Hurricane Jose’s Path Is Uncertain as It Lingers off the Atlantic Coast

Hurricane Jose has weakened to a Category 1 storm, but its ultimate path and strength are uncertain as it lingers over the Atlantic Ocean.

Jose, which followed on the heels of Hurricane Irma, passed north of the Caribbean islands and Puerto Rico as a Category 4 storm on Sunday.

According to the National Hurricane Center, the storm is currently “moving slowly eastward with little change in strength,” and “will remain well to the east-northeast of the Bahamas through Wednesday.”

The storm has maximum sustained winds of 75 mph.

“Hurricane-force winds extend outward up to 25 miles (35 km) from the center and tropical-storm-force winds extend outward up to 140 miles (220 km),” the NHC said.

There are no hurricane watches or warnings for the storm in effect for the U.S. at this time.

Americans await Jose’s future as the recovery from Irma is getting underway.

Irma, one of the most powerful storms in recorded history left a path of extensive destruction, but experts noted it could have been far worse.

Still, Irma has taken the lives of at least 12 people in the U.S. including seven in Florida, three in Georgia and two in South Carolina, according to ABC News.

The Florida Keys faced the brunt of the storm as it made landfall in the U.S.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency said Tuesday that 25 percent of the homes in the Keys were destroyed.

“Basically, every house in the Keys was impacted some way,” FEMA Administrator Brock Long said.

According to the Department of Homeland Security, 15 million Floridians remained without power on Tuesday. (For more from the author of “Hurricane Jose’s Path Is Uncertain as It Lingers off the Atlantic Coast” please click HERE)

Bones Attributed to St Peter Found by Chance in 1,000-Year-Old Church in Rome

Bones attributed to St Peter have been found by chance in a church in Rome during routine restoration work, 2,000 years after the apostle’s death.

The relics of the saint, who is regarded as the first Pope, were found in clay pots in the 1,000-year-old Church of Santa Maria in Cappella in the district of Trastevere, a medieval warren of cobbled lanes on the banks of the Tiber River.

The bones were discovered when a worker lifted up a large marble slab near the medieval altar of the church, which has been closed to the public for 35 years because of structural problems.

He came across two Roman-era pots with inscriptions on their lids indicating that inside were not only bone fragments from St Peter but also three early popes – Cornelius, Callixtus and Felix – as well as four early Christian martyrs. UAF: Impossible That WTC Building 7 Collapsed by Small Fires as Claimed by NIST

The University of Alaska Fairbanks (UAF) was tasked with investigating how World Trade Center 7 fell on 9/11; the findings were live-streamed a few days ago. The team found that WTC 7 did not fall due to fire, contradicting NIST who said the building collapsed from structural damages due to the fire.

The presentation was presented by Dr. Leroy Hulsey. Hulsey spoke about the building, its design, as well as the methods the team used to determine their first of two conclusions. The first part of the experiment is finished; the UAF team found that WTC7 did not collapse due to fire. The next part of the study is to map out the building’s structural system’s response and what would have had to happen in order for it to fall down. The report was published on Thursday on the UAF’s website.

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) opened an investigation into the collapses of WTC 1, WTC 2, and WTC 7 in August 2002. NIST released its final report on WTC 7 in 2008, finding that the fires that were ignited by falling debris from WTC 1 caused the collapse of WTC 7. Independent researchers, however, have assembled evidence that has raised profound questions regarding the notion that WTC 7 collapsed because of fire.

The study was backed by Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth; the researchers used a virtual model of the building to conduct the investigation.

Last year, Activist Post talked to the Director of Strategy and Development for A&E 9/11 Truth, Ted Walter, who is also in charge of working with the professor and raised the money to fund the WTC 7 Evaluation. Walter previously told Activist Post that “the project began in May 2015 and should wrap up in April of next year.” That deadline was passed but the study should wrap up in October according to the project’s website.

The reported failure was simulated using three-dimensional finite element computer models of the building. The research team studied the building’s response using two finite element programs, ABAQUS and SAP2000 version 18.

