Lawsuit: Election Workers Coached Voters to Pick Biden; Whistleblower Describes Biden Van Vote Factory in Signed Affidavit

By WND. The Great Lakes Justice Center has filed a lawsuit in Detroit alleging election fraud in the 2020 presidential race. . .

Among the allegations are:

Ballots were counted even though the voter’s name did not appear in the official voter rolls. . .

Defendants used false information to process ballots, such as using incorrect or false birthdays. Many times, the election workers inserted new names into the QVF and recorded these new voters as having a birthdate of 1/1/1900. . .

Defendants coached voters to vote for Joe Biden and the Democratic Party. Election workers went to the voting booths with voters to watch them vote and coach them. (Read more from “Lawsuit: Election Workers Coached Voters to Pick Biden” HERE)

Nevada Whistleblower Describes Biden Van Vote Factory in Signed Affidavit

By Washington Examiner. A second sworn affidavit from a whistleblower who was an election worker in Clark County, Nevada, claims mail-in ballots were improperly filled out in a Biden-Harris van outside a polling place.

A redacted copy of the affidavit signed on Nov. 8 and obtained by the Washington Examiner puts weight behind some of the claims first detailed by American Conservative Union President Matt Schlapp, who is helping lead the charge for the president’s legal efforts in Nevada. In a Sunday press conference, Schlapp said that an election worker saw a van “marked Biden-Harris” with open ballots inside.

The whistleblower, who worked as a poll worker from Oct. 17-30, complained about a Biden-Harris bus or van that was often stationed outside the polling place that would often have “speakers, dancers, music and other festivities going on” and whose organizers had to be told “several times a day” to “stay 100 feet from the polling location.” He also said that voters without proper identification were permitted to cast provisional ballots.

The biggest shock claim, though, dealt with improperly filled out ballots in the van belonging to supporters of presumptive President-elect Joe Biden, whom he saw while on a lunch break walk on Oct. 28 or 29.

“I personally witnessed two people handing multiple unopened mail in ballot envelopes to two other people who then opened and filled out the ballots against the side of the Biden/Harris van,” the affidavit said. “The same two people who marked the ballots then put the marked ballots in official pink and white envelopes. These people were not poll workers.” (Read more from “Nevada Whistleblower Describes Biden Van Vote Factory in Signed Affidavit” HERE)

Judicial Watch: 1.8 Million More Voters Registered Than Eligible Citizens

On Monday, a report was issued indicating that among 353 U.S. counties, 1.8 million more voters might have been registered than eligible voting-age citizens.

Judicial Watch (JW) revealed the results of their 2020 study showing that the total in the counties of registration rates surpassed 100% of eligible voters. The eight states where state-wide registration rates exceeded 100% included Alaska, Colorado, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, New Jersey, Rhode Island, and Vermont.

“The September 2020 study collected the most recent registration data posted online by the states themselves. This data was then compared to the Census Bureau’s most recent five-year population estimates, gathered by the American Community Survey (ACS) from 2014 through 2018. ACS surveys are sent to 3.5 million addresses each month, and its five-year estimates are considered to be the most reliable estimates outside of the decennial census,” Judicial Watch explained.

Judicial Watch pointed out that certain states might have excluded “inactive voters” from their data. Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton concluded, “The new study shows 1.8 million excess, or ‘ghost’ voters in 353 counties across 29 states. The data highlights the recklessness of mailing blindly ballots and ballot applications to voter registration lists. Dirty voting rolls can mean dirty elections.” (Read more from “Judicial Watch: 1.8 Million More Voters Registered Than Eligible Citizens” HERE)

Legislature in a Battleground State Calls an Emergency Session Over Voting Irregularities

The Michigan Legislature on Saturday held a joint hearing of the House and Senate Oversight Committees, a rare occurrence. The session was called after reports of potential fraud taking place in the presidential election. One of the main ones was a software glitch that caused 6,000 votes in Antrim County to be incorrectly counted for Joe Biden. Once the a hand-count had taken place, those 6,000 votes went to President Trump. The Michigan Secretary of State, however, has said that this was “human error,” not a “software glitch.” . . .

“Every single legal vote needs to be counted, regardless of who cast it or who they voted for. And then the candidate who wins the most of those votes will win Michigan’s electoral votes, just like it always has been. Nothing about that process will change in 2020,” Michigan House Speaker Lee Chatfield (R-Levering) said in a statement.

