Trump Administration Ordered to Return Second Man Deported to El Salvador

A judge appointed by President Donald Trump has ordered the Trump administration to return a Venezuelan man who was deported to El Salvador after being granted asylum under a previous court settlement.

It is the second time in the last month that the administration has been ordered to return someone deported to the Central American country.

U.S. District Judge Stephanie Gallagher ruled on Wednesday that the Trump administration violated a settlement from a 2019 class action lawsuit in which unaccompanied minors were granted asylum.

Somehow, in today’s upside-down world, the radicalized left has decided that violent gang members are the new underdogs they need to defend. Instead of standing up for law-abiding American citizens, they’ve gone all-in on protecting the worst of the worst—drug traffickers, sex offenders, murderers, and now, even foreign-backed gangbangers. And while they’re busy shedding tears for MS-13 and waving in cartel thugs at the border, everyday Americans are being thrown to the wolves.

But now we’ve reached a whole new level of disturbing. A new report from Fox News has dropped—and every single American should be talking about it. This isn’t a border security issue anymore. This is now a national security issue that involves deeply dangerous and deadly foreign interference. And at the center of it is Venezuela’s evil dictator Nicolás Maduro and the violent criminal gang known as Tren de Aragua.

According to Fox’s exclusive report, the FBI has uncovered a plot that includes Venezuelan officials helping gang members sneak into the US—and not just to commit random crimes, but to carry out Maduro’s sinister agenda. According to the report, these gangbangers are being used like pawns in a proxy war and were sent here to intimidate and possibly kill critics of the regime right here on US soil.

And what did the Biden regime do about it while they were in power? Nothing. Or maybe worse than nothing. They opened the floodgates at the southern border and rolled out the red carpet for these violent thugs. No vetting, no questions—just a welcome mat and a pat on the back as these gangbangers illegally flooded in.

Whether they were complicit or just blindly obsessed with social justice, the result is the same: Biden and the Dems helped Maduro destabilize the United States—and now President Trump is left to clean up the mess.

Judge Who Tried to Block Trump Migrant Deportations Spared Russiagate Lawyer (and was a Member of Skull and Bones While at Yale)

By The Telegraph. The judge who tried to block Donald Trump’s deportation of 200 alleged Venezuelan gangsters previously spared a Russiagate lawyer from jail.

Judge James Boasberg spared Kevin Clinesmith, the former FBI lawyer, from prison after he was convicted of forgery during the federal investigation of Russian interference into the 2016 election.

Clinesmith pleaded guilty to a felony in August 2020, admitting to doctoring an email that served as support for a Russiagate wiretap of Carter Page, a former campaign official for Mr Trump. . .

However, Judge Boasberg sided with Clinesmith’s attorney, who argued that probation would be more appropriate as Clinesmith said he was not motivated by political bias.

Federal Judge Appoints Himself President [Satire]

By The Babylon Bee. The Trump Administration agenda was stopped in its tracks this week after a federal judge appointed himself the new President of the United States.

“There’s nothing we can do,” said legal experts. “He’s a federal judge.”

Sources confirmed that Judge Mortimer Dithers of the Northern District of California granted himself all the powers of the executive branch in an emergency move to stop Trump. “Last night, the Constitution appeared to me in a dream and told me to do this,” said Judge Dithers. “You can’t argue with that. Also, my word on this is law because I’m a federal judge.”

President Judge Dithers has already issued several executive actions, including orders for Tesla to stop making cars, Elon Musk to punch himself in the face, and Trump to not move his head next time someone shoots at him. “This is the bidding of your new leader,” said Judge Dithers. “So let it be done, by the order of your new Federal Judge President.”

Trump Hits Socialist Dictator With Consequences for Not Holding His End of the Bargain

President Donald Trump says he is reversing a Biden-era grant allowing Chevron to operate within Venezuela on Wednesday.

Trump detailed the decision in a lengthy post on Truth Social, stating that Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro had not upheld his end of the bargain.

“We are hereby reversing the concessions that Crooked Joe Biden gave to Nicolás Maduro, of Venezuela, on the oil transaction agreement, dated November 26, 2022, and also having to do with Electoral conditions within Venezuela, which have not been met by the Maduro regime,” Trump wrote.

“Additionally, the regime has not been transporting the violent criminals that they sent into our Country (the Good Ole’ U.S.A.) back to Venezuela at the rapid pace that they had agreed to,” he added.

“I am therefore ordering that the ineffective and unmet Biden “Concession Agreement” be terminated as of the March 1st option to renew. Thank you for your attention to this matter!” Trump continued. Suspected Migrant Gang Members Get Dose of Justice After Months of Mayhem

Nine suspected members of the violent Venezuelan prison gang Tren de Aragua (TdA) were charged following a violent December home invasion, kidnapping and robbery in Aurora, Colorado.

The apartment complex gained widespread national media attention over claims it had been taken over by the Venezuelan gang earlier this year.

The Aurora, Colorado Police Department announced the nine arrests on Monday in the armed home invasion and kidnapping that left two victims seriously injured. . .

The suspects face varying charges, including second-degree kidnapping, first-degree assault, aggravated robbery, second-degree burglary, extortion and menacing, the department said.

Serpa-Acosta was previously wanted on an active felony warrant for first-degree burglary and menacing with a deadly weapon, police said. His warrant stemmed from Aug. 18, 2024, when a security camera captured Serpa-Acosta and five other armed men knocking on apartment doors at The Edge at Lowry about 10 minutes before a fatal shooting. Oil For Deportation Flights? Trump Reportedly Pushed To Make Deal With Dictator

President-elect Donald Trump is reportedly being urged to ease economic pressure on Venezuela in exchange for their government helping him achieve his mass deportation objectives.

