Transgender Nashville Shooter Autopsy Obtained

Townhall has exclusively obtained trans-identified mass shooter Audrey “Aiden” Elizabeth Hale’s autopsy report months after the murderer massacred six victims, including three children, at a private Christian elementary school in Nashville, Tennessee.

Though the cause of death was apparent, a hail of gunshots from a pair of heroic Nashville police officers who didn’t hesitate to neutralize Hale, the public has been left wondering what drugs were in the mass shooter’s system, if any, at the time of the Covenant School rampage. Included in the 11-page document from the Davidson County Medical Examiner’s office, a toxicology report found that the blood-, urine- and vitreous-humor analysis performed on Hale did not detect abuse of substances or alcohol.

Other sections document Hale’s gunshot wounds in graphic detail, a sketch of a woman’s body showing where Hale sustained injuries during the police shootout, and the case’s summary, which notes that Hale was “a transgender person” “assigned female at birth.” An external examination describes Hale’s clothing worn at the time of death, as security cameras at the school captured.

Notably, along with a black tactical-style vest, Hale was wearing a white T-shirt with words, drawings, and numbers handwritten on it; a pink-tan bra, also covered with a drawing and handwritten words; a black tee with “a firing range logo” printed on the left-front side; a utility belt with holsters attached; orange earplugs; a red baseball cap, worn backwards; black-and-blue partial gloves; and camouflage pants. She was carrying a pocket knife with “Aiden,” her transgender name, monogrammed on it. Actress Ellen Page Repeatedly Punched Herself in the Face and Heard “Voices” Telling Her to Become Transgender

There has been a lot of debate surrounding the factors contributing to individuals experiencing confusion about their identity. Research has shown that gender dysphoria plays a significant role in this confusion. People suffering with this disorder bizarrely believe they were born with the wrong sex organs at birth. However, instead of focusing on treating this illness, many doctors, activists, and politicians are enabling the disorder by encouraging these poor, lost souls to take hormones and go under the knife. What’s even more worrying is the huge number of people in this troubled community dealing with mental illness and having suicidal tendencies. There does seem to a spiritual element to this crisis, however, that rarely gets discussed. More on that later. . .

It’s no wonder so many transgender people are mentally ill and suicidal. They’re not getting the help they truly need. That’s exactly what happened to the actress known as Ellen Page, who underwent a surgical transformation and now goes by the name Elliot Page. As it turns out, right before undergoing surgery to remove her breasts, Ellen experienced a traumatic episode involving self-inflicted facial punching and hearing strange voices telling her to “become transgender.”

Dem Governor Vetoes Trans Student Bathroom Bill

This week, Arizona Gov. Katie Hobbs, a Democrat, vetoed a bill backed by Republicans that would have put requirements in place regarding which bathrooms transgender students can use.

The legislation, Senate Bill 1040, would have required transgender students to use public school bathrooms and locker rooms that align with their biological sex instead of their gender identity. Legislation like this would protect women’s spaces from males who identify as women, which Townhall has covered.

In her veto letter, Hobbs described the bill as “discriminatory” and claimed that it “harms” transgender children.

“Senate Bill 1040 is yet another discriminatory act against LGBTQ+ youth passed by the majority at the state Legislature,” Hobbs wrote in her veto letter. “I will veto every bill that aims to attack and harm children.” (Read more from “Dem Governor Vetoes Trans Student Bathroom Bill” HERE)

Radical Bill Would Classify Not Affirming Child’s Transgenderism as ‘Child Abuse’

A recently amended California bill would classify not affirming a child’s gender identity by one or both parents as “child abuse.”

AB 957 was introduced into the California legislature by Assemblymember Lori Wilson (D-Suisun City) and state Senator Scott Wiener (D-San Francisco). The bill rewrites much of the state’s family law and classifies “a parent’s affirmation of the child’s gender identity as part of the health, safety, and welfare of the child.”

The bill amends Section 3011 of the Family Code, which deals with child custody disputes, and requires that a court determining the “best interests” of the child must consider affirmation of transgender identity. If a parent were to deny the child’s “gender identity,” it would be a violation of the child’s health, safety, and welfare — equivalent to child abuse.

Because the bill changes the definition of what constitutes the “health, safety, and welfare” of a child, any organization interacting with children — including schools, churches, and hospitals — would be required to affirm gender transitions in minors.

The Washington Free Beacon reported that Wilson’s spokesman disputed the claim that the revisions change anything about the bill and stated that AB 957 relates only to family law, not criminal law. Move Over Ladies, Miss California Is a Man This Year

If you haven’t heard, men can do anything women can do. That includes competing against females on their sports teams, giving birth, wearing dresses and sports bras, and now they can be deemed beauty queens.

Monroe Lace, a man who identifies as a woman, will compete in the 2023 Miss California pageant— going up against biological women who have spent years training and participating in the pageants to qualify for the big league.