“America’s democracy is sacred, and safe and secure elections are how we protect it. That is why the House and Senate oversight committees will begin hearings soon looking into the voting and counting process in our state to give everyone confidence in the results and to make sure the next election runs much more smoothly,” Chatfield said. “The people of Michigan deserve peace of mind, and we are going to provide it.”

The legislature ended up slapping state election officials with a subpoena for documents related to the state’s election process, the Detroit Free Press reported. (Read more from “Legislature in a Battleground State Calls an Emergency Session Over Voting Irregularities” HERE)

Will They Steal the Election? Voter Fraud Scheme Registering Dead Democrats Uncovered; ‘They Literally Stole My Vote’: Investigation Underway After Voters Claim They Received Ballots That Were Filled Out For Biden

By Townhall. Local authorities unfoiled a plot to register more than 50 people as Democrat voters in Broward County, Florida.

The Sun-Sentinel reports than an unknown individual in Columbia, South Carolina, submitted at least 54 voter applications to the Broward elections office. Many of the applications were flagged as suspicious by staff at the Broward elections office, but at least three of the applications evaded detection and were added to the voter rolls in July. Two of the three voters had passed away in June.

“This is an organized effort by someone who knew a little bit about Florida law but not a lot, and had a scheme to either undermine the Florida registration system with fake voters, or intended to vote 50 times,” Broward Elections Supervisor Pete Antonacci told the Sun-Sentinel.

While authorities say no mail-in ballots were requested or cast under the bogus registrations, the scheme exposes how easy it is to fraudulently add names to Florida’s voter rolls. Republicans have been warning about voter fraud and the increased potential for fraud as states turn to mail-in ballots. ‘They Literally Stole My Vote’: Investigation Underway After Voters Claim They Received Ballots That Were Filled Out in Fayette County

By Pittsburgh’s Action 4 News. Fayette County prosecutors are investigating reports of at least four incidents of voter fraud, according to Fayette County District Attorney Rich Bower.

Bower said two voters received mail-in ballots that were already filled out and two ballots were found at the election bureau already opened. . .

“They literally stole my vote,” said Delmas Fike.

Fike said when his mail-in ballot arrived, each Democrat was already selected.

“I’m Democrat,” said Fike “I’ve always been Democrat, but I wasn’t voting that way this time.” (Read more from “‘They Literally Stole My Vote’: Investigation Underway After Voters Claim They Received Ballots That Were Filled Out in Fayette County” HERE)

Man Caught Lighting Ballots on Fire in Boston Dropbox

Authorities have charged a man for allegedly lighting a ballot box on fire and damaging dozens of ballots in Boston over the weekend, police said Monday. The Boston Election Department said 87 of the 122 ballots inside the dropbox were legible and able to be processed, but the rest were destroyed or unable to be counted.

Worldly Armand, 39, was taken into custody late Sunday after officers matched his appearance with the description of a person wanted for the alleged arson, police said. After a query by the officers, they found Armand was wanted on a warrant out of a local court for receiving stolen property. He will be arraigned in Boston Municipal Court on a charge of willful and malicious burning.

Police said smoke was coming out of a ballot box near Copley Square early Sunday morning and firefighters extinguished the fire by filling it with water. The Boston Police Department released photos to help find the culprit. . .

City officials last collected ballots at the dropbox Saturday around 2:29 p.m., according to the Boston Election Department. The department said the city would mail a new ballot to all voters whose ballots were identified in the Copley Square dropbox at the time. If those voters don’t recast the ballots, the city will hand count the ones recovered. (Read more from “Man Caught Lighting Ballots on Fire in Boston Dropbox” HERE)

More Examples of Election Fraud Prove the Left Is in Denial about It

The 2020 presidential election is less than three weeks away, and many Americans have already voted early or through the mail.

Unfortunately, at the same time that they are exercising their franchise, there are others out there who are taking advantage of the vulnerabilities in our system to try to steal their vote or dilute the value of their vote.

Though many on the left downplay the threats to the security and integrity of the electoral process, such fraud really does occur, jeopardizing free and fair elections for the American people.

The Heritage Election Fraud Database showcases a sampling of close to 1,300 proven instances of election fraud. Yet, many other cases go unreported and other potential cases are not investigated or prosecuted.

There has been a rash of recent arrests around the country. Although those who have been charged are entitled to a presumption of innocence, these cases illustrate the types of fraud that have occurred and can occur that threaten our democratic system.

