Push to Put Men in Women’s Prisons Surges in the U.S.

In a scenario that easily could fit the old saying about having inmates running the asylum, the American prison industry has begun allowing men to simply call themselves women, and then serve their prison sentence with women.

The agenda already is imposing its requirements on California officials, and now there’s legislation in Maryland that would copy that plan.

And the House in Washington state is working on a proposal on the same fight: men, sometimes violent, being housed with women.

Just the News has documented that the program already is in operation along the West coast, and now the East is joining in.

The Maryland plan would let inmates choose their correctional facility facility based on their own claims about what gender they are, and a purported draft executive order from Joe Biden would order the same for federal facilities. Team USA Track Star Pens Blistering Essay About Biological Men Competing in Women’s Sports

Team USA World Masters track athlete Cynthia Monteleone issued a scathing rebuke against including biological men — specifically transgender women — in women’s sports. . .

In a lengthy essay for Fox News, Monteleone, who has competed in various world championships and is also a track coach, said that if biological males continue to compete on women’s sports teams, it will mean the end of women’s sports as we know it.

“I’m standing for the protection of women’s sports,” she wrote. “At the 2018 World Masters Athletics Championships in Málaga, Spain, I competed in the 200-meter race against a male-bodied athlete, whom I beat by only a few tenths of a second. The next year, the same athlete beat my teammate in the hurdles for a place on the podium at the 2019 World Championship indoor meet in Poland. My teammate had trained harder than anyone I know.”

Monteleone said that the trend continues: Her daughter, a high school-age track star in her own right, was defeated by a biological male identifying as a female in her first ever high school track race.

“I had watched proudly as my strong and determined girl did all the right things – made personal, difficult sacrifices to train her body to be as fast and fit as possible for her first race,” she wrote. “Yet all her hard work seemed to drift away along with the male-bodied athlete, who had just transferred from the boys’ volleyball team to the girl’s team the season before. Revealed: Trans Ideology Pushed on Four-Year-Olds; Private Schools Nation-Wide Push ‘Queer Inclusive’ Curriculum — Even in Pre-K

Private schools across the country are training teachers to expose kids as young as four years old to sexually explicit content — in secrecy and without parents’ knowledge — directed by the National Association Independent Schools (NAIS) as part of a “queer-inclusive” curriculum.

Breitbart News has reviewed an extensive trove of NAIS documents and teacher trainings supplied to private schools nation-wide, which, under the guise of being “queer” and “LGBTQ+ inclusive,” urge the use of graphic sexual material in classes starting at Pre-K.

A nearly hour-long training workshop at NAIS’ flagship conference in 2020, reviewed by Breitbart News, features a discussion about how to talk to kids about “gender, and sexuality, and identity,” including how to talk to kids in Pre-K about “their bodies,” “penises and vaginas,” and “what they feel like inside, do they feel like a boy or a girl.” The conference covers how to teach sex, sexuality, and “gender identity” from Pre-K to Grade 8.

“Starting in Pre-K we talk about their bodies, the parts that they were born with, about penises and vaginas and whether they make somebody a boy or girl. But also their feelings, what do they feel like inside, do they feel like a boy or a girl? What does their head say? Do their heart and their body match up,” the lecturer explains.

The section also features a teacher talking about how she once drew from the wrong book and accidentally talked to children in Pre-K about “the vulva and the labia,” as they reacted in “horror” — stressing that teachers should be “kind to yourself” in instances of error. Dems Exploit Trans Teen Who’s Bad at Sports to Oppose Bill Restricting Sports to Biological Sex

Democrats in the Kentucky Senate used a biological boy who is playing on a girl’s field hockey team but is not very good, to prove that boys don’t necessarily have an athletic advantage over girls.

Fischer Wells, a transgender boy, wore a pink coat and lipstick to testify at a hearing on the legislation limiting sports to biological sex, according to a video posted on the Louisville Courier-Journal website. . .

“Kentucky Senate Bill 83 would require schools to label athletic teams as either ‘girls,’ ‘boys’ or ‘coed,’ the Courier-Journal reports. . .

“I really don’t want this bill to pass because that means I can’t play and that will be extremely detrimental to my mental health as well because I know that sports is a good way for me to cope with this, like, it’s just a good way for me to cope with things,” the 12-year-old said.

“It is disgusting that this bill is even discussed. It’s terrible,” he said. “I hope you don’t vote this bill and I hope I can play in eighth grade.”

Sixteen Members of the Penn Women’s Swim Team Ask the NCAA to Protect Them From Men in Women’s Sports

The University of Pennsylvania women’s swim team has finally had enough.

The sixteen members of the University of Pennsylvania women’s swim team sent a letter to school and Ivy League officials asking them to prohibit Penn’s trans female swimmer from competing in the NCAA championships, reports the Washington Post.

“We fully support Lia Thomas in her decision to affirm her gender identity and to transition from a man to a woman. Lia has every right to live her life authentically,” wrote the swim team members, “However, we also recognize that when it comes to sports competition, that the biology of sex is a separate issue from someone’s gender identity.”

Lia Thomas — formerly known as ‘Will’ — competed on men’s swim teams for years. He was even a part of the Penn men’s swim team before deciding to start taking hormones to try and transition into becoming a woman. Thomas, who is actively suppressing his testosterone levels, benefits immensely in competition since he has the skeletal and muscle structure of a grown man.

