Columbiana County on a warrant for attempted kidnapping, Alliance Police said.

The suspect also goes by the name Vicky, according to the Daily Mail.

Freyermuth told the child “I need to talk to you” as he attempted to lure the 11-year-old boy off his property on South Webb Avenue and away from his dog, according to a police report, WOIO reported.

When the child refused, Freyermuth attempted to grab him. The child was able to escape and is now safe, according to police. (Read more from “Transvestite Wearing Blonde Wig, Makeup, Pearls Allegedly Attempted to Kidnap Child, 11, Outside His Home” HERE)

Tax-Funded Group Sends Anti-White, Pro-Trans Board Books to Daycares

A tax-funded organization sent “Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Belonging Kits” to 300 daycares in Wisconsin this year that push leftist activism and expose very young children to racial hatred and queer relationships. The kits included nearly two dozen identity politics books for toddlers, “multicultural” play dough in six skin tones, a “Chilean rain stick,” and 12 “Diverse Family Structures” posters from Kaplan Early Learning Company that depict homosexual couples with children.

“It’s okay to wonder: Am I a girl? Am I a boy? Am I both? Am I neither?” says one page of Being You: A First Conversation about Gender, a board book in the kit sent to daycares that parent children as young as four weeks old. “Today I feel like a boy!” exclaims one character in the book by Megan Madison, Jessica Ralli, and Anne/Andy [sic] Passchier, a “nonbinary” illustrator who describes herself as “very queer.”

The kit worth approximately $600 came from the Wisconsin Early Childhood Association (WECA), according to a daycare owner who received one, Elise Wiegert, co-owner of Little Rainbows daycare in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.

At first, she was excited to receive the kit, Wiegert told The Federalist in a phone call during the naptime of the eight small children she and her husband tend. It came to her house in a heavy box approximately three feet square. She was thrilled to open and share it with the children, Wiegert said — until she previewed the books.

“I’m gonna tell you, it was shocking,” she said. “… They were not appropriate for children.” (Read more from “Tax-Funded Group Sends Anti-White, Pro-Trans Board Books to Daycares” HERE)

Transgender Paralympics Runner Fails to Qualify for Women’s 400-Meter Final

A transgender Italian Paralympics runner failed to qualify for the 400 M sprint in the women’s T-12 category after placing third in a semifinal competition.

Valentina Petrillo, a biological male, qualified for the semi-finals at the Paris Paralympics with a time of 58.35 seconds in the first round. However, during the semi-finals, Petrillo received a time of 57.58 seconds and came in third, according to Fox News.

Hagar Safrarzadeh Ghahderijani, an Iranian Paralympic athlete, finished with a time of 56.07, while Alejandra Paolo Perez Lopez, a Venezuelan Paralympic athlete, finished second with a time of 56.34.

Petrillo began running when he was younger; however, upon finding out he had Stargardt disease at 14, he stopped, and it wasn’t until Petrillo was 41 that he began competing in para-athletic competitions as a male, according to the Athletic.

Symptoms of Stargardt disease include, “slow loss of central vision in both eyes,” as well as “gray, black, or hazy spots in the center of your vision,” “sensitivity to light,” and “color blindness,” according to the National Eye Institute.

High School Principal Makes Disturbing Announcement to Students on Teacher’s Gender Transition

An Oregon high school principal sent a surprising message to parents about a teacher’s gender transition.

Scott Gragg, the principal of McNary High School in Keizer, recently shared a message from Diesel Technology teacher Tristan Thiel, who announced that she transitioned over the summer and asked the public to accept her new identity.

‘I’m confident that our McNary family will do an amazing job of supporting her in this journey,’ Gragg wrote in the notice to parents and students, obtained by the popular Libs of TikTok X account. . .

Gragg, a former NFL player, went on to share Thiel’s email [he] sent to [his] own students, in which [he] says [he] is ‘happy to announce that I have decided to transition my gender identity from male to female.’

‘This letter is meant to inform students, their parents and guardians that I have decided to return to school identifying as my authentic self, the woman (she, her, miss) I truly am,’ Thiel wrote in the letter shared on social media. Michelle Obama Voices Support for Childhood Transgenderism at DNC

Former First Lady Michelle Obama appeared to voice support for childhood transgenderism at the Democratic National Convention, accusing former President Donald Trump of “demonizing” children “for being who they are” during her speech.

Obama, who made it her mission during her husband’s tenure to promote healthy lifestyles to children, used her Tuesday night keynote address to say that it is “unpresidential” to speak out against childhood sex changes.

After calling Trump “misogynistic” and “racist,” the former first lady began listing things that do not “make anybody’s life better.”

“…Because gutting our health care, taking away our freedom to control our bodies, the freedom to become a mother through IVF, like I did-those things are not going to improve the health outcomes of our wives, mothers, and daughters,” Obama told the crowd.

