Photo Credit: YouTube President Barack Obama was heckled over his “plan for nuclear war with Russia” during a speech at the Democratic National Committee on Friday. He responded to the bizarre question in about the only way he could.

After slamming Republicans for getting “all stirred up” over his plan to unilaterally act to “help middle class families,” Obama was interrupted.

“Mr. Obama, tell us about your plan for nuclear war with Russia!” an unidentified man can be heard yelling during the president’s speech.
