A Florida man who works as a hospital pharmacist was arrested Saturday and charged with sexual battery after he reportedly drugged his Tinder date.
According to a police affidavit, Robert Woods, 27, met the woman on the dating app Tinder and the pair agreed to meet at a bar in downtown Tampa, Fox 35 reported.
The woman reportedly had one beer at the restaurant before Woods suggested they leave and go to his apartment, where he claimed his friends were having a party.
When they arrived, there was reportedly no party. But the pair stayed at the apartment and started to play a drinking game, which led to the victim taking a shot of what she allegedly thought was Absinth liquor. (Read more from “Pharmacist Drugs Woman During Tinder Date” HERE)

Police in Willmar, Minnesota, have cited a man for leaving a pig’s foot at a Somali booth at a recent farmer’s market.
Joseph Fernkes is challenging the constitutionality of the disorderly conduct charge filed against him, claiming he was exercising his right to free speech, however offensive it might have been to Muslims.
At a hearing Tuesday before Judge Michael Thompson in Kandiyohi County District Court, the state was given until Oct. 31 to file a response to a motion for dismissal of the case, the West Central Tribune reported.
Fernkes was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct for his actions taken at the Aug. 12 farmer’s market located in the parking lot of the YMCA in Willmar, a small city that has been inundated with Somali refugees over the last 15 years.
The 61-year-old grandfather allegedly drove up in his wheelchair to a Somali-staffed vendor booth, placed a pickled pig’s foot on the table and then drove away while directing an obscene gesture at the vendors, according to the local newspaper. The fallout continued Wednesday from police altering the timeline of the Oct. 1 massacre at a concert outside the Mandalay Bay hotel in Las Vegas, and now a hotel worker has emerged saying he warned the hotel staff that a shooter was on the 32nd floor before he unloaded a hail fire of bullets down onto the crowd below.
Police late Monday shifted the timeline of the shooting to start when security guard Jesus Campos was shot by Stephen Paddock as he approached Paddock’s hotel room on the 32nd floor. The shots Paddock fired at Campos occurred at least six minutes before Paddock began firing down on the unsuspecting country-music fans gathered for the Route 91 concert. He killed 58 and injured nearly 500 in the worst mass shooting in modern American history.
In a press conference Monday, Sheriff Joseph Lombardo said Campos was shot in the leg at 9:59 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 1. The first shots at the Route 91 Music Festival were fired at 10:05 p.m.
This “kinda changes the narrative,” said Muhammad Aziz, an attorney for 21-year-old Paige Gasper, a college student who was at the concert and suffered a serious gunshot wound that shattered her rib cage and lacerated her liver . . . .
“The other thing that’s interesting is that now MGM is saying the police could be wrong on their timeline and is refusing to comment on it, and I think the first big question to me is, why did the security guard go up there to begin with?” Aziz said Wednesday. “What was the situation? The six minutes is a long time. (Read more from “Las Vegas Shooting Probe Totally Rocked” HERE)
An Arizona city was determined to be the most prosperous in the United States. Two other cities in the state made the top 10, while the most distressed cities tended to be in the Northeast and Midwest parts of the country.
Gilbert, Arizona, a city of approximately 240,000 people located about 20 miles southeast of Phoenix, was found to be the most prosperous among the nation’s 100 largest cities, according to a recent report released by the Economic Innovation Group.
Others in the top ten include Chandler and Scottsdale in Arizona; Plano and Austin in Texas; Irvine, San Francisco and San Jose in California; Henderson, Nevada; and Seattle, Washington.
Meanwhile, Cleveland, Ohio, topped the list of most distressed of the country’s 100 largest cities, followed by Newark, New Jersey; Buffalo, New York; Detroit, Michigan; Toledo, Ohio; Memphis, Tennessee; Milwaukee, Wisconsin; Stockton, California; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; and Tucson, Arizona.
The EIG looked at seven factors in making its determination about a city’s economic status: median income as a percentage of the state’s median income, poverty rate, percentage of adults not working, change in employment, change in the percentage of business establishments, percentage of unoccupied houses and high school diploma attainment.
Gilbert had 99.9 percent of its population living in prosperous zip codes. The next closest on the list was Plano with 82.7 percent.
Meanwhile, Cleveland had 90.3 percent of its residents living in distressed zip codes, with Newark coming in second at 81 percent.
Among small and mid-sized cites, with populations less than 140,000, five communities in Texas made the top 10, and Colorado and Minnesota each scored two.