Three types of evaluations were performed:

1. the planar response of the structural elements to the fire(s) using wire elements.
2. the building’s response using the NIST’s approach with solid elements; and lastly.
3. the validity of NIST’s findings using solid elements. At the macro-level, progressive collapse, i.e., the structural system’s response to local failures, is being studied using SAP2000 with wire elements, as well as with ABAQUS, and it is near completion.

The study concluded:

“The findings thus far are that fire did not bring down this building. Building failure simulations show that, to match observation, the entire inner core of this building failed nearly simultaneously,” the website for the study noted.

The building’s structural system’s response to local failures is being studied using SAP2000 with wire elements, as well as with ABAQUS, and it is near completion according to the website for the study.

Former U.S. Congressional staffer Susan Lindauer, a CIA asset, has previously said that she was told by her CIA handler Richard Fuisz not to return to New York City in September of 2001 and that it would be ‘far too dangerous’ to do so due to an ‘imminent’ detonation of a miniature thermonuclear device.

Interestingly enough, a peer-reviewed scientific publication identified the presence of nano-thermite in the WTC rubble. One of the critical aspects of that paper has been confirmed by Chemical Engineer Mark Basile.

A draft report of UAF’s current re-evaluation will be “released in October or November 2017 and will be open for public comment for a six-week period, allowing for input from the public and the engineering community with a final report to be published in early 2018,” www.wtc7evaluation.org, noted. Miss America Contestants Asked to Condemn President Trump

Though the ominous feeling of concern for those in the path of Hurricane Irma in Florida hung heavy in the air, the show must go on. Miss America 2018 on ABC aired September 10th and throughout the show, donations for hurricane relief were solicited for those affected in both Texas and Florida. Never fear, though. Politics dominated the final question competition and yes, it was all about President Trump.

Breaking with the tradition of one question per finalist in the final round of competition, this year the pageant decided to ask two questions of each – described as one serious and one playful. The serious questions were saved for the last five finalists. Four of the five questions were political.

It began with a question asked by judge Jordin Sparks to Miss Missouri, Jennifer Davis, about the multiple investigations into whether the Trump campaign colluded with the Russians – did Miss Davis think the Trump campaign was innocent or guilty? She said, “Innocent.” The crowd responded with mostly cheers. She said there wasn’t enough evidence but if the campaign proves to be guilty, the Justice Department should punish accordingly.

Sparks: There are multiple investigations into whether Trump’s campaign colluded with Russia on the election. Well, did they? You’re the jury: guilty or innocent and please explain your verdict.

Miss Missouri: Right now I have to say innocent, because not enough information has been revealed. We are still investigating this and I think we should investigate it to its fullest extent. If we do find the evidence that they have had collusion with Russia, the justice system should do their due diligence and they should be punished accordingly.

The Scandal Hillary Clinton Wants You to Forget About

Hillary Clinton’s 450-page book attempting to excuse her failed 2016 presidential campaign, “What Happened,” conveniently ignores one of the election’s biggest scandals: then-Democratic National Committee chair Donna Brazile’s leaking of debate questions to Clinton during the Democratic primary — a clear-cut example of DNC officials rigging the primary in favor of Clinton.

The fact that Brazile leaked questions to Clinton before two different primary debates only came out when WikiLeaks published stolen emails from Clinton campaign chair John Podesta in October. But Clinton writes that revelation out of history in her book, which was reviewed by The Daily Caller. She dismisses reporting about the leaked emails as the media inventing a story out of nothing.

“In the end, though, most of John’s emails were . . . boring,” she claims. “They revealed the nuts and bolts of a campaign at work, with staffers debating policies, editing speeches, and kibitzing about the daily ups and downs of the election.”

“No single day was that bad, but it added up, and we could never get past it. Wikileaks played into people’s fascination with ‘pulling back the curtain.’ Anything said behind closed doors is automatically considered more interesting, important, and honest than things said in public. It’s even better if you have to do a little legwork and google around for the information,” Clinton writes, before taking a clear shot at the press over their coverage of the Podesta emails. Kansas City Police Disarm Armed ‘Antifa’ Communist Rally

Kansas City police ordered the disarmament of armed antifa groups who marched in Washington Square Park this past Saturday.

