Ivy League Pledges ‘Unwavering Commitment’ to Trans Swimmer Lia Thomas

University of Pennsylvania transgender swimmer Lia Thomas has received “unwavering” support from the Ivy League despite his unfair advantage over female competitors.

Thomas, a biological male, has been shattering women’s records in college swimming this season and raising the hackles of many of his teammates in the process. But while many of his peers are not pleased with the performance, Thomas is being supported by the NCAA.

“Over the past several years, Lia and the University of Pennsylvania worked with the NCAA to follow all of the appropriate protocols in order to comply with the NCAA policy on transgender athlete participation and compete on the Penn women’s swimming and diving team. The Ivy League has adopted and applies the same NCAA policy,” the conference said in a Thursday statement.

“The Ivy League reaffirms its unwavering commitment to providing an inclusive environment for all student-athletes while condemning transphobia and discrimination in any form,” the statement continued.

“The league welcomes her participation in the sport of women’s swimming and diving and looks forward to celebrating the success of all of our student-athletes throughout the season,” the statement concluded. Leaked Biden Plan Would House Violent Men in Women’s Prison Cells

President Joe Biden is preparing to give every rapist and molester in federal prison a get-out-of-jail-free card. Specifically, Biden is offering to transfer any and all male criminals to women’s prisons. All the men will have to do is say that they feel like a woman, and the Biden administration will take them at their word.

This policy may be the worst part of a proposed executive order on law enforcement, a draft of which was obtained by The Federalist. Most of the proposal is devoted to, if not defunding the police, at least disarming and disabling them.

But buried toward the end of the extensive planned action to get soft on crime is a small paragraph of anodyne bureaucratic language that orders the U.S. attorney general to “within 30 days of the date of this order, begin the process of identifying any necessary changes to the [Bureau of Prisons] Transgender Offender Manual … to enable BOP to designate individuals to facilities in accordance with their gender identity.”

In short, under this executive order, the federal government will house criminals based on subjective, self-declared “gender identity” rather than biological sex. Male rapists, child molesters, and other sexual criminals will be allowed to live in women’s prisons, and because the transgender ideology embraced by the Biden administration claims gender identity is purely internal, they will be allowed in regardless of whether they still possess fully functional male genitalia.

This move toward co-ed prisons will result in male sexual predators exploiting the system in order to abuse and rape female prisoners. What Are They Hiding? Trans Activists Refuse to Publish Unfavorable Data on Trans Sports Debate

A trio of left-wing organizations refused to publish their full data set on Americans’ opinions on trans youth in sports after admitting that women’s sports advocates “win the debate on trans youth in sports against any and all arguments we have tried,” according to a messaging guide from the organizations.

ASO Communications, a self-defined “progressive” communications firm, published a messaging guide in coordination with the Transgender Law Center and a Democratic research firm, Lake Research Partners. Activists are told to build on the existing “Race Class Narrative” — which dubs anything other than social justice activism as racist — to persuade American voters to favorably view biological men competing in women’s sports.

“This new approach builds on the Race Class Narrative to demand to tell a convincing story of how our opposition uses strategic racism and transphobia to harm us all,” the guide reads.

The guidebook is not available on the Lake Research Partners or Transgender Law Center’s website, though it was archived at a small blog and available on the ASO Communications website. Woman With Highest Overall Earnings on Jeopardy Is a Man (VIDEO)

“Jeopardy!” contestant Amy Schneider has been on an impressive winning streak, earning more money than any female competitor in Jeopardy history. Schneider, a transgender woman, is a biological man.

Larissa Kelly, who previously held the distinction as the woman with the highest all-time winnings, congratulated Schneider on taking the top spot.

“Well, it was fun to hold a Jeopardy record for a few years…but it’s been even more fun to watch @Jeopardamy set new standards for excellence, on the show and off. Congratulations to Amy on becoming the woman with the highest overall earnings in the show’s history!” Kelly tweeted.

Transitioning to New Messaging? Trans Activists Admit They’ve Lost the Debate

Advocates for the transgender ideology are admitting they cannot persuade their own progressive allies, or even “persuadable” swing voters, to back their revolutionary goal of suppressing Americans’ recognition of sex differences.

“Right now, our opposition wins the debate on trans youth in sports against any and all arguments we have tried for our side,” admits a “Messaging Guide” by the California-based Transgender Law Center.

Overall, “we can at best elicit sympathy, a passive and often patronizing attitude that alienates our base [of current supporters] and fails to generate sustained interest from persuadable audiences” of swing voters, said the guide, which is titled “Transgender Youth and the Freedom to Be Ourselves.”

