Did Sony Make Gwen Stacy Trans in New ‘Spider-Man’ Film?

Some fans of the new animated Sony film “Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse” are convinced that the fictional character Gwen Stacy is transgender.

In the sequel to Sony’s highly successful “Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse” (2018), viewers observed that the color palette used in several of Stacy’s scenes “appear imbued with the pastel blue, pink and white” colors of the transgender Pride flag, The Pink News reported. There is also a “Protect Trans Kids” sign on the wall of Stacy’s bedroom.

A third example comes from a scene where Stacy reveals her secret identity as Spider-Woman to her father, who is a police officer reportedly wearing a “trans Pride flag badge” pinned to his uniform. The Pink News reported that many viewers interpreted the scene as a metaphor for coming out. The colors of the transgender Pride flag are also incorporated into the animation.

“Gwen Stacy is trans,” one fan wrote. “Her whole arc is a trans allegory. The colors are the trans flag. But most telling. HER WHITE COP DAD WEARS THE TRANS COLORS ON HIS UNIFORM. NO F***ING COP IS THAT MUCH OF AN ALLY UNLESS THEY HAVE A TRANS FAMILY MEMBER!”

Less Than Half of Dems Oppose Schools Counseling Children About Gender Without Parental Consent: Poll

Less than half of Democratic Party voters disapprove of schools counseling children about their gender identity behind parents’ backs, a new poll shows.

Only about 44% of Democrats said they are opposed to schools counseling children on their sexual orientation and gender identity without parental knowledge, according to a new poll by Rasmussen Reports.

The poll surveyed 1,116 people on May 24 and 25. The margin of error was plus-or-minus 3 percentage points.

Respondents were asked, “Should schools and teachers be allowed to counsel students on their sexual and gender identities without parental knowledge or consent?”

Student Barred From Graduation Ceremony After Stating There Are Only Two Genders Says Boss Rescinded Firefighting Job Offer

A student barred from his high school graduation ceremony after stating there are only two genders said in a Sunday interview on “Fox & Friends” that a firefighting job offer has now been rescinded.

“Girls are girls, and guys are guys. There is no in-between,” 18-year-old Travis Lohr recalled saying, as KHQ reported.

Lohr made the off-script comment at a high school assembly where seniors at Idaho’s Kellogg High School offer a piece of advice to younger students.

More than 100 parents, students, and community members gathered Friday to protest the school’s decision to ban him from participating in the graduation ceremony over the remark, according to the Idaho Tribune.

Transgender Inmate to Be Transferred to Women’s Facility, Get $495K Settlement, Surgery After Lawsuit

A Minnesota transgender inmate is being moved to a women’s prison and will receive a vaginoplasty as well as $495,000 to settle a discrimination lawsuit against the state Department of Corrections.

Christina Lusk, 57, will be transferred to the women’s facility in Shakopee next week, which will mark the first time a Minnesota inmate is moved to a different prison based on gender identity, according to local affiliate FOX 9.

As part of the settlement announced last week, the Minnesota DOC agreed to provide Lusk with a vaginoplasty as well as strengthen its policies regarding transgender inmates.

Lusk, who was arrested in 2018 and is serving a sentence until 2024 for a felony drug offense, sued the Minnesota DOC last year in part because it deferred Lusk’s request for a vaginoplasty, or “bottom surgery.”

Governor Signs Bill Banning Trans Surgeries, Hormone Therapies for Children

Republican Texas Gov. Greg Abbott signed a bill on Friday that places restrictions on gender transitioning procedures and treatments for minors in the state.

The bill, known as Senate Bill 14, prohibits doctors from performing certain procedures and treatments related to gender transitioning, reassignment, or gender dysphoria to children under the age of 18. It also restricts the use of public funds or public assistance for such procedures.

Last year, Abbott issued an order saying that treating transgender minors with medical procedures could be seen as child abuse. However, a judge has stopped some of the investigations related to this order in Texas.

The newly enacted law specifically bans doctors and health care providers from performing surgeries that render minors unable to have children.

This includes surgeries on males like castration (removing testicles), vasectomy (cutting tubes that carry sperm), orchiectomy (removing testicles), penectomy (removing the penis), and vaginoplasty (making a vagina). It also includes surgeries on females, such as hysterectomy (removing the uterus), oophorectomy (removing ovaries), metoidioplasty (reshaping the clitoris), and phalloplasty (making a penis). In Blue States, Trans-Identified Male Athletes Score in Girls’ Prep Sports

More than 20 conservative-leaning states now ban male-born students from girls’ scholastic sports, but it’s a different story in liberal America, where transgender athletes are not only competing but also thriving.