U.S. oil executives and other businessmen close to Trump are pushing him to forgo his first-term policy of intense pressure on Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro in return for fewer illegal migrants in the U.S., according to a report in the Wall Street Journal. Such a deal is reportedly welcome within Maduro’s inner circle, with his government believing they can help Trump achieve his policy goals by supplying the U.S. with their oil in exchange for resuming deportation flights.

Under the Biden administration, federal immigration authorities and major cities across the country have experienced an unprecedented illegal immigration crisis. Management of this crisis was made more difficult when Venezuela, a major source of illegal immigration, stopped accepting deportation flights in February.

Nearly 8 million Venezuelans have fled the country under Maduro, a leftist authoritarian who has overseen rampant inflation, economic turmoil and political repression. Hundreds of thousands of Venezuelan nationals have since flocked to the U.S., largely by unlawfully crossing the U.S.-Mexico border, Customs and Border Protection data show. Even Biden’s Homeland Security Admits That Violent Migrant Crime Is Exploding

The brutal Venezuelan prison gang Tren de Aragua has now expanded to at least 16 states and Washington, DC, per an internal Homeland Security memo.

The district, Virginia, Montana and Wyoming are the latest additions to the ever-growing list of states suffering the gang’s presence. . .

Make no mistake: This is not anti-migrant scaremongering, as the left might claim; it comes from officials at Alejandro Mayorkas’ Department of Homeland Security, the very agency that’s not only failed to keep violent gangs out of the country but has virtually invited them in.

President Biden’s come-one, come-all border policies, which DHS oversees, opened the doors to millions of migrants, including gang members entering thanks to the paucity of vetting.

So much for the countless claims from the prez and Mayorkas that the border is secure or at least “under control”; now even DHS itself admits (to itself, anyway) that migrant crime and violence are exploding. Leaked Report Warns Venezuela Sending Intel Operatives, Released Prisoners to ‘Neutralize’ Targets in U.S.

In a report reviewed exclusively by Breitbart Texas, human intelligence developed by frontline Border Patrol intelligence officers reveals the possibility of a formal covert operation being conducted by the Maduro regime. The operation is designed to infiltrate the United States using released inmates and pairing them with Venezuelan intelligence operatives to “neutralize” human targets within the United States.

The report’s narrative, generated by the Rio Grande Valley Sector Intelligence Unit (SIU), indicates that released inmates from Venezuelan prisons have been directed to travel to the United States alongside Venezuelan intelligence officers to track down former Venezuelan military members, politicians, and law enforcement officials within the United States and “neutralize” them. According to the report, the motive is to prevent the release of classified information that Venezuelan officials may possess.

Breitbart Texas received the report obtained from a source within U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) who was not authorized to speak to the media. The report, known as a Field Intelligence Report (FIR), is generally developed and disseminated by the agency’s Intelligence Units. The reports are generated when information is received from various sources that criminal activity is occurring, likely to occur, or needs further investigation.

Among the sources of information relied upon to complete the reports are interviews with criminal suspects or other persons of interest. The report released to Breitbart Texas involves information provided by a Venezuelan source with details regarding the Maduro operation.

Here’s How a Venezuelan Gang Was Able to Infiltrate the US and Wreak Havoc in Major Cities

A notorious Venezuelan gang is extending its tentacles into the U.S. on the back of the Biden-Harris administration’s border crisis, and experts say that immigration authorities have no way of identifying the criminal group’s members before they hit American soil.

The gang, known as Tren de Aragua, has made headlines in recent weeks with its criminal activities in multiple states, according to multiple reports. Yet, border authorities have virtually zero tools to detect Venezuelan migrants’ affiliations with the gang, as the U.S.’ diplomatic relationship with the beleaguered country is effectively on ice, experts told the Daily Caller News Foundation.

“We have next to no vetting for the Venezuelans who are entering the country, because we have no relationship with the government of Venezuela and that’s true of other migrant nationalities,” Jessica Vaughan, director of policy studies at the Center for Immigration Studies, told the DCNF. “We have no way of knowing whether they were in prison in Venezuela. We have no idea if they’ve been living in a third-world country for years before they tried to come to the United States. We’re essentially letting them in on their word.”

A hotel in El Paso, Texas, was shut down on Sept. 9 following an investigation into Tren de Aragua and other gangs’ use of the complex where alleged incidents of drug use and prostitution occurred, according to the El Paso Times. Additionally, the Dallas Police Department confirmed to the DCNF that there is an ongoing investigation into the gang’s activities in the area.

U.S. Authorities Seize Foreign President’s Plane: Report

U.S. authorities seized Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro’s plane and flew the aircraft Monday to Florida, two American officials told CNN.

American authorities seized the plane while it was in the Dominican Republic after they determined that it violated sanctions, the outlet reported.

The Department of Justice (DOJ) reportedly “seized an aircraft we allege was illegally purchased for $13 million through a shell company and smuggled out of the United States for the use of Nicolas Maduro and his cronies,” according to a statement from Attorney General Merrick Garland.

The plane had been in the Dominican Republic for months prior to its seizure, CNN reported. American officials cooperated with local authorities to execute their operation, the outlet noted. The Dominican Republic reportedly alerted Venezuela of its seizure. The plane was described as Venezuela’s version of Air Force One, the outlet reported.

“This sends a message all the way up to the top,” a U.S. official told CNN. “Seizing the foreign head of state’s plane is unheard-of for criminal matters.