Perhaps not surprisingly, multiple cities named in the top 10 most prosperous also made the list of the hardest working, as compiled by CBS Money Watch last year.
These included Gilbert, Chandler, Scottsdale, Plano, Austin and Seattle.
Garrick Taylor, who works for the Arizona Chamber of Commerce and Industry, told Western Journalism, “It’s a coup to have three cities land in the top 10” most prosperous.
“That demonstrates a true desire at the local level to pursue public policy that attracts job creators,” he added.
Gilbert and Chandler, located adjacent to each other southeast of Phoenix, have become a tech hub with major employers including Intel, GoDaddy, PayPal, Orbital ATK, Verizon Wireless and Microchip Technology.
Gilbert Mayor Jenn Daniels was very pleased to learn of her city’s “most prosperous” designation.
“It’s an exciting time in Gilbert as our community is transitioning from a small town to a strong and booming community,” Daniels said. “The work of generations of community leaders and our smart financial planning has set Gilbert on a path of success and we are proud to be recognized as the most prosperous city in the country.”
As reported by Western Journalism, Intel — already the largest private employer in Arizona — announced earlier this year it is opening an additional microchip manufacturing facility in Chandler, creating 3,000 high-tech jobs and an additional 10,000 jobs in support of the operation. When Bernt Herlitz’s factory job was transferred from Gotland, Sweden, to Hungary in 2003, he and his wife thought a career change was in order, and both spent the next three years becoming certified as dental hygienists.
Over the ten years Herlitz, now 56, practiced his new profession for the Public Health Service in Visby, he saw his stream of patients change from native Swedes to an increasing number of Muslim migrants – “unaccompanied” Muslim minor migrants, to be precise.
“I would probably estimate that up to 80 percent of them were obviously adults,” Herlitz told the Swedish paper Samhallsnytt. “This can be seen, for example, on wisdom teeth that were fully grown – something that is only seen in adults.” . . .
So, upon returning to work in August of last year, Herlitz began passing on his suspicions to the Swedish Migration Board, based primarily on the wisdom teeth he was observing when treating “minors” and advising that the age listed in their records was wrong, in his expert opinion. He expressed concern that adults posing as minors could put children at risk if they were housed together.
Eight emails later, Herlitz found himself under investigation. The board never responded to his notices, but a guardian for one of the migrants he questioned notified Herlitz’s employer. (Read more from “Blow Whistle on Migrants Posing as Kids – Lose Your Job” HERE)

There are holes galore over the official narrative of the Las Vegas shooting; even police are starting to admit that a single gunman could not have been responsible for the plot. It’s way too sophisticated, far too many people died and were injured, while the motive hasn’t been determined thus far. Too much doesn’t add up. It seems like every day we are given more questions than answers as evidence begins to drip out. Now a cryptic note with numbers has been disclosed by authorities.
It has almost been a week since one of the worst mass shootings in U.S. history but investigators, journalists, and armchair investigators are all left confused by what transpired in Las Vegas. There are so many theories, in fact, that YouTube has now tweaked its algorithm to protect you from questioning the official narrative, while regurgitating the mainstream media as an “authoritative source,” The Wall Street Journal reported.
“In response to criticism on social media of some search results this week, a person familiar with YouTube said the company is accelerating the rollout of planned changes to its search engine. On Wednesday night, the video service began promoting more authoritative sources in search results, especially pertaining to major news events, the person said. YouTube doesn’t disclose how it determines which sources are authoritative,” YouTube wrote in a statement.
The unthinkable, a shooting of a peaceful gathering for music interrupted by pelted gunfire which took the lives of 60 and injured hundreds of others. Perpetrated by the perfect criminal, a rich 64-year-old former accountant and real estate investor addicted to gambling who could afford 23 guns and thousands of rounds of ammunition for all of those firearms.
The shooting reportedly lasted five to fifteen minutes, though estimates vary according to the Washington Post.
While that in itself raises questions such as if there are multiple guns why would authorities rule out a second, third or even possible fourth shooter before any formal investigation? Especially since earlier police audio indicated that there might be more than one shooter.
The story certainly doesn’t end there. Since the October 1st shooting new facts have emerged as the “official narrative” of the shooting takes shape that just leaves you scratching your head thinking wtf?
The gunman set up cameras throughout the hall, under the serving cart and in front of the door to watch for police, yet now MSM news outlets are reporting that he may have been planning to escape. If true, his car had homemade explosives in it; so was he planning on martyrdom?
Yesterday, the narrative took an even more blurry weird turn as investigators finally admitted that a note was found on the scene but the note was alleged to be just numbers, no letters, just cryptic code according to authorities.
Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department Undersheriff Kevin McMahill confirmed the revelation in Friday’s press conference:
McMahill said Friday afternoon that police have yet to determine “what those numbers are or mean.”
“In the past, terror attacks or mass murder motive was made very clear by a note that was left, by a social media post, by a telephone call that was made, by investigators mining computer data,” Undersheriff McMahill said.
“Today, in our investigation, we don’t have any of that uncovered. I wish we did. We will and are continuing to investigate with great tenacity and hope to arrive at an answer,” he added.
While a Las Vegas K9 police officer Dave Newton has alleged it was calculations about where the shooter needed to aim.
“I could see on it he had written the distance, the elevation he was on, the drop of what his bullet was gonna be for for the crowd,” Newton said. “So he had had that written down and figured out so he would know where to shoot to hit his targets from there.”
This explains the police secrecy behind this note, at first denying that any “suicide note” even existed, but was subsequently revealed in leaked photos from the crime scene which forced police to acknowledge it. Also revealed in the leaked pictures were several anomalies of the crime scene. One example is the way the shooter died with a firearm perched over the killer’s leg and what looked like empty shells above his head in a pool of blood that had not a squirt somehow on the top of any of the bullets. In short, the scene was impossible, it was too perfect. Both the shell casing and gun looked planted. Maybe that is why the photos were leaked along with the existence of the note left on the table?
If someone shot themselves in the head and the bullet casing was there from firing hundreds of shots ejected from the gun, that scene would be impossible as there would be blood all over the shells, not just floating in a murky pool. In order for this scenario to happen the killer would have had to have been sitting down on the ground with a gun across his leg and when he blew his brains out there would be blood all behind him covering the empty shell casings in blood. Instead, what we see is a scene where the killer is bleeding out his skull drooling out blood while all of the visible bullets themselves remain virtually clean from any brain tissue residue.
It’s more likely that the crime scene was tampered with and someone left the rifle on his leg to prove it. Why? Because as the early reports stated by police, they “neutralized the killer.”
After the situation settled down, the narrative was changed to death by suicide. In this writer’s opinion, by covering up simple facts like cause of death the police are only fueling the theory that the attack was a false flag. While they further refused until now to tell the public about the existence of the note and stated there was no motive that only furthers that divide.
Other things that don’t quite add up, Stephen Paddock’s girlfriend, Marilou Danley, is alleged to have worked at the hotel. Paddock used her key card to get around the place according to reports. Paddock’s car was held in a garage and security footage shows his vehicle leaving the facility, yet his key card was still used to get in the hotel when he was documented to have left the parking deck according to authorities. Then there is the recent discovery of a cell phone charger that didn’t match any of the cell phones used by the killer.
There is also the unconfirmed alleged room service receipt which shows that Paddock paid for a meal for two, mere days before he decided to commit his mass massacre. If confirmed, since it’s been reported he was scouting out several other festivals including Lalapalooza and a hotel in Chicago, it may mean he had help for his now-known premeditated murder spree.
Another fact barely getting any media coverage is that Paddock filmed himself during the incident, something widely known to be done by jihadists who commit attacks in the allegiance of ISIS.
Former Trump campaign official James Brower expanded on the video stating:
“There is a video, this video will prove the motive. He had a secret digital profile that was uncovered in the last 24 hours,” Brower tweeted.
Brower then later tweeted “Motive will be pretty shocking, I won’t say much but it will definitely change a lot of things going forward.”
There is a video, this video will prove the motive. He had a secret digital profile that was uncovered over the last 24 hrs. https://t.co/SSJxnvasld
Brower revealed additional details to Infowars, “I’m being told the video basically speaks about a network, they wouldn’t tell me directly if it was ISIS but they threw little hints that it was,” he said. “The reason the video more than likely is never released is because they believe it will trigger the “cells” he speaks of.”
“There should be a statement on motive soon,” Brower added, “They believe he was inspired by ISIS.”
The FBI has denied that ISIS was responsible, stating they have found no evidence he was connected to the radical group.
ISIS claimed responsibility, stating Paddock converted to Islam 6 months ago but did not provide proof for their claims.
While police continue to echo earlier claims stating they are “confident … there was not another shooter in that room.” Albeit the facts above point to the potential that there was at least one other person involved in the tragedy.
However, Sheriff Joseph Lombardo has stated that you have to make the assumption he had some help at some point.
“Do you think this was all accomplished on his own?” Lombardo asked, noting the arsenal of weapons the shooter amassed, and the discovery of explosives in his car. He added: “You’ve got to make the assumption he had to have some help at some point.”