“Biologically, Lia holds an unfair advantage over competition in women’s category, as evidence by her ranking that have bounced from #462 as a male to #1 as a female,” the letter continues, “If she were to be eligible to compete against us, she could now break Penn, Ivy, and NCAA Women’s Swimming records; feats she could never have done as a male athlete.” (Read more from “Sixteen Members of the Penn Women’s Swim Team Ask the NCAA to Protect Them From Men in Women’s Sports” HERE)

Biology Class Compares Transgenderism With Tree Frogs That Change Sex

A biology class at a Massachusetts high school compared transgenderism in humans to clownfish and a species of tree frog, both of which can change their sex under certain conditions.

The comparison was part of a series of slides that discussed variation in human biology in regards to sex, gender, gender expression, and sexual orientation.

The slides, which were obtained by the parent activist group Parents Defending Education and reviewed by the Washington Examiner, say that “humans are conditioned to view sex and gender as binary.”

In a slide that discusses “human biological variation,” the lesson mentions “intersex people” and that “only mentioning biological sex as male and female marginalises intersex people who have been persistently discriminated against.”

Intersex is a rare genetic condition caused by the presence of multiple sex chromosomes, resulting in the presence of both male and female physical characteristics. The Needham High School lesson says that intersex is found in close to 2% of the population, which Erika Sanzi, the director of outreach for Parents Defending Education, said was false. Under Biden Proposal, Everyone Including Kids Could More Easily Get Transgender Surgery

The Biden administration is pushing for more insurers, and thus anyone who buys their insurance, to cover transgender surgeries. Such genital, breast, and facial surgery, as well as hormone therapy and more, would be considered “medically necessary” for those wishing to identify with the other sex.

Discrimination based on race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability is prohibited in federally funded health-care facilities under the Affordable Care Act, passed during the Obama administration. A proposed rule, issued by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services on January 5, would add “sexual orientation and gender identity” to that list.

The rule “places ideology ahead of sound medicine,” the Ethics and Public Policy Center said in a comment Thursday opposing the rule. It “is without legal support, contradicts long-standing scientific understandings of the human person, attempts to evade court injunctions, promotes harm to patients (especially minors), tramples religious freedom,” and more, according to the EPPC.

Taxpayers are already paying for transgender procedures, as they are covered by the federal program Medicaid in some states. Some insurers also already cover the procedures.

“Nearly half of transgender respondents in one survey said their health insurance company denied them gender affirming [sic] surgery, and a similar proportion reported that they were denied coverage for hormone therapy,” the proposed rule states, in reference to a Center for American Progress study. Parents Sue School District Over Daughter’s Secret Gender Transition

The parents of a Florida elementary school student are suing their daughter’s school district after their child attempted to commit suicide following the school’s efforts to orchestrate her secret transition to a male gender identity.

The suit was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and claims that the daughter of Wendell and Maria Perez, a sixth grade student at Paterson Elementary School in Fleming Island, Florida, had adopted a male transgender identity at school with the support of administrators, who hid the girl’s gender dysphoria from her parents.

It was not until the Perezes’ daughter, identified as A.P. in court filings, attempted to commit suicide on school grounds for the second time in as many days that the Perezes were notified about their daughter’s male gender identity, the lawsuit says.

“Prior to the [suicide attempt], A.P. had not exhibited any signs of gender confusion or questioning of her biological sex,” the lawsuit says. “In fact, just before the incident she had told her mother that she believed that people who say they are transgender have a problem with their minds because ‘if you’re a boy, you’re a boy, if you’re a girl, you’re a girl.’”

The court filing says that A.P. and the school had sought to keep her parents in the dark regarding her transgender identity due to their Catholic faith, which teaches that sex and gender are immutable. (Read more from “Parents Sue School District Over Daughter’s Secret Gender Transition” HERE)

Transgender ‘Woman’ On Women’s Sports Debate: ‘My Sex Is Male and neither Science nor Medicine Can Change That’

A transgender woman blasted opponents of Indiana’s HB 1041 — a bill that would prohibit biological males from competing in women’s sports.

Corrina Cohn, 46, recently appeared before the Indiana House of Representatives and told lawmakers that she believes it is wholly unfair to “expect girls to cede their hard-won rights.”

In passionate testimony, Cohn said that as an independent, she voted for members of both Republican and Democratic parties.

“My testimony today is based on my personal opinion as a transsexual,” Cohn said. “That is, a person who was born male and used pharmaceutical hormones and plastic surgery to feminize my body so that I appear to be a woman. Despite having these procedures, my sex is male and neither science nor medicine can change that.” . . .

“I began this process as a teenager, and although my testosterone levels have been in the female range for nearly 30 years, male puberty has endowed me with physical advantages such as height, bone structure, and increased lung capacity,” Cohn said. “For example, I stand 5’10”, which puts me in the 99th percentile for women’s height. I am just an inch shorter than the elite women athletes in the WNBA. The average male is 5 inches taller than the average female. Report: Transgender Student Accused of Raping Ninth-Grade Girl in a High School Bathroom Receives Sentencing

The Loudoun County student accused of raping a ninth-grade girl in a high school bathroom was reportedly sentenced to residential treatment Wednesday.

Loudoun Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court Judge Pamela Brooks pushed back the teen’s initial sentencing date to allow him to undergo a “psychosexual evaluation.” Brooks claimed the results of the evaluation “scared” her. The trial also uncovered that the rapist allegedly attacked a third girl, according to The Daily Wire.

“Over the years this court has read many psychosexual reports, and when I read yours, frankly, it scared me,” Brooks said. “It scared me for you, it scared me for society.”

The judge stated that she has never ordered juveniles to enter the sex offender registry, but made an exception for the Loudoun County teen.
