Liberal CNN Analyst Shares ‘Shocking’ Text Charlie Kirk Sent to Him — a Day Before Assassination

Liberal CNN analyst Van Jones revealed Saturday that he received a message from conservative activist Charlie Kirk that “shocked” him one day before the influencer was assassinated at a college tour event in Utah.

“Hey Van, I mean it, I’d love to have you on my show to have a respectful conversation about crime and race,” Kirk wrote in his message, which Jones shared on his Instagram.

Jones, who said he and Kirk were “beefing hard” in the last week of the Turning Point USA founder’s life, was clearly moved by the message.

“I would be a gentleman as I know you would be as well,” the slain 31-year-old conservative activist had added. “We can disagree about the issues agreeably.”

“Charlie Kirk and I were not friends. At all,” the CNN analyst said, noting that the message “shocked me.” (Read more from “Liberal CNN Analyst Shares ‘Shocking’ Text Charlie Kirk Sent to Him — a Day Before Assassination” HERE)

Liberal Media Goes Into Meltdown Mode After Biden Drops Out: Van Jones Cries on Air, Jen Psaki Struggles for Words

CNN’s Van Jones broke into tears on Sunday as he delivered an emotional reaction to the news that President Joe Biden was dropping out of the 2024 presidential race.

The senior political commentator said he was heartbroken over the decision and compared the Democrats’ situation to taking the car keys away from a relative who has become too old to drive.

“He’s fighting and he’s fighting and everybody’s so frustrated. And then you finally get the keys back. And then you just cry,” Jones said on the verge of breaking down live on TV. . .

Along with Jones, Sen. Chris Coons (D-Del.), also appeared distraught over the news live on the air, with the co-chair for the Biden-Harris campaign breaking down on CBS.

“The folks in Delaware who’ve been texting me and calling me in the last few hours, all want me to say to Joe Biden, how much we love him, how much we admire and respect his service and how grateful we all are for the decisions he’s made over decades in his service and his tireless loyalty to our home state of Delaware,” Coons said as he stopped to sob for a few seconds before composing himself.

‘Communist Revolutionary’ Van Jones: Inaugural Address Proves Obama’s a ‘Communitarian’ (+audio)

After President Obama’s second inaugural address, Van Jones, former Obama White House “green jobs” czar, praised the speech, calling it “Djobama Unchained” (after the controversial movie Django Unchained, about a freed slave taking revenge). On Wednesday night, during a lecture at Loyola University Chicago, I asked Jones what he meant. He explained that while President Obama is not a socialist, he is, in fact, a “communitarian.”

After a long recapping of the first four years of the Obama’s presidency, Jones elaborated: “It’s very interesting to see him now, actually, free.

Watching this man for four years, for everything he’s done to try to reach out to the other side, and frankly neglect his base, has just been called socialism, and just been called divisive, no matter what he does.

I was happy to see him unleashed and unchained and just be able to speak from his heart.

And what he said was, similar to what I’ve been saying, there is a “New Patriotism.”

Video: Van Jones Praising the Tea Party?

According to former Obama Green Jobs Czar Van Jones, the Tea Party “is one of the most impressive citizen movements in the history of the country.”

Yeah, I did a double take on that one too. Although he described much of the criticism of the Tea Party as unfair, he went on to say that he believed the style and tone of the Tea Party has been offensive to women and minorities, even suggesting the grass roots movement had been chastised at the ballot box this election.

That being said, he also thinks that Democrats could work with the Tea Party? Not sure how that’s going to work, but take a look at the clip and draw your own conclusions.

If you haven’t had enough of Van Jones yet, watch him just a few months back calling Tea Party activists insane hostage takers who want to destroy America. Yep, he said it.

Van Jones on CNN: Romney Was a “Douche,” Obama Was a “Wimp” (+video)

Former Obama green jobs czar Van Jones said on CNN’s “Situation Room” on Tuesday that Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney had acted like a “douche,” and President Barack Obama like a “wimp,” during the first presidential debate.

“You had two guys up there–one was kind of acting like a douche, and one was acting kind of like a wimp, and between a wimp and a douche–” Jones said.

“Those are strong words, Van,” said Gloria Borger.

“Those are strong words, but if that’s the divide, I think people are going to want somebody who seems like a stronger leader even if they were a little bit obnoxious. I think what you’re going to see now is who’s the real guy,” Jones said.

“You’re saying Romney was obnoxious?” asked Borger. [Read more from this story HERE]