In New Hampshire, Attorney General Gordon MacDonald announced an indictment against a woman for allegedly voting in the town of Derry during the 2018 general election despite residing in Washington D.C., not New Hampshire.

The indictment says she submitted a false voter registration form and then voted using an absentee ballot.

In Hooksett, New Hampshire, Michael Lewis has been charged with illegally voting in the 2016 general election even though he is a resident of Georgia, where he was arrested at the request of New Hampshire authorities.

The Coalition of New Hampshire Taxpayers, run by registered Democrat Ed Naile, discovered that Lewis used the state’s same-day voter registration law in Hooksett to illegally register and vote.

And those are not the only recent cases from the Granite State.

Vincent Marzello was arrested for voting twice in the 2016 general election in West Lebanon, New Hampshire, once as himself and then again under the name of a woman, Helen Elisabeth Ashley.

In California, a man by the name of Caesar Peter Abutin was charged with three counts of felony voter fraud. Despite Abutin’s mother passing away in 2006, he voted under her name multiple times between October 2012 and November 2014, in addition to casting ballots under his own name.

These cases demonstrate how sometimes it can take years for the evidence in election fraud cases to come to fruition and for the potential fraudsters to face justice.

Additionally, it’s worth noting that election fraud cases often involve absentee ballots.

The danger posed to voters by such ballots, which are voted outside the supervision of election officials and outside the observation of poll watchers in unsecure settings, is shown by a video that has just surfaced from Escondido, California.

A local resident, David Sprouse, filmed an individual walking through his neighborhood last week stealing mail—including absentee ballots—from his home and other houses.

And the Virginia State Board of Elections had to send out a press release warning voters that six Richmond-area mailboxes—which may have contained absentee ballots—were broken into over the first weekend in October.

Other threats to the security of voting by mail are coming to light.

Take Hudson County, New Jersey. A postal worker was arrested for discarding mail after an investigation conducted by the U.S. Department of Justice found more than 1,800 pieces of mail, including 99 absentee ballots, in a dumpster.

Fortunately, these ballots were recovered and forwarded to their intended recipients. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident.

Thomas Cooper, a postal worker, pleaded guilty to obscuring, crossing out, and changing at least five party affiliations on absentee ballot request forms back in July during the West Virginia primary.

In Manatee County, Florida, Larry Wiggins, a registered Democrat, was arrested for requesting an absentee ballot for his late wife, who passed away in 2018. Though Wiggins claims he was simply “testing the system,” he is now facing third-degree felony charges.

In Texas, four people, including a Gregg County commissioner, were arrested last month in connection with their alleged involvement in a vote-harvesting scheme that was uncovered by the state Attorney General’s Office.

Commissioner Shannon Brown, Marlena Jackson, Charlie Burns, and DeWayne Ward are facing more than 130 felony charges, including organizing an illegal vote-harvesting scheme, illegal voting, fraudulent use of absentee ballot applications, unlawful possession of absentee ballots, and election fraud in connection with the 2018 general election, which Brown won by only five votes.

Another case out of the Lone Star State involves a mayoral candidate for the city of Carrollton. Zul Mirza Mohamed is alleged to have forged at least 84 voter registration forms for unwitting residents of Denton County, and then obtained absentee ballots in their names without their knowledge using a virtual mailbox and a false identity.

The Texas Attorney General’s Office states that at the time of his arrest, Mohamed was completing more fraudulent mail-in ballot applications.

There are also multiple reports of problems being caused by election officials using inaccurate, error-filled voter registration lists to mail out absentee ballots. Those include:

A German journalist who reports that he received three ballots at his residence in Washington, D.C., for the previous tenant, who moved five years ago; the landlady, who now lives in Puerto Rico; and the landlady’s deceased husband.

New Jersey residents across the state reporting that they have received absentee ballots for their deceased relatives.

Clerical errors that sent 1,400 Virginia voters two mail-in ballots for the general election.

Close to 100,000 New York City voters receiving mail-in ballots with incorrect names and addresses.

An acquaintance of one of the writers living in Washington, D.C., who received five ballots in the mail—two for him, one for his roommate, and two for individuals who haven’t lived at his address for years. . .

This summary of recent cases doesn’t even cover the 1,000 voters referred to law enforcement officials in Georgia for voting twice in that state’s June primary (once in person and a second time with an absentee ballot); or the former Democratic congressman and erstwhile political consultant indicted in Philadelphia on charges of bribing an election official to stuff the ballot box with fraudulent votes in multiple elections; or the illegal aliens indicted in North Carolina for illegally registering and voting.