The counter-strategy is to stealthily hook their aggressive ideology to the public’s existing sympathy for poor people, women, and racial minorities, according to the messaging guide:

…the Race Class Narrative to tell a convincing story of how our opposition uses strategic racism and transphobia to harm us all; and how, by coming together, we can ensure we all have the freedom to be ourselves and support one another.

Transgender ‘Man’ Who Gave Birth Slams Nurses Who Called Her ‘Mom’

But in the process of having little Hudson, Kaspar-Williams was troubled by the constant misgendering of [her] by hospital staff who insisted on calling [her] a “mom,” the Daily Mail reported.

“No one can ever really know whether having children is possible until you try — being born with a uterus doesn’t make conceiving or carrying a certainty,” the father — who began transitioning in 2014 — said of his parenthood journey. “That’s why it’s so important that we stop defining ‘womanhood’ in terms of ‘motherhood,’ because it’s a false equivalency that all women can become mothers, that all mothers carry their children, or that all people who carry children are mothers.” . . .

Governor Advances Bill Requiring Trans Athletes to Compete According to Their Birth Gender

South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem (R) has advanced a bill in the state legislature that would codify her executive orders limiting transgender athletes to competing only in categories that correspond to their birth gender.

Noem filed the bill on Tuesday to limit K-12 girl’s school sports and state-funded colleges to allowing only natural-born girls to compete in girl’s categories, according to the Argus Leader.

The governor issued her two executive orders in March after the legislature rejected her revisions of House Bill 1217.

“Only girls should play girls’ sports. Given the legislature’s failure to accept my proposed revisions to HB 1217, I am immediately signing two executive orders to address this issue: one to protect fairness in K-12 athletics, and another to do so in college athletics,” Noem tweeted on March 29. “Additionally, I will be working with legislative leaders to schedule a special legislative session in late May or early June. The special session will address this important issue, as well others (medicinal marijuana and the latest federal spending package),” she added. Entire US Sport to Change Name Due to One Author’s Comments

Quidditch, a sport inspired by the “Harry Potter” franchise, is changing its name after several associations cited author J.K. Rowling’s “anti-trans positions.”

Two major Quidditch organizations, U.S. Quidditch and Major League Quidditch, said in a joint statement various surveys will be conducted to determine a new name for the sport, NBC News reported.

The leagues cited several reasons for the name change, including that the name “quidditch” is trademarked by Warner Bros., the studio which produced the “Harry Potter” series, and noted that the expansion for the sport through sponsorships and broadcasting options has been restricted, according to the outlet. Another reason for the change was to ” distance themselves from the works of Harry Potter author J.K. J.K. Rowling Comes Under Fire Over Tweet About Trans People

J.K. Rowling, the author of the “Harry Potter” series, has come under fire for a controversial tweet in which she criticized police in Scotland for a decision they had made.

Rowling wrote her tweet on Sunday in response to an article from the Times about police receiving criticism for classifying rape offenders as women if they claim they to identify as such.

Others on Twitter were a bit more lengthy in slamming Rowling for her controversial tweet. Seth Abramson, a lawyer and journalist, said that this new policy adopted by Scottish police “ensures proper recordkeeping.”

“Sorry, J.K., but if a self-described trans (alleged) rapist is indeed a trans person, there’s no harm or foul here,” Abramson wrote at the beginning of his thread on the subject. “The policy just ensures proper recordkeeping. And if the suspect *falsely* claims to be trans, that will be used against them at their rape trial. No issue here.”

‘I Involved the Police’: Mom Says She ‘Went Nuclear’ ‘Rescuing’ Daughter From ‘Transgender Fantasy’

A California mother writing under a pen name said she “went nuclear” to save her daughter from a “transgender fantasy” that left the teen contemplating suicide.

Charlie Jacobs penned an op-ed published Monday in The Daily Signal “warning” other parents of “gender dysphoria,” which the American Psychiatric Association defines as the emotional “distress that results from an incongruence between one’s sex assigned at birth and one’s gender identity.”

“My daughter was an ultrafeminine girl since birth,” Jacobs began her piece, titled “What I’ve Learned Rescuing My Daughter From Her Transgender Fantasy”. “That all abruptly changed when she turned 12.”

Jacobs described how her once feminine daughter began dressing in boys’ fashion, anime and cosplay, with Jacobs not realizing “anime and cosplaying involved gender-bending themes and that the community crosses into pedophilic and sexual themes.”
