UN-Backed Report Suggests Normalizing Pedophilia, Decriminalizing All Sexual Activity

A United Nations-backed report published last month suggests global leaders normalize pedophilia by allowing children to legally decide on engaging in sexual activities with adults.

Wrapped inside a human-rights-based analysis on the impact of criminal laws proscribing sexual and reproductive health rights, consensual sexual activity, and gender ideology the International Committee of Jurists (ICJ), UNAIDS and the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) published the report — which calls for offenses related to “sex, drug use, HIV, sexual and reproductive health, homelessness and poverty” to be decriminalized.

“Sexual conduct involving persons below the domestically prescribed minimum age of consent to sex may be consensual in fact, if not in law,” the Geneva-based ICJ wrote.

Authors of the report further advise lawyers, judges, and law enforcement to consider “the rights and capacity of persons under 18 years of age to make decisions about engaging in consensual sexual conduct and their right to be heard in matters concerning them.”

“Pursuant to their evolving capacities and progressive autonomy, persons under 18 years of age should participate in decisions affecting them, with due regard to their age, maturity and best interests, and with specific attention to non-discrimination guarantees.” (Read more from “UN-Backed Report Suggests Normalizing Pedophilia, Decriminalizing All Sexual Activity” HERE)

United Nation’s Chief Warns World Is Careening Toward Nuclear War, “Global Catastrophe”

The United Nations chief warned Monday that the world is facing a convergence of challenges “unlike any in our lifetimes” and expressed fear of a wider war as the first anniversary of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine approaches.

Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said experts who surveyed the state of the world in 2023 set the Doomsday Clock at 90 seconds to midnight — the closest ever to “total global catastrophe,” He pointed to the war in Ukraine, “runaway climate catastrophe, rising nuclear threats,” the widening gulf between the world’s haves and have-nots, and the “epic geopolitical divisions” undermining “global solidarity and trust”. . .

Guterres also said it is time for nuclear-armed countries to renounce the first use of all nuclear weapons, including tactical nuclear weapons, a possible use that Russia has raised in Ukraine.

“The so-called `tactical’ use of nuclear weapons is absurd,” he said. “We are at the highest risk in decades of a nuclear war that could start by accident or design. We need to end the threat posed by 13,000 nuclear weapons held in arsenals around the world.” As for the global financial system, Guterres called for “radical transformation” to put the needs of developing countries at the center of every decision. UN Looking To Push Religious Communities To ‘Fully Comply’ With LGBTQ Agenda

The United Nations is releasing a report in June regarding the “perceived contradictions” between religious freedom and sexual orientation and gender identity, or SOGI, laws and is looking to push governments to “fully comply with their obligations under international human rights law to protect and empower LGBT+ persons,” according to a U.N. announcement.

The U.N. closed a call for LGBT+ and religious freedom organizations to submit input to the report earlier this month and is scheduled to introduce its findings at the 53rd Human Rights Council meeting in June, according to the announcement. The announcement explains that while there are “perceived contradictions” between the LGBT+ community and religious freedom, the report aims to find ways to “protect LGBT+ persons’ access to faith and spirituality” while also indicating that religious beliefs that would contradict this are not “justified” under the protection of human rights.

“Religious and spiritual narratives have also historically been used to promote, enable, and condone institutional and personal violence and discrimination against individuals based on sexual orientation or gender identity (real or presumed); repress sexual and gender diversity; and promote cis-gendered and heteronormative norms of sexual orientation and gender identity,” the announcement read. “These practices cannot be justified under the rubric of Freedom of Religious Beliefs, or indeed any other human right, to circumvent and defeat the rights of marginalized populations.”

The person in charge of the special report is Victor Madrigal-Borloz, an expert on protection against violence and discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity and a professor at Harvard Law School. Madrigal-Borloz has long been an LGBTQ advocate and recently welcomed Pope Francis’ declaration that homosexuality is “not a crime,” despite the pontiff’s further clarification that in religious circles it is still considered sinful.

UN Faces Pushback Against Assertion That ‘Words Can Be Weapons’

The United Nations caught flak on social media for claiming that “words can be weapons.”

“Words can be weapons. Hate speech online can lead to cruelty & violence in real life. Get tips for how you can say #NoToHate,” the U.N. tweeted, linking to a page on its website that discusses the topic of so-called “hate speech.”

“I wish we’d defund you,” conservative radio host Dana Loesch tweeted in response to the U.N.’s post.

“No they can’t. Just stop. You have member nations engaged in slavery & mass murder. How about you get some priorities?” PJ Media columnist Stacey Lennox tweeted.

“No they are not. The UN is useless, corrupt, hypocritical and should be disbanded and forcibly removed from United States soil,” someone else tweeted. (Read more from “UN Faces Pushback Against Assertion That ‘Words Can Be Weapons'” HERE)

Report: U.N. Staff Impregnated Girls as Young as 10

Peacekeepers and other personnel employed by the United Nations (U.N.) in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) since 2018 have allegedly impregnated at least 60 different local girls and women during their times of service in the troubled country, with the youngest accuser alleging she was just ten years old when she was impregnated by a U.N. staff member, the U.K.’s Daily Mail reported on Monday, citing an original study by the University of Birmingham published by the media outlet The Conversation last week.