While many on the left dismiss these threats and insist that voting by mail has no potential for fraud, or that other types of fraud just don’t happen, these stories continue to break, dispelling that narrative.

These cases should be investigated and prosecuted, and reforms should be initiated that remedy the vulnerabilities in our voter registration and election system that will prevent and deter these types of actions from occurring in the future.

No matter who the American people elect, it should be done in a fair, free, and secure process. (For more from the author of “More Examples of Election Fraud Prove the Left Is in Denial about It” please click HERE)

Over 300K Ballot Applications Not Accepted in This State

Pennsylvania has cast off hundreds of thousands of applications for mail-in ballots ahead of the 2020 election, because of confusion about the process.

About 372,000 requests were rejected, as reported by ProPublica on Friday, largely because many of them, about 90%, were duplicates. Overall, one out of every five requests for mail-in ballots are being rejected, according to the publication.

The main reason? Many people who voted during the June primaries may have already checked a box to request a mail-in ballot for the November election.

However, people who made more than one request should eventually receive their ballot, a spokesperson for the Pensylvania State Department said. They can also head to the polls on Election Day.

The spokesperson said about 2 million people have selected an option to automatically have ballots sent for the current calendar year, meaning they do not need to reapply. (Read more from “Over 300K Ballot Applications Not Accepted in This State” HERE)

50,000 Received Incorrect Absentee Ballots in Ohio County

Nearly 50,000 voters received incorrect absentee ballots in the county that is home to Ohio’s capital and largest city, elections officials said Friday as they promised corrected ballots would be mailed within 72 hours.

With about 240,000 ballots mailed, that meant one in five voters received a wrong ballot. The error happened Saturday afternoon when someone changed a setting on a machine that places absentee ballots into mailing envelopes, Franklin County elections officials said Thursday.

Some ballots had an incorrect congressional race, while others had the correct information but were sent to voters in a different precinct. The Franklin County Elections Board said 49,669 voters received incorrect ballots out of 237,498 that were mailed.

That represents 6% of Franklin County’s approximately 880,000 registered voters, and 0.6% of the 8 million voters registered statewide in the presidential battleground. (Read more from “50,000 Received Incorrect Absentee Ballots in Ohio County” HERE)

A Little Media Bias in this Headline? “All Republican Texas Supreme Court Rules That 2 Million Voters in Houston Can’t Get Applications for Mail-In Ballots”

The all-Republican Texas Supreme Court has blocked Houston election officials from sending mail-in ballot applications to over 2 million registered voters in the state’s most populous county.

On Wednesday, the state’s highest civil court said that Harris County Clerk Chris Hollins would not be allowed to send out 2.4 million ballots in an effort to expand voting options to Texans during the coronavirus pandemic. . .

The state sued Hollins in August, arguing that sending out applications for mail-in ballots would overstep his authority and cause confusion among voters who are ineligible for an absentee ballot under state rules. Hollins argued that the applications would come with clear instructions and would be beneficial to residents, given the health concerns surrounding the coronavirus outbreak.

However, the court ruled against Hollins, stating that voting documents are accessible online and that while they are typically sent out by political campaigns or other private organizations, distribution from a government official would exceed the official’s legal authority. Postal Worker Dumped 1,800+ Pieces of Mail, Including Election Ballots

A New Jersey postal worker is accused of dumping more than 1,800 pieces of mail, including general election ballots and political flyers that he was supposed to deliver, officials announced Wednesday.

Nicholas Beauchene, a 26-year-old Kearny resident, was arrested Wednesday for disposing of 1,875 pieces of mail – including 99 general election ballots and 276 local campaign flyers – in dumpsters over the course of several days in North Arlington and West Orange, according to a press release by the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the District of New Jersey.

Investigators were able to link Beauchene to the recovered mail when they found that he was the mail carrier assigned to deliver each discarded parcel to the assigned addresses on their designated delivery dates, officials said.

Beauchene, who worked as a city carrier assistant for the U.S. Postal Service’s Orange Main United States Post Office in Orange, N.J., is suspected of dumping his first batch of mail in a bin located outside a North Arlington bank, the charging document states.

The discarded mail was discovered on Oct. 2 and included an estimated 249 First Class mail items, 494 standard class mail items, 98 general election ballots from the Essex County Clerk’s Office, and 139 political mail items, the document alleges.