“Shutting down the Department of Education, banning our books-none of that will prepare our kids for the future…Demonizing our children for being who they are and loving who they love–look, that doesn’t make anybody’s life better,” she argued. ESPN Axes Host Days After She Voiced Opposition to Men Competing in Women’s Sports

ESPN has fired a host who recently voiced opposition to female-identifying men competing in women’s sports.

On Thursday, The Athletic reported that ESPN has terminated the contract of “Sunday NFL Countdown” host Samantha Ponder, a longtime reporter for the network who previously covered college football. Former NFL quarterback Robert Griffin III was also fired by the Disney-owned outlet.

Sources who reportedly spoke with The Athletic and Fox News claimed both sportscasters were let go due to “financial reasons.”

The timing of Ponder’s firing is suspect, however, given that it came days after the ESPN host voiced opposition to trans-identifying men participating in women’s sports.

The moment came on Aug. 6, when ESPN “College Gameday” host Kirk Herbstreit responded to an X post asking if “men belong in women’s sports.” (Read more from “ESPN Axes Host Days After She Voiced Opposition to Men Competing in Women’s Sports” HERE)

Boston Red Sox Give Suspended Player’s Salary to a Group Supporting the Surgical Mutilation of Minors

The Boston Red Sox are giving the suspension salary of one of their players to a radical LGBT group that supports the chemical and surgical mutilation of minors.

On Monday, the organization announced the suspension of Red Sox outfielder Jarren Duran, who was caught on a hot mic using a slur often directed at gay people to describe a heckler in the audience. The incident occurred during the Red Sox’s Sunday matchup against the Houston Astros. . .

In addition to being suspended for the team’s Monday and Tuesday games against the Texas Rangers, Duran’s salary for those two games was stripped by the Red Sox and given to the pro-LGBT organization known as PFLAG. That two-game salary amounts to $8,172, according to ESPN.

What many pearl-clutching “journalists” will not disclose, however, is that PFLAG is an extreme LGBT advocacy group that supports the “transing” of children. The organization has openly opposed legislation protecting minors from these harmful and often irreversible procedures.

Last year, for example, PFLAG National filed a lawsuit against North Carolina after the Tarheel State’s Republican-controlled general assembly passed a bill making it unlawful for medical professionals to “perform a surgical gender transition procedure on a minor or to prescribe, provide, or dispense puberty-blocking drugs or cross-sex hormones to a minor.” Democrat Gov. Roy Cooper vetoed the measure but was overridden by the legislature. (Read more from “Boston Red Sox Give Suspended Player’s Salary to a Group Supporting the Surgical Mutilation of Minors” HERE)

Allowing Transgender Participants Demeans Womanhood, Pageant Contestant Says

A talented and attractive Miss USA was crowned last week, and she deserves accolades, but we shouldn’t forget that there was a biological man who competed against her and the 49 other young women in the pageant.

While conservatives are vocal in speaking out about biological men invading women’s sports, especially with the Olympics having wrapped up Sunday, we cannot forget pageantry, a platform that allows women like me to embrace our femininity and be role models for young girls. . .

At first, I was excited that someone who was married finally won a title, as it made me excited about competing at the Miss Georgia USA pageant, the preliminary competition to Miss USA, especially as a mother and wife myself. But when I found out that Miss Maryland USA, Bailey Anne Kennedy, was a biological man, I then asked myself, “Will there be someone like that at my pageant, too?”

Competing in a state Miss USA pageant as a mother was challenging enough, but Miss USA’s including biological men who transitioned in a place where women were meant to shine raises concerns about fairness and comfort, especially since we had to share female-designated private spaces—and because men and women are very different biologically from each other. . .

If the dressing room at Miss Maryland USA was anything similar to that of Miss Georgia USA, where we all had to change in front of one another, I could not imagine undressing in front of a biological man who transitioned, as those young women must have had to do. Lin Yu-Ting Advances to Gold Medal Fight as Another Opponent Makes ‘X’ Gesture in Olympics Gender Controversy

Lin Yu-ting could be taking gold home from Paris after a gender controversy has consumed most of her Olympic experience.

The boxer from Taiwan will win at least a silver medal after defeating Esra Yildiz Kahraman of Turkey in one of the women’s 57-kilogram semifinal matches.

Despite an aggressive strategy from Yildiz Kahraman with several combinations to hopefully gain some advantage over the 5-foot-9 Yu-ting, it wasn’t enough.

Yu-ting went on to cruise to another dominant 5-0 victory for a shot at a gold medal against Poland’s Julia Szeremeta.

Yildiz Kahraman, who will receive a bronze medal, repeated a previously used gesture to spoil the moment for the two-time Olympian. (Read more from “Lin Yu-Ting Advances to Gold Medal Fight as Another Opponent Makes ‘X’ Gesture in Olympics Gender Controversy” HERE)