Male-to-female transgender competitors made a splash this year in high school sports in California, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Vermont and Washington by winning races and capturing roster spots in sports such as basketball, skiing, and track and field.

June Watterson, a transgender sophomore at Davis Senior High School in California, notched first- and third-place finishes in slalom races at the California Nevada Interscholastic Ski and Snowboard Federation state championships in March.

Not thrilled about it was one California man whose daughter competed at the meet. Each time Watterson raced, he said, female skiers slid down the rankings.

“You’ve got to think about what this actually means,” said the father, who spoke to The Washington Times on the condition of anonymity. “This person displaced one of our girls, kicked her from third to down to fourth place, off the podium. Woke Women’s Magazine Features ‘Trans Pregnant Man’ for ‘Pride Month’ Cover

On Thursday, left-wing women’s magazine Glamour UK announced that a “trans pregnant man” named Logan Brown is its June “Pride Month” cover star.

According to the outlet, Brown is an author and “father.” Brown “unexpectedly became pregnant” with her partner, a drag performer who identifies as “non-binary.” . . .

In March 2023, Brown, 27, who works as a residential children’s support worker, shared her story about transitioning on a blog called Up the Duff Man. Glamour noted that a TikTok star (who was not named in the article) was “transphobic” towards the Brown and her partner, Bailey Mills, by stating that “men can’t get pregnant” in response to their pregnancy (via Glamour):

While his writing resonated with (and beyond) the LGBTQIA+ community, Logan and his partner Bailey Mills – who uses the pronouns ‘they/them’ and is known for their ‘hun’ humour and drag performances on TikTok – were subject to rampant transphobia, particularly from another TikToker who repeatedly commented, “Men can’t get pregnant” across Logan’s social media accounts. In a display of solidarity, Logan and Bailey’s followers were quick to condemn the transphobic comments, but the whole episode garnered traction online and threw the couple further into the spotlight.

Female Inmate Details Alleged Assault From Trans-Identified Male Transfer

A New Jersey woman incarcerated at a state women’s correctional facility alleges a male transfer who identifies as female assaulted her after several instances of sexual harassment.

Shakira Reed, an inmate at New Jersey’s Edna Mahan Correctional Facility for Women, told Reduxx in an exclusive report that a trans-identifying male named Jermain Gibson allegedly repeatedly punched Reed in the head, resulting in a broken nose and two black eyes in a scene that witnesses described left “blood everywhere.”

“I was attacked because I didn’t want to have sex with him,” Reed told Reduxx.

Prison authorities transferred Reed to Hunterdon Medical Center, where she received medical care before returning to the correctional facility’s on-site hospital unit. Following the assault, authorities punished both Gibson and Reed in holding cells in a 90-day “lockup” away from other inmates.

Reed said the assault occurred after weeks of sexual harassment from Gibson, including the inmate exposing himself to her as she walked past his cell. Leading Sanitary Products Brand Is Accused of ‘Erasing’ Girls in a New Guide to Periods by Referring to Them as ‘Bodies With Female Sex Organs’

A leading brand of sanitary products has been accused of ‘dehumanising’ women by referring to girls as ‘bodies with female sex organs’ in a pamphlet explaining puberty to children.

The guidance produced by Always also faced charges that it was attempting to ‘erase’ women by avoiding the use of the word ‘girls’.

The pamphlets are included in ‘puberty kits’ containing period pads and panty liners the brand sends to schools to give to pupils.

The 22-page booklet, entitled a ‘Puberty and Confidence Guide for Everyone’, details both female and male puberty developments but at no point mentions ‘boys’ or ‘girls’, instead using ‘people’ or ‘person’.

Parents Outraged After School Will Keep Kid’s Preferred Gender Identities Under Wraps

North Dakota parents fumed at a school board after discovering it has kept students’ preferred gender identities under wraps.

Fargo Public Schools publicly announced that they would defy Republican Gov. Doug Burgum’s law that bans such actions in the classroom.

“We will not openly out any student because of one law if we know that that’s going to cause harm to that child,” Fargo Public Schools Superintendent Dr. Rupak Gandhi said.

The school district, among other schools in the country, has indicated they will allow minors to decide on which gender they, fueling the Left’s radical agenda.