Armed with semi-automatic rifles and ammunition, activists from the Kansas City Revolution Collective, Serve the People, and Progressive Youth Organization rallied within the park to the anti-Sharia group, ACT For America.

Dressed in black clothing and red balaclavas, the group carried red flags bearing the communist symbol.

The Kansas City Revolutionary Collective calls itself a “Marxist-Leninist-Maoist” collective that has posted calls for “self-preservation” against “far-right militias” whom they claim are supported by President Donald Trump.

Left Gets Vicious, Celebrates Death of Former Fox Star’s Son

In the wake of the death of Eric Chase Bolling Jr., the son of former Fox News star Eric Bolling, leftists are celebrating the tragedy on Twitter, saying it’s “karma” and “justice” for the TV host who lost his job after allegations of sexual harassment.

Bolling Jr., 19, died mysteriously in his bed Saturday in Boulder, Colorado, where he was a student at the University of Colorado. The circumstances surrounding the teen’s death remain unclear. TMZ claimed “well-placed FNC sources” said the teen “died from a drug overdose.”

“We’re told he was having a hard time dealing with the trouble his dad was having at the network,” TMZ claimed in its report. “Our sources say he was extremely embarrassed by the stories and was ’emotionally upset.’”

While other early reports suggested suicide, Bolling Sr. tweeted Saturday: “Authorities have informed us there is no sign of self harm at this point. Autopsy will be next week. Please respect our grieving period.”

The coroner’s office has completed the autopsy, New York Daily News reported Monday, but the cause of death won’t be released for six to eight weeks. (Read more from “Left Gets Vicious, Celebrates Death of Former Fox Star’s Son” HERE)

Trump Commemorates 9/11 Anniversary

President Donald Trump observed the 16th anniversary of the 9/11 terror attacks Monday, his first presidential remembrance of the attack that killed nearly 3,000 Americans.

The president, joined by the first lady, called the occasion “extraordinary.”

“Our values will endure. Our people will thrive,” Trump said, speaking at the Pentagon in tribute to those who perished there on 9/11. “Our nation will prevail and the memory of our loved ones will never, ever die.”

Trump, alongside Defense Secretary James Mattis and Joint Chiefs Chairman Gen. Joseph Dunford, spoke to America’s strength in the face of hardship.

“The terrorists who attacked us thought they could incite fear and weaken our spirit, but America cannot be intimidated,” Trump said. “And those who try will soon join the long list of vanquished enemies who dared to test our mettle.” (Read more from “Trump Commemorates 9/11 Anniversary” HERE)

Controversy Over Artificial Intelligence That Identifies ‘Gay’ Faces

A facial recognition experiment that claims to be able to distinguish between gay and heterosexual people has sparked a row between its creators and two leading LGBT rights groups.

The Stanford University study claims its software recognises facial features relating to sexual orientation that are not perceived by human observers.

The work has been accused of being “dangerous” and “junk science”.

But the scientists involved say these are “knee-jerk” reactions.

Details of the peer-reviewed project are due to be published in the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology. (Read more from “Controversy Over Artificial Intelligence That Identifies ‘Gay’ Faces” HERE)

Congressman Demands Russia-Collusion Probe Into Hillary

Democrats have been probing for more than a year allegations that the Trump administration colluded with Russia to interfere in the 2016 presidential election but have not presented any evidence.

Yet, the ties of Hillary Clinton and her family’s foundation to Russia have been ignored.

As secretary of state, Clinton approved a deal to sell Uranium One, a company that controlled a fifth of U.S. uranium production, to the Russian atomic agency Rosatom. As reported by the New York Times, nine investors in the deal funneled $145 million to the Clinton Foundation . . .

As the investigation into Donald Trump’s ties to Russia stretches on, Rep. Dana Rohrabacher, R-Calif., is demanding a special prosecutor investigate the president’s former opponent.

Rohrabacher says Congress should probe possible collusion between the Clinton Foundation and Russia. (Read more from “Congressman Demands Russian-Collusion Probe Into Hillary” HERE)