In March, the “beauty queen” won the Miss San Francisco pageant, the first transgender man to be crowned in the competition’s 99-year history.

The 25-year-old said he feels responsible for being a role model for young children.

“Every time I put on the sash, the weight of it reminds me of the weight of my job; of the responsibility I have to make a difference for young children,” Lace said, adding that he has been “dreaming” about taking the crown away from actual women in pageants since he was 12 years old. ‘Gender Identity Is Real’: Federal Judge Temporarily Blocks Florida Ban On Puberty Blockers For Minors

A federal judge on Tuesday concluded “gender identity is real” in a ruling that partially strikes down Florida‘s new law banning doctors from prescribing puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones to minors.

Judge Robert Hinkle issued a preliminary injunction against Senate Bill 254, which also criminalizes permanent mutilating surgical procedures and mandates that a healthcare practitioner’s license be terminated if they violate the law.

“The elephant in the room should be noted at the outset,” Hinkle wrote in a 44-page ruling. “Gender identity is real. The record makes this clear.”

“Despite the defense admissions, there are those who believe that cisgender individuals properly adhere to their natal sex and that transgender individuals have inappropriately chosen a contrary gender identity, male or female, just as one might choose whether to read Shakespeare or Grisham,” Hinkle continued.

Hinkle’s ruling centered around two 11-year-old girls and one 8-year-old boy whose parents filed the lawsuit against the state’s surgeon general, arguing that banning GnRH agonists known as puberty blockers and cross-sex hormone prescriptions violates the Fourteenth Amendment’s Equal Protection Clause. Did Sony Make Gwen Stacy Trans in New ‘Spider-Man’ Film?

Some fans of the new animated Sony film “Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse” are convinced that the fictional character Gwen Stacy is transgender.

In the sequel to Sony’s highly successful “Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse” (2018), viewers observed that the color palette used in several of Stacy’s scenes “appear imbued with the pastel blue, pink and white” colors of the transgender Pride flag, The Pink News reported. There is also a “Protect Trans Kids” sign on the wall of Stacy’s bedroom.

A third example comes from a scene where Stacy reveals her secret identity as Spider-Woman to her father, who is a police officer reportedly wearing a “trans Pride flag badge” pinned to his uniform. The Pink News reported that many viewers interpreted the scene as a metaphor for coming out. The colors of the transgender Pride flag are also incorporated into the animation.

“Gwen Stacy is trans,” one fan wrote. “Her whole arc is a trans allegory. The colors are the trans flag. But most telling. HER WHITE COP DAD WEARS THE TRANS COLORS ON HIS UNIFORM. NO F***ING COP IS THAT MUCH OF AN ALLY UNLESS THEY HAVE A TRANS FAMILY MEMBER!”

Less Than Half of Dems Oppose Schools Counseling Children About Gender Without Parental Consent: Poll

Less than half of Democratic Party voters disapprove of schools counseling children about their gender identity behind parents’ backs, a new poll shows.

Only about 44% of Democrats said they are opposed to schools counseling children on their sexual orientation and gender identity without parental knowledge, according to a new poll by Rasmussen Reports.

The poll surveyed 1,116 people on May 24 and 25. The margin of error was plus-or-minus 3 percentage points.

Respondents were asked, “Should schools and teachers be allowed to counsel students on their sexual and gender identities without parental knowledge or consent?”

Student Barred From Graduation Ceremony After Stating There Are Only Two Genders Says Boss Rescinded Firefighting Job Offer

A student barred from his high school graduation ceremony after stating there are only two genders said in a Sunday interview on “Fox & Friends” that a firefighting job offer has now been rescinded.

“Girls are girls, and guys are guys. There is no in-between,” 18-year-old Travis Lohr recalled saying, as KHQ reported.

Lohr made the off-script comment at a high school assembly where seniors at Idaho’s Kellogg High School offer a piece of advice to younger students.

More than 100 parents, students, and community members gathered Friday to protest the school’s decision to ban him from participating in the graduation ceremony over the remark, according to the Idaho Tribune.

Transgender Inmate to Be Transferred to Women’s Facility, Get $495K Settlement, Surgery After Lawsuit

A Minnesota transgender inmate is being moved to a women’s prison and will receive a vaginoplasty as well as $495,000 to settle a discrimination lawsuit against the state Department of Corrections.

Christina Lusk, 57, will be transferred to the women’s facility in Shakopee next week, which will mark the first time a Minnesota inmate is moved to a different prison based on gender identity, according to local affiliate FOX 9.

As part of the settlement announced last week, the Minnesota DOC agreed to provide Lusk with a vaginoplasty as well as strengthen its policies regarding transgender inmates.

Lusk, who was arrested in 2018 and is serving a sentence until 2024 for a felony drug offense, sued the Minnesota DOC last year in part because it deferred Lusk’s request for a vaginoplasty, or “bottom surgery.”