Meanwhile, the DOJ has just released a press release which states an indictment for three men who planned a similar plot to shoot up concerts in New York over the summer in the name of ISIL but were caught.
Abdulrahman El Bahnasawy, a 19-year-old citizen of Canada who pleaded guilty to terrorism charges, Talha Haroon, a 19-year-old U.S. citizen who lived in Pakistan and 37-year-old Russell Salic who is a citizen of the Philippines were all charged with terrorism-related charges.
The terror group released a propaganda video calling for attacks in May which specifically listed Las Vegas as an attack location, The Washington Times reported.
That video purportedly showed an American fighter calling for attacks in the U.S with images of the Las Vegas strip and Times Square as well as other potential Western targets, such as New York and Washington, according to NBC News.
The State Department issued a travel terror warning in mid-September of the threat ISIS poses to Americans mere weeks before the attack in Las Vegas.
“U.S. government facilities worldwide remain in a heightened state of alert. These facilities may temporarily close or periodically suspend public services to assess their security posture. In those instances, U.S. embassies and consulates will make every effort to provide emergency services to U.S. citizens. U.S. citizens abroad are urged to monitor the local news and maintain contact with the nearest U.S. embassy or consulate,” the warning read.
“Terrorist groups including ISIS, al-Qa’ida, their associates, and those inspired by such organizations, are intent on attacking U.S. citizens wherever they are. Extremists may use conventional or non-conventional weapons to target U.S. government and private interests. Terrorists are increasingly using less sophisticated methods of attack to more effectively target crowds, including the use of edged weapons, pistols, and vehicles as weapons.”
Of particular interest, the State Dept noted that extremists increasingly aim to assault “soft” targets, such as:
high-profile public events (sporting contests, political rallies, demonstrations, holiday events, celebratory gatherings, etc.)
hotels, clubs, and restaurants
places of worship
schools
parks
shopping malls and markets
tourism infrastructure
public transportation systems
airports
There are way more questions left to be answered besides these, but these are the newest. For an early rundown on the shooting check out my article on Steemit here for a fair unbiased article exploring both sides of whether the shooting was a false flag or an ISIS attack. What we all know by now is this plot has too many elements to be the work of just one lone wolf who the media is now trying to push as mentally insane with health problems, but that would require dismissing the rest of the facts. None of this adds up. (For more from the author of “Las Vegas Shooting: A Cryptic Note, Impossible Planted Rifle and Swipe of a Key Card That Doesn’t Add Up” HERE)

A new video has emerged from the night of the Las Vegas shooting that appears to show overlapping gunfire coming from multiple locations, which clearly contradicts the mainstream narrative of what occurred on the night 59 people were killed and over 500 were injured.
The video is under 3 minutes long and was filmed by an individual who appears to be hiding near a gate during the shooting. While crowds of people can be seen running from the area, the person filming the video is staying low to the ground with a group of people who are encouraging others to take cover, instead of running out into the open.
“No, we are NOT moving. Just stay down,” one girl says. “Don’t leave, just stay down!”
The first burst of gunfire can be heard at the 0:15 mark, followed almost immediately by a second burst of gunfire that sounds distinctly different. The same thing happens again at the 2:01 mark, with secondary gunfire beginning at the 2:06 mark.
(Restoring Liberty Editor’s note: unless the below video has been edited, the gunfire audio from 1:55 to about 2:10 is pretty conclusive that multiple guns were being used simultaneously):
It is important to note that while this video does appear to confirm multiple shooters, there are a number of varying scenarios that could’ve produced these effects. The acoustics in a massive concrete city like Las Vegas can certainly play tricks on even the most astute audiophiles.
While this is not exactly a smoking gun, this video certainly warrants further investigation and should not be overlooked. However, it appears that the mainstream media and police, at least publicly, have no concern with this evidence.
This is not the first evidence of the massacre being carried out by multiple shooters. In fact, video surfaced on Tuesday from a taxi driver who distinctly heard gunfire from two different locations.
While sitting in the taxi line at the Mandalay Bay Hotel, Cori Langdon began recording as soon she heard gunshots ring out. Her video begins with the sounds of distant shooting and within seconds, the shooting the gunfire sounds as if it is coming from a different, closer location.
While there were two windows busted out of Paddock’s dual room suite, the distance between them does not seem far enough away from each other to produce the sounds we hear in the video below. Also, it would have been quite the feat to run between both windows as fast as the firing is heard. Some of the exchanges happen almost instantly.