A team of researchers funded by Britain’s University of Birmingham and the Canadian government published a study on August 9 “based on 2,858 interviews with Congolese community members, including 60 in-depth interviews with victims of sexual misconduct who conceived children with peacekeepers, and 35 interviews with children who were born as a result.”

A 16-year-old Congolese girl alleged to the researchers during her interview that she was a child aged ten years old when she became pregnant by a U.N. peacekeeper.

“I was very young – just ten years old. I realised later on that I was sold out by my aunt. The men were buying beer in the pub to share it with me. When I was drunk, they profited from unwanted sexual acts. Every morning my aunt gave me milk, bread, food and water to recover from all the lost energy,” the unnamed teenage mother stated.

“One in every two mothers were under the age of 18 when they conceived [children by U.N. staff],” according to the study’s authors. (Read more from “Report: U.N. Staff Impregnated Girls as Young as 10 in Democratic Republic of Congo” HERE)

Twitter Shreds Prince Harry for Condescending UN Speech Against America

Conservative Twitter users tore Prince Harry apart after the British royal gave a condescending speech trashing the Supreme Court’s reversal of Roe v. Wade during a U.N. summit on International Nelson Mandela Day.

During the Monday speech, Harry seemed to take aim at conservative policies. He claimed that “the rolling back of Constitutional rights in the United States,” in addition to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, represent a “global assault on democracy and freedom.” . . .

Conservatives online read between the lines and reminded Prince Harry exactly how Americans feel about the British being involved in their politics.

British Journalist and former Margaret Thatcher aide, Nile Gardiner, accused Harry of promoting propaganda at his wife’s behest. He wrote, “Prince Harry is increasingly just a mouthpiece for Meghan Markle’s far Left political activism. A sad decline for a once hugely popular figure. He is actively undermining the British Monarchy by engaging in political attacks, and damaging the image of the Royal Family in America.”

“Go home, little boy,” wrote American Greatness senior fellow Ned Ryun.

UN Leaders Say Taliban Is Responsible for Stability of Afghanistan

Leaders of the nations included in the Group of Seven (G-7) on Tuesday said the Taliban is responsible for preventing terrorism, respecting human rights and working toward a peaceful solution in Afghanistan.

The leaders made the statement in a joint release, marking the first time the international community has recognized the insurgent, Islamic fundamentalist group.

The G-7 statement came following an emergency meeting convened by the United Kingdom and is part of an effort to unite allies on global strategy toward Afghanistan.

The meeting also came amid increasing tension between international allies and President Biden, who has doubled down on completing U.S. military evacuations by Aug. 31.

The joint statement sought to project unity among leaders of the G-7, a grouping of the most advanced economies in the world, comprising the U.S., Canada, U.K., France, Germany, Italy and Japan. Top officials from the European Union and NATO also joined the meeting. (Read more from “UN Leaders Say Taliban Is Responsible for Stability of Afghanistan” HERE)

Countries That Kill Journalists, Keep Concentration Camps Elected to U.N. Human Rights Council

China, Russia, and Cuba were each awarded seats on the United Nations Human Rights Council Tuesday despite their gross abuses of the very rights the council pledges to uphold.

The council, which the United States withdrew from in protest of its condemnation of Israel while bolstering Venezuela and Saudi Arabia two years ago, features a mission statement that its inclusion of rights-violating nations directly contradicts. It reads:

The mission of the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) is to work for the protection of all human rights for all people; to help empower people to realize their rights; and to assist those responsible for upholding such rights in ensuring that they are implemented.

China is carrying out a genocidal campaign against the nation’s Uighur Muslims. The campaign is the largest mass internment of any ethnic-minority religious group in nearly a century since the Holocaust.

Human Rights Watch, a New York City-based international non-governmental organization, has similarly faulted Cuba and Russia for their human rights abuses. In Cuba, the group wrote, “the government continues to use other repressive tactics against critics, including beatings, public shaming, travel restrictions, and termination of employment.”

U.N. Survey on Racism Asks Asians to Identify as ‘Yellow’

United Nations staff members have accused the organization of racism after it issued a survey to employees on Wednesday that began with a question asking how staff identify themselves, offering “yellow” among the possible responses.

Titled “U.N. Survey on Racism,” the poll was carried out as part of U.N. Secretary-General Antonio Guterres’ “campaign to eradicate racism and promote dignity,” according to a message accompanying the questionnaire, which was emailed to thousands of staff.

The survey’s first question “reflected an historic Western racist view of Asians by listing ‘yellow’ as an option,” several U.N. staffers told Reuters on Wednesday on condition of anonymity.

The question also presented staff with the option to self-identify as “black, brown, white, mixed/multi-racial and any other,” according to the report.

“The first question is insane, deeply offensive, and hard to fathom how in an organization as diverse as the United Nations this question was approved for release in a system-wide survey,” an anonymous U.N. staff member told Reuters.