One week after the Las Vegas shooting, there remain a number of glaring inconsistencies that contradict the official narrative. In addition to refusing to acknowledge the growing number of witness accounts that have claimed there were multiple shooters, it took the FBI less than 24 hours to pin the entire shooting on one suspect.
This suspect, 64-year-old Stephen Paddock, apparently defied the odds by carrying out what is being called the “deadliest mass shooting in modern U.S. History” with incredible proficiency, using advanced weapons, even though he has no military background, and he did not have a reputation as a “gun guy.” The idea that the FBI would not be asking the obvious questions about whether other shooters were involved, is completely absurd.
While some body camera footage has been released from the night of the shooting that gives insight into the chaotic scene from the firsthand perspective of the police officers involved, there is one incredibly important piece of video evidence that has yet to be released.
According to the FBI’s official narrative, Paddock acted alone, which means that he was responsible for transporting dozens of rifles, thousands of rounds of ammunition and various other supplies up to his hotel room in the days before the shooting. Luckily, he was in one of the most popular hotels in Las Vegas, which means that there should be plenty of security camera footage showing him with his luggage—yet none of it has been released.
In fact, less than 24 hours after the shooting occurred, NBC News published a story featuring various photos from security cameras that appeared to show Stephen Paddock at a casino in the Cosmopolitan Hotel, and then in an Emergency room after he fell in 2011. It took just hours to find security footage of Paddock from 6 years ago, but it has been over a week, and the footage from 2 days before the shooting still has not been released?
The latest video evidence makes it hard to deny that there were, in fact, multiple shooters. The idea that the FBI refuses to acknowledge the witness testimonies—even with increasing evidence—raises serious questions about the possibility of their agents’ contribution to the massacre. The U.S. Supreme Court dismissed a legal challenge to President Donald Trump’s travel ban late Tuesday, concluding that the ban’s expiration in September effectively ended the controversy.
The development is a partial victory for the administration, which urged the high court to dismiss the case after the ban expired Sept. 24. Per the terms of the order, a ban on migrant entry from six countries with high instances of terror was applied for a 90-day period.
In an order issued just after 7:30 p.m., the justices remanded the case to the 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, the Richmond-based appeals court which upheld an injunction staying the ban’s enforcement. The justices ordered the court to dismiss the case as moot, and directed the 4th Circuit to vacate — or wipe out — its ruling finding the order unlawful.
A legal rule called the Munsingwear doctrine requires the vacatur of all lower court rulings in a case that is mooted while awaiting Supreme Court review, with several exceptions. Justice Sonia Sotomayor dissented from the Court’s vacatur order, but agreed that the challenge should be dismissed. (Read more from “SCOTUS Backs Trump, Dismisses Travel Ban Challenge” HERE)
President Trump’s former chief strategist Steve Bannon made it clear Monday night that his “war on the Republican establishment” is not a skirmish or a battle but a long-term campaign that could take decades.
“To take your country back – it’s not going to happen in just one election. This is something you’re going to have to grind out day in and day out for the next five, 10, 15, 20 years,” Bannon told the Fox News Channel’s Sean Hannity.
“It took us a long time to get here. There’s no magic wand we can wave and drain the swamp. There’s no magic wand we can wave and blow up this establishment. I hate to tell people, you’re going to have to work,” he added.
“But you know what? The grit, determination and courage of the American working men and women – we are going to win.”
Bannon’s current focus is to challenge Republican incumbents in the 2018 midterm elections who do not support the agenda President Trump ran on in 2016, which “backs the working men and women of this country.” (Read more from “Bannon Launching Decades-Long ‘War’ on GOP Establishment” HERE)
An Obama-era plan to drastically reduce carbon emissions is on its way to the regulatory scrap heap after the Environmental Protection Agency Tuesday announced a repeal of the Clean Power Plan.
For Americans already struggling with much higher energy costs, the news will be welcome in many households trying to make ends meet.
“This was designed to cause electricity rates, according to [Obama] to necessarily skyrocket. So that won’t happen. The seniors, the poor on low and fixed income who had to choose between heating and eating will now, we hope, not have to,” said Christopher Horner, a senior fellow at the Competitive Enterprise Institute.
The Trump administration projects the move will result in $33 billion in avoided costs due to the proposed policy. Horner suspects the actual number is much higher.
Even though the plan was never implemented, Horner says Obama’s actions still exacted a heavy toll on blue collar America. (Read more from “Scrapping Obama’s Plan Means Seniors Can Eat and Have Eat” HERE)
